The front desk staff were very pleasant and even allowed me to check in a bit early, which I truly appreciated. However, the place didn’t quite match the listing. The hotel is actually located on the 4th and 5th floors of what appears to be a commercial building. It can also get quite noisy, as you can hear other guests in the hallways, which can be disturbing—especially when people arrive past midnight. Overall, it’s decent for the price.

Make sure you double check the address as there is another K-Gueshouse Premium that I first went to. I love this location close to shops and bus stops and near the N Seoul Tower. My single room was excellent for one night! It was quiet with a nice private bathroon that had very hot water. My only complaint was my sheet had a stain on it, but since I was only there for one night I didn't bother changing it. The breakfast was excellent. Toast, eggs, cereal and juice. I would stay here again because the room was very private and quiet.

Convenient location near metro station

Nice place, everything is located nearby, the staff are very nice and helpful! They offer also continental breakfast, although the variety is not that much, I enjoyed my stay in this place! Is a quite and clean place, I would definitely recommend this place to my friends!

Hotel staff was amazing, gave you everything you needed but there was a very strong sewage smell that reeked in our room that made it unbearable. Would not stay there again for that reason but location was perfect.

Convenience for transportation as this guesthouse is within walking distance to 3 subway lines. Liquid soap and shampoo are provided. The room had not been cleaned once during 3 night stay. Very thin wall. Power outage at 8am, we left the room around 10 and the power had not come back and we don't know when it came back because we were out all day.

Very noisy from the street traffic.

The room is not as nice as photos. It was very run down. Mold in bathroom. Sink drainage is nor properly work. When turn the water faucet at the sink , be prepare to get wet as the water leak back up at the bottom!
The noise from the street was really bad.

K guesthouse is conveniently located close to subway station and a bus stop direct to Incheon airport. Very helpful staff and very comfortable bed and clean room. Had a great stay and will definitely book again on my next trip to Seoul.

Pros: near subway, very good heating,bright and considerably clean,bed was soft and cosy.
Cons: lacked of towels, toilet papers even upon request. Triple room was really small, hair dryer wire insulation was torn and so do not dare to use. Laundry is not easily accessible as you would have to trouble the receptionist to do it for you.

The room and bathroom were very clean with comfortable bed and TV (cable channel)
Good Wi-Fi connection in each rooms
The breakfast were breads, jam, cereal, milk, and orange juice
The location is good, close to Dongdaemun, Myeongdong, and Insadong by subway or walk if you want

Affordable and clean, located very close to the metro station and 30 minutes walk from the city center (Lotte hotel). Everything you need in a very small space - including a hairdryer, shampoo&shower gel and a tiny towel.
A modest breakfast (cereal and coffee) but you get hot water and make your own ramen anytime you want!

The bathroom/toilet is very small, you will make the restroom all wet after taking a bath, but the water is divereted to the drainage pretty quick.

Room size is rather small but doesn't feel very cramped, It got everything you need for the stay, eg blow dryer, tv, fridge, air con.

The staff is very helpful and speaks very good english.

Overall, would recommend this hostel if you are on a budget, It is within walking distance to Dongdameng shopping area

Very accessible guest house

Guest house is near to train station - Dongdaemun History & Culture Station - Exit 7
All walking distance to a lot of market places; eg Bangsan Market, Gwangjiang Market,Gyeongdong Market etc.
A lot of small eateries, cafes etc.

The rooms is a bit too small. If you do not mind small rooms without walking space, & the wall is not sound proof, it is ok to stay.

Pleasant Stay, Good Service & Friendly Manager

I and my sister was arrived to the guesthouse at around 10.30am as we are taking midnight flight to Seoul.
The guesthouse manager - Mr. John was very kind to offer early check in for free of charge.
He noticed that we are tired after night flight.
After we had checked in to the room, he make 2 cups of hot citron tea for us to drink and we are really surprised of his warm service.
He also guide us how to access to subway station from guest house with the nearest exits as guesthouse located between 2 subway line. recommend some place of interest in Seoul to us.

Worth to stay ~!!!

Good location near 7eleven, GS 25, Chicken 1970, GwangJang market with 5 min walk,
Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station...
This is the good choice for low budget.
Well, the room is kindly small, but is quite clean...
Airport Shuttle bus is just opposite K-guesthouse.
Room is very clean with attached bathroom and staff is helpful can speak very good English.
I will stay here again if ever go back Seoul.

