3days 2nights stay for a overseas experience
We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights but The location was really good, and provided a map of the surroundings in the lobby. The bed itself was pretty comfy, and they reuse towels so that they don't produce lots of waste. Although they don't provide food, the near by stores, restaurants and convenience stores were very sufficient in the range of food. The bath and showers were pretty big, and they even have a sauna in B1 floor. The building is 7 floors tall so it's easy to spot when you come out from the station. The people at the lobby were also very bilingual and spoke both English and Japanese. Over all it was a 9/10 experience.

Loved this property, the area and accessibility. Room was fairly large in comparison to others that I’ve stayed in near Myeongdong. A little farther away from tourist attractions but really close to public transportation. Only thing I didn’t like was that it was advertised as having breakfast but they don’t serve it and the room key is an actual key with a long, bulky key chain.

It's located in a convenient location. A room is pretty spacious considering its location. It's not dirty but not super clean. A staff I talked to when checking in was not nice and lacks communication skills. Towels were visibly used a lot so they need to replace them. A mysterious water related sound was unpleasant so I couldn't sleep much during my stay.

Good budget/midrange option and good value for mon
Well located just a 5 minute walk from metro station and about 30 minutes walk from palaces and 15 minutes from Dongdaemun Market. The hotel is on a side street so rooms are pretty quiet. Decet sized rooms, basically furnished but the basics are there - fast wifi, TV, kettle, fridge (with water replenished daily), toiletries etc. Bed is comfortable and clean. The whole hotel is a bit dated looking and could do with a refurb. Buffet breakfast was quite good - with toast and eggs, soups, rice, Korean sides etc. Breakfast room is a bit small and you may end up sharing table. Little or no English spoken but checkin achieved without any hassle. Good budget/midrange option and good value for money.

I liked the room next to the terrace. The breakfast was sufficient. Most stuff don't speak English and since I don't speak Korean, that meant I couldn't enquire about certain things I wanted to. I was expecting a slightly bigger room, the pictures are a bit misleading in the sense that they don't unambiguously specify which picture for which room.

古い施設ですが、フロントスタッフが日本語話せるし、日本が豊かだった頃の韓国を思い出すホテルです。交通の便がよく、1人で、マイペースな旅をする人にはおすすめです。

サウナに行く前にフロントで利用券を貰い、サウナのフロントに出すようですが、宿泊時にその説明がなかったので利用券なしでサウナに行くと利用券がない事にサウナのフロントのおじさんが気が狂ったように怒られました。
また、サウナも終わりかけだったので中で掃除されていましたが、掃除中に掃除が済んだところで体を洗っていた他の客が掃除をしていたおじさんに狂ったように怒られていました。サウナのフロントと掃除のおじさん達は気が短い方々ですご注意下さい。

コロナ期にしばらくご無沙汰したが、オーナー氏がお年を召されて、そのせいかだいぶ感じ悪くなっていたのが残念。
また、宿泊客は地下のサウナ(汗蒸幕あり)を無料で使えるのだが、いつも近所のアジュンマ達が我が物顔で使っており、当然のように蛇口を場所取りしていてタチが悪い。
空いていそうなところがないので、人がいなくて荷物が少し横に置いてあるところを使おうとしたら、隣のアジュンマに「人がいるでしょうが」と怒られてかなり腹が立った。
「今いないでしょうが」と言うのは我慢して、「空きがないじゃないですか」と反発したら、ここ空いてるよと別のアジュンマが声をかけてくれた。
そこにも、タオルをお湯に浸けた洗面器が置いてあったんだけどね。
椅子の真下を排水溝が通ってる場所だったけど、9つある蛇口のうち、そこしか空いてなかったので仕方ない。
ちなみに、その9つのうち、実際に人が座っていたのは4つほど。
あとはみんな、荷物を置いて席取りしてどっかに行ってる。
なんてマナーが悪いんだろうと呆れるが、日本で入口付近によく見るような棚がないので、まあ仕方ないのかなんなのか。
とはいえ、例え棚があってもあの手のアジュンマ達は、そんなとこ使わずに席取りしそうだけどね。
それだけじゃなく、水風呂でバタ足したり、3人で水中で跳び跳ねて運動したりと、もうやりたい放題。
理不尽に怒られて気分が悪かったし、最悪でした。

地下にサウナがあり、宿泊者は無料で使えます。朝6:30からOPENしており、朝のお風呂＆サウナ、とても気持ちが良かったです。フロントの方も感じ良く、日本語も問題なく、また冷房も良く効いて、充電コンセントも2個あり（タイプSE)快適に過ごす事ができました。ソウル駅からもバス1本で行けます。古さはありますが、このご時世、お手頃価格で泊まれますから、また利用したいと思います。

息子と二人で1泊旅行で利用しました。
確かに古いホテルのようで、浴室や部屋が古いのが気になる人には向かないかも知れませんが、口コミ通り、清潔感が感じられ、お布団がとても清潔で快適だったので私は満足でした。部屋が広いのも良いです。
エアコンは、リモコンを撮影してアプリで翻訳して、冷房を使うことが出来ました。温度調節もいい感じで、しっかり効いてくれたので快適でした。
テレビも、同じようにリモコンを撮影翻訳して使いました。最初リモコンの電源ボタンでは付かずに、テレビの横のボタンを触ってたら付きました。まぁフロントに聞かずに自分で何とか出来たので良かったです。
大きなコンセントの変換器も部屋に置いてくれてあったので、スマホを充電出来ました。
コーヒーも、電気ケトルでお湯を沸かして1杯飲めます。
2日目の朝イチでアカスリを体験してみようかと思って、1日目に現金を用意しようと思ってましたがタイミングが無く、やっぱり現金のみだったので体験出来ずに残念でした。
要望があるとすれば、アカスリにカード払いが使えて、21時くらいまでやっててくれたら嬉しいです。
立地も良いです。東大門の駅は、沢山の線の地下鉄に乗れるし、駅まで近いし、歩いて行ける所に美味しいお店がたくさんあるので便利でした。
今回、一番のお目当ての焼肉屋さんまで徒歩20分で歩いて行けたので、トータルで考えて、このお値段のホテルとして、私は満足で良かったと思ってます。

駅からも近く、東大門や広蔵市場も徒歩圏内という非常に便利な場所でした。
お部屋も清潔で気持ち良く過ごせましたが、部屋の換気のスイッチをいれるとカタカタと大きな音が鳴り始め、びっくりしました。時間が経つと止まりましたので滞在時は付けっぱなしにしておいた方が良いみたいです。あと洗面所の排水は管から漏れていて顔を洗っていたら足元が水浸しになりました。水が漏れた先が排水溝になっているのでそういう仕様なのかな？

最初は期待しなかった正直にいうと、でも古き良さ詰まった素晴らしい宿です。施設若干古いが清潔感があり立地が最高です。したのサウナも宿泊客なら無償だし、サウナにある散髪屋など質が最高にいいです。スタッフ皆様日本語ご堪能で、中国語も喋れるし、優しく接してもらえるのと、今度ソウルへ行く際はまた立ち寄りしたく思います！
