The only good thing about this place is its location near bus stops and in the centre of Dongdaemun. But everything else is pretty bad. The room is tiny with no closets to hang clothes, and if you have suitcases, there's hardly any room to move around. The shower situation is weird because there's just a hose and you have to shower in the same space as the toilet, so everything (including your towels) gets wet. The bed is really hard and you can literally feel the springs poking you. Plus, they don't change the bed sheets at all even if you're staying for more than a week. You also have to get new towels yourself from the 3rd floor if you want fresh ones. The person at the front desk wasn't very friendly, maybe because they couldn't speak English well? On top of everything else, it's way too noisy. You can hear the guests next door talking, all the honking of cars, and even the sirens of police cars and ambulances outside. Overall, it wasn't a good experience, but we were so tired from our travels that we managed to sleep anyway.

Location was great; DDP History and Culture Park station was a few minutes away, and airport bus was a few minutes walk as well.
Service was quite disappointing. Staff were unfriendly and curt, and I saw housekeepers sitting along the corridors of the rooms (ie right outside my room) when I left my room in the late afternoon. It did not look professional at all.

It’s good about the position of guesthouse because guesthouse is near dongdaemun history&culture park station walk about 4-5min. And it’s not good if you choose the room that not have a window because the weather is not flow.

They have got the kitchen and elevator. Room super clean. Near airport bus 6001 and metro lines (orange, blue, and green). One bad thing is the wall do not thick enough, you can hear the traffics even from floor.7 and also your next room chit-chat.
Will come back to this place :)

Place is easy to locate & has a convenient shop at the first floor. The room may be a little small if you are staying with a large group but nonetheless the staff are friendly & helpful. Overall, it has been a great experience for me.

It's located at Exit 4 of Dongdaemun Stadium & Culture Park, you may find a very difficulties when you carrying heavy luggage as there is NO escalator at subway for Exit 4, I wouldn't suggest for old-aged travelers. The only advantage is, Dongdaemun Culture Park Station is the intersection of 3 subway lines.The water in shower room can split over the bedroom, and the hotel only provide housekeeping once in every 3 days. Hotel cleanliness and housekeeping have to be improved. It provides simply breakfast (bread, instant noodles, milks, juices) and it's same everyday where you need to clean the dishes after using it. Most of the receptionist can speak English. Basically this is a very budget hotel, unless you have a cheapest deal, it may worth to go for it.

You get what you pay

1. The bed sheet contained stains and unknown body hairs. The staff gave excuses (the stains cannot be washed) and did not want to change the bed sheet when I told her. She eventually agreed to change it after I pursued her for a while.
2. I smelled the smoke from the toilet vent every night during my stay.
3. I heard the sound of scratching on wall and the pumping sound of the water supply.
4. The decoration is relatively modern
5. The water supply is strong (strong enough to let someone else hearing it as Point 3)
6. You shall bring your gf/bf here if you want a break up

There were several stains on the pillow case.
Hair drop on the toilet tube before me and my friend used it.
It located beside the main room so it's quiet noisy at night and couldn't sleep well but with convenience area.

The only two concerns I had were 1) there's no way to switch the AC from heater mode to cold air mode after 6pm since it's still considered winter in March; 2) I wish a water boiler in the room (there's water dispenser on each floor though)

The room I booked doesn't have any windows and they didn't state that during winter season they will be switching from air conditioning to heater, because they stated from the website that there will be air conditioning. The room was so humid, stuffy and there wasn't any ventilation and for 2 nights I was perspiring so badly that the bed was damped. The service at the receptions wasnt good either. They didn't wanna have any issues so that they refunded me and at the last min I have issues finding place to stay and I spent Long hours finding the place which caused me to have lesser time for my vacation.

Good location but poor partition between the rooms

Pro : good location as it is just 3mins walk to the metro station.
Con: 1) the bedsheet not clean enough & there was some dark mark on it, I guess it was not change. 2) the partition wall is too thin and you can heard the noise from the next room (while they are talking, plug in the charger, switch on TV & hair dryer too).

Good value for money for the location

Overall it's clean and the location is great! However when we were there, the internet wasn't really working most of the time. The walls are very thin to the point where you can hear people's conversations next door. If you plan on going out or for shopping until early hours of the day, you won't be able to sleep without eye masks as the curtains don't keep the room dark at all!

We were really bothered by the fact that sleeping in during the day was a problem given the curtains and thin walls, but if you are an ordinary tourist that sleeps at nights, wants somewhere clean, cheap and centrally located, then you can give this a try.

