It is a budget hotel, so do not expect much. The toilet was filthy for my room at 513. Luckily, I only stayed for 1 night. I did not use the common areas but it was in disarray and cluttered.

Small room but reasonable for the price we paid. Staff was great, spoke good English. The area was convenient with subway stop just a steps away. The entrance is a bit odd, it’s located in what feels like an alleyway, but it felt safe. Walking distance to the night market and lots of good places to eat around. No issues storing our luggage before check in and after check out.

Wonderful staff. They were friendly and helpful. Let us check in early. The location is great as well. It is close to subway. You can use exit 7 or 10. 10 is advisable if you have luggages with you. There is an elevator you can use but you have to cross the street.

The property is slightly dated - there is visible wear and cleanliness issues. The rooms are small, but what makes up for everything is the amenities and the customer service. The staff are very helpful and supportive. Look im not easy customer. i made lots of requests to deal with the cleanliness on the first they. but they did bend over to help me achieve the cleanliness i wanted.

The hotel provides basic amenities and breakfast @ 8-10am. Shower and toilet inside the room. Small side table and ref beside the bed. Kitchen and laundry in common area.

Location is very close to a subway station (Euljiro 3-(sam)-Ga exit 7. Walking distance from Myeongdong and shopping streets.
No problem with check-in.

Had a great time staying at this hotel. Stayed for 5 nights. Hotel staff was super nice,spoke English really well. Served simple breakfast; toast, cereal etc. We got the twin bed room, room was small (suitable for 2 Asian-sized girls). You need to put your bag on your bed to get clothes out but we didn't really mind. Bathroom was very clean, heated toilet seats with automated bidet.

Since we stayed close to winter, heater was on full blast. Even floor was heated. So we were always warm and toasty in the room.

There's a lift going up to the hotel (its on the 5th floor) so no need to worry about carrying luggage up the stairs. The hotel even has a washer/dryer. So you can do you laundry. Just need to pay a little extra (but its very cheap!)

Location, very near to the Euljiro(3)-ga station. Go out from Exit 7, up the stairs. Turn back, police station is on your left. Walk a few steps, the turn left into the first lane. Hotel will be right in front of you (its next to a printing shop). Its not exactly facing main road, so its not too noisy. Although you can hear sirens occasionally. Nothing that bothered us.

If you're just looking for a place to crash after a whole day exploring Seoul, this is the hotel for you. If you want somewhere you can relax the whole day in a hotel, better find somewhere else. Not suitable for families I would think as space is limited.

Good location to move around the nearby main trourist attractions, e.g. Namsan park, Dongdaemun, Namdaemun, Myeongdong. Same as what's mentioned by others, the room is just tiny but ok if you just need a clean place to sleep.

It is a hostel and the room is tiny but has it's own bathroom built in so great for a clean place to stay overnight. If you are not ambulatory or physically steady, this may not be the place for you. There is little to no floor space so you have to climb on the bed(s) to get around the room.

Cosy hotel in a great location

This is a nice, little hotel in a central area of Seoul close to transport links and walking distance so some major tourist sites. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Very straightforward and easy checking-in and checking-out process. Very clean and everything has a modern look to it. Rooms are fresh and air conditioned.

The rooms are quite small and not particularly spacious for moving around, however this is to be expected considering the price is very affordable and superb value for money. There is storage space. The bathrooms are good - the shower is part of the room as a space-saving method.

The breakfast is standard and basic but that's all I needed so I was happy with that.

Wifi is available throughout the hotel and rooms have TVs and accessible power sockets.

The location is good - very close to a subway station, a shopping centre, places to eat, and not far from tourist sites.

I'd say this hotel is best suited to the solo, couple or business travelling types. Overall a great hotel for the price, would recommend, and would stay there again.

-next to police station

In between myeongdong, insadong, dongdaemun. I didn't even have to take the subway.

-very helpful, helped to arrange a couple of things like transport, give recommendations to attractions
-all can speak English

Welcoming and nice smelling hotel

The economy room was smaller than expected so it is better to book the normal rooms if you need space to pack your things.The staff there is really friendly as they always greet you. My friend and I wanted to go to a strawberry festival but we are not sure how to book it as it is in Korean but the staff there were really willing to help us. However, if you want to shop in Myeongdong, it is pretty hard to walk there and if you take the subway, you have to change lines. I still enjoyed my stay there. Thank you!!

Very pleasant stay. Clean room, nice staff and VERY WELL LOCATED. Crossing the street you are on the subway already, which is very convenient. Excellent cost benefit for those who just want a place to sleep well and have a nice shower. Very silent. Breakfast is hostel style (bread/butter/cheese/Nutella/jam and cereal). Very small room, Asia style. Wet shower, also Asia style. Very good wife!

The room was very clean, but beware... The room is tiny!! Once we entered the room, we had to walk single file to the beds. There was a tiny gap between them and with the bathroom. Staff was nice, breakfast was filling. Cereal, toast, juice, eggs, instant noodle cups and coffee/tea bags offered. There is elevator access and the location is close to the metro.

