The room was great for 4 people to stay in. It was a quiet area, about a 5-minute walk from Chungmuro station and a bonus was the nearest exit had an elevator. Bathroom was clean and comfortable for one person at a time. I love that there were 2 GS25 stores just downstairs. The amount of amenities available was a bit underwhelming. One of the bedrooms had a singular wall plug which was sufficient but the living room with 2 beds did not have any available wall plugs. As a result, the standing lamps in the main/living room could not be plugged in and couldn't be used. There was only 1 wall plug located in the kitchen and 1 near the table for the microwave. There was a lack of clothes hangars but it was good that the front desk could lend us clothes drying rack and a travel adapter. Definitely budget-friendly and good for non-fussy travellers.

Hotel is within walking distance to Chungmuro station and there are lots of restaurants nearby. It seems to be a popular hotel for tourist groups. Not your average hotel, though, it’s equipped with a mini kitchenette (stove, microwave, sink) and laundry machine but no dryer. If you ask the front desk, they will lend you a drying rack, free of charge. There are no pots or utensils though. There is also a sign asking guests not to cook foods with strong aromas. Overall, the room felt somewhat like a small apartment (like the ones in kdramas, obviously not as big). There was also a small table with 2 chairs. There are no electrical adaptors.

Check in was easy and fast. There weren’t any problems with the rooms. It might be a bit small if you are bringing more than 2 big suitcases. Room was cleaned daily and new water bottles replenished. The walls are thick; I could hardly hear any sounds from next door. The property and room is exactly as shown on Expedia.

We asked the front desk to call a taxi because we were moving to another hotel near Incheon. Usually the front desk provides you the taxi number and that’s it, but this individual (he wore glasses and could speak mandarin, not to us though) went out of his way and went to the front of the building and waited for the taxi with us. Checkout is at 12pm. The hotel does not keep suitcases after checking out, but there are paid lockers nearby where you can store your belongings. I would stay here again.

The hotel was conveniently located around many restaurants and EZ access to subway station. We stayed in the Junior Suite, which provides separate BR from the living space, which was more than roomy for a prolong stay. It came with a washer, kitchenette with good size refridge, stove top, and microwave, but lacked utensils and dishes. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Overall, I would give it a 3-4 star.

The suite was large and spacious and provided two bedrooms, a living room area, and a kitchen space. The kitchen area had a washing machine, microwave, and refrigerator which was very useful during out stay. Each bedroom had it's own AC so it could be set to different temperatures and the floor was heated. The staff very very helpful, and the woman who cleaned our room was so nice. Great location close to three different subway stops and walking distance to many locations. I will definitely be staying here again.

Very nice coffee shop in the lobby. Washing machine in the room but no dryer rack to dry your laundry. That was the only disappointment. Otherwise, it’s very close to exit 7 of the Chumero subway station line 4 that I was constantly using to get around. Front desk called a taxi for me when I needed one. Overall, it was excellent.

We were visiting for 2 weeks from the US, and this room was extremely small as compared fo how the pictures looked online. We ended up getting a much nicer peace at WecoStay Gangnam after 4 days. It had so much more room and cost less than Sollago. We looked and saw that Sollago was fully booked online on our nights remaining for our reservation and asked for a partial refund and were told no. The hotel would have been able to rebook our remaining nights with other guests but we were still said no. Very disappointing but we LOVED WecoStay!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We had the family suite and it was basically a 2-bedroom apartment! The beds were comfortable, the area is very safe and within a 3 minute walk to the metro. Having a washer was an added bonus. I did not know I was getting a 2-bedroom apartment when I booked and it was perfect for my family of 3 so my son could get a full night of sleep every day without a lot of noise from us like in a regular hotel room. We would stay there again!

I really liked this property. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well maintained. The only thing that prevented me from giving it 5 stars was it lacked some basic utensils. The room had a microwave, stove, kettle, mugs and glasses, but didn’t have utensils or plates. It would have been great to have those options.

My room was very clean and comfortable. The service staff came every day and did an excellent job keeping my room clean. The location of Sollago is perfect for walking to Myeongdong and other sites. I appreciated the easy access to the subway and bus service. It was also nice to have a cafe in the hotel as well as a convenience store and a currency exchange machine. There’s also a wonderful sandwich shop and a coffee shop less than a block away. Overall, Sollago helped make my solo trip to Seoul very enjoyable.

