Nice simple accommodation in a super convenient area for sightseeing and from/to Incheon Airport as the airport limousine bus stops right at the door step. Gimpo airport access is also easy with just one tube/subway line. Millions of restaurant choices in walking distance. Efficient staff. Defo stay here again next time in Seoul.

I had a small room. The bed was fresh and clean. Reception didn't know there is a sliding power outlet on the desk top. I was looking at the power outlet below the desk and was a little disappointed until a maintenance person showed me.

There is also a water filter in the hallway. Didn't know until the last day.

The worst thing is was the bathroom. Small is okay (shower next to toilet). But a toilet seat is not expensive. The shower jets were not clear so not only does it look bad water flow was not good. There was mildew around most of the bathroom.

I do not want to disparage the staff. They were kind and hard-working. Management can and should make some effort to have the bathrooms more pleasant.

The location was great for me. Overall my stay was good. Slept well. Got some work done.

Ahhh one more thing. There is no iron or clothes steamer. I was expecting one.

Cleanliness is not the best. I saw the cleaners use the same glove after touching both of my garbage bins (kitchen + washroom) to give me fresh clean towels. I was so turned off by it I reused the same towel for a week after soaking it with disinfecting alcohol. I also opted out for twice a week room cleaning services because I assume they use the same gloves to change my bedsheets/pillow cases.

The location of the hotel is perfect, 3 mins walking distance to Dongdaemun History & Culture Park station exit 12, airport bus to ICN airport is right in front of the hotel. Convenient stores and restaurants just mins away. The room is dated, there is no lighting switch near the bedside, you have to turn off the lights at the entrance. The room is equipped with microwave which is a bonus. There are two issues is quite disappointing. 1.The WiFi connection was not stable throughout my entire stay(5 nights). 2. The bathroom, there is no shower curtain dividing the toilet bowl & shower area, so every time after shower the entire bathroom is wet, including the toilet bowl, the next person who needs to use the bathroom will have to walk onto the wet floor.
Other than these two issues, my stay was quite pleasant.

Hotel is located in central part of the city. It is within walking distance of DDP, and GwangJang market. Airport bus stop is right in front of the hotel. It is also steps from an entrance to Uljiro underground market, which runs between multiple subway stations. It comes in very handy during rainy season.

Rooms are a bit dated, but comfortable. Kitchenette has microwave, mini-fridge and some cutlery. Good place for solo traveler or couples looking to explore the city on foot or the subway.

It’s a good property if you plan to stay in city center and for a short period. Our studio was small but it had what we needed. If you plan to stay out during the day and you just need a place to rest, I recommend this property.
There is also a gym, which is a plus.
Furnitures and toilet are a bit old.

미리 요청한 뷰, 고층과 추가로 남향 객실을 원했는데 친절하게 다 해주셔서 1주일 머무는 동안 좋았습니다.
청소는 원하지 않았는데 매일 새로운 수건을 비닐에 담아 문앞에 걸어두셨어요.
인덕션과 과도는 카운터에서 받았구요.
층마다 배치된 정수기를 이용했습니다.
주변 먹거리가 다양해서 요리를 하진 않았습니다.

아쉬운건 식기류가 지저분했고 객실 세이프 박스가 없습니다. 침대가 딱딱해서 등이 좀 불편했어요.
지하철 2,4,5호선이 있어 이동이 편하고
가격대비 좋아서 다음에도 이용할듯합니다.

Location was great, good food around and convenience store close by. Requested for cooker and cooked ramen in the room which was interesting. However, Hotel is old, walls are moldy and could tell towels have been used repeatedly. Microwave oven and kettle were also dirty. Luckily hotel provides water dispenser on every floor. Room door malfunctioned thrice during my stay but hotel staffs were helpful, polite and tried to fix.

The check-in and verification procedures were painless. The building was showing a bit of age, but it seemed well-kept.

The room was fairly clean, with basic amenities available. I was given a room facing north and the view of the Seoul fortress wall was nice. The bathroom was small and the shower was lacking a dedicated booth, but manageable.

Overall, a good spot to stay for a couple of days if you're visiting Dongdaemun area.

Clean hotel. Nice staff. Bilingual as they speak English and Korean. Friendly and helpful when it came to areas around the hotel. Plus the room wasn’t expensive. I would bring an hdmi cable to my stay. This way you can plug in a computer to their tv and watch Netflix or you will be limited to the cable programs.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Location is very good that many good restaurants around, starbucks across the road, many shopping centers in walking distance. Airport bus stop right in front of the door and metro station was also very close. Weight scale on the 1st floor for checking your luggage.