First, we'd like to thank john the manager for being so very kind and accomodating.
We arrived late at night and he patiently waited for us.
He also speaks good english which is a plus and he was very informative.
The place is newly built so everything was perfect.
The rooms are clean and the bed is very nice..
Toiletries are provided and breakfast is delicious.
The place is also close to popular shopping malls, restaurants, and subways. its all in walking distance.. we'd definitely stay here again.

The location is great! Right across the airport bus station, so no hustle dragging the luggage from/to airport.
The receptionist (Soo) is a a friendly lady.
Very value for money.

Tips: Please remember if Dongdaemun H&CP is a big subway station, we keep getting lost and got out at the wrong exit due the lacks of sign.
If you can't find the exit 7, just walk straight at the underground road to euljiro-5 and go out at exit 8.
So definitely recommended !
The place is not easy to find if you just give the taxi drive the address.
The best way is to show the map offered in the booking site to the driver.
Then it is very easy to be found.

Surprisingly good location (seemed in the middle of nowhere because everything was closed on that street, but located close to a lively area with many stores, bars and restaurants. Beds were comfy. The walls were very dirty though. There were footprints, handprints and shoe prints on the walls at the end of the bed, as though the wall was never cleaned. So that was a bit gross but otherwise everything else was clean. Rooftop was closed for renovations which was a bit disappointing but whatever, not a deal breaker. Overall okay place.

Budget Hotel in Dongdaemun

This hotel is suitable for ppl who just want to have a bed to sleep, a bathroom to shower. I booked double room and it was super small. We can't even open our big luggage on the floor. Need to adjust the space only manage to open 1 luggagae 1 time.

Frontliner can speak good English and friendly. There is no daily housekeeping as this is just a guest house. They only clean the room every 3 nights if you are long stay guest.

Breakfast is simple, toast, butter, strawberry jam and cereal. If you are early, you can have egg and fried it yourself on firsr come first serve basic. So dont expect luxury breakie.

Location wise, need to walk about 10 miniute to reach Gwanjang Market, Doota mall area and 5 minute to dongdaemun history cultural park station. Wear a pair of good shoe and do expect to walk a lot when travel in Seoul.

My parents and I stayed in a room for three. The room was super clean. Breakfast is sufficient and self serve.
Elevator only goes to 5th floor, so we had to use to stairs to get to our room on 6th floor, which is not a major inconvenience.
Subway station is within walking distance, and is an interchange between three subway lines, which means there are lots of stairs between these interchange stations. So be prepared to face the stairs if you rely heavily on subway.

The hotel is a 5-min walk from Dongdaemun history & culture station exit 7. The staff there were quite nice and spoke good english. The room was indeed very small and could only allow 1 luggage to be opened at a time. However, with such a good price, I wouldn't complaint. Recommend this hotel.

Nice and affordable.

Nice stay. You will need to concentrate to find the guesthouse but there is a big sognboard you can see. There is no lift from level 5 to 6. So, you have to workout for that 1 level.

The room for triple room is a bit too small for 3 big luggage to fit. The family and double room is fine. The staff are friendly and speak good English. They will try their best to help us in any ways.

Love their breakfast. Simple and nice. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the line 5 dongdaemon history and culture station. It is also near the dongdaemon where you can find bbq and street food there.

Nearby also got 7 eleven nearby if you are hungry and wanted to buy some snack.

There you can access direct bus from icheon to the hotel and vice versa. The schedule you can get from the hotel. It will pick up at the opposite hotel.

The rooftop is pretty too. But is too cold during winter.

メッセージ送るとすぐに返信がきます。
部屋は1人で十分な広さでキャリーケースは広げれません。
シャワールームにスリッパもついてて便利でした。
東大門歴史公園駅が最寄りになってますが、2号線と4号線を使うと少し遠いので乙支路4街を使うのをおすすめします！
空港へのリムジンバスは道路挟んだ目の前なので6001番で17000ウォンで行けます！
寝るだけやあまりホテルに滞在しないのであればおすすめです！

地理的にはとても良かったです。
買い物先と近かったし、行きたいとこも近くて時間のロスがなく効率よく動けました。
部屋は狭いけど、値段も安かったので文句はありません。
ただ、シーツが古すぎたせいか穴が開いてました。
トイレとシャワー一体型は別に文句はありませんが、トイレの下水の逆流か分かりませんが臭いがきつくて本当に嫌でした。
窓を開けたら少しは良かったけど、臭いが消えることはありませんでした。
部屋は狭い分、非常灯が明るすぎてちょっと寝つきに悪いと思いました。
正直、値段は安くて立地的にも最高でしたが、トイレのことを思うと2度と泊まりたくありません。

