Rooms are small but sufficient. Makes it harder to organize luggage. It would be nice if the TVs would allow for streaming YouTube or streaming services. Breakfast was a little different everyday. Coffee machine was broken a lot though. It's also instant coffee, not brewed as the machine would like you to believe.

Hotel is in a good location, close to palaces and shine as well as the Dongdaemun complex. There is an underground station just in from of the hotel, not mentioning there are lifts to take you up all the way to the street level, though you need to use 2 separate lifts but no problem. Each platform has map of the underground floors as this is intersection of 3 lines and just 4 stops away from Seoul Station.

Fresh towels and two bottles of water were delivered daily without having to ask. The breakfast was better than expected, and the staff were efficient and courteous. Et les oreillers n’étaient pas moelleux mais plutôt comme s’ils étaient fourrés avec des petites billes. Mais pour mon mari qui dort sur le dos ou sur le ventre, c’était très bien.
Sinon, emplacement idéal, personnel au top, service génial donc on recommande fortement.

The room is quite small, i don't know how two people share it especially with big suitcases. The lifts are ridiculously slow in the morning, at one point I waited 15 mins just to get down to the first floor. There's also not many restaurants nearby so you will need to eat further afield. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are welcoming and there is a good level of English spoken. The economy double room was compact, but perfectly acceptable and very reasonably priced given the area it was in. The location is brilliant: right next to the steps to a subway station on 3 lines. The bed was comfortable, even if the pillows were a little bit firm. Good linen and towels. The view from the room was amazing - we felt lucky to get a room a the front on a high floor (be aware the rooms at the back look out onto a very close neighbouring building). The compact bathroom seems to be designed for the hotel chain. It was fine, and always immaculately clean. The only issue was a very small toilet. Breakfast is included and although it lacks variety in Western options, there is more than enough and the Korean options changed every day of our week long stay. The hotel has washing and drying machines, which meant we could do a load of washing for only £3 or 4. The only issues we had during the stay were occasional smells from the bathroom drains - these could be eliminated by running the taps. The 2 lifts are not fit for purpose in such a large hotel; they need to either serve different floors, or be set to communicate with each other. Each had a different call button, which meant that people called both and then they would both stop at every floor on the way down needlessly. But these are small things; this place comes highly recommended 9.5/10

我是用一個比較優惠的價錢訂購，雖然我只享用過一次早餐，但在包含早餐，房間也不小，地理位置方便，CP值算不俗。但收拾房間比較隨意，杯子有時洗有時不洗，東西有時放特定位置有時沒有，沐浴露用完沒有refill... 還有提示說打掃房間由十點到四點，十一點過後出門便不會打掃。我們第一天十一點半出門也沒有打掃，結果要每晚到櫃檯要求十一點後才打掃。房間枕頭非常不舒適，有需要要到櫃檯拿軟枕，但好像有職員會說沒有其他枕頭。感覺職員說話，或房間打掃的手勢不是很一致。員工培訓有待加強。另外房間不提供牙膏牙刷，這點應該先提醒顧客。
