After I checked in, they handed over a paper informing me that the hotel had some works ongoing. That’s ok, except that they start the works at 07am. That’s not ok.
Breakfast stops serving at 09:30 which in my opinion is too early. 10:00 is standard.
They only have two lifts for the whole building. It takes a while to go up and down. They should at least have three for this type of building.
You cannot set the aircon. It’s fixed. For me it was too hot but impossible to set it.

Hotel is located at the DPP station near exit 9 or u can take the lift at exit 4 that is right in front of the hotel. The room is clean and big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room has humidifier and air purifier. My only issue was the shower pressure was a bit low. There are lots of dining options nearby and convenience stores like eMart, 7-11, GS25 around.

We enjoyed our stay at The Spaisir. The airport limo stop right in front of Hotel and same stop returning to airport, elevator to underground right in front of hotel. 3 subway lines nearby. Close to amenities, attractions, shopping and restaurants. Hotel room is clean and spacious and quiet. Breakfast is acceptable, can be better. Staff is friendly. We left at 4 am and has auto checkout. Overall we had good experience.

Very spacious room for my family of 3. Subway station is below the hotel and steps from nighttime shopping in Dongdaemun. Bus stop to Hannam and Gangnam is across the street. 10-minute walk to Gwangjang Market. Will definitely stay here again.

I've been traveling to Seoul for 26 years and the staff at this hotel were far and away the best I've ever encountered. The room was great, but there's no real need to pay extra for a \"higher level\" room. I stayed in two rooms, and they were both clean, quiet, and fairly room for Korean hotel standards.

I selected the hotel due to its proximity to DDP. The view was well worth the effort!

An added perk: breakfast was truly wonderful and I had a table with a view!

I found the staff incredibly helpful as I was taking public transportation for the next leg of my journey and they helpfully directed me to my subway station.

Great staff, location, and very clean. I have stayed here many times on business in Korea, and would love to return to stay here again! This location is very convenient because there is a coach/ limo bus that goes directly from the airport to Dongdaemon Historic district which is about 100 feet from the hotel. There is also a subway stop out front, and plenty to walk to in the area. There is laundry, a nice gym and everything you need. Thank you again to the staff for a wonderful visit!

Loved the location and the fact that the airport bus stops right outside the hotel entrance. The subway exit is also right by the hotel, making it very accessible via public transport. It is vey close to pick up points (DDP) for local & day tours. Ice is available from the basement. It’s good that we could use the microwave too. Lots of good food and shopping around the vicinity. Markets are all within walking distance. Would not mind staying here again.

Excellent 3 day family stay near DDP

Excellent service, location and amenities. We were given a higher floor room that a view of DDP and the shopping centres nearby. Room was very spacious, bathroom is massive, with japanese style bidet toilet, and even provided humidifier and air purifier. While they do not provide toothbrushes due to government regulations, they do provide sachet makeup removers and facial cream. The hotel is also situated right in front of the lifts to the Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station and the bus stop for Airport Limousine Bus 6702, making it really convenient. They also provide free 24hr luggage lockers for hotel guests.

Overall, everything was fine except they should have an option to turn off the heater although it’s winter. We stayed on level 7 and the sounds and noise from the traffic was still very obvious.

The property was clean.
But issue is breakfast.
Foods are some what left from previous day.
Walked in the restaurant 7:05 am, right after the hotel open for breakfast but milk is almost gone, seemed previous days left over. Other food qualities were same.
Very blend dishes, not fresh.
Never going back. Not recommand at all.

Enjoyed staying at the property as it was conveniently located in Dongdaemun, specifically just outside exit 4 of Dongdaemun culture and history park station (there's an elevator which is a huge plus when you're bringing luggage). There are a few malls nearby (not glitzy like The Hyundai/ Lotte/ Shisegae), but with adequate shops to buy what you'd want form Korea. The Dongdaemun Design Plaza was also a surprising plus with the art/design exhibitions on display (helpful when the weather isn't so good for outdoor sightseeing).