第二次入住這裡了！大致上都還ok只不過這次都滿房只剩1間3人房，我還是比較喜歡2人房的隔局！雖然3人房多一張床但相對使用空間小！而且3人房在6樓，電梯只到5樓若有行李會比較不方便！下次入住還是會選4樓的房間、早餐、飲水比較方便！這次入住有個小插曲希望能改進，入住服務時間到晚上11點，我們晚上10點鐘到櫃檯沒有人，電話也不通，也沒有服務鈴之類可以按！後來到10:50服務人員才睡眼惺忪的出現！

房間雖然坪數小但住起來很溫馨，加上服務人員都很nice感到特別的溫暖！雖然他們剛好都不會中文但還是在最快的時間盡所能的解決了我們的問題！地點近地鐵站及機場巴士站非常方便！下次還會入住！

便座に毛が落ちていたりと不潔な印象。シャワールームはトイレと一体で、狭すぎてどのように使用したらいいかもわからない。
時間内にフロントに人もいなく鍵だけが置いてあり、セキュリティ面も心配になる。ホテルだと思って行ってはいけない。

Low budget hotel for short stay

As my friend and I arrived late (before midnight) and left early (8:30 a.m.), we just looked for a place to take a shower and rest. This guesthouse turned out to be our choice.
It locates at just opposite the airport bus stop which is easy to find. The room is clean and the beddings are comfy. Staff replied to our emails and provided assistance prior to our arrival. Late check-in was provided and it was simple and easy. There is a convenient store around which is handy. Besides, it is close to the metro station.
We would say it is good value for money.

衛生紙都沒有，廁所淹水，真的不方便穿衣物，真的有點太差勁了，希望廁所可以在改良一點不要淹水~~~~~~~~~~~~~

近地鉄站，房間細細但舒適！

交通方便！有公用厨房又干淨，微波爐，冷熱水機，餐桌，簡而舒適！廣藏市場，青溪川，東大門都可步行到達！很滿意！雖然職員不常在，但也有wechat可以溝通！

性價比不錯

地點不錯，附近有幾間便利店，大量食肆，近地鐵站。房間亦算可以，只是一直欠缺梘液。由於入住期間係韓國農曆新年假期，所以幾天都不見有任何職員，沒有任何check-in及check-out手續，亦沒有人清潔房間。

방 구조가 침대랑 벽이랑 사이가 너무 좁아서 두 명 이상 왔다 갔다 하기 힘들구요. 바닥도 냉골이라 발 시려워요. 그리고 화장실에는 욕실용 슬리퍼도 구비되어 있지 않네요. 이보다 저렴한 숙소에서 묵었을 때에도 온돌이랑 욕실용 슬리퍼 정도는 항상 있었습니다. 욕실용 슬리퍼가 없다고 연락하니 다른 손님들도 다 없이 쓰니 그냥 쓰라는 어투는 굉장히 어이가 없었습니다. 욕실 바닥이 차가운 건 둘째 치고 맨발로 남이 씻고 했던 곳에서 맨발로 씻으라니까 이해가 안가더라구요. 아무튼 전반적으로 불편하고 불쾌했던 숙소였습니다. 좋았던 점은 화장지나 드라이기 수건 등을 자유롭게 사용할 수 있었던 점입니다.

寝るだけならグッド☆

二段ベッドと、あとはほんのわすがなスペースです。大きめのスーツケースを2つ広げるのに、靴脱ぎ場まで使ってがやっと…と言った具合です。エアコンは常時フル回転してますが、床暖房がないので寒いです。二段ベッドの上に上がれば暖かいです。下側の人はだいぶ寒いかと思います。寝るだけの利用であれば安いしいいのでは！！

コスパはいいものの冬は寒い！

11月中旬にシングルで宿泊。東大門エリアでこの値段で泊まれるのを考えるとコスパはよい。部屋は小さいけれど、必要なものは揃っているので、寝に帰るだけの旅ならオススメ。
ただ、冬は寒い。オンドルはなく、エアコンはあったものの全然温まらず、部屋にいるときはずっと布団をかぶっていた。夏場はいいけれど、冬は避けたほうが無難。

價錢實惠地點優越但酒店設施一般隔音做得不好也沒有服務可言

酒店位置優越機場巴士站就在門口，去地鐵站和東大門及廣藏市場都很近，如果以這個價錢實在沒有挑剔，有需要改善的地方是隔音需要做好一點，因為酒店旁邊有生果鋪每朝都會聽到他們搬貨的聲音，還有外面車輛經過都會聽到，住了六晚都沒有執房和換毛巾

