Clean, modern, high-rise hotel with glass elevator. Standard room with very standard amenities and a very firm bed. 5-10 minute walk to el Monumento de la Revolucion. Favorite feature was the rooftop pool, which was heated, so it could be enjoyed even on cool evenings. Discovered a nice neighborhood across el Paseo de la Reforma, with good restaurants.

Hotel was nice. Staff were friendly. Pool was small but the kids had fun. The only issue I had was getting extorted by a cop 30 feet away from the building at 6pm in the evening going to get a Starbucks. CDMX sucks go somewhere else.

Nice hotel if a little dated. The rooftop is spectacular, great location, breakfast was good. It was cold overnight on our first night, so they gave us a heater for the room, which was most useful. All in all a good hotel that could do with a little modernisation.

The hotel was beautiful staff was pleasant. We arrived early from the airport around 8:40 am and could not check in until 3 pm. I tried to pay extra but was denied. When we entered the room the bathroom door would not close the door would not latch. Small tv in room . Shower door opens inside the shower. Hotel is close to many places to see.

Staff, hotel location and amenities were good for what we needed for our stay. Check in and Check out was seamless. In addition, our housekeeping needs were above and beyond - Patry was friendly and helpful as she took care of our room.

Hotel is older, but well maintained. Only thing was air conditioner a little loud, and temp control.

The location was great to access transportation.
Would stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had an outstanding experience. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the cleaning staff did an outstanding job throughout my stay. The hotel's location was also a major plus—it's conveniently situated near many of the main tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city.

However, there was one notable issue with the bathroom. The shower door didn’t close completely, which caused water to spill across the bathroom floor each time I used it. I ended up having to use most of the towels to dry the area. I reported the problem, but unfortunately, it was never resolved during my stay.

Aside from that inconvenience, everything else was great. With a bit more attention to maintenance, this could easily be a perfect place to stay.

The location is the best part of the hotel. Reforma is close to everything. Easy for Ubers to pick you up out drop you off. I did eat at the restaurant once and the food was great. The staff is great and professional. If you look lost they’ll approach you and offer assistance. The daily cleaning was great as well.

The good: Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and kind. Thanks to all of you.

The Bad: This is a very beautiful but aging hotel in the middle of a very busy district. It is in good shape, but it is in bad need of major upgrades. Fixtures from curtains to sink could use some work. A/C and heater could also be more user friendly (we froze the first night we were there).

The breakfast on R was also a disappointment, but buffet food can sometimes get stale or cold very fast.

Overall, the staff made our stay enjoyable, and there were plenty of places to eat and bank and shop nearby.

Very pleased with our stay. We started with uber rides then noticed that the metro bus stop is in front of hotel, which makes it completely easier and cheaper. Of course, there is walking involved but it at least takes you to the main zones/areas you want to be as a tourist. Hotel was clean and quiet. No issues here for us.

We were there for local events and everything was within walking distance or there was easy transportation to find taxis, bike rentals, double deck public buses, and even the hotel provided a private taxi back to the airport we paid for it of course but they made it easy.

In general the hotel is really good, it's near to most of the iconic places in CDMX, zocalo, bellas artes, and chapultepec. Highly recommended. The staff is very friendly. I'd suggest a better maintenance to the shower. Water was leaking under the glass door. A small renovation would be great.

We were there for Dia de Muertos, and this was right on the parade route, so location was excellent for that. The hotel was otherwise located in a very safe location, and it was easy to get everywhere. The area immediately surrounding the hotel on Paseo de la Reforma was quite \"Americanized\", with a Carl's Jr. and Panda Express right beside. However, behind the hotel there were some gems for local restaurants, and the proximity to other awesome neighborhoods was a highlight.

Paseo de Reforma was a very beautiful street to walk down. The hotel is also close to several EcoBici bike rental stations, which is an excellent way to get around. The location was not as busy as the Center/Zocalo and not quite as hip as Condesa/Roma Norte.

The service at the hotel was good, the rooms were clean and spacious and the shower/hot water worked. Echoing previous comments, the floors were noticeably unlevel but it was easy to ignore. There is a nice pool area on the rooftop, though smaller than what you see in the pictures. The gym was ~4/10 but if you are there for that, you're in the wrong place.

Overall, the hotel served our needs and was the right price. I would recommend it.

The hotel is acceptable for the price. What ALWAYS drives me crazy there is their absolutely hard and fast rule that no one can check in before 3pm even though it's obvious that rooms are available. It's horrible. It leads to huge crowds waiting to check in, insufferably long, slow lines for check-in as 3pm approaches, and huge waits for elevators
Virtually every hotel in Mexico allows earlier check-ins if rooms are available. The policy is unbelievable disrespectful, especially to returning, loyal customers. Last year we had to change rooms the second morning due to a huge maintenance issue. We packed up, went downstairs, and they actually made us wait for a replacement room until 3pm! We sat in the lobby with our re-packed suotcases from 10am until 3pm. I've never been treated so disrespectfully by a hotel in my life.
