Clean room, but super Rude staff omg!!! One of the very first.. asked an Iron and requested to set up the iron board.. the staff literally banged iron on my clothes and set it to full heat .. denied when we requested ice for a hurt that was caused by improper set up of the iron borad which fell on my feet… just was waiting to get out of the hotel and the staffs rude looks.it was a gals trip hence was even scared to complain.

The hotel is well located in the main strip of Ao Nang Krabi with a walking distance to bars, beach, restaurants and shops. The hotel rooms are well spacious with mostly facing the outdoor swimming pool or the Ao nang Montain. There is 3 swimming pools (top roof, main pool and a kids pool) with provision of sun beds and outdoor toilets and showers. The main pool is surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees and a swimming pool bar.
Breakfast was included and provided in the main restaurant with a variety of Western and Asian choices including tradicional thai food, pastries and healthy choices. The restaurant also provides dinner deals throught out the week such as thai night or BBQ bufet, etc with some live music for those interested.
A dedicated tourist guide desk is provided for booking trips around the area, at good prices with pick up arrangements.
Our experience was further inhanced by the lovely staff, including reception, restaurant and pool staff but mainly by the bar tender Best who was always welcoming us with a big smile, checking on our hotel experience and giving us tips where to visit.

Very clean, great location to restaurants, beach, etc. beautiful hotel and pools including a rooftop and swim up bar. Staff were kind and helpful. Amenities were top notch from kid options, pools right at entry to check out as you come and go to beach or excursions: Restaurant was clean and convenient onsite but many nearby food options that we found much tastier. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Great location. 1/4 block from Main Street in Ao Nang and 1.5 blocks from beach. Shops, restaurants, massages just steps away. Staff friendly. They supply you with bottled water and will replenish, 2 at a time, whenever requested at no charge. They have a weight room and have Pilates and yoga in mornings on certain days. Breakfast buffet excellent. Lattes, fresh fruit, eggs, cereal and many other yummy foods. 2 pools, one on main floor and infinity pool on roof top. Would definitely go back and recommend it.

Beautiful environment
The hotel's location in the city center is very convenient for shopping and entertainment.
The swimming pool is rather small.
There aren't many beach chairs.
The buffet breakfast offers delicious and varied food.
The rooms have excellent views.
The biggest drawback is the small room size.
The website shows the room size as 40 square meters, but I estimate it's only about 30 square meters; the advertising exaggerates the room size.

We had a great stay at this hotel. One thing that really stood out was the breakfast. The breakfast hours ran late, and there was a large selection--Western, Indian, and Chinese options. They had cheddar cheese slices and alternated between offering BLUE CHEESE and cream cheese. I was excited about that. They also had fresh baked loaves of bread to cut for toast. I had the Indian tea each morning. Everything was great. I miss the breakfast at this hotel!

Another nice thing to note is that they provide blue towels at the front desk that you can check out for beach days and boat tours. This is nice because the shops in town were charging 400-600 THB to purchase towels. We saved money and room in our luggage by borrowing the hotel towels.

We were very happy with our 3 night stay in an outdoor pool balcony room. We knew this resort catered to families. We booked this room and it was a wonderful way to escape the chaos at the main pools. We were so happy that our little pool was in the sunshine most of the day! Breakfast was a busy spot, but we found lots of options including the egg station which was great. We didn't have any other meals at the hotel and there isn't really a bar to end the day. There are so many options nearby, this was fine for us. The rooftop pool was very nice. It was hard to get a lounge chair. Maybe that pool should be adults only?? We were happy with the cleanliness of our room, it was quiet and modern. We would definitely recommend this hotel and a stay in Ao Nang!!

The staff were all very friendly and efficient. The room was cleaned daily but sometimes not until after 4pm which was inconvenient at times. The roof top pool was great with good happy hours. The main pool looked lovely but had to much overall shade for my liking. The location of the hotel to the beach and shops was fantastic. The breakfast was ok but catered more to Indian and Thai (Thai was to be expected).. In a 2 week stay the hotel offered hashbrowns once and the egg station was very slow if you timed it wrong. Bacon was available but on request only.

We really enjoyed our stay at Panan Krabi Resort! We stayed in a family suite for 4 nights. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable to relax in after a long morning on the beach. The beds were comfortable, the room clean and the shower hot and powerful! The aircon was powerful and the room also had a fan which helped circulate the cool air. The resort was only 5 minutes walk from the beach/the boats to various islands which was super convenient for us. The staff at the hotel were very helpful, especially the tourist information desk, who helped us book a private longtail boat tour of Ko Hong Island and two others (with Krabi Teerapong Tour). Breakfast was included and was very enjoyable - there was a wide variety of choice, including freshly made eggs, Thai soup, noodles and donuts. There was also a choice of fresh juice, fruit that meant we could have something different every day. The only downside to our stay was the number of Israelis staying at the resort. Other than that, we definitely would recommend staying at Panan Krabi Resort. Our favourite place for food was KoDam Kitchen, where we went three days in a row! We also enjoyed South Indian food at Madras Cafe.