Clean, but no security at night

I liked
its convenient location, next to a subway station, many little shops around the hotel. It was relatively new facility, opened three 3 months ago. The room was very small, but clean. Served breakfast!! And had an open kitchen. But there is no staff working from midnight to 7am. And there is no security door, basically anybody can walk in. That is the only downside of the hotel.

スーツケースを広げるスペースがなく、困りました。部屋は、値段的に期待していなかったので、こんなものかと思います。清潔という口コミが多かったですが、確かにすごく汚くはないけれど、シーツやタオルが黄ばんでたり黒ずんでたり、と神経質な人は嫌かもしれません。シャワーは、仕切りもなくトイレのすぐ横にあり、サンダルが置いてあります。明洞まで歩いて１０分くらいなので、良い立地に安く泊まれたのが良かったです。

World’s dirtiest bedrooms ever, what you can have here is a shower head with blue and white fungus which doesn’t even get removed by typical cleaning and smelly towels sometime have some toilet paper particles.

What could more i say, the bright side of this place is the location where originally industrial place and got some renewals by government policies but still hideous.

I’d had sudden gout flare before got here,
the building has an elevator so i chose this place.

建物自体が古いから仕方ないことではあるけれど、ひどいニオイがする。道路から敷地内に入って行く途中の路面がガタガタで、スーツケースの車輪？が壊れそうで怖い。
ただ、古いなりにきちんと清掃はされているし、スタッフの対応はとんでもなく良かった。

値段からすると、妥当な線なのかもしれませんが…シングルの部屋に、ベッドが二つあり、そのうち一つはマットレスや寝具がない「台」。部屋には、ベッドかその「台」しか居場所がなく、（玄関以外、床に立つ空間はない）なかなかに貴重な体験でした。

最初に記載致しますが、日本で言うビジネスホテルクラスではありません。ゲストハウスのカギ付き個人部屋のイメージです。今回は友人二人の格安旅行と決めていましたので、コスパは抜群と思います。
以下、参考までに
価格・・・安い
設備・・・ハブラシありません。お湯はしっかり出ます。湯量もOK
朝食・・・食べませんでしたが、軽食は出来るようです。使ったお皿は
　　　　　自分で洗います。
対応・・・この価格で日本語OKのスタッフがいて驚きでした。
場所・・・明洞、光化門、青瓦台、東大門、広蔵市場まで
　　　　　すべて徒歩で行ける距離感です。
狭さはありますので、ツインルームをシングルユースして使わないベッドに荷物を置けば、充分に寝る場所はあります。
カップルには微妙ですが、ワイワイ楽しく安くならお勧めです。

スタッフの対応も良く、日本語も通じて安心でした。乙支路3から徒歩すぐで近くにコンビニがあり、警察もあって明洞から徒歩15-20分で行けて朝ごはんついてこのお値段は安いと思う。ただスーツケースを広げる広さもなく、ベッドが部屋に敷き詰められている感じでベッドの上でパッキングしました。総合的に良かったです。

快適でした

飛行機が遅れてしまいチェックインに間に合わなかったので電話しましたが、カードキーを置いておくから大丈夫だよと優しく言ってくださいました。
部屋もそんなに広いわけではありませんがこざっぱりときれいだったので泊まるには充分ですし、観光するところからとても近いのも魅力的です。
荷物も預かってくれて最後まで感じがよかったです。
英語わかる人は1人しかいませんでしたがジェスチャーでどうとでもなります

安いわりにはとてもいい場所にありベットも朝ごはんも付いていてよかったです。
ただお風呂場がトイレと一緒でそれは良かったんですが、一度シャワーを使うとトイレまで想像以上にビショビショになるのであれだけカーテンを付けるなりなんなりして頂けたらもっとよかったですし、リピーターになります。

宿泊前後に荷物を預かってくれました。チェックイン開始30分くらい前に着きましたが、そのままルームキーを渡してくれました。
ツインルームを予約していて、急遽1人での宿泊になったので、広さに問題はありませんでしたが、2人で宿泊していたら狭かったかも。ドライヤーの風量は凄まじく、すぐに乾きました。

•장점 : 역에서 가깝고 길 건너에 바로 편의점이 있어서 편리. 명동, 인사동, 익선동 등 번화가에 접근성이 좋음. 숙박가격은 저렴한 편. 직원분들의 응대는 빠르고 친절함.

•단점: 전체적인 위생/관리상태가 좋지 않았음(쿠션커버 교체 안 한 듯한 냄새, 머리카락, 창틀 곰팡이, 방 안 전체적 냄새)
뜨거운 물 잘 안 나옴. 수압 약함.
창문에 커튼 없음. 방이 좁아 캐리어 열고 닫을 때 매우 불편. 건물 입구 경사면 없고 계단만 있어서 짐 옮길 때 불편.

