They have clean room, great and helpful staff. Their breakfast is great and delicious. The hotel located near to the beach, around 10-15min walking time. The hotel provided concierge service which easy for us to book for any jump island or sea program. My family and I have a wonderful and extremely comfortable stay in this hotel. The weather in Krabi is hot on April but the air-conds in our rooms are cold and nice. There are many great and delicious local Thai restaurants nearby, only walking distance as well. Totally recommend and will definitely come back again.

The hotel felt a bit worn down, the kids' club was very small with limited toys, and it smelled strange inside. The pool area was okay, but not fantastic. There is A LOT of noise if you stay facing the street.

The room was impeccable. I paid for a a garden view or mountain view. I reveived a pool view.It was explained to me that the garden or mountain view is always a pool view. That was deceiving. But, despite that I did enjoy our view and large balcony with large table for breakfast or outdoor massage. Staff is wonderful but hotel clearly under staff. You cannot find staff when you need someone at the desk. Or visibly having an on property presence. Also, I requested a airport pick up. But noone showed. After contacting hotel we were willing to wait at airport. But hotel rep was rude and we called back several times and received the same response. We were shocked. Very unprofessional besides no compassion.

We had a room on the top floor of building 5, overlooking the pool. It was perfect for a 3 night stay in Ao Nang. Close to the pier so.you can easilly hop onto boat trips whenever you feel like it, and there are endless restaurants, bars and shops to keep you occupied after dark

The room was amazing the staff is incredible. We are amazed how they are so humble and welcoming. We decided to extend for one more night. The room smelled humid but that is because of the type of climate where is located, once you leave the AC on is all good. Of course for us westerners there’s little things that we are not accustomed but that’s part of this amazing experience. Be kind and have an open mind and you’ll have an amazing time !!!

We booked the family room. It has a king bed and a bunk bed which was fun for out kids. The themed room was spacious and they even have toys and a mini tent set up in the middle of the room. If you have kids, the property has a slide in the pool, a kids club, and everything looks nice. Great location, our room even had a sea view. If you get building 6 like us, there’s a long and complicated walk from the lobby, but it’s totally worth it.

Although I liked the staff (very friendly and helpful), the general comfort feel of the rooms, the hotel isn't wheelchair/handicap friendly (...at least, I did not see any signs for it).
I was hoping to bring my elderly parents, but with the amount of stairs for them to walk is a huge inconvenience.

What a wonderful location! A few short minutes to the beach. In the middle/main section of hotels, dining, shopping. The hotel itself is nice, very clean and modern. Lots of walking including a large hill but we did get a room upgrade for a nice view so no complaints. Overall, 10/10 stars. Highly recommended

The bed is very comfortable.
This is an older hotel with only 1 elevator with limited access to the multiple levels. The hotel layout is poor, we had to carry our luggage across the pool area up stairs to get to our room.
The pool food service and house keeping is slow.
The hotel is close to bars,food and currency exchanges. The beach is a bit if a walk, located at the end of the street. The breakfast buffet is okay, tasty.

A pieds de boutiques et restaurants. Bien situé pour les excursions avec pick up a l'hotel. Petit dejeuner excellent et copieux. Coffre fort dans la chambre et frigo. Seven Eleven à proximité. Nice Hotel in Town Centre

Lovely hotel in the centre of town and a short walk to the beach. Clean, friendly and had a great little gym and modern, tasty restaurant. We only stayed 1 night and was on the front of the hotel as we had requested mountain view. The street outside is very noisy and may have been an issue if we stayed longer, but as we went to bed late and rose early, then we actually were not affected by outside noise. Very nice hotel if staying in town, very good quality.

The hotel is nowhere near the beach it is 500 m walk down a busy road .
Lots of steps as the hotel is on a hill
Very inflexible late check out rules after a long stay and IHG premium guest .
Good food and nice helpful staff.

