The location is great. The top infinity pool is great, super clean and the pool bar is a great addition. However, we found the rooms so be very basic, they need something on the walls, we had a horrid smell from the drains in our room and as the bathroom door is just a rolling door you couldn’t shut the smell out properly. The biggest let down of this resort is the fact if your room is in the 800’s you have a fantastic view but it takes a long time to get a buggy to get you up or down. It’s very steep, we’re fit 30 year olds and we struggled getting up there in the heat. There needs to be more buggies and they need to be more frequent - staff used them a lot to transport linen ect which meant they weren’t available for guests. We also found the reception staff not that helpful about anything. We were never given a map of the resort or the WiFi password, so make sure you ask for it when you arrive.

All I can say is WOW!!! The view from our room was enough reason alone to book this gorgeous accomodation.

It is a short walking distance to the Main Street (can’t remember the name) for plenty of restaurants, money exchange, bars and Ao nang beach a little further down. I wish we could’ve stayed longer than 2 days to utilise the pool area more! The sunset was to die for

We initially booked a standard room without the sea view, which was located towards the bottom of the resort. Unfortunately, the room felt extremely old and run down. It looked nothing like the photos and honestly felt quite unpleasant — we were already looking at options to move out because it felt so dated and unclean.

We decided to pay extra to upgrade to a sea view room higher up the resort, and the difference was unbelievable. The upgraded room felt much more modern, clean, and luxurious, and the view was great.

It’s hard to understand how two rooms in the same hotel can feel so completely different. If you plan to stay here, I would strongly recommend booking one of the higher sea view rooms.

We stayed at 3 resorts on our 2 week stay in Thailand and this place just didn’t compare. Even though the place was not perfect the staff were not friendly or attentive. They did not clean the rooms only replaced towels and left them on the bed. We did not eat at the resort , the restaurant was always empty. The location was good for walk ability and the view was amazing.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Thailand and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.

From the moment we arrived, the reception felt empty and unwelcoming. The staff were just sitting behind the desk with no greeting or explanation. Instead of properly introducing the hotel or its facilities, they simply handed us a piece of paper with information and that was it. No warmth, no hospitality.

The hotel itself does not look like the pictures they advertise. It feels outdated, short-staffed, and poorly maintained — almost like it’s slowly being abandoned. There’s a clear lack of maintenance and attention to detail throughout the property.

The room had a nice view, which was honestly the only positive aspect of the stay. However, the room was very dark and had an unpleasant smell. For the price they charge, the quality is completely out of range.

The pool area was another disappointment. The beach chairs were old and not the same as the ones shown in their promotional photos. The facilities in general felt dirty and neglected.

After staying at Hotel Adam in Krabi, this felt like going from heaven to hell. The difference in service, quality, and atmosphere was huge.

Overall, it feels like the hotel is dying and management simply doesn’t care anymore.

Do not fall into the trap.

Whilst the location was perfect, the hotel lacked a lot. Firstly, the toilets don’t flush- needed to use public toilets all the time. Called reception 6 times in a two day stay. checked out with the issue persisting.

Secondly and MOST annoyingly- both pools close at 7pm- highly pathetic for a hotel that calls itself a resort- especially in December- anyone seeing this- keep dreaming about sunset swims.

A spectacular looking hotel conveniently located just off the main drag in Ao Nang. They were close to finishing the cleaning of all the turquoise tiled roofs of the buildings in their complex and this along with the villas climbing up the hillside towards the rooftop pool with its magnificent views of the surrounding cliffs and beach, made this a picture perfect Instagram friendly resort to stay in. My room was big with a nice balcony overlooking the small and lower pool, and midway between the lower reception area and the rooftop pool. If you are not physically fit or don’t like walking up and down slopes/stairs this might not be the ideal location for you, but they brilliantly provide a golf cart service from the Reception area (or you can call them from your room) to move you around the resort if you need it (or if you’re a little bit wobbly after having a fun night out!)

The resort is a few minutes walk from the beach and it’s countless restaurants and bars with a small little “beer bar complex” called RCA just up the road if that’s more your thing. Hotel staff were very friendly and the tour operator in Reception was very helpful and I would recommend haggling on any price you agree there because there is always money to be saved with them. I went on a “4 island” day trip which was scenic but felt rushed and overly organised. I was recommended to take the Hong Island day trip as it is very relaxing and unrushed, so this will be on the list for my next visit.