The location if the hotel is great, just about 10 minutes walk from the famous Myeongdong street market, where we spent lots of time trying all the street food and restaurants, as well shopping.
About 5 min walk from the hotel is the Chungmu-ro station, where we took the subway to go to all the other attractions.
The hotel is located on one of Chungmu-ro side street, with lots of lical restaurants, walking at night feels a little bit sketchy (to NA standards) but is actually very safe.
Definitely will stay at the same location next ti.e.

The best thing about the property was its location. Very close to the subway. The room was excellent, had a washer/dryer. Also a large refrigerator. The bed was not as comfortable as you would like but that was the only thing I could say was negative. The staff was amazing! They helped with directions, calling cabs,subway directions. The hotel is clean and located close to Myeongdong street market, about 10 minutes walk. There are multiple convenient stores near the hotel, where you can buy a variety of snacks, instant noodles, sandwiches, drinks. There are a lot if dinners close to the hotel, where you have numerous choices for breakfast/lunch/dinner. 5 minutes walk to Chungmu-ro station.
There is a foreign exchange station right at the hotel lobby, so you can exchange for Korean won, the exchange rate is a bit higher that the airport exchange store.
Overall, a great hotel at the center of Myeondong district.

Absolutely loved this hotel. I was hesitant about booking it but so glad i did. Nice room, clean, new, lots of storage, washing machine. The bathroom was great with rainshower head and good water pressure. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Muse Lee. I wish to commend him. Of all the 4 hotels I stayed in South Korea, this is the only one that allowed me to check in early. The rest insisted on 3 pm check in even though they had the room. I recommend this property. Great value.

Stayed in their loft with 2 other female friends and although the room itself was decent, I would probably not stay here again in future.

I shall talk about the good points first. The room had 2 floors and the layout was perfect for a group of 3. The water pressure was strong. The amenities provided in the room were great as well -- there was even a washing machine.

The hotel was also located conveniently, walkable to Chungmuro station which is one stop away from Myeongdong station. There were many food options around, including an affordable KBBQ restaurant right beside the hotel and a few convenience stores.

However, there were some areas around the hotel which seemed a bit shady at night, especially since it was right opposite a large motel. The hallways before entering the room were very dull too.

This hotel also does not provide free luggage storage after check out and we had to pay to use their lockers in their basement to store our luggages.

The biggest turn-off is the poor service of one of the receptionists. On one night, my friend and I asked him for help to book a taxi, and he was friendly about it at first. However, the taxi did not arrive so we decided to ask him for help again. That was when his face turned and we got shouted at by him to stand aside so that he could serve another guest. We did not appreciate his poor attitude and decided to settle the taxi ourselves.

This hotel was easy to find and very clean. The staff were very friendly too.
Some things to note:
- they advertised that they have a kitchenette. The extent of this is a hob, microwave, kettle and 2 cups. I booked this place so we had the option to cook. But realistically, who is going to bring a frying pan, cutlery and a chopping board with them on holiday? With this in mind, this hotel is very eco friendly, because they don't provide anything. So we aren't running up their electricity bill either!
- they have a washing machine but provide no powder or detergent. We brought laundry with us as we are on a long trip, so doing some washing would help us before we get back home. We carried the extra weight for nothing. Most hotels provide at least a small sachet of powder. It is very unrealistic to think that customers will go and buy a huge tub of powder for a short stay. We did attempt to find powder but all we could find locally was large tubs meant for a household for several weeks.
- if you have a train to catch, allow an extra 5 minutes. The lift takes forever because the building is so big. Oh, and even after waiting you'll have cleaning staff cut in front and close the lift door in your face...
- tiny thing, the door handles are very unintuitive. And not obvious whether they needed to be pushed, pulled, turned or twisted.

Arrived at noon and the front desk was able to check me into a room right away. A few blocks to Myeongdong for shopping and a lot of clinics, and the hotel sits right between 2 airport express buses. The room is small so beware that a large suitcase isn’t easy to lay flat and open except in the main walkway from the door to the beds which hinders access to the full size fridge and freezer, washing machine, sink, bathroom, and door. Overall very cozy and clean, I would highly recommend despite the limited space.

Just FYI, room service will enter your room regardless of your sign, just to refresh towels and waterbottle which is much appreciated!