Amenities are great, especially the Raphang Bistro and Bar and its unique setting by the street sidewalk Ang the live music every evening. The excursions day after day were long for us, the vendor was helpful arranging transportationn.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The room was very comfortable. The only negative point was that soon after we checked in we noticed that the underside of the toilet seat was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned, we contacted reception twice about the problem and it took 40 minutes before anyone arrived to clean it.

Very good hotel. Restaurant and bar were very good. Gym was extremely good based on previous hotels we have visited. Only downside is that the balcony rooms only have space for one chair which is fine if you’re travelling solo but not as a couple.

Our stay was great I really think is one of the best hotels in Aonang, the staff was very friendly and the best part was that we have a golf car that will drive us to our room which was amazing, we have the water view and I was really beautiful, the only thing was that next door they have a family with little kids that make a lot noise late into the night, so it will be nice if they have a family section, so other guests can’t be disturbed.
Other than that we lived this hotel.

The hotel is located in a great location. It is close to shopping, the beach, and across the street from a 7-11.
The staff was exceptional friendly and helpful, outstanding. The welcome drink of coconut water and soaked lotus flower petals, was one of the most refreshing drinks that I had ever had in my life. Always ask for more.

Fantastic location. Very easy to get to Ao Nang beach&other boat operators for trips etc. Lots of food stalls&laundry facilities right at the doorstep. Staff were very friendly&accommodating. Our room was upgraded on the 2nd day when a mountain view was available-worth the switch as it was lovely to wake up to! Celebrated our anniversary&my husband's birthday here. Housekeeping decorated the room for us & gave some cake which was a lovely touch. Then at breakfast, staff sang happy birthday & gave a chocolate decorated plate with waffles&fruit. Greatly appreciated! Breakfast was extensive, different options daily & very tasty. My daughter loved the kids breakfast corner. Pool area was ok sized & tidy. Only negatives hence the loss in a star-when it rained all the external staircases were never moped up after, being a great trip hazard. Slipped a number of times. Given the humidity, the stairs took ages after a rainfall to dry up. The other negative was the playground & kids club. We had high hopes for it, but when we arrived realised both are literally equipped for toddlers & babies mainly. With only a TV/video game for the older kids. My 6 year old got very bored & would just go there to hangout/watch TV. More activities would have been nice. Our stay of 8nights, the club was never busy despite many families staying, can see why. Also, the club was the only place we experienced lazy staff who showed very little enthusiasm. Didn't talk/interact with our daughter much either.

We stay at Holiday Inn Resort Ao Nang twice a year. We wouldn't say anywhere else in Krabi. Staff are so friendly and helpful, Bank is so good toput you through a workout at the gym, or at kid's club.
Food is consistently good and VFM.
We will be back again

When we checked in they gave us king size bed, instead of 2 single beds which was my actual booking. The staff said don't have available beds..But , I insisted the staff gave us another room . The room has no tissue box besides the bed. Other wise, is ok. Cleanliness need vacuuming the bed comforter was dusty.

We had a nice time at this hotel. Clean and convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. The only drawback was that at night we did hear some music from a close by bar. We had one of the rooms in the front so that was probably the reason why. We never mentioned it to the front desk. If so, they may have been able to move us. Breakfast daily was very good.

The staff were polite and friendly. The services were excellent. The property is located conveniently near restaurants, mini markets, 7-Eleven, medical centres, shopping areas, salons for hair, pedi and mani and so much more - 5 mins walk to Aonang Beach.

Food at Rak Hang Thai restuarant in the hotel was great and delicious.

Spa services at Antique Spa in the hotel was also wonderful. Highly recommended for family.

As an IHG member, we got our rooms ungraded to sea view rooms. Truly appreciated the hospitality. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

The location of this hotel was prime - right in the middle of Beach Street but the majority of the room buildings are set back away from the road. The service was impeccable and the rooms were comfortable and stayed cool. Bonus - it's across the street from a 7-Eleven and next door to a Starbucks!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better - it's situated perfectly, within walking distance to the market, where you can find numerous cafes and massage places nearby. Plus, the view of the sea and hills around Krabi from the hotel was simply breathtaking. Not to mention, the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout my entire stay. Highly recommended!
