This hotel was an okay stay overall. The location was great, close to the action in Hyewha. The staff was helpful for the most part. The room was quite small and the carpets were somewhat dirty and old looking.

The staff was welcoming, responded to my needs very quickly and went over my expectations really. I stayed for 25 days and it was the same treatment from day one, really enjoyed my stay. Facility was clean, room layout was small but the design and the amenities made up for it. The bathroom smelled once in a while, but you get used to it. It got bad once and they switched rooms for me which was nice. Unplugging the bidet from the power outlet when not being used helped...I think with the smell. That was my only concern, everything else was great! Definitely return here. Thank you Glu Hotel~

こちらは徒歩だと駅から少し遠いです。東大門からだと登り坂、鐘路5街からは道がガタつきがあり、スーツケースを持っての移動なら恵化駅からがおすすめかも。どの駅も同じくらいの距離でした。東大門駅に停まるバス停がホテル近くにあります。ソウル駅からタクシーだとスムーズに行って1,400円ほどでした。お部屋はスーツケース2個広げれますが狭めだと思います。シャワーブースのみ。ガラス張りなので便座や床も濡れなかったのとバスローブがありました。スリッパはビニール製。連泊しましたがトイレットペーパーがメモ書きしないと補充はなかったです。

入室後すぐトイレを利用し、すぐ次の予定に向かい4時間後くらいにホテルに戻りましたがすごい悪臭が部屋からしてフロントに伝えたところトイレの流し方が良くないとのことでした。流してからすぐに部屋を出ては（ルームキーを抜いては）いけないそうです。その匂いが本当にキツくて残念でした。

以前から気になっていたホテルだったので、非常に手頃に宿泊できてラッキーでした。梨花洞の風景が見える部屋が良かったので、デラックスダブルにしました（おそらくスタンダードシングルからは見えないです）。ダブルベッドをつなげたと思しき、キングサイズ以上のベッドでゆっくり過ごせました。コンセントも姿見の近く、電話やケトルの近く、そしてベッドボードの中央にあり、とても便利でした。シャワーとトイレは同室でしたが、しっかりとガラスで区切られていて、トイレの足元がべちゃっとすることもなく、またトイレはウォシュレット付きで大変快適に過ごせました。向かいにセブンイレブンもあり、歩いて５分弱のところにオシャレなパン屋カフェや、大きめのスタバもありました。バス通り沿いなので治安も悪くないです。まったく不満点がないのですが、本当に強いて言えば、ホテル入り口の扉がちょっと小さめで重たく、また自動じゃないので、スーツケースをふたつ持って扉を開けて入るのがちょっと手こずりました。でもそのくらいで、本当に大満足のホテルでした。いつかスイートにも泊まりたいです。

友達との旅行で、ツインルームを予約したのに、ダブルルームに変更された。エアコンの故障と言われたが、23時頃のチェックインの時点で伝えられて、渋々受け入れるしかなかった。お詫びにとシャンパンを用意していたが、部屋で飲む時間の余裕もなく全く意味がなかった。毎日、部屋の変更をリクエストしたけどダメだった。諦めて最終日はリクエストしなかったら、夜中12時に部屋は変わらなくていいか？と言われたけど、今更なので断った。

金庫が壊れていて使えなかった。タオルやシーツに汚れやシミがあった。ビッグサイズのテレビがあったが使いづらく普通のテレビ番組が見れなかった。クシや輪ゴムなど不要なアメニティはあるが、歯ブラシは有料。エクスペディアで謳っているコーヒーサービスも中止中。フロント24時間対応とあるが早朝のチェックアウト時は留守でカギをカゴに入れておけという対応。かなり情報が違っている。地下鉄の駅は三駅どれも徒歩15分近くかかるのでバスを多用できる人でないと不便かと。
ここまで情報に相違があるとエクスペディアに対しても信用がなくなるレベル。
裏切られなかったのは窓からの景色だけ。スタッフの人柄は悪くないと思うがサービスは決して良いとは言えない。もう泊まることはないと思う。