漏水問題希望能改善

408房嚴重地板漏水滲水，入住兩天都遇不到櫃檯人員，才撥電話去反應，溝通到最後才幫我換房。若有旅客住宿到漏水房間一定要即時撥電話和他聯繫，對了聯繫Line並不會回應。

便宜，近東大門，附近就有超商算方便，浴室容易積水，整潔度有待提升，如果只是想有地方休息就不用太計較，不過下次應該會選擇其它住宿

Not far from traditional market, For young couples

15mins walk to a famous traditional market. Not the clearest place to stay but it’s acceptable. Recommend check in earlier to get better rooms. John wad nice to us and accomodated us even it was late at night. An economical stay in Korean and convenient to backpackers, reaching more than 2 subway stations in less than 20mins walk.

交通方便

旅館對面有6001號機場巴士來往機場非常方便。而且還是總站不用擔心不能上車，因我乘搭的班次過了五六個站後已經滿座了。
房間大小和我想像中差不多，不是太大但地方整㓗。用這個價錢有這環境我覺得可以接受的。
因為我是在晚上十一時後オ到達，最初還擔心入住時會有麻煩。我在到達時エ作人員已下班，但他們已將我要入住的房間資料放在接待處。我一到達就知道自己的房間號碼及密碼。很快我已能安頓好了。
旅館房間用密碼鎖開門，不用擔心遺失鎖匙/匙咭，離開時直接走就可以了。

Literie pas propre , la salle de bain sentait le renfermé, les poubelles étaient à moitié pleine. Le frigo avait encore les boissons des précédents occupants .
Aucunes indications sur la manière d'accéder à la guesthouse mais surtout aucun moyen de joindre le staff en cas d'arriver tardive sachant que l'accueil ferme à 23h !
Autrement guesthouse bien située, juste en face du bus 6002 pour l'aéroport incheon et de la sortie 6 des metros 3,4 et 5 .

房間比想像中的大，也有窗，明亮。
可是剛好住的那間地板廁所前滲水，洗完澡會濕濕的。插座鬆鬆的，不好用。
早餐還可以。捷運轉乘要走一段路，不過機場巴士在對面很好。
整體以金額上來說還不錯。

頗髒，服務人員永遠找不到且照片差異甚遠

　　這間旅館離東大門歷史文化站離七號出口較近，但這個地鐵站非常大，基本上如果你不是在五號線下車的話，你要走很長一段距離才能到達七號出口，所以如果你是拖著行李箱，或是平時普通移動，都是非常累的！

　　而且櫃檯人員永遠都找不到人，當你想CHECK IN 或 OUT 找不到人撥打上面的電話時可能會被掛電話或是發現某間客房有人的手機正在響(那是因為櫃檯人員在房間裡睡覺)，真的是讓人十分無言。

房間和早餐跟相片落差極大，房間小就算了而且還很髒，床底下厚厚的灰塵，如果你要請他幫忙打掃乾淨，自己東西務必要收好，因為注意事項上有貼說他們不會負責房內任何遺失的物品，還有浴室排水系統問題相當嚴重，水會容易漏到房間裡面。

　　早餐根本沒有照片中那樣如此美味，每天就是白吐司、牛奶、柳橙汁、草莓醬、奶油、麥片，而且牛奶每天都不封口都直接放在桌上，當我們住在那邊後面幾天之後連個醬都沒有只有白吐司，這真的是讓我不能接受！

　　浴巾你可能不一定可以用到，因為浴巾洗完是放在電梯旁邊的櫃子上，如果你太晚回去基本上你是拿不到浴巾的，但在要準備離開的後幾天浴巾竟然改放在門口客人寄放的行李箱上面……。

　　最後他還有一個洗衣的服務，是一個住超過三天者可以免費使用的服務，但洗衣服要兩天就算了，洗完的衣服他會丟在電梯旁邊還用一個大塑膠袋包著，沒問他我還以為那是誰丟的垃圾……而且洗完的衣服沒烘乾就直接包在塑膠袋內，正常也應該知道沒乾的衣服不能封起來吧！真的就像根本沒有洗一樣。

　　有一天，大約韓國時間8:00才一大早他就在外放用他的擴音器在放歌對Hotel進行大整理（就是上面說的變成早餐沒有草莓醬、奶油醬&浴巾放在客人行李箱上面），這個時間完全不合理，平常下午他放音樂整理就算了，就算我們是出來玩的但也沒有必要8:00就被叫起床。

