Hotel is located at a very convenient location.Room is big enough for a family and Clean:friendly stuff .personally I’d found the mattress very hard ( second time I stayed there ) and I requested a blanket as a cover pad but Blankets and towels are available but in additional payment .

Caulking in bathroom could be redone to look much cleaner and the curtains needed a wash. The bed was very comfortable and sheets very clean. Would have loved some wash towels and a bath mat. Beautiful view!

I had a spacious quiet room. The area was safe. Dining areas close enough to hotel. 7 eleven and coffee shop downstairs was very convenient. One very weird thing was they didn't have bath towels. I got issued 5 hand towels which got replaced each day for my 4 day visit. The bed was rock hard but I think that may be normal for the location. Neverthe less I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to others.

My only complaint is there was a mentality unstable old lady who was living in the facility as her home. Very unpleasant conversation.

A wonderful week

The property is fantastic and very spacious (standard double). The location is also very strategic - you can either walk to myeongdong/DDP or take the metro 1-2 stops away. The staff are so helpful, friendly, professional, efficient! Had an issue with air con, and they came as soon as i sent a message. Airport bus is only 5 -7 min walk. Theres a 7/11 just downstair for any late night snacks. Loads of restaurants to choose from. Only 1.5km to namsan tower by bus. Even the clean ladies were very nice. The room could do with a little dusting. One negative note (not hotel fault) neighbours were a bit noisy with dragging chairs around 2-3am. Also, when opening slide windows, it would bang, waking us up in the middle on the night. Nonetheless, i would stay here again with no question! A local market at door step, and the netflix market also 10-15 min walk. ATM also available at the reception. What else can we ask for! Thank you to all the staff x

Hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly, despite us not speaking Korean. They let us check in early and kept our bags the day of checkout at no charge. It’s very walkable, close to a couple subway stops and lots of restaurants, shops and coffee. Hotel is on the site of a park, so although it’s in a more industrial area, the view is nice. Rooms were big and a washing machine is in the room.

my brother and i were there for 5 days. super easy check in process, we couldn’t show up during their front desk hours so they were kind enough to have written instructions and took key upon our arrival. the room was nothing too fancy but it was cozy and good enough for 2 people. will have to say the towels they provide barely fit around an average thigh so pack an extra towel if needed! other than that, everything was pretty good! 5 min walk to bus stop and subway stations. approx 20 mins bus to myeongdong! would definitely stay here again when we come back!

The room was simply dirty. Bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty, thought they didn't change the sheets after customers checked out. Toilet was blocked and a lady came with suction stick and fixed. The shower was also blocked with hairs from previous customers. One thing that I liked this premise was that the convenience store is located on the ground floor. I will not recommend this premise at all. Just try others

There is no receptionist on duty 24 hours. 4PM check-in is strictly enforced. There was no one to talk to at the reception when we arrived. We had to wait in the lobby until someone came. There is no one at night either or when we checked-out

We've booked two rooms for our big family, but both rooms were very dirty, old, and moldy. You can smell the old moldy smell in the bathrooms. The bed sheets had holes and hair (not sure if they have been cleaned). My son woke up with a bug bite as well.
We've seriously thought about giving up the rest of the nights (booked 3 nights) after our first night there, but could not find suitable hotels near Seoul is busy Christmas season....
Also, the pictures in the website must have been photoshopped, looks very different in the front entrance and in the rooms.

We booked this hotel, actually it is a residence , not a hotel. Anyone can come in and out like a public building. The reception is tiny and the staff is not friendly and speak broken English. Room is simple with 2 single beds and one double bed. Room is so run down and toilet is small and not clean. I 'm a tripadvisor's supporter and I am wonder why a lot of people give this residence a 4 or sometimes 5 stars. I am totally disagree with their review and this is one of the worse properties I stayed. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay in this property. There are plenty of hotels around Dongdeomun areas. I hope I write this review will not upset people they already booked.

the check in was very quick. The roof top is nice for a quiet drink at night.
the air con, however, was a bit noisy to use while sleeping and the windows in my room did not have fly screens, so mosquitoes came in at night.
Housekeeping could be better (or other guests should clean their dishes properly)

Good for long stay

The washing machine and cooking stoves work well. Need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste otherwise you'll need to buy them from the 7 11 downstairs. If you stay for more than 10 days the cooking utensils are free to be borrowed and used, which means for shorter stay renting the appliances will be charged on daily rate. Cleanliness can be improved (esp upon check in as thick dust gathered in kitchen cabinets and on the exhaust fan). Great service from housekeeping. It's just right opposite the famous Jungbu Market so it's easy to let taxi drivers to drop you off.

Basic hotel in good location

The hotel location is good as it's between 2 train stations and very accessible with the airport bus. The room was large, basic facilities, generally clean with good views. Bedding wasn't changed during our 2week stay. There were bedmites in 1 duvet, luckily we brought a clean sheet. Daily housekeeping provided bottled water and clean towels. Basic toiletries like soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided yet we didn't use it.

We asked for a slightly later checkout and they were very accommodating. We could our luggage much earlier than check-in. Staff were helpful.

The location of the hotel is a bit hard to find but there are buses just nearby which can take you to Hongdae and the airport directly. The bus stop is just within 5 minutes walk.

The room I originally got had one window which cannot be closed and thus another room was given to me. The room is not very clean but quite ok.

Restroom is small for 4 people to use; no place to put anything. It has a kitchen which is nice, but no soap. Hotel did not provide detergent for the washer either. When I call to see if they have any, they told me to buy it from the convenience store on the ground floor.

Staff are extremely polite and helpful. The hotel is located between two subway/metro lines and each are close by. It's also very close to a large open market and other shopping areas. The rooms are cleaned everyday and you receive 2 bottes of water everyday plus have access to additional filtered water in the lobby. Each room also has a washing machine, drying rack, large refrig/freezer and stove. The additional amenities makes it very easy to \"feel at home\" when you're traveling for a longer period of time.

This hotel was near public transportation stops so it was easy to get around. The breakfast buffet offered by the hotel was a joke. The coffee place in the lobby was decently priced so my family and I ate breakfast there instead. The room was filthy! Our first night there, I found roaches on my way to the bathroom. There was trash and old food under the beds. The decor was broken and taped back together. There were stains on the blankets and walls.

We arrived close to midnight and was dismayed to find out that our room was not prepared for us. The hotel manager was apologetic about this but the hotel was fully paid for so this shouldn't happen. The manager gave us complimentary breakfast but we woke up late and not in time to have any breakfast. We had to sleep in a shabby and rather dusty room for the first night. We changed room the next morning and we had to shift the luggages ourselves. Staff were polite but they don't understand English well. The service in this place is minimal and barely meet the passing mark.

For the rest of the trip, we stayed in a family room. The good things are the spaciousness of the room and housekeeper had kept the room relatively clean. The aircon dripped water which they fixed by the time we are back. Bathroom door has burnt markings. Overall, the room needs some reburbishing.