I was in a single room with no window, small but adequate for one without a large suitcase. Breakfast simple but cooking facilities available. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is within 5 minutes from metro#4 exit, extensive staircase no elevator. Quiet neighborhood in compare to Myeongdong area.

Awesome stay for a solo traveller. Staff speaks either good English or Mandarin and was exceptionally helpful! The first female staff who served me was friendly and arranged for an early room transfer and the last female staff on the day i left the hotel was exceptionally helpful as well in assisting me to get a Cab!

Enjoyed my stay here and the privacy and especially, the easy access to many different lines at DDM station!

Reasonably priced in a convenient neighbourhood

I was travelling alone in Seoul and wanted some cheap accommodation with individual bathroom. K-Guesthouse provided just that. The room was quite small (good enough for one person) but it was reasonably clean. The walls were a bit thin and the showering situation was a little tricky. The location is a busy one, with DDP, night market, subway stations for 3 lines, traditional korean spa just a few streets away. Ideal for backpackers looking for reasonable accommodation.

Simple and nice guest house

Its a no frills guesthouse, comfortable beds, a bit cramp for room size, after opening luggage, there is no much room to move around. Once you shower, you will wet the whole toilet, it would be good if shower curtain can be installed. It comes with basic shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Somehow when the next room is using the shower, it can be heard, perhaps the wall is not very solid. Breakfast provided was basic and simple. Location is not too bad, clean and nice guesthouse.

Relatively new and clean room but when I got in, there was a splatter of water on the toilet seat and the bathroom floor had some leftover dirt and paint marks. Room was cramped and there werent any space to move. Sheets were nice and clean though. Free breakfast was a nice touch.

The staff there are very nice and helpful. They helped locate the direction we want to go and how to get there.
The hotel is newly furnished and well-located where is the center of three subway lines so you can get to popular places like Hongdae, Myeongdong and Geondae. Nearby mall like Dongdaemum or Doota takes less than 10 mins by walk.
Basic accommodations are provided, e.g. bottled water cooler outside the room, towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, etc. During our stay, we request a refill of toilet papers and the staff are welcome to provide help.
As for the breakfast, it provided choices ranging from bread to oat, and from orange juice to milk with egg, jam and butter. So It is kind of up to you to decide what to have on that day. On each floor, there is a common area for you to share food and conversation with others, pretty good to gather friends and meet new people.
In all, our experience there is very pleasant and would definitely like to come back again.

シャワーとトイレは同室だけど、めちゃくちゃ狭いわけでもなく、圧もあるし熱い湯も出た！
便座が冷たすぎて飛び上がるけどw
備え付けのドライヤーだったけど、風量もありました。12月の滞在でTシャツで寝れる！
連泊の時はフロントにタオルやバスタオルがあるのでセルフで部屋へ。共用スペースにコーヒーあり。測りあり。
またとは言わないけど、どこも空きがなければまたここでもいいかなーという事感じ。安いし。

地下鉄で移動するのなら場所がとても便利で良い。シャワーは使わずに近くのスパ施設を使うことをおすすめ。
壁に蚊を潰した後の血の跡や、シーツも洗ってはあるけど汚れがあるので、気になる人は注意。

値段と立地から見ると「良い」と評価しますが、部屋の防音性が低く、隣の音、道路の走行音で寝れなかった。
前回はプレミアム2で泊まり、少し奥にあるので、騒音は感じなかった。
ただ、この値段ですので何かは犠牲になる。

部屋に入った時点で蚊のような虫が5匹ほどいて捕まえる所から始まりました。口コミ通り風呂場はカビだらけだったので風呂場用スリッパと室内用スリッパを持参しました。　カードキーを抜いてしまうと電気が止まるため1枚は挿したままの方が冷蔵庫、風呂場の換気のために良いのかなと思う。綺麗好きな人にはおすすめしません。

チェックインに関する質問の回答は、催促しないと返事が来なくて不安ではありましたが、場所もわかりやすくて、便利でした。
6日間滞在だったので、洗濯をしましたが、乾燥機はないので、オープンスペースに少し干して、下着類は部屋に干しました。冷蔵庫はありましたが、本当に小さいのでたくさんは入れられません。シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ、小さい石鹸はあります。歯ブラシは持参しましょう。スリッパも古いので持参した方がよいです。ベッドの寝心地は悪くなかったです。ぐっすり休めました。壁が薄いのか、隣の部屋の音は、よく聞こえますが、ただ寝るだけなら、充分すぎるゲストハウスです。
朝食つきですが、食パン(バターとジャムあり)シリアル(牛乳とオレンジジュースあり)コーヒーもあります。食器は使ったら各自で洗います。バスタオルとフェイスタオルのサイズがあって、便利でした(韓国は小さいのが多いので、バスタオルはありがたかった)
帰宅後忘れ物をしたことを連絡しましたが、返信はありません。私が不注意で忘れたから仕方がないですが……また機会があれば、泊まりたいです。

