The room is spacious and clean but definitely outdated. Appliances were yellowed and faucet and other fixtures were loose. I heard everything through the walls from the couple next door to me at 3am and someone throwing up a few doors down on a different night. not a good way to spend the night. Wouldn’t go back but if on a budget it’s decent.

Home away from home

Great location to go anywhere in Seoul including the airports. Countless restaurants, shopping opportunities and historic places are within walking distance. Light cooking is possible with an induction stove, fridge, microwave oven, dishes and utensil for two. Nearby traditional market is a great source of ingredients.

First night, was given a defective room so the room was extremely cold. The hotel changed us to another room. Although the boiler was working and the room was warm, but the fridge and hair dryer were not working. They rectified the defects the next day. Overall, the room is big but the conditions of the room are poor, not very clean, and towels are dirty.

The hotel is within walking distance to metro, shopping area, and there is a convenience store next to it.

I stayed for three days and two nights. The front staffs are very kind and helpful. The hotel room is clean and spacious. There is a working desk in the room. Thus, I could easily check e-mails and take care of some urgent works. Washing machines and dryers are easy to use. Overall, it is a good place for family.

But house keeping was bad …there were hairs around the bed and floor when I went the room after check in.

A conventional 10 minute walk to the closest subway station that connects you to all of Seoul. DDP is also about 10 minutes away. Gwangjang market is very close but the rest if the area nearby is mostly industrial shops :) Clean property, helpful staff, but no A/C in tge rooms between winter and late spring. You can heat the floors or open the window.

Location is good where many eatery nearby. Convenient store is just next to hotel and few money exchange with good rate nearby. Hotel is reachable easily by Airport Bus No 6001, the bus stop right in front the hotel. Location wise really great and convenient.

There is free drinking water available on every floor, which saves money. Very nice amenities like utensils and toiletries. Also close walking distance from DDP and Gwangjang market for good food and the doota and hyundai malls. Location is 9/10! Only wish grocery was nearby.

The hotel is extremely well located with access to trains,bus,restaurants, makets shopping and numerous attractions from walking distance. Service was helpful and useful. Cleaning was limited but we were made aware of since the check in. The room for 4 was a bit small but just what we needed it to sleep and go out. For gym lovers, gym is basic but do the trick.

They clean rooms only three days a week. They don't replace towels during weekends, unless you ask front desk. Bathroom is left dirty with lots of hair. We found hair on beds also. Although the staff was responsive, I would not recommend this place. Unless you want cheap place. The location was great though. Oh. They turn off air conditioning mid October. And temperature was hot.

Staff is nice. Deluxe triple room is bit small. Not much space to put luggages for 3 adults. Bathroom is small, no space or hanger to put your clothes during shower. Housekeeping is on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.. Bottle water and tea bags provided on the first day only despite we stayed for 9 nights. However, location is perfect particularly for taking airport bus.

The location is good and transportation is good.
The decoration is outdated and must invest on some renovation, mold on the wall near A/C is totally unacceptable (not good for health), and A/C leakage on some time may be the main reason that I need to use the garbage bin to put under it.There are some wall paper patch on ceiling. The blind cannot completely closed. We need to share and use the toiletries with the last customer. The hallway is very stuffy that make me cannot be breath (13th floor).

The hotel front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a good location too, about 10minutes to Dongdaemun History and Culture Park station.
, entrance near Lotte Fini shopping mall. Right of the hotel, and walk straight, leads to this station. Left of the hotel leads to few markets (시장), like wholesale centers selling cloths, bread making equipments, fragrance, etc. From the station, I used exit 12 which has escalators.

Convenient Hotel but the kitchenet is not working

Well situated at shopping area that you can satisfy all your needs within walking distance.
The room size is ok, but the en suite kitchenet was not operating though it's part of room facility that we were planned to have simple cooking of korean beef inside the apartment. We finally bought the raw beef but could not make it, so sad.
In overall, the apartment is adequately sized and with good location, while it can be improved if the room facilities can be maintained in a better way.

The hotel is in the middle of two metro station give you access to several metro lines, very convenient. The airport bus station is just in front of the hotel, doesn't have to bother after crazy shopping when heading to airport with heavy luggage. Walking to Dongdaemun shopping centers is within 5 minutes. The hotel cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. Stains on the writing desk and drinking cups. The room is spacious. The linen need to be renewed.

