We enjoyed our stay! The room had a great view, was very clean and serviced every day. It is located conveniently for commuters as it is connected to the subway station. However, the elevators can get quite packed and take long during peak times.The staff was very friendly as well. Would stay here again!

the location is fantastic given close proximity to airport bus stop, a normal bus stop, and the subway station underneath the building. rooms are spacious and have kitchen, separate dining space, and W/D. the only downside is the limited number of elevators which are also painfully slow, and the lack of staff available to assist with check-ins (they have check-in machines in the lobby but those never seem to work the two times we've stayed here)

The location was perfect, as it was situated directly above Chungmuro Station, which made it easy for us to access the other spots around Seoul. The room itself had everything we needed.

Check in - did not receive a voucher from Expedia to auto check in and needed to speak to reception.
Elevator - only two elevators and lots of residents. It can take 15-20 mins to get an elevator.
Laundry machine had no detergent to use and need to buy your own.

Hotels.com itinerary number was too long to check in thru kiosk(kiosk kept asking for 6 digits only vs hotels.com confirmation numbers are over 10 digits:(().
Plus, No clear sign where the front office check in. I was too tired to deal with all the above.
Frustrations!!!
No one to ask about for 20 mins. Finally, gone downstairs and checked in.
Upon checking in everything changed! Very clean, efficient space management + it has everything travelers need!!!

Overall the Homes Stay and Weco Stay property are so convenient. Although small and it can tricky with luggage, overall it provides all the basic necessities for living. I wish there were forks and knives along with the spoons and chopsticks. Definitely geared more to asian guests versus western guests. The power outlets are very limited. I suggest at least adding a power strip so people can charge other devices besides just the bedside. For instance there was no convenient place to plug in the water pot.

the self checkin at the lobby did not work with hotels.com con # i had to go down stairs to find some one to help. i was able to check in but i went to my room and there was someone in my room! i went back down and told them that room was taken already. i was given a new room with no one in it and the stay was fine after that. great location next to the subway and also there is a convenience store and coffee place in the building.

Home Stay Myeongdong is truly an ideal home away from home when you go on holiday, fully furnished with a kithcnette (include utensils etc), microwave, full size fridge with freezer compartment below and washing machine (wash and dry) is simply what you need for a long stay. Their beds are so comfortable we slept well throughout 7 night stay, pillow is a little on the soft side but they gv 2 pillows on every bed so no issue for us.Deluxe Twin room we booked is at the corner of the building which you can directly see Namsan Tower and Namsan Hanok Village opposite our room. Hanok Village was a great surprise when we took a leisure walk there, such a beautiful park w traditional Hanok houses and free tour guide at certain hour.
Within Home stay building there are some cafes and convenient store is right next door which gives you easy access to your daily needs.
Metro station - Chungmuro station is directly link to the basement 1 of the building, head to Chungmuro station Exit 5 if you are taking train from Seoul station, entrance door is right next to Exit 5 escalator. (There is a sign on top of the entrance door with Home Stay/ WeCoStay). Exit 6 (need to climb a flight of stairs), Exit 7 with elevator is opposite building on street level. Do take note this is a home stay which means they are not hotel so do not expect hotel entrace with big name on it, the building itself is called VILLIV. We will surely choose Home Stay again when going to Seoul.

Area was incredibly convenient for transportation via subway, bus, and airport bus, all within 1-2 minutes of walking. The subway station was also connected to the basement of the hotel so you didn’t even have to step outside. It made our commute between the airport and daily exploration a breeze.

Hotel itself felt like an apartment given the ample space, utilities, and storage. Water pressure was great, the unit came with a huge fridge, freezer, as well as a microwave so saving all leftovers and convenience store foods was a huge plus. The winning touch is definitely the in-unit washer/dryer - the only thing I wish the hotel provided was some laundry detergent or laundry pods to use, as it felt really wasteful to buy a container of laundry detergent for 1-2 loads.

The hotel staff was responsive through expedia contact when we had to let them know of our late check-in as well as unexpected delayed travel plans. Other than that there weren’t extra touches in the community/reception area like water or snacks, but GS25 is right next door so it really didn’t matter.

The location was very convenient as it was just above a train station. Emarts were available downstairs too.

The only inconvenience is that the waiting time for the lift was too long.

There were also no staff around, so checking in might be a little tricky if you are not tech savvy. Check out was swiftly done.

Would recommend for friends and family as the overall experience was great! The room was so cozy with all facilities provided. Even an induction cooker with a hood and washing machine.

The hotel is connected underground to the metro…super convenient for getting around Seoul. No t far from Insadong, Myeongdong or Ikseon.Dong. The apartment was clean and we loved the fact that it had a clothes washer/dryer…also luggage storage free of charge for arriving too early to check in and if you have several hours after checkout until your flight or train left. They have an unmanned sandwich shop that’s convenient for sandwiches, drinks, ramen, salads etc. also a bakery/coffee shop. Ok, the pastries were not the best but it was convenient for a late night snack.

