Katia made the stay great. The room was beautiful, but she was available to contact ahead of time to answer questions. She also contacted our driver so he knew where to drop us off. She met us on the street and walked us to the room.
The area is about a 10 minute walk to the city center with only the need to go up 1 level of stairs from the front door to the street. That alone is a huge benefit in this city. While being only 10 minutes away, that is enough to keep a lot of people away. That keeps the area more quiet. We were able to have silence all night long. We slept so well.
If I return to Positano, this will definitely be my first place to look at staying.

Our stay at Imperati Suites was amazing! We stayed in the Yellow Suite, which was clean, spacious, with plenty of storage, and an incredible view from our private patio!

Absolutely amazing hidden gem in Positano, this little boutique hotel only has 2 rooms and was recently renovated. The location is perfect, just outside of the town centre (which gets extremely busy), but not too high up, only a 10 min walk from the main attraction and beach. The host, Katia, is wonderful, she goes above and beyond to ensure you have a beautiful experience. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning, the photos don’t do justice! Also, everyday you get served breakfast in the balcony and the experience is magical. We stayed in the yellow suite with our 2 girls, this suite is perfect for families as it has 2 rooms, one room was 2 single beds and the other a queen bed. 100% recommended ❤️🌅

We loved everything about Imperiati Suites. It is a lovely boutique B&B. We had the yellow suite which was big and bright and beautiful. A wonderful breakfast is served every morning on the balcony with stunning views. Katia is most helpful, she began texting me about a month before our trip, answered all our questions, and even contacted our taxi driver ahead of time to make sure he knew where to go. She met us outside- and made sure everything went smoothly, and even checked up on us on her day off. Rauluka- I hope I spelled it correctly was amazing too. My wife and I prepared for our trip for Positano, after a previous pandemic cancelation, for many years. We found the Imperiati Suites, a boutique 2 room hotel, located less than 100 yards from the action packed upper downtown area with hopes of the perfect size and location. Our expectations were wildly exceeded. The location was perfect with a gorgeous balcony view, quick access to bars, restaurants and shopping and a huge room by European standard with a separate sitting area. The made-to-order breakfasts brought to our room each morning were enjoyed on our private balcony overlooking the mountains and sea below. But by far thee best thing about Imperiati Suites was the personal service by the hotel manager, Katia. Katia was incredibly accessible, emailing with me for months before the trip and texting throughout our 5 day stay. She would send sweet texts asking \"did we make the ferry to Amalfi\" or \"how was the walk along The Path of Gods\" or just \"how was private boat ride along the coast\"? That personal touch set Imperiati Suites above not only above the hotels in Positano, but any hotel stay we have ever visited. I recommend Imperiati with all my heart and thank Katia for making our trip absolutely magical!

fantastic property with one of the best views of Positano from your balcony. not a hotel but a high end bed and breakfast consisting of two very nice clean tiled rooms including a great family suite. Positano especially in high season is very expensive, and this property is no different, but was worth the splurge, especially as Katia who runs the property is like a concierge who will make sure every aspect of your stay is great including making restaurant and beach club reservations. She reached out to us soon after we booked and had lots of good advice. again, this was the most I have ever spent on a room-but given the level of service and qualityI have no regrets and would recommend this property very highly, with special thanks again to Katia who makes sure every guest has a perfect stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Imperati Suites. Katia was extremely helpful both during our stay and before we even arrived. She assisted with transportation and dining options. Katia really was the perfect host. The place is in an excellent location in Positano with only a few steps down from the main road. There are several restaurants nearby and others a short shuttle ride away. It’s about a 20 minute walk down to the main beach and the location is just far enough that it’s not in the middle of the chaos of all of the people. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Imperati Suites was absolutely amazing! It is a small property with 2 units that just opened this summer. It was very clean and modern and had beautiful views. There are two ridges that make up Positano - this was on the ridge that was slightly quieter, so the view from the property isn't the infamous Positano view, but it was still gorgeous! Positano is small so to walk to the other side of town took 15 min, and it was nice not to be super central where everything was very crowded.
What REALLY made this property amazing was Melania! She manages the property and it was like having a personal concierge that is available at all hours. She reached out a few weeks before our trip and she advised us on making reservations/making an itinerary. Once we arrived she continued to make us reservations and was very easy to communicate with over Whatsapp. She took all of the stress out of planning a vacation and also helped us pick the best places to eat/things to do.

Our stay at Imperati Suites was most memorable during our 7 city vacation in Italy. I was hesitant to book this property because it is fairly new and there were no reviews online, but I took a chance and so happy about the decision! She was instrumental in ensuring that our stay in Positano was perfect from beginning to end - thoughtful, courteous, professional and showed extreme attention to detail. She and the breakfast staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. Melania helped us to arrange for shuttles, make restaurant suggestions and reservations (we loved every restaurant she recommended), as well as book a private Amalfi boat tour. There was lots of space for the 3 of us and breakfast was served in the main shared lobby. Again, the quality and attention to detail with breakfast was appreciated. The location was excellent with a 3-5 minute walk down to the beach and trek back up was very manageable.

First of all, I would like to say that this is the perfect hotel. I was impressed even before my stay. They are helpful and friendly with the difficulty of booking in Positano. When you arrive at the hotel, the owner greets you with a beautiful smile. It was perfect until the last time I left and I will never forget. The very friendly staff and clean system were impressive. If I have a chance, I definitely want to go back to this hotel.
