Staff was very friendly. Convenient we stayed here after moving hotels last minute. Good location for tour buses. My husband and I went on two tours while we stayed at the hotel. It was comfortable, lots of food options, and shopping. Great restaurants. Near a Moneybox where you can get the best rate for exchanging money.

The location is prime for shopping, attached to a nice mall. People were kind and offered great service, the room was very clean. I would not classify this property as luxury. The room was dated, the beds were very hard, the toilet leaked all over the floor, the bathtub is oddly built with a ledge that allows water to spill out everywhere if not careful, the breakfast buffet was nearly inedible with the smoked salmon being the only tasty thing. Eggs were cold and what was described as juice was nothing more than tang. Absolutely not worth the money, I asked for a refund on the breakfast. For the price, I don't see me staying at another Skypark. It's not as described.

Warm and uncomfortable. This was how my family felt in the room at night. It was winter so after we asked the staff informed that the air conditioners were set to \"heater only\" mode. We were told to open a tiny window to let the cold outside air in but no cold outside air came in. In the end they provided two standing fans for us. This was our 3rd hotel room during this trip, the previous two were in Japan and they had working cold air conditioners in the rooms even in winter.

Aside from this, we found spots of black mold in the toilet. Our 4:30AM booking for a taxi to the airport caused confusion when we arrived at the level 1 counter with our luggage, as the staff on duty said there was a 4:30AM booking for a taxi but the room number and name is different from what I was telling her so she said the taxi was not for us. Come on, 4:30AM, no other guest in sight, taxi waiting, and we were told the taxi was not for us. Eventually the taxi driver went into the hotel to confirm he was picking up 3 passengers to Incheon. Reluctantly, the hotel staff stopped objecting to us taking the taxi, at 4:45AM. Again, no other guest in sight for the taxi.

Now the better parts. The location of the hotel was very good. walking distance to shopping and food, then to subway stations to get out of Dongdaemun. Very convenient to go the places we went. Will we stay in this hotel again? Probably not but for those who can look past the challengers we had with them, this hotel is well located.

The room and location was great! Staff were friendly and accommodating, and they all seem to have good enough English skills to be helpful to non-Korean speakers. Nice amenities around the hotel, and plenty of food options! Only item I wasn’t too thrilled about was that their AC system didn’t seem to effective. Maybe it’s because it was cold and they had some sort of default or lock on the temperature, but the room was too warm for me, and even though I had the temperature set to the lowest it can get, it stayed really warm. Other than that, everything else was great!

Small but clean room and a comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and fluent in English. The fitness room was minimal, but enough equipment (two stationary bikes, a universal machine, two treadmills, and dumbbells) for me to do light exercises. I wish they had heavier dumbbells. (the heaviest ones were only about 43 lbs.)

I took airport bus #6001 from Incheon International Airport. (About 2 hrs) The bus stop is about 350 meters away from the hotel. (About 10-15 mins walk) Use the side entrance (not the shopping mall entrance as it can be confusing) and take the elevator to 14th floor where the reception is. The common kitchen area had filtered water, microwave and a sink. The breakfast buffet was a bit over-priced. So, I went to nearby cafes and breakfast restaurants instead.
Lots of nice restaurants and shopping in and around the hotel building.

Overall, a great value for the money. I’d stay here again on my future visit to Seoul.

Clean room with separate bath and toilet. Staffs were helpful. There is a convenience store inside the hotel, and it’s right at the outlet mall so it was easy to go shopping and drop off stuff before going to the next spot. Very close to the station that’s easy to get to main areas in Seoul. I would stay here again

Noisy fridge and can’t exchange nor fix it til we leave

When hot water was poured into the paper cup for a tea,
White fragments floated around.
General status of interior is a bit aged and better to update it.

There are Many other same name Skypark hotel so make sure you are going to the right one.
My Texi dropped my family off at the one 15minutes away.
We find we were not the only one but many other visitors had same issues.
Hotel will NOT provide the shuttle.
TAXI will NOT stop so you must walk there!
It is a very bad experience to start with this hotel experience by walking in the rain in the Friday afternoon after 14 hrs of flight!

Decent hotel, but could be better

Hair found in the Kettle, not enough plug sockets in the room only one near the bed and this was faulty, hair dryer also didn’t work longer than 10 seconds. Shower design was terrible causing a flood on the floor every time it was used.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the location is great to explore the area and for public transport links. Rooms are also very quiet and peaceful didn’t get disturbed by any other guests nearby.

It’s a decent hotel but clearly the rooms are run down, old and need of maintenance with these small annoyances making the stay less pleasant than it could be. I would say the hotel does not earn the 4 star it has been rated.

