There were a couple of bathroom issues. But the beds were comfortable, the laundry room was useful, and the location was fantastic! Just a couple of blocks from the cathedral and myeongdong shopping. There’s a subway entrance right next to the hotel and the airport limo bus stops next to the subway entrance. The front desk staff is amazing! They can communicate in so many languages and were so efficient and helpful! It was a comfortable stay that allowed us to easily access many parts of Seoul quickly. Would stay here again.

There was no prior apology or explanation, and only after I filed a complaint did I receive a rather generic email from the manager saying they would provide better service if I return next time.
Honestly, good service should be provided while guests are there — that’s what makes people want to come back. That said, aside from the power outage, the experience was not bad overall, and the staff’s kindness was appreciated.

We stayed at Premier 2 Double Beds Room for 4 nights. The room size is comfortable and location is okay just 10mins walk to Myeongdong centre.
Why I rate it as terrible?

So moldy smelling we changed room after 1 night. Ended up triggering my allergies to the point of being sick. Elevator was so slow we took the stairs most mornings. 13 floors down. Same cold breakfast offerings for 5 days. Seemed like they were not using heat lamps. Rushed out of breakfast so they could set tables for lunch at 10 am. Just not the quality experience one expects for $300 USD a night. Temperature set for the entire property at a very warm 75. Slept with the window open after waking up unable to breathe due to heat. Comfortable bed.

I’m confused about the nights I booked. I was supposed to check out on Tuesday, October 21st, but my booking was from October 13th to October 20th. I went to ask if I could extend for one more night. She checked the system and told me my booking was good. I asked her twice, and she said it was fine and that I was booked to check out on Tuesday, October 21st.
But on October 20th, after dinner, I came back to my room and my key didn’t work. I went to ask them, and they told me I had to check out on the 20th, not the 21st. They charged me $450 for one more night.
Why did I have to pay such a high price after I was told my booking was okay? I had to pack all my clothes and leave for the airport at 1 AM on October 21st. Now I have a headache, no place to stay, and a flight that leaves at 12 in which i cannot check in for yet. Please, Please! solve this problem for me. Thank you

Air conditioning in room very weak, not hot just not cool, and it was on \"full blast\". Could not open curtains because heat boiled in through the window making air conditioning non existent. Therefore, with drapes necessarily closed, it was like a cave, darkest most unpleasant \"lighting\" I ever over paid for. Staff was friendly and efficient. Free shuttle bus to shopping was nice and bus to airport was reasonable. Only changed sheets if you asked. Shower in bath tub, slick and dangerous. I would not recommend this hotel because of the air conditioning issue alone. No english TV, Japanese translator talks over the english.

The area around the hotel is close to the famed night market, Seoul Cathedral, Hanok village, several historic sites, including the palaces. A Starbucks, bar, and Korean BBQ restaurant are all in the building, but there are numerous options within walking distance — so many wonderful coffee shops and Michelin restaurants. The hotel team was also very helpful and friendly.

The yellow tiles on the floor and sides of the shower area were rusted, making it uncomfortable to shower barefoot.
One design concern is the frosted glass wall between the bathroom and the bedroom. It faces the bed directly, so when one person uses the bathroom at night, the light can disturb the other person sleeping. This design also raises privacy concerns, especially if the two guests are not a couple, since the silhouette of the person showering can be seen from the bed. We were not informed about this setup at check-in, and we're unsure if all rooms have the same design.
The man who checked us in was professional but didn't smile, which made the interaction feel a bit cold. The woman who checked us out was much friendlier and welcoming.

My friend and I came here for a girls trip and we stayed for a week. We stayed at another hotel down the street last year and was very happy with it. Being a Sheraton fan in the states, we thought we could try out this one, but unfortunately the rooms seem to be infested with flies?? We have a speculation it’s come from the vents bc after our first room was infested with flies, we checked our second room that we were switched too and it had no flies. Every time we came home we closed the door quickly and my friend and I would do a room check and for some reason we’d find mysterious flies in our room??? They’re not fungus gnats but more like teenage flies

This hotel with its name behind Sheraton was very sub par. The elevator was slow and the laundry area was dirty. I picked up excess trash and photo was taken . The bathroom shower door had rust. Yuck. We intended to extend our stay but changed our minds after the experience

At first, stay is full of confusion and discomfort. There’s no clear instructions for fourth floor registration. Not sufficient signs to upstairs registration; also, no available cart to transport luggage from curbside. Later, stay becomes much more comfortable due largely to attentive desk staff.

This hotel was in a great location! I felt like I was walkable to major areas, and literal steps from a metro line. I've already recommended a friend stay there this summer! The only problem was the dining - around dinner time, I went to the lounge for a drink and light snacks. There was a sign that it was closed, so I went down a level to the restaurant which was closed to guests for a private party. I wasn't planning on leaving the hotel that evening, and had to since there were no viable dining options open. A bit of a bummer at the time, but I ended up finding a gem of a dinner spot a block over. The same thing happened the next night. If you're planning on eating there, plan again.

This was my second time staying with Four Points and I enjoyed the stay in general. The housekeeping staff did a great job and the front desk staff were mostly courteous.
The only issue I have is that the hotel room door lock does not open properly. The main lock does not pull back fully when opened, so when you shut the door, it does not close properly, the lock knocks into the door jamb and it results in a loud banging sound. You have to turn the door handle fully one or two more times to make the lock pull back fully. This is not just an issue with my particular room, but for other rooms as well. As a result, you can hear doors banging in the middle of the night, from guests who return late, which is not conducive to a good night’s rest.

From checking in to checking out it was a smooth process. We stayed there for seven days and we enjoyed every minute of it. All the staff are very helpful. We bought the breakfast buffet together with our hotel accommodation and it’s worth it. Will come back to this awesome hotel in the future.

The location was super convenient as it was a stone's throw away from the metro station and 10 min to walk to the heart of Myeondong with all the street foods, cafes, hawker stalls,....Front desk was helpful and speak good English. The only negative thing was the hygiene in our room. Housekeeping does not vacuum, change sheets (unless you ask), etc. My daughter developed a neck allergy from the sheets and we saw garbage on the floor in our room from the night before. Other than the lack of cleanliness, we were super happy with the choice of hotel given the location. Seoul is never short of restaurants, coffee cafes, and photo booths which are all very good and fun. In fact, the local Korean restaurant adjacent to our hotel was very yummy!!