Probably an improvement would be on the breakfast offerings. Would be great if there were changes day to day or perhaps a daily few special items that guests would be excited about.

Amazing customer service!

We had trouble with ordering food and the receptionists were really helpful in helping us call up the restaurant and sort out our delivery. Highly recommend and the rooms are clean and large enough for 3 to 4 people.

Excellent customer service from reception staff during check in and checkout. I booked 2 rooms for the stay (8 nights in total), something is always missing from room service. Except for maybe 2 nights both rooms are either missing towels, slippers, pj sets, and/or cream sets. I wish the room service staff could be more attentive. Beware if you require accessibility the hotel expects guests to hand squeeze shampoo conditioner and body wash from hard plastic tubes (pumps are not available). I would not recommend this place for anyone travelling with seniors or have accessibility needs.

We liked the view especially with the high floor room that had a great view of DDP and the grass it has on its roof. Lots of food options nearby and close to subway station. Decent sized room and nice Bidet. Daughter liked the Pajamas provided. Water bottles appreciated. Had a currency exchange machine in lobby but otherwise didn't use any ammenities. Best place of 3 hotels we stayed in while visiting S. Korea.

Felt safe that one needed a room key to access the elevator and guest room floors....though it seemed unsafe you needed a room key to exit the emergency stairwell.

Great location, very close to subway elevator, wonderful customer service and housekeeping. Very clean, comfortable beds, reasonable size room for 2 people in separate beds. Check-in before midnight was a bit stressful due to out of our control flight delays but fortunately we made it with 1 minute to spare. Buffet breakfast was OK, decent selection of foods at discount price. Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I stayed at Sosetsu for six nights.The hotel is centrally located, with many restaurants and shopping close by. The hotel is well maintained, and our room was nicely designed, cleaned daily, and conveniently set up. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient, able to supply information, maps, and a Seoul tourist guide, and avaliable to assist with questions guests may ask. My only critical observation is breakfast choices were limited compared to what we've seen in other four-star hotels, and didn't change from day to day. My suggestion would be to provide more breakfast variety, and change morning dining choices for guests staying more than a day or two. Breakfast staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast area was immaculately clean, so no problem with the setting, just that the offerings were limited.

I think the only problem I had was that the housekeeping was inconsistent. At times everything was cleaned up but sometimes dirty cups were just left without being touched. Left us abit confused on what are expectations we should be having during the stay.

Check in was very efficient via their touchscreen. Rooms and throughout the hotel was clean. Added touch that they use a scent in the lobby. Good that they have the basic services like the coin laundry and a microwave. Did not try their breakfast and lunch but prices were very reasonable.
Overall 2 thumbs up for them!
Location is good with the metro Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station entrance in one minute. The stations serves lines 2,4 and 5, so very convenient. But note that to the entrance of the metro is one minute but to the platform is quite a few minutes.

We had a very good stay at your hotel. The only problem is the subway lift at Exit 9? just outside the hotel was not working, so we had to lug up our luggage on first day upon arrival, and climb up long flight of stairs on other days.

服に外食事の臭いがついたが、いい匂いの消臭剤が部屋にあり、ありがたかった。
お願いしていたバスタブ付きの部屋を用意していただき嬉しかった。

日本語が上手なフロントの男性が非常に親切で家族がクレジットカードを紛失した際も、すぐに心当たりのある店に電話をしてくれ助かりました。もちろんカードはお店で保管されていて韓国語が出来ない私達は感謝の気持ちでいっぱいでした。夜中にテレビの接触が悪くなった時も電話したらすぐに設備の方が来てくれました。本当に気持ちのいいホテルでまた利用したいです。ロビーにある相鉄の「そうにゃん」にもホッコリ癒されました。

立地か良く部屋も広く快適に過ごせました。
ほとんどのスタッフが日本語で話すことや、お客さんも日本人が多かったのでとても安心して過ごすことができました。
次回もこのホテルに宿泊しようと思います。