The only reason I gave breakfast less than five stars is because the only option is the buffet at four hundred baht per person. However, the spread itself was very impressive. Everything else about the resort was marvelous! It's in a perfect location where you can choose a portion of beach that is not busy, or walk up a bit to Ware all the shops and people are. Would absolutely stay here again!

On arrival, wifi didn’t work and security box was broken. We were made to wait for an hour for repairs, which didn’t work out anyways. The facility and views are nice, but you have to rely on ground transport to and from your room every time going in or out—a bit of a pain. Best point: quiet away from the mayhem of Ao Nang walking street.

Day bed has no cover on it and mattress had some stains on it.

This was my second time in Krabi. This resort was perfectly located and we had an enjoyable time over all.
Most of the staff was very pleasant, and for being in a foreign country and perfectly sufficient English skills (if you expect more, consider where you travel). The pool was beautiful, tons of loungers available and good bar staff. We had no issues with walking around the resort, and getting golf cart assistance when needed. The room service was delicious (though they were the only unpleasant staff members we encountered). I saw reviews mentioning flies and this and that, again, reconsider where you are traveling then.

I take a few points away, largely because this is just not a 5 star resort and I don’t think they are trying to be. We did book the cheapest room available. It was clean mostly, the bathroom is mostly what feels dingy and out dated. Shower wasn’t super clean and the shower head (rain shower only, the worst!) was spewing in all different directions. The girls get it. My only, and largest complaint would be the wifi. Again, I know I SHOULD consider where I am traveling. But I have never had such issues in traveling Thailand. I am a remote worker, so it was a bit frustrating. Was hardly ever strong enough to watch any media, and with 2 of us in the room only 1 device would sort of work on it at a time (streaming/media)
Overall, with my budget and love for travel I would honestly come back for the price and what we got.

The grounds, infinitely pool and staff were outstanding! The room was…basic. We were provided two bath towels, no hand towels or wash rags. But honestly, for the price I didn’t expect much. I would say this though: the sheets seemed like they could use an upgrade, as there were some light stains and hairs found in the bed.
But-amazing location, great pool and incredible staff out-weigh some of the minor things.

Really nice staff, beautiful views and the transfer service around the resort is great. Check in and out were very easy and there’s room to store your bags.

Gym is small but functional. The overall location is right in the middle of the action but set back so it’s still quiet.

Only let down is for the price would have expected better quality of toiletries provided and you are unable to borrow things like irons that most hotels would provide to each room. Room also felt a bit plain and lacking in decor.

The location was great and close to the beach. The room was nice with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. The view from the top pool was spectacular and worth the ride up. The bar staff didn't seem to want to give us towels and when we asked for them were given pieces of cloth instead. I was asked to give the wet \"towel\" back before leaving the area so I had to go back to my room in wet bathers. The breakfast wasn't very good but there's a nice cafe to the right when exiting the resort that opens at 8am. We ate there every morning. There's a backpackers across the road and we went to the bar which was fun. Our cleaner was lovely and very good. Some of the other staff weren't friendly. The property is very steep and unless you like walking up steep hills you will need to wait for a cart to take you up to your room. We had a nice room at the base of the hill. Would stay there again and ask for a room at the bottom. Stayed 6 nights.

The staff were excellent, welcoming and helpful, dining options were pricy compared to restaurants in the area, swimming pool and other facilities were fabulous - it would be great to have some in-house entertainment. Minimal gym equiptment but we still had a great workout!!

This property is located right at the heart of the town, with most places being within a level walk, such as the departure point for boats to Railay Beach, the night market and the many restaurants and bars. The staff were very welcoming, courteous and informative. The infinity pool is amazing, with spectacular views out to the sea. It also has a pool bar. Be warned, it is a steep, albeit short, walk up to the infinity pool, but there is a free buggy service that you can use if the walk is not appealing. The gym is very basic, with some of the equipment not working and outdated. We had a few minor gripes, such as the cups in the room not being replaced following the daily clean and our patio door was very hard to close. However, in general terms, this hotel is a great choice for convenience, location and comfort.