This was probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in based on room amenities, service, attitude of employees, dining options nearby, ease of access to the most popular metro lines, and convenience store options.

I've stayed in many hotels with this being the cheapest but the most impressive. The employees are generally very nice and helpful, especially the housekeeping ladies.

You get to wash and dry your clothes in the room, cook in the room (I didn't do this), have acess to a microwave, have a full sized fridge and freezer, and have an air purifier in the room. These are all extras ontop of what a standard hotel would generally provide in the room.

Hotel is very nice for a long stay. I used to stay near Myeongdong/Euljiro-1 station but this is a good option.

I booked a family room. Got the loft instead, which was ok but very awkward with large luggage and an elderly parent . The room was dusty and there was food stains on the wall from a previous guest. The area looked questionable, but once the daily life kicked into gear it was fantastic. A nice small glimpse into the lives of everyday people. The restaurant on the street level in the building is a must eat. Had a great stay.

The businesses surrounding this hotel makes this a great place to stay. You find some specialized coffee shops and lots of different dinning experiences. It's about a 5-7 minute walk to two main Subway station (same location to the airport limousine bus service); this allows you to access two different subway lines to get to where you need to be. The hotel and services is amazing, any issues the front desk can help you with. Don't be thrown off when getting off the elevator to your floor, it may look industrial but once you get to your room it's all functional space and it's kept very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved that there was a convenience store on the first floor and the roof top had limited seats but no one really used it, so it was a lovely place to watch the sunset with friends. Location is pretty good - short walk from Chungmoro station and airport bus stop was nearby. Room was clean albeit a little small in terms of floor space for opened luggages. No physical room key - you get a receipt with your room key on the digital lock which I liked.

There’s a convenience store in the lobby and many restaurants and eateries nearby.

They don’t offer free early check in (costs KRW30K++ if I recall correctly) which was a bit of a bummer but I think that’s normal for Korean hotels.

Not in Myeongdeon but about 12 mins walk. Rooms we're small, comfortable and had everything you needed. Some of the functions like motion sensor lights that could not be turned off were questionable features. Everything in the room was in Korean so it was a struggle to get things to work. Corridors were stark grey as were the flooring. Looked like a hospital. Staff were helpful but definitely not friendly.

ロビーにワオパスの機械があったので
とても便利でした。
コンビニも1階にあったので良かったです。
清掃を無しにしたら、タオル交換も
無かったので少し残念でした。
部屋に洗濯機があったので、タオルを洗濯したら快適に過ごせると思います。

je suis ravie de mon séjour à l'hôtel Sollago Myeongdong,
l'emplacement est parfait 5 minutes à pied du métro, quartier animé mais calme. le buffet du petit déjeuner est super, il y vraiment beaucoup de choix.

部屋が綺麗です。空調も快適でした。
トイレも先進的で紙は水に流せます。
歯ブラシは置いてませんが、洗面台には化粧水、石鹸がおいてあり、シャワールームにはシャンプーとシャワージェルが置いてあります。
あとは、室内スリッパとバスローブもありましたので、旅行時に持ち込まなくても良いです。
コンセントは確かSEタイプでした。

受付スタッフもチェックインアウトは笑顔で対応いただけました。
忠武路駅からも近く、明洞まで歩いていけます。
よいホテルでした。

Excelente ubicación y buenas instalaciones

Habitación muy bien distribuida, con lavadora, microondas, refrigerador, lavadero en la cocina, TV, mesita, aire acondicionado y calefacción. Todo bien, el hotel en su lobby tiene 2 tiendas GS25 y restaurantes, cafetería, y muy cerca 2 estaciones de metro, en diferentes direcciones.

チュンロム駅７番出口から歩いて数分だったので便利でした。明洞へも徒歩圏内ですが雨だと電車に乗りたい距離ですかね。ホテルの一階にはコンビニもあり、近くにローカルなお店などもあるので場所は問題ない。ホテルも新しいので部屋も綺麗だった。ただエレベーター上がって部屋まで行く廊下が無機質で殺風景過ぎて怖い感じでした（笑）。

部屋は清潔で非常に良かった。
１階にコンビニ、カフェがあり使いやすい。
若い男性スタッフの態度が我々を小馬鹿にしているように感じた。英語で会話したが一部聞き取れない部分があり内容について再度確認するとさっき言ったでしょって感じで鼻で笑われた。
それだけが不満、それ以外は問題なし。