立地と広さとコスパを考えるとまたリピートします（今回もリピートでした）
問屋街にも歩いていけるから東大門エリアの夜間買い物にすごく便利。複数の地下鉄線が近いのでどこにでも行きやすい。フロント階に30キロ測りがあるので荷物の増え過ぎも安心。フロントは韓国語英語中国語が通じ、日本語はダメみたい。そのせいか愛想なく見えるが、頑張って伝えようとしてくれてた。Wi-Fiあるので翻訳アプリで意思疎通できるし問題ない。
部屋は特に汚れもないし、シーツなどや浴室も綺麗に掃除されていた。机などは古さは否めないが、ゲストハウスだし十分。シャワーの温度や水圧も快適。浴室（二畳ほどののトイレと洗面台の部屋にシャワーがある）は広いが冬は壁のタイルや窓からの冷気が寒いので，近くの（ミリオレの地下の）スパレックスを利用がおすすめ。
部屋は，窓際ベッドだと冬は来季が寒い（配置上どうしても窓際は冷気が感覚は強いけど，部屋全体の暖房などはしっかり効くいている）。廊下や隣の部屋の音が結構聞こえるので気になる人は耳栓を。冷蔵庫は小さく、500のペットボトルを4本立てるといっぱい。開く側のポケットにパウチジュースを二つ入れれた。机にライトがないので資料を見るのはベッドの上になる。枕元に電気のスイッチ（やコンセント）がないので寝る時はドア付近まで行って電気を消す。など細かいことはちょいちょい便利とは言い難いことがある。
でもトータルで見ると、私には「優良案件」です。

いい気分ではなかった…

部屋に髪の毛が落ちていたり、16:00頃にチェックインしたら清掃直後でシャールームがびちょびちょ、トイレもスリッパもびちょびちょ。
ホテルではないから仕方ないし、立地がいいから値段が高いのはある程度仕方ないと思うけど、いい気分ではなかった…

東大門区で遊ぶなら、立地良くて◯

夜遅くまで遊べるので東大門区に宿泊するのですが、今まての中では立地が良くてオススメです。
チムチルバンには、ラフな格好で歩きで行けるし、地下鉄にもバスにも乗りやすくてよかったです。

全体にきれいな施設で　バリアフリーも考えられています。
ただテレビのリモコンなのか　チャンネルは変えられず　次の日からテレビも見れなくなりました。
トイレとシャワーの事が気にはなってましたが　結構思ったより広くて　使いやすく感じました。朝食もパンとジャム　バター　２種類のシリアル　コーヒー　牛乳などもあり　シンプルでしたが　そう言った意味でもコスパが良いと思いました。交通の便も良かったです。

泊まった当日エアコンが効かず死ぬほど暑かった。夜中に何度かフロントに行くも常駐してなくて、翌日15時チェックイン時に戻りその旨をフロントに伝えたら軽い感じで『すみません！』で終わり。韓国人ではなさそう。私は韓国語が少しわかるので会話は成立したけど、日本語は通じなさそう。
なんせ、暑くて目が覚めて寝れず、朝5時に外に出ることになった。

トイレシャワーは一体型ですが私は全く問題ないです
窓が少しでも開くともっと良かったです

値段がとってもお安く、夜から始まる東大門市場徒歩圏内、複数の線がある事はかなり魅力的でした。
買い物三昧な旅行を目的とした方は、寝る時間すら少ないのでコスパ最高です。
タオル、ティッシュ、トイレットペーパーは受付横に置いてあり、自分でもっていきます。
3連泊から希望者だけ清掃です。
レンジ、ポット類は受付の奥にあります。
ゴミは階のエレベーター近くに分別しておく。
その周辺にBOXがあるので、そこに使用済みタオルを入れます。
1人4.5千円アップして他のビジネスホテル泊まるのも良し、寝るだけなら気にしない人はオススメです。
受付の方も、フレンドリーこそなくても、質問しても嫌な顔せず対応してくださり良かったです。

ホテルの設備自体は古いです。
トイレにトイレットペーパー捨てれないのだけは
本当に慣れなくて嫌でした。
あと、壁は薄いので笑い声やアラーム音、水を流す音は聞こえます。けど、めちゃくちゃ気になる事はなかったのでお互い様です。
トコジラミも気になってましたが、いなさそうでした！トータル、買い物三昧だった私には良かったです。

Wir hben extra für das Frühstuck bezahlt und o niedrige Niveu habe ich nicht gesehen.. wir mussten selver die Teller waschen… gbs nur Milch, Kaffee oder Saft.. das war ok aver onr nur Toastbrot und Butter .. nichts mehr.: wenige al 3 Euro für das.. wenn Kostenlos wäre würde ich mich nicht Beschwerden aber wenn man extra zahlen muss erwartet mindestens dass das Toastbrot mir mehr als Butter zu essen.

