I confidently say this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The only good thing about the place is the location. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in Krabi, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Here is a breakdown of why this stay was so frustrating:

- Misleading \"Sea View\" Rooms: I booked a sea view room specifically for the scenery, but calling it a \"sea view\" is a massive stretch. You can barely see the water unless you lean out the balcony and twist your neck left, and it certainly doesn't live up to the premium price or the marketing photos.

- Insufferable Noise Levels: Sleep is nearly impossible here. There is a nightclub directly across the road that blasts music late into the night. To make matters worse, the room doors are equipped with loud alarms that trigger if they aren't shut perfectly. If a guest down the hall or across from you doesn't slam their door shut, you’ll be listening to a piercing alarm all night.

- Dismissive Management: When I brought these issues to the staff, the lack of accountability was stunning. Management showed zero concern for the guest experience and flatly refused any form of compensation or resolution except moving me to a different room a few nights later.

They only seemed to be concerned when I showed them my complaint to the Thai consumer affairs board.

They also said they would remove some of the pool bar purchases from my bill and as expected this didn't happen.

Lovely hotel close to the beach. We were on the 7th floor but despite this we found that noise coming from outside was a lot and carried on late at night.

They provided halal chicken but unfortunately this is cooked in the same pans as pork which defeats the purpose. Breakfast could be a lot better.

The room itself and the view was fantastic. The pool was great and has a slide which is fun. The restaurant food was also really tasty. Staff were also really friendly and helpful.

Hotel was ok for the price point so was not expecting too much. They clearly cater for a certain demographic with the food on offer at breakfast and the number of guests from India and China making this obvious. Please don’t book this hotel, we had 3 rooms booked and was bitten by bee bugs not mosquito we even showed the staff but the night manager was incompetent in dealing with this. Although general staff were ok, we stayed in two other locations with no issues.

To say I’m very disappointed in this hotel would be an understatement. We arrived at 7pm and entered our room that was supposed to have a cliff view but it was behind buildings with garbage and towers in the way. The room also smelt like mold and mildew, we complained to the front desk and they sent someone up to check, in which he only sprayed air freshener!! After we returned at 10pm to see if we can switch rooms, we waited over an hour to get a proper response from reception and eventually moved to a different room with a pool view.

This room also smelt like mold, the toilet and shower are also detached small spaces and not what we expected. The housekeeping also comes at different times throughout the days so very inconsistent, we wanted to rest during the late afternoon and they had to clean our room as we were there. Housekeeping don’t replace the cups, towels, hand wash soap and didn’t take out the garbage.

The plumbing is very poor as well, engineers came to fix the temperature as it only stayed boiling hot, the sink drain also got locked into the socket and an engineer also had to come and repair the sink. I cannot believe how awful this hotel is, this was a 2 star motel experience (at best) and I do not recommend wasting your money here.

Great location, everything you could possibly need it walkable and if you’re not up for that, tuk tuks are always near by. The room and hotel itself is very clean, staff is very friendly and always aim to please. Sara, “Boy” and “Rom” were excellent as were the rest of the staff.

Great location - close enough to the beach, bars and restaurants without being right in the chaos of the main strip. Good breakfast, very lovely polite staff and a very convenient app to manage room cleaning, requesting water, or booking activities and transport. The pool area was nice and the gym was small but had decent equipment. Would stay here again.

Biggest gripe is the lack of sunbeds at pool for amount of rooms at hotel. Pool staff could be a bit more assertive on enforcing the “No Reserve” rule.

The room was cleaned daily but the room was on the smaller side. We had one of the pool access rooms. The room had an open plan layout which proved to be a bit difficult when we wanted to shower or use a he toilet after little one went to sleep. The staff are the friendliest in the world. Food was fantastic and the facilities like the kids centre was great. The spa could be updated a bit. Location is great with lots of food spots and shops around the corner. Overall very happy

The rooms are not the point.

Everything the other reviewers said is true: Fluctuating hot/cold water, music blaring until midnight, hard beds, moldy, smelly (bath) rooms spotty cleaning staff, few amenities -- no luggage rack (or slippers! Gasp!!)

Really good location off of the main strip, but easy access to the bars, restaurants and a short walk to the beach.
Rooms were really good, we had 2 and the put us opposite each other which was helpful. Clean, good decor and refreshed daily.
Staff really friendly.
Pool was good, just a bit cold as out of the sun. Happy hour on the cocktails was worth it tho!
Overall great for exploring Krabi and surrounding and good for nightlife also.

The room that we booked was a cliff view. It was surrounded by garbage and was obstructed by a big tower. This was not shown in the pictures when we booked. We asked for another room which also did not have a great view. Eventually we got a room with the pool view. The floors of the room are not cleaned but polished. They are very dirty and will make your socks turn black. Service is also very slow and have to be reminded plenty of times. Also the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything all day.
I would not book sea seeker and would stay away from the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was a turn off unfortunately.

Overall good and average. Room layout and mirror layout made no sense. Some rooms had a chair and others didn't (needed to get one to use my laptop). Breakfast has wide variety but very mediocre to bad food quality (fruit wasn't ripe for example). Location is adequate. Price was insane (more than tripled) for holiday peak week. Waterslide was the best amenity they had.

I would not recommend this hotel. The staff are kind, but not willing to fix issues. We booked a “luxury longtail private tour” through the hotel, payed the hotel, and it was terrible and expensive, of course they wont give me a refund.. I wish I went for a hotel closer to the beach too. Its not worth it unless you're booking it for super cheap. It’s far from the beach especially on a hot day. The walk is long and crowded, I should have done further research. I really expected more from this hotel that had a high rating.