Attractive price in a good location

At this price point, this hotel has lots to offer! The location is good although it takes some 10 minutes to walk to a major subway line station. It is well located in the Dongdaemun area with lots of shopping malls that remain open till late in the night (04:30am) and heaps of restaurants within walking distance. The airport bus 6001 stops right in front of the hotel and it is an easy way to get to the airport with heavy luggage. As expected in this pricing point, hotel is a bit worn old and has seen better days but it is comfy and clean. Will recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Comfortable and Satisfied!

Great location at Dongdaemon with many malls within walking distance. The Airport bus with regular service at its doorstep is a big plus! The station is just within 5 mins walk with 3 subway lines. Ideal as a business hotel with table space for 2 person to work comfortably. If you are not looking for luxury comfort, this hotel is good value giving basic, clean and comfortable stay.

Pros: Location is good, there are 7-11 and G25 stores nearby; hotel near to subway.
Cons: Pillow too soft and I suffered stiff neck which almost ruined my holidays.

If you are not fussy, this hotel is a good choice at reasonable rate.

The room condition is a typical 2-3 star hotel but the toilet condition is really below expectation.

Our family of 4 ( 2A and 2 kids) stayed for 4 nites in winter and the hotel provide us the right fit of 1 double and 2 singles. It also provide microwave oven and utensil. There is a convienence store just beside the hotel and a few street side stalls across the road for hot food. Do try the hot toasty sandwich for breakfast! The hotel is located between 2 train stations and can be access via underground tunnel that will keep the cold out. Think the entrance to this underground tunnel is nearer to the other hotel Co op residence but we don`t mind the short 1-2 mins walk. 2-3 shopping malls near the train station and the market a short walk but can seem long in cold winter time. Best of all the airport bus stop right in front to this hotel, plus point for us after a tiring flight and the journey take about one and 1/2 hrs.
The hotel is about 2 train stops away from the happening in Myeongdong, not far but need to take train. The toilet is small with no place to put our toileteries ( tooth brush and tooth paste not given), lack hanger for clothes and the hot shower can be very unstable sometimes. All instructions to use oven, heater and the safe are in korean words. The room was stuffy at nite due to the heater for the floor and we had to open up the windows but letting the noise in instead.
Overall it is ok for our family but we will consider staying in hotels closer to Myeongdong for our next trip.

I have stayed there many time before. Awesome Staff! Great Prices! Bus directly to airport. Great mix of the old and new. For tourists, Police station one block away, convenient money exchange close by, Medical center across the street. Everything to make you feel safe while in Seoul. Most tourist sites within a five to ten dollar (USD) Taxi fare. And did I mention that there is a convenience store right next door for that quick item, cold beverage, or cups of noodles.

It is a very nice hotel that the transportation is really convinient. It is close to dongdaemun that u can shop overnight without worrying the latest metro train! And there is a post office downstairs which u can send a postcard or parsal whenever u want. The room is fair enough for two people( that i booked twins bedroom). Seoul station taxi driver struggled to find hotel despite hotel info in Korean. Would have been better to take bus 6001 from airport.

Stayed two nights and second day there were no tea bags, coffee sachets and no water bottles in refrigerator.

Unclean room and kitchen utensils.

It is within walking distance to the Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station which is on the line 2,4 and 5. The Shopping malls in Dongdaemun are just slightly further up from the subway station, with lots of eateries around. There are 3 Fried Chicken restaurants opposite the Lotte Fitin mall.

Tried to get the front desk staff to order fried chicken on our behalf on our first day but they said it is not possible and gave us the hotline no. to call. tried calling but they could only understand korean.

Other than that, it was a wonderful stay. will definitely return if i were to visit korea again.

Close to train station, 3 to 4 mins walk to Lotte Fittn.
Airport bus 6001 just located right outside of the hotel but it takes 1.5 hrs time travelling to Incheon airport.
Hotel room is clean, have sufficient space to place and open luggage.
Overall, room rate is fairly priced, will consider to stay in same hotel next time.

Not too bad if to stay for short period up to a week. I stayed in the family suite room - room is clean and spacious. Do not really like the water-heater (for shower)and those towels (i guessed they've been washed as smelled clean but all looked old (greyish in colour), need to be replaced. Aircon can't be adjust as i tried to adjust (to higher degree)using remote control, it always return to 18°c(probably due to it's in Korea wordings). Convenient will be Airport bus-stop outside hotel and having snacks food and small e-marts nearby(5 mins fm) the hotel area. Different pple hv different experience. Rgds, amiefsc

Advise to double-lock yr room when you are in the room..coz' *someone opened our door and quickly shut it back and ran off when he/she saw me in the room. I was shocked!