On the plus side, the hotel is conveniently located right next to a subway stop(and convenience store) the rooms are just fine, the security staff was very nice and helpful 👍 (special thanks to Kim MiyungGi!).

On the negative side, the room cleaning was very haphazard, sometimes cleaned, sometimes not, or made the bed, but no new towels, or new towels left on the counter, but garbage not emptied. Inconsistent.

The hotel is close to tourist attractions, restaurants, entertainment, shopping, the night street market which is pretty cool and metro/subway is few steps away from the hotel entrance. We had a nice view of the mountains, city and the Seoul tower from our hotel room. Checking in and out was easy and the staff during check out was very professional.

Nearly new sort of small apartment stay. Rooms bigger than average for seoul and with full kitchen and small separate screened area for dining.

There were a few teething troubles, ie the hot water went down and the sensor light in the room kept going off and on all night but the place is very clean and the hotel staff were very quick to apologise and get things fixed.

It was our first time visiting Korea. The location was great. Walkable distance to the main tourist shopping area. Check in was easy though I was scared if being late for the check in time. Check in ends at 11pm and we had a hard time contacting the hotel receptionists but in the end we made it before the end of check in time. The room was clean and spacious. Property is right next to chungmuro train station either exit 5 or 6. It was about 5 blocks from Myeongdong station too which was very convenient. Room was clean and the building was nice however there’s not a check in desk with employees to check you in. You have to do it with a machine but it was very easy just make sure you have your reservation number. I’ll definitely will stay here again!

The twin standard room was a good size for a small family trip. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated having a kitchenette with laundry accessible in the room. The room was quiet and we loved being a short distance away from busier parts of the neighborhoods.

The elevator to the basement takes you right into the subway. At the time of writing the basement level is doing construction for what may be commerce (which we walked through for convenience). It will be interesting to see how busy it will become or what security will be when that space is open.

The hotel is in the building named VILLIV. Self check in and out had some glitches for us (did not let me check out when leaving early for the airport). But there was always at least one person who appeared on the first floor to help. It was unclear by previous emails whether early check in or luggage hold was available (was told to ask). In the end, they kindly held our luggage while we arrived early. There are cafes across the street should you find yourself early as there is no lobby. Overall was nice place to land for a first visit to Seoul.

I wouldn’t mind going back to this hotel. Its pretty near and tidy. Housekeeping comes every day and replenishes our water, towels and throws our trash. Its pretty close to Myeongdong and N Tower but far enough that you don’t get the noise. It has the subway line and bus stop right outside. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Room is very clean and well appointed. Has a small kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine. Bath was tiny but functional. Building is brand new. Subway right in front of the property. Only downside is it’s pretty self check in but instructions were clear. The building is called VilLiv and Homes was not so obvious to see. Elevators were horrendously slow. But overall would stay again. Good value for money.

シャワーの水圧も充分。冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、洗濯機がお部屋にそろっているので、家にいるように滞在できました。
自動チェックインの仕方が分からず手間取りましたが、フロントへ行けばスタッフの方が日本語で対応してくださいました。
チェックアウト後の荷物も預かっていただけて助かりました。
また利用したいと思います。

立地が良く、どこに行くにも1回乗り換えくらいで着くので、明洞より交通の便は良く、地下鉄の忠武路駅直結で便利です。
ただホテルのエレベーターはすぐに満員になってしまうので、低層階に宿泊していると乗れないことも多く、それが少し不満です。
ホテルのスタッフは感じ良く、過剰なサービスがないので楽です。
シャワーとトイレの水周りは水圧がやや低め。これは韓国では当たり前かなと思ってます。
キッチンとまあまあ大きめな冷蔵庫と洗濯機が付いていて良かったです。短い滞在では必要ないですが。
次回もここに泊まろうと思います。

地理位置很好，地下一樓可以直通地鐵3+4號線-忠武路站

行前有發通知，提醒說是要先在1樓用機台自助check in，且通知裡表示check in的code會秀在收據上，屆時於機台輸入即可辦理
但收據上一直沒有看到所謂的code，用訂房網站的訂單號碼輸入於機台裡也顯示輸入錯誤，最後是直接到地下二樓辦理人工check in才成功，結果等到我們回台灣之後，才收到check id，有點不明白怎麼一回事就是了

→滞在中、清掃はなかったけれど、毎日のタオル交換とゴミ回収で十分でした。

→部屋数に対して、エレベーターが少なく遅い。時間帯によっては、1Fがエレベーター待ちで人が溢れてる。時間に余裕を持って行動する必要あり。

駅直結でとても便利なホテルで、明洞にも徒歩で行ける距離。
部屋の掃除時間は遅めなので、部屋に帰る時間が早いと掃除時間に遭遇してしまう。
部屋にミニキッチンと電子レンジ・洗濯機があってとても便利。

O quarto mais barato não vale a pena

Eu fiquei em 3 quartos diferentes já nesse hotel, e esse que é o mais barato achei bem ruim. O chuveiro não funcionava direito, saindo pouca água e só tinha a opção muito quente ou gelado. A disposição do quarto não é legal.