Avis très mitigé.

L'hôtel est propre bien qu'un peu vétuste. Les chambres sont très bruyantes (simple vitrage). Mais au moins les bruits de circulation couvent-ils les bruits des autres clients ! L'accueil est très froid. Un point positif cependant : l'établissement est proche des metros et des bus.

23時以降のスタッフさんのいない時間にインキーをしてしまい困っていましたがたまたまオーナーさんが出てきてくださり、面倒臭いだろうにめちゃくちゃ笑顔で優しく対応してくださいました。女性スタッフさんも感じがよく英語を聞き取れない私にも分かりやすいように説明してくださったりしました。ナイトショッピング場所までも近く、駅からも近く非常に便利でした。

シャワー、トイレ、洗面が畳一畳もない大きさでシャワーをするたびに便器がビチャビチャになり残念でした。室内のスリッパも傷みすぎで破れかけてました。ただ駅からも近くコンビニも近くにあり交通の便は良かったです。

立地は最高。壁は薄すぎる

立地が最高でどこに行くにも夜出かけるにも便利でした。ただやはり壁が薄く隣の部屋の声や咳、トイレの音までもが聞こえてきたのでそこはマイナス点かなと思います

2回目の利用でしたが、地下鉄も近く、空港リムジンバスの停留所も近く、東大門のショッピング街も近いため、とても便利なホテルです。
部屋は広くはないですが寝るだけだったら十分です。

Det var inte Så rent i rummet. Man fick inte spola papper i toaletten utan man fick kasta det i papperskorgen. Tunna väggar och man kunde höra trafiken utanför. Det var kallt i rummet och det susar det kalluft från fönstret.
Personalen var trevliga och snälla.

冬は部屋が暑い

部屋が暑くて、外は真冬ですが半袖シャツが欲しくなりました。シャワーのお湯は出るまで少し時間がかかりますが水圧などは問題なかったです。カードキーを挿すと室内に電気が通る仕組みのようで外出中は充電器をセットしていても充電できていませんでした。冷蔵庫も電源入ってなかったかも…。夏は注意が必要かもしれません。

패밀리룸을 선택했는데, 방에 담배향이 배어 있어서 에어컨을 켜고 끄고를 반복했습니다. 시설이나 주변여건 모든게 좋은데 공기정화가 좀 미흡한게 흠이었습니다.

잠깐은 묶다 가기 좋은 곳

근처에 볼일이 늦게 끝나서 잠깐 묶었습니다.
7층에 창문이 커서 바깥의 풍경이 내려다보이는 건 좋았어요. 방이 좁아도 창문 덕분에 답답하지 않고 탁 트여있습니다. 하지만 겨울이라 그런지 너무 추웠습니다. 사진에 잘 나오지 않았지만 커튼이 없어요. 블라인드는 좋은데 적어도 겨울엔 커튼 달았음 좋겠네요 찬바람 차단용으로. 문 꼭꼭 닫아도 어디서 찬바람이 쌩쌩ㅠㅠ 겨울에 찬바람 쌩쌩 들어와서 에어컨 난방을 30도로 올려도 추웠습니다 추위보다 더위를 더 잘타는 체질인데.. 춥긴 춥네요 추위를 엄청 타시는 분은 못 묶으실 것 같습니다. 게하라 청결도는 큰 기대 안 했구요. 수건은 구비되어 있으며 샴푸린스바디는 있으나 칫솔 등 세면도구는 알아서 챙겨야 합니다. 제 방 와이파이가 연결되지 않아서 다른 방 와이파이를 써야 했습니다.

개인욕실은 장점, 청결은 단점

여행시기상 공용도미토리가 아닌 게스트하우스를 찾다가 예약을 했어요 방이 많은 게스트하우스 특성상 하나하나 신경을 못쓰는 부분이 있겠지만 머그잔에 묻은 오물과 벽지에 묻은 벌레잡은 자국들이 있었어요 가격이 저렴하고 개인욕실을 쓸수있다는 장점이 있는 반면 청결 부분에서 단점이 있습니다.

価格に適正プラスα。窓なしの部屋でしたが、広さも十分、スーツケースも広げられました。
チェックイン前後で手荷物を預けられましたが、置くだけで多少の不安はありました。
