We had a very unpleasant experience during the check-in process. The staff initially refused to give me a room, and when the Expedia agent called the front desk on my behalf, they said they couldn’t understand the English being spoken, which felt very discriminatory. They then insisted that I make a new reservation and pay them in cash. Overall, it was an unacceptable and unprofessional experience.

Definitely the best hotel to stay in!

The room and hotel was very clean and professional. The beds were comfortable and each room has everything you need.

The breakfast is cheap and you get what you pay for. It's good for the price (as it's 1/3 of the price of other hotels) but don't expect a huge selection.

Even considering that, it's an amazing hotel and the location is ideal. Close to a major metro station and you can easily get to tourist attractions.

Stayed here when my family and I visited Seoul. It’s in a great location, next to the hustle and bustle of Myeongdong, actually about a 15 min walk one way. And if you don’t want to walk use Uber for metered taxis, but make sure to have Korean Won on hand, as Apple Pay has issues for IPhone users. Any case, hotel is clean and staff are friendly and speak English. They also have an onsite money exchanger machine. Onsite washer and dryer are efficient and you pay by physical credit card. Beds are comfortable, and there is a nearby convenience store for your daily needs (water, snacks, etc..). Highly recommended for USA tourists with young children (over 5). If you have a stroller, would recommend something closer or within Myeongdong.

Great location right next to a metro station. The hotel is clean, modern, and has a good vibe. Special praise to the house keeping as they kept the room clean and neat. However, the Wifi is very slow and unreliable, and I did not like the combined shower and bathtub and wish they can be separated. Overall, still a satisfactory stay and I would recommend.

The hotel is in a good location, GS25 next door, Starbucks next to that and the station is literally 2 minutes outside the hotel, there’s also a rooftop which is a nice feature with views of the city around.

The room with three beds was exactly what we needed. We traveled with two teens. Hotel was 1 min from subway station which was super convenient. Proximity to coffee shops was a plus. Hotel offers breakfast. We ate at the hotel only once and it was good but at 7am when it first open it was very busy. Overall great hotel and I would definitely stay again.

Nice Hotel close to Myeongdong Shopping Street

This hotel was very close to the Chungmuro metro station (which was deliberate) so it was very easy to get out to other areas of Seoul and easy to get back to the airport when the time came. The room itself was on the small side (partially because I booked the single room), but it was clean, comfortable, and modern. The bed was good, and there was plenty of room to comfortably sleep. I believe they did have breakfast but I can't review since I didn't partake (wanted to get out early all three days I was there). The staff was courteous and helpful. The area of Seoul was pleasant enough to walk around, there are a number of places open late and there's nearby shopping if you're into that sort of thing... even if you're not it was nice to walk around and look.

We find this place a little pricey for the aesthetic as a hotel. We like the most is that it is very close to the train station and airport shuttle bus and bus stops. There is a money changer at the lobby and a convenient store at the ground floor of the same building where we get our breakfast boiled eggs and delicious Gimbao and Starbucks on the next building. There are good Korean restaurants nearby as well.

I stayed at this property for about 2 nights it was overall a wonderful experience. Staff knew how to speak English which is always appreciated, property was clean. The unit I was in would be considered a studio it was small but if your a solo traveller or if your travelling with just one other person you can make it work. It was clean, bed was semi comfortable but that’s also because I’m picky with my mattress. No complaints, other than it was a bit expensive for the time I stayed. I would definitely stay here again if the price was reasonable. Great location as well a lot of cafes and restaurants near by and the train station is a one minute walk!

This is one of the best hotels, right outside the hotel is the entrance to the subway that brings you directly to the various tourist attractions such as Myeongdong etc. Around the corner is a huge cluster of eateries and it is away from the hotel, so the hotel is safe and clean at the same time.

Location is pretty good as its walkable distance (less than 15mins) to myeongdong, if you prefer somewhere quieter from the main shopping area.

Convenient store is right beside the hotel. Staff is excellent and fluent in English and Chinese.

However, the dining options around the area is limited. Definitely have to walk to find more food choices.

I have stayed with their sister hotel, I would come back and book my stay again with the same company. Eventhough the room was kinda small for me, but as a solo traveler its enough. I like how they do have a laundry area but it would be great if there are a few more machines coz its a pretty much big hotel and theres a wait while doing laundry. The staff were great and helpful. Overall experience i would say a 4.5/5.

Reserved an extra room a few days into our stay. Great location that is walking distance to Myeongdong. We didn’t want to be right in the middle of the busy area, so this was perfect. We would stay here again.

The G3 hotel is clean. It is one stop away from Myeongdong as it is conveniently located near Chungmuro subway. There are also a few cafes around for quick breakfast and coffee before start of tour for the day. Highly recommend for those who prefer a quieter district.

Clean and good location for the hotel as it is 2 min walk to the underground station Chungmuro which allows you to head back towards seoul station or transfer quite conveniently at the next stock to head in the direction of Hondae ( Hongik University )
It’s around 10 min walk from myeondong so away from the crowded areas

We had a wonderful stay …. The hotel was so conveniently located near the metro making our travel to destinations very easy . Located near Namsan Park gave easy access to the cultural activities presented there especially Sunday afternoons . The park has lovely walking paths surrounded by beautiful gardens . Except on Mondays the hanok village in the park is a wonderful place to explore and learn about Korean history and culture !

I like that it is convenient, just a stone's throw away from Chungmuro station Exit 6. This station also serves 2 metro lines and a few stops away from Seoul station which links to AREX (the non-stop train to Incheon Airport). The room is clean and has most of the things required, and a nice size for 1 adult, 1 teenager and 1 child.

Super close to Chungmuro metro station and the cool neon backstreets of Euljiro
Staff were helpful and friendly.
Room was clean and new looking plus freshly made up each day.
Hotel has a cool rooftop although perhaps underutilised.
Tried the breakfast once, which had good choice and was good value compared to some hotels.

Convenient location. Close enough to the busy popular shopping area but a bit tucked away so it’s nice to come back to quiet after long day of sightseeing and shopping.
Not enough storage system (drawers) in the room but shelves available to organize your clothes etc.
Basic amenity (more than enough) which doesn’t include body lotion.
Weak wireless inside the room as other reviews indicated.
One min east / flat walking to the airport bus stop.

Modern and clean. There is a nice lobby with seats too. Staffs are nice and very polite. Very close to the subway station, walking distance to Myungdong. Old and new are coexist near the hotel, it is fun to enjoy both modern and traditional korean food restaurants. I will definitely revisit this hotel again.

Wonderful hotel!

The stay was amazing. The location was convenient located at Chungmuro station exit 6. We arrived at 8am and were super relieved when the concierge told us that they prepared our room ahead of our check-in time. This allows my family to rest and freshen up after our red-eye flight. This is a relatively new building so its clean. Great location, 15 second walk from exit 6 of Chungmuro station. Located near many places to eat, including a 10 minute walk to Myeongdong street. Staff spoke some english and were very friendly and accommodating. They helped us book tour reservations or make appointments when we asked. They let us check in early, thankfully. And they were nice enough to hold our bags after check out so we could eat lunch before heading back to the airport. I had 3 rooms for my group of 10 people for 8 nights. Would definitely stay here again.