The room we were assigned to was a bit dark and not welcoming…felt old and dark. We brought the room with breakfast and that was another big disappointment..only dark banana was in the fresh fruit area..no cappuccino..the Cherry tomatoes were mostly ripe

Fine for work, not great for a holiday

Generally functional clean stay though would not recommend for couples holiday. We were allocated one of the princess rooms which was decorated much like a child’s bedroom. Breakfast was poor; whilst there are options they were cheaper mass buffet capsules of scrambled eggs, pasta etc.
My husband wasn’t feeling well on the morning of our last day so I went to take bring him some banana and juice to our room. This was refused despite my explaining why. Whilst it’s probably not the decision of the individual staff member this rigidity showed a lack of customer service.

The Hotel is only a few minutes walk from underground trains which take you all across Seoul.

Massive bed which was very comfy, and there was a 24hour convenience store inside the Hotel.

The only negative was the shower wasn’t good.

A great hotel! I felt safe here as a woman travelling alone. The breakfast options were good and varied and it was incredibly handy to have a CU located in the hotel.

My room was lovely and clean. A really good size. My only issue was that the Aircon kept the room at a warmer temperature than I would like.

I'd definitely stay here again.

Hotel is nice and clean. Its close to shopping and dinning area. Bus and subway train near by. The only thing i didnt like about the hotel was the heater on in the room. And i didn't know how to turn on rhe AC. So i just turn the heater off and had the window open.

Our stay was overall pretty good, 22nd floor was quiet and no noise from other rooms. Housekeeping were very friendly. Only downside was the beds were very hard. The area was handy to train lines and shops and eateries in the immediate area were good, there is a handy convenience store on the 14th floor open 24/7

This is the best location for shopping and sightseeing. Parking was available in the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing that is disappointing is that you can hear noises in the early morning due to poor soundproofing. However, I did not hear it every day, but only heard it for about two days during my two-week stay. If I go to Korea, I will stay here again.

Many restaurants and cafes are accessible by foot from the hotel. It was a large Deluxe Double Twin Room. There are two separate bathrooms and a separate room with a twin bed. One room has a bathtub and a vanity sink, while the other has a spacious shower and a toilet. The Hotel Skypark Kingstown Dongdaemun was a pleasant place to stay.

Overall, Hotel Skypark was a good stay. The staff are friendly and courteous. Pros first. The location of the property is very convenient to get around since many bus stops and the metro station are within walking distance. So you can practically get to any part of the city within 30 mins. There are plenty of food options and shopping all around the hotel. So you'll never go hungry here. There's a coin laundry room on the 14th floor, but you need to have your own detergent. You can get that at the convenience store across the street if you don't bring any. And there are several points of interest nearby such as Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) where you can take some nice pictures. Now the cons. The common areas of this hotel aren't air conditioned, so during my stay in the height of the summer, it was very uncomfortable. Even the elevators aren't air conditioned, so when the elevator was full, it was hard to even breathe. The condition of the rooms are okay, but my bathroom wasn't very clean. But I always disinfect with my own Clorox wipes anyway. The provided slippers weren't disposables ones, but foam reusable ones. That would have been fine, but they were cracked and kept tripping my son. That's about all I can think of. Overall, good value for the money, especially if you're planning for a longer stay.

浴槽が付いていたので疲れを取る事が出来ました。
部屋も広くて毎回ベットメイキングしてくれるので枚か綺麗な状態で利用が出来ました。
ただ、付属のドライヤーが熱くなるとすぐに止まってしまい、濡れた髪のまま待たないといけなかったのでドライヤーを変えて貰えば不満はありませんでした。
3人で泊ったのであまりにも付かないからフロントに電話して違うドライヤーを持ってきてもらいました。

半年前にも泊まりましたが、とっても立地が良い地下鉄で色々な所にも行けて、部屋も綺麗で、スタッフさんも親切丁寧です。スーツケースも広げられるぐらい十分な広さもあるので
お土産を沢山買っても大丈夫です。韓国のホテルはここしか泊まらないです。それぐらい良いホテルです。

3連泊でツインルームに滞在。
ビジネスホテルのいいバージョンって感じでしょうか。日本語OKなスタッフさんも到着後すぐに話しかけてくれるので、安心です。

地下鉄でソウル市内を行き来するに便利。
ナイトショッピングの後歩いて帰れて、広蔵市場や東大門総合市場も徒歩圏内なので、買ったものをホテルに置きに帰って出直すことも可能です。

部屋の清潔さも大変満足です。

1箇所だけあるUSB Aの挿し口がベッドサイドから遠く、枕元の電源は韓国タイプのプラグなためUSB変換プラグは必要。
チェックアウト当日中なら一階で荷物を預かっていただけます。