　　如果您只是想短期住宿，我真心的建議您可以去嘗試汗蒸幕，而且還便宜非常多；如果您想住飯店，我建議您可以多花一點錢或是多花一點時間找到更適合您的飯店。

真的一般般

這地方住個兩三天還可以，沒毛巾提供，負責人態度很一般，有次有人打掃的時候，我們被對面房間的門卡住，出不來，真的要好好反省。check in的位置老是沒人。不過地方交通還算方便，近市場。愛乾淨的建議還是別住這，房間有異味。

他の方の口コミにもありますが、受付に人がいない。英語も韓国語も全然話せませんが、急いでいたので電話をして部屋番号等を聞いてなんとかなったが、17時半を過ぎているのにまだ部屋の準備ができていないと言われた。三泊して昼まで出掛けない日もあったが一度もスタッフを見かけることはなかった。電話や置き手紙等でやりとりした。自分以外にも困ってる人を数人見かけた。ﾊﾞｽﾀｵﾙはなかった。部屋に蚊が数匹いて気になって退治したりでほぼ眠れなかった…

リピなしです

まず受付に人もいないし、連絡したらやっとどこの兄ちゃん？？って感じの人が現れます。
説明も適当です。
部屋が狭いのは了解済みなんでいいですが、リネン類のシミとかがすごくて･･･
シャワー兼トイレの清掃はされているのでまぁなんとか･･･といったところでしょうか。
部屋にはコンセントも1カ所しかないので、充電は不便でした。

一泊尚且つホテルにあまり居ない、潔癖でない方にオススメ

とりあえず部屋が汚い。絶対掃除してない。安いからしかたないけど、とりあえず汚い。チェックイン、チェックアウトは韓国ならではの適当具合が良かった。チェックアウト11時だから焦って出たけどフロント誰もいないし焦って出る必要なかった。結局チェックイン、チェックアウト共にフロントの人に会う事がなかった。

格安ですが、リピなし

東大門より始発のバスに乗る為に、シングル部屋に宿泊しました。
チェックイン時間より前に、荷物を預けようと思いましたが、フロントらしき場所は無人で、電話が設置してありました。
電話にて、荷物を預けたい旨、伝えた所、［その辺に置いて行って下さい］と言われました。
あの場所に荷物を置いて行く事に抵抗があった為、私は預けるのを辞めました。
また、チェックイン時間開始後の夕方に戻りましたが、部屋の準備が出来ておらず、部屋に荷物だけ置いて出掛けました。
そして、深夜部屋に戻りましたが、タオルがなかったです……
タオルはチェックイン時に貰う方が良いと思います。
格安、立地は最高ですが、寝に帰るだけでも私は再度利用はありません。

シーツにゴミと髪の毛が

地下鉄５号線の東大門歴史文化公園駅６、７番出口から５分ほどの場所でコンビニも近くに数件あります。２号線、４号線もありますが２号線は一駅分を歩くくらい遠いです。４号線も５号線のホームを通過してさらに奥にありますのでかなり歩きます。５号線をメインに利用する方は便利だと思います。

こちらのゲストハウスはエレベーターがあるので重いスーツケースも楽に運べます。
ただ部屋の掃除が雑なようで、チェックインしてすぐにしわくちゃのシーツに目が行き、シーツに落ちていた灰のような黒いゴミや枕の下辺りに短い髪の毛が数本落ちているのを見て少し気持ち悪くなりました。多分シーツは交換していないようでした。

大通りに面しているのと壁が薄いせいか真夜中でも車の騒音や場所柄か人の怒鳴り声、パトカーの音などずっと騒がしく気になる方は眠れないかもしれません。

シャワーの水圧も温度も問題はなかったですが洗面スペースは水はけが悪く下水の臭いがしました。
朝食は食パンやコーヒースティック、オレンジジュースが置いてあり、朝食の時間内に自由にいただけます。使った食器は各自で洗います。
フロントには常に人がいるわけではないようで、チェックインにきた方が困っていました。

チェックアウト後にスーツケースを預かってくれるようですが、フロントとエレベーターの間の細い通路にただ並べて置いてあるだけです。フロントには常に人がいるわけではないようですのでエレベーター前にただ並べてある荷物は簡単に持ち去れそうな状況が怖くて預けるのをやめました。

利用しやすい

駅からとても近くて便利でした。
コンビニも中にあるのでそれは1番便利でした。
タクシーも受付の人に頼んだら呼んでくださいましたし、ホテルの人もとても親切でした。
ですが１つ欠点が。ホテルのワイハイはほとんど使えません。遅くて全然繋がらなかったです。本当にそこだけが欠点でした。