The hotel is well ubicated, but the service is terrible. We were 2 people and they give you only one key. When I asked an extra one for my grandson (19 years old) the told me that they only had one.
The safe box did not work. We had to wait more than an hour to get it fixed.
My friend bought another day to stay, and asked to stay in the same room. They accepted. No one came to clean the room. And in addition the power did not work, that means, no AC in an extreme hot weather.
They sent people to fix it, no result.
Do not waste your money in that place.

Well located property. Plenty of stairs and steep driveways, but the hotel has golf carts to assist customers.
Check in was quite painful, as it took quite a long time (about 30 minutes) and we checked in at the nominated time. The room booking was also messed up and we had to return to reception to get sorted.

We stayed in the ocean view jacuzzi room which was excellent. The plug was missing but the maintenance team sorted that immediately. Being on the hill there is a golf kart which takes you up amd down which was easy to use.

The view was amazing!

Location was perfect.

Pool area was nice and quiet. The pool itself wasnt nice to swim in, too chemically on the eyes. The staff at the pool were clueless to say the least, although very polite. No organisation, half the menu unavailable and it seemed like most of our drinks were brought up from the main hotel so a slow service. Seems like a reflection on management n9t staff itself. Breakfast was awful!

Check in and out was easy. Laundry service was also great.

Staff were very friendly. Swimming pool with bar open during day, food available from reception, Snack restaurant and main \"breakfast\" restaurant - but all closed in the evening. However, literally hundreds of restaurants are available within easy walking distance, as location is very central, nicely set back from main drag, but only 200 metres from beach. Resort is built over a steep extensive attractively wooded hillside - mixture of blocks and some individual units- fortunately they have a \"buggy\" to drive you too and from your room whenever required, otherwise it would be a problem for anyone with even slight mobility problems - or even the active struggling uphill in the heat/humidity. Rooms are modern-featureless but comfortable, very well air-conditioned: ours had a quiet balcony with views through trees to sea. We would like to commend your staffs for such great service. We had issues with the TV & your staff changed a TV for us when the issue could not be solved. On our check out day, the buggy waited patiently for us even though we told the staff to just bring our luggages down. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

The hotel and staff were perfect! The room was large, bright and comfortable. The bathroom was also ideal. The only drawback was that our room was at the top of a steep hill. If anyone has limited mobility it would prove difficult. The majority of the rooms are easier to access. The pool area is spacious and well looked after. The food was reasonably priced and well presented. We would definitely return! It is located close to the many restaurants and shops with a short walk to the beach. Ao Nang is a good spot for accessing other islands too.

The staff is quite friendly and helpful, and they are pleased to answer any queries. Very kind. The equipment is abit older esp. the air con, a bit noisy. But room very clean. Really appreciate the kindness of the staff, esp. the smiling girl in the reception desk, she is so sweet and nice! They even helped me after I checked out and left Thailand ! I will go to this resort next time should I go Krabi again.

nice place.

Stayed in room 721,nice spacious room ,spotlessly clean.The only niggle was the early morning noise from the kitchen below.The pool area needs more pads for the sun beds. overall a nice place with lovely staff.

Tips Krabi

Highly recommend this hotel; which away from the main road so u don’t hear any night time life noise; but on the other hand is very closed to shops and main attractions on Krabi. About less then 5 mins to the beach.
The working staff are absolutely amazing; welcoming; always smiling; willing to do anything for guests at any time and whatever.

Ok for a mid price hotel.

Nice Place!
The rooms and beds are large and comfortebel.
The WIFI is a joke, very unstable, slow and to complicated to connect to.
The breakfast decreases every year...
The hotell overall has a very lofty stance, but they don´t reach it.

Did not like this place at all. Room was hot. It a little wooden bunglow. No place for your baggage. TV is the old style, under powered signal & intermittant wifi. These bungalows have seen better days. Under lit, needs more powerful light bulbs & more of them. The bathroom end of the room is in permanent darkness. Bathroom is basic, hardly a single shelf or hook. Water is luke warm. So glad to move to the hotel next door. Avoid.