Cons: No daily cleaning, just a towel change if you request.
No complimentary water $ teas daily. Just the first day you check-in.

I would recommend and will stay again for a short trip.

Best front desk staff I ever met

The service is super good especially the front desk staff. Apart from their fast and nice check in service, their follow up service is super good. I left my mug in the hotel and so I sent email to check with them after I returned to HK. Their front desk staff replied me within a few hours even I sent my email in midnight. They helped me to keep it and said can help me sent to other hotel for my friend to pick up with just a reasonable cost. Really thanks them for their help.

Location is superb- right in front of airport limousine bus stop which you can ride bus 6001 to and fro Incheon international airport. This is very helpful when you are carrying heavy luggages. Lots of shopping and food just across the road. There is also a supermarket at the nearest alley to the right of the residence for cheaper purchase compared to nearby convenience stores. Amenities such as laundry services- coin operated washing machines and dryer, water dispenser on every floor, as well as, oven and utensils in the room are also very useful for long stays. Design of the residence is very thoughful on the needs of the guests. In addition, staffs are very polite and are able to converse well in English and Mandarin, allowing us to leave lugguage with them when we travel to Busan for 3 days. This is really convenient for us as it lightens our load when going to an fro on the train. Residence may be aged but still comfortable for stay especially when most part of the time will be spent outside exploring. Cleanliness and housekeeping however can be improved. Cleaner did not replenish toilet paper so we had to call the reception desk for it. Toilet flush was also weak for the first room we stayed in 10-01. Bedsheets were not spotless clean and toothbrush and toothpaste also not provided. Overall, still value for money.

The hotel location is good, easy access to public transport, front desk staff are very nice and friendly, and they can speak English and Chinese.
The bathroom is a bit unfriendly because the shower flowing water is a bit stuck and start flooding inside the bathroom. The room pillow is very fluffy but the mattress is very very hard, is feel like there is no cushion on the mattress and I was lying on the spring.
The hotel wall have no sound proof, easy hear the noise on the street, hotel guest banging the door and talking at the corridor.
The room wifi speed is fast. No shower cap, shaver & toothbrush is provide. Free mineral water, coffee & tea only provide in the 1st day you check-in. Free discount voucher for the hotel mini coffee house. Housekeeping service is basic & clean, just don't know why they don't want to change me a new floor mat even though the floor mat is already very dirty.
Can smell smoke on the non-smoking floor corridor.
Frankly, the hotel only suit for friends or solo traveler and not suit for family and leisure traveler.
Overall, I still have a great stay in this residence.

Great location, good and clean facility overall. Though the front counter staff wasn't as friendly as I would normally expect at Korean hotels (even at this price range) They weren't rude and managed to help with my requests but definitely not eager. But to be fair otherwise the hotel itself was good, and the cleaning staff was friendly as well.

hotel is located very conveniently with airport bus to and fro. walking distance to the subway and shopping centres. but staff not polite, not helpful and doesnt smile. like we owe them something. we have to sign a rental agreement, something like an indemnity form when checking in. the lightings are quite dim walking to the rooms. elevators are slow. no housekeeping unless you request for it. room is equipped with mini kitchen. toilet is very mini too. the only good is the location. other than that, nah.

The room is too small for comfort. Staff is unhelpful. They refused to help us to book a taxi to a subway station. They claimed that they could only book taxi to airport. Not sure what is the logic behind. Wi-Fi were not working in 2 rooms.

The hotel was in a convenient location

The hotel was more than nice for it's price and very affordable for those on a budget. The subway and airport limo stop are right in front of the hotel. There are also very many restaurants around. The hotel also has a real gym and a laundry room in the basement of the building. So overall it is a good hotel and a great choice if you want to stay longer but are limited by your budget.The hotel has several locations to select from and are all very affordable. Also if you still want to see some last minute sights you can leave your luggage at the front desk.

Good location however the hotel quite run down

The hotel location is good however the room condition is quite run down. Upon my check-in, I noticed there were many hairs on the floor near the bed which quite disguisting. I booked the room for 2 pax however they only issued 1 key card and they required me to place 10,000won for 2nd key card which I find abit ridiculous. Btw, they will charge early check-in fees if you request to check in before 10am whereas other hotel will allow you to do so at foc.