Great stay overall but not everything was perfect.
Pros:
- big room with an amazing view.
- nice and comfortable beds.
- clean and housekeeping did a great job.
- amazing huge pool.
- staff were super friendly and helpful.
- location is great, you're in the middle of all the action but it's still very nice and quite at the hotel.
- perfect for a family stay with kids. There is a kids club and a kids swimming pool.
- breakfast and a la carte were very good.

Cons:
- AC was very tricky to use, you can change the temperature but it reverts back to whatever default setting after some time (20 degrees but feels like 15). Most of the time we left it off to avoid it.
- due to some issues with the AC the floor becomes completely wet and slippery. We had to leave the room and asked the staff for help. They cleaned it and provided a dehumidifier, and while it helped a lot it was super loud.

While we had a couple of issues, the positives outweigh the negatives and it was a great stay.

The hotel itself was nice. Staff was very friendly and the grounds were immaculate. The hotel was really close to everything. About a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool area was nice although we didn’t spend a lot of time there. Our only disappointment was the breakfast. It was not that great. But for $6 USD it was less than eating at McDonald’s. The cliff view room was really a view of an empty lot (but our room was on the 1st floor). We really enjoyed our deck.

Our stay at Panan Krabi Resort was disappointing. Housekeeping was unreliable — even after requesting cleaning several times, no one came until 5 PM, and the room was left partially cleaned with used rags and no fresh towels.

There was loud construction happening at the pool every day, and we were never informed about it beforehand. When we asked the resort about it, they offered no compensation or solutions. On top of that, the pool isn’t heated and was too cold to use.

For what we paid, this resort did not deliver. I would recommend staying elsewhere in Ao Nang.

Overall disappointing. Great breakfast and rooftop pool and view, those were best part. Main pool is nice but is in the shade most of the day so water feels cold if sun is not out.

Rooms are average at best. Booked a room with private whirlpool which was not heated and in shade much of day, so again if not sunny, it feels cold.

Bathrooms off the lobby were very dirty all the time and not maintained well.

I have spent last 2 months traveling throughout 7 countries in Asia. This was the most expensive hotel room of the trip... and the worst. Staff was very nice but I would not stay again.

Despite arriving at the hotel on time, we had to wait over two hours for our room to be allocated, which was quite disappointing, especially as we were traveling with small kids and were already exhausted after a long flight and a journey from Phuket to Krabi. The waiting experience in the lobby was frustrating.

That said, once settled in, the stay was comfortable. The breakfast spread was excellent, the pool area was great, and the room itself was spacious and well-maintained.

This hotel is a gem; from the beautiful pools to the surrounding scenery to the incredible, hardworking employees.

My friend and I stayed one week and the hospitality was next level. We felt very taken care of in all aspects. We loved lounging by the pools and strolling along the surrounding streets of shops and restaurants. The Pho restaurant that is part of the Panan is a must visit. Absolutely delicious. And the deep tissue massage at the hotel was glorious.

We can’t stop raving about this hotel to our friends and family! We feel very blessed for the opportunity to stay here. Thank you for an unforgettable time!

A beautiful resort in the heart of Krabi. Lovely swim-up pool bar with plenty of loungers and yummy 2-for-1 happy hour cocktails. The buffet breakfast was superb!! This place was the perfect way to start my Thailand adventure. I recommend taking a longboat to Railay West for the day. You can book just down on the corner near the beach. My only negative is that the bed was very hard. You may be able to request a soft bed when booking.

This hotel was a very nice place to stay in Ao Nang, it was reasonably priced and was a beautiful property! We loved the jungle vibe that the property gave, and it was in a quiet area so we got good rest. The food at the resturant was not our favorite, but there are many resturants super close around. The Pho place that I belive is part of the hotel was really good. The staff were friendly and the room was really nice. We definately enjoyed our stay.

A gf and I stayed here for a few days while visiting, the staff are the real stars of the hotel. Everyone is amazing and soooo friendly. The resort is pretty cool, but does have some areas in need of a small repair or good cleaning. Originally we ended up being put in a room with a joint door and heard our neighbors fight off and on for hours...then leave, come back at 430am and have obnoxious $3x for an hour. We called the front desk at 530am and asked to switch rooms and we're immediately met by the front desk and they put us in a new room. After we slept for a few hours we chatted with the front desk and they upgraded us to a larger suite. Again, the staff are amazing and do such a fantastic job at accommodating guests. The food at the hotel was meh, we tried the buffet breakfast and the pho restaurant and both were mediocre sadly. We had the BEST bartender (this is actually a shout out to the bartender named Best), had a very good chat with them while we hung out at the pool bar. We also got massages during our stay and the ladies were excellent (Candy and Yeah), they don't have a 'spa' per se but a room that has been converted to act as one. Overall the facilities are great and I do recommend staying here.

Great property but the housekeeping never happened on time and for two days we couldn’t get our room cleaned because when I tried to book the room cleaning service in the app, they didn’t adhere to the time at all - I put in 12:40 because we’d be out, but they came around 6 which I think is not okay.