Lovely hotel with a nice welcome on arrival. Hotel was generally clean and in a good location. We had connecting rooms facing the pool. The conditions of the room was generally okay but the furniture was starting to show signs of wear and tear. The railings on the balcony could also do with a lick of paint as it had peeled off in places.

It is very much a hotel for families with a lot of younger children when we were there, so the pool was very busy with screaming kids. Ours are grown up so we avoided the pool area.

The monkey trail is nearby and there is a night market across the road from the hotel. Lots of eating options nearby as well.

The property was located near to the Ao Nang beach which is the most prominent beach of Krabi. 2 wheeler rentals, eateries and night market for access are nearby. The resort had a smaller version of a day club which was a great place to be during the afternoon. Pool even had a water slide for adults too, how cool is that! The rooms were smaller per my expectations, otherwise it was a great experience.

First impressions of the hotel was really good.

Checkin was great. Welcomed straightaway from the front desk staff with a smile and a cold drink. Staff were absolutely brilliant here. The land of the smiles it was in this hotel.

Room
Room was very nice indeed. Modern in design with a large comfy bed. We had pool view. It was at the very end of the building overlooking the baby pool. Suppose it's still considered a pool view. Free drinking water is allocated every day. Great to have this available in this hot climate without having to visit the shops first.

Pool
The pool is very nice. A little cold for my liking but ok after a little while. Swim up bar.
Loungers sit in the water. Other sun loungers are curved ones with no adjustments. I wasn't keen on these as you're slouched down very low. Can't adjust them to sit up a bit to read etc.

Location

We found the location to be great. Turn right at the main road after exiting the main hotel grounds. Walk up the slight hill and your on one of AO Nangs main strips. Lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep.
Or turn left after you come out the hotel and walk 5 mins down the road and there is an open air market on the right side of the road.
You can often hear a band playing there. Lots of food stalls to grab a bite and listen to the music.

Food/Drink
We only ate breakfast at the hotel which was included in our room rate. I really enjoyed the varied selection that was on offer here.

Nice little hotel. Had to get their app in order to call for housekeeping and request services which I thought was initially annoying but actually ended up being easier. It’s off the main strip so a little quieter at night and was very clean. Breakfast was okay but convenient to be included. Across from the new night market and 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Sort of in the middle of the strip which worked out well. The tourism desk in the lobby charges much more for tours than the app so just quote the app price and they’ll honour it.

The bedroom, shower, and toilet were not seperate and there was no mirror directly above the sink to shave. There was very little storage for clothes so we had to use a suitcase. Our room had a view of the sea and the pool, which was nice. You could walk easily to shops and restaurants, which was good as the hotel food was quite expensive. Everything seemed clean and well organised. The steps into the pool were the same colour as the bottom so we grazed our legs a few times.

10 day night stay, perfect quiet location. Deluxe limestone Cliff View room with great views. Not much storage so we used sofa and chair for our packing cubes and left rest in suitcase, which wasn't a problem as the room had lots of floor space. Strange that sink is not in bathroom but it works fine. Staff are so very friendly/helpful, installed the Hotel App and used it to order bottled water (free) and chose time to have room cleaned. Used Hotel App to book 2 boat trips the night before and price was alot cheaper than elsewhere.

Breakfast consisted of everything and so much choice, you won't go hungry. Set lunc,h was only 89 THb, but we had meal in restaurant set meal 150Thb very tasty.

Always got a sunbed by pool, sometimes had to wait a few minutes, as people tend to come and go all day long. Water was a little cold and great to cool off on hot days. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

The staff couldn't have been more accommodating. The breakfast was excellent with many different items, both western and asian items. The resort was clean and roomy, but only supplied hand and bath towels, no wash clothes, so bring your own. You will also have to live out of tour suitcase unless you can hang all your clothes up, there are no clothes drawers or cabinets. Also, no microwave and a small refrigerator. It would have also been nice to have access to ice after 9PM. I picked up some from 7-11 on occasion for 11 baht. It stayed relatively frozen in the back of the fridge. Also, the pool closes at 7pm. we had one of our best meals at Kaze Japanese restaurant. Hit up the all you can eat sushi on the weekend. We also had a very nice experience at the Spa. The Thai Message was an 8 out of 10. All in all, it was a great value for the money, and the short comings I described are quite common when travelling in Thailand.

Overall, our stay was excellent. We found the location was great, a short walk to the main street and about 15-20 minutes to the beach. The breakfast buffet was tasty, with lots of options.
The room was great, nice size and a very large comfy bed. The pool was great with a fantastic view of the mountain.

We did sometimes have some noise at night from bars nearby. Some guests were \"reserving\" sunbeds which was annoying as there were not enough sunbeds for everyone.

I came here with my friend and stayed here for 5 days. I chose this hotel because it is walkable to the beach, restaurants, city center but away from the noise. Views were lovely and daily breakfast buffet was superb. I enjoyed the sunday morning yoga and the pool with waterslide. It is not as luxurious as other hotels but a nice, clean, family-oriented, affordable hub for all the island hopping we did.

Sea Seeker was a perfect base for our trip to Ao Nang.
The location was perfect. Quite central but just off the main drag.
The room was lovely, we had a wrap around balcony with views towards the cliffs.
There was plenty options at breakfast

My 8 year old and I had a wonderful time in Sea seeker hotel. The pool is a good size, water slide was entertaining my child and it was quite close to the beach & the high street.
What made a difference to other hotels was the amazing staff working there.