トイレとシャワーが一緒になっていますが
使い方を考えたら苦になりません(シャワー浴びる前にトイレスリッパを外に出しておく、シャワー浴びた後にホテルのタオルでトイレ拭いて使用する)
部屋用のスリッパが無いので(狭いので履く必要は個人の好み)
事前に使い捨てのスリッパ購入して向かいました
歯ブラシもありません、購入してから向かってください
夜遅くなると周りにご飯屋さんは少ないです
コンビニは小さな7\11と小さなCUがあります

ドレッサー？に椅子が無くメイクはしにくいです
ひとりでとことん安く済ませたい旅行の時にまた利用しても良いかな？という感じです

Die Lage ist mit der Nähe zur U-Bahnstation sehr gut. Wenn man nur ein günstiges Zimmer für eine Übernachtung in Seoul sucht, ist es ausreichend. Zimmer und Bad sind allerdings für 2 Personen sehr klein, Bad und Bettwäsche waren nicht ganz sauber. Frühstück wie üblich in koreanischen Motels Toast und Cornflakes. In der Küche ist es etwas eng.

가격대비 너무 괜찮았어요. 을지로3가 바로 근처라 위치도 좋고 이침식사도 제공해주셔서 아주 만족했어요. 직원분들이 친절하시고 아침 식제료가 떨어져 있는 걸 얘기했더니 비로 리필해주셨어요.
제일 저렴한 방을 선택해서 둘이 방에서 지내기엔 조금 불편한 점은 있었지만, 그냥 잠만 자기에는 큰 불편함은 없었어요.

便利な立地

乙支路3街路駅7番からすぐ。少し奥まっていて最初は見つけにくいが便利な立地。部屋は入ってすぐベットに占領されてますが観光重視ならお値段も手頃で充分かと思います。ダブルベット一人使用したのでゆったり寝れました。12月の宿泊でしたが床暖房も入っていて、靴を脱いで過ごすタイプで良かったです。ただほとんどベットに占領されているので歩くとこないです。シャワーはトイレと仕切りがなく全部ぬれてしまうので少し使いづらいかなという感じです。シャンプーコンディショナー、ボディソープあり。歯ブラシ無し。フロントに常時ではないですが日本語を話せるスタッフさんもいます。

정말 잠!!만 자서 돈을 아껴야 되는 분들만 가세요.

명동에서 걸어서 갈 수 있고 가격이 싸서 예약했었는데 너무 실망했습니다. 방이 좁다고 적혀있었지만 침대와 욕실만 있을 줄이야...거기다 2박하는 방은 청소를 하지 않는다고 해서 수건교체와 휴지통만 비워줘서 머리카락을 제가 치웠네요.그남아 프론트에 있는 분들이 친절하시고 간단한 아침이 마련되어 있어서 그냥 지내고 왔지만, 두번은 안갈꺼 같네요.
그남아 교통편은 좋아서 이동하기는 편했고...간단한 아침이 무료라 그 점은 좋았던거 같아요.

最寄駅乙支路3街7番出口から徒歩１分程。近くにはCUとセブンイレブンがありました。明洞にも徒歩圏内で、とても便利でした。部屋は狭くスーツケースも下に広げれないぐはいでしたが想定内だったので特に問題はなかったです。建物は古さを感じますが部屋は清潔感がありました。窓際が少々汚れていましたが許容範囲です。シャワーの水圧も弱くなく、お湯もきちんと出ました。床暖房があり、夜は暑くて窓を開けて寝てちょうど良かったです（笑）タオルは希望すれば交換してくださいました。フロントに部屋番号が全部書いてあるボードがあり、自分の部屋番号に○を書く、という形でした。スタッフの対応も良く気持ちよく宿泊出来ました。狭さが気にならない方であれば、値段、立地共に是非オススメです！

駅に近いゲストハウスのようなホテルでした。
部屋はかなり小さめですが寝泊まりだけであれば明洞からも近く、快適に過ごせると思います。

雑居ビルの中のワンフロアー

カーテンや仕切りが無いので、シャワーをするとトイレの便座はビショビショになります。
バスタオルは日本で言う足拭きマットです。

酒店鄰近地鐵站，但上落很多梯級，較為疲累，雖然其他評價酒店鄰近明洞及東大門，但在酷熱天氣下，這短短半小時路程都足以被陽光消焦，建議不要鏗每次1250韓幣的車資。

交通方便

酒店位置鄰近乙支路3街站，步行去明洞只需要十幾分鐘就到，前往東大門的所需時間也差不多，由於位於綠色線，搭地鐵去弘大及梨大也唔使轉線，就算要轉線去首爾站，都係幾分鐘就到，所以交通非常方便，值得推薦

ホテル到着が1時過ぎになるので、エクスペディアからのメッセージで遅くなることを伝えましたが、返信が来なかったので、読んでもらえているかわからなかったです。到着すると、カードキーがフロントに置いてあったので、驚きました。0時～8時まではフロントが不在になるのは少し不安なところと、お部屋のお掃除がいまひとつなところがありましたが、価格がお安く、駅からも近く、明洞も徒歩圏内なので立地条件が良かったです。
