Hotel looks nice within the pictures, but when arriving and in the room it is a different experience. Our party was excited to use the pool/jacuzzi for our stay but turns out that it is under construction and was not notified of the construction going on during the mornings when they were renovating it. In the hotel room, the towels were no where near new - the towels had holes/ripped from side. The bed sheets also were no where near new as well - there also were holes visible. The draining system for the sink was also a mess, our sink would get flooded constantly when using it. There was no mini fridge or ice bins to keep our items cold although there was an ice machine. The safe was also not working in our room and other rooms we got for our stay. Our hotel room key would also get randomly decommissioned and would have to go back to the front desk to get it reactivated. I would not stay at this hotel or recommend anyone else to stay in the future.

Staff and location is great. The rooms were super nice and the food was very delicious. Only reason it’s not a 5 is because I asked for a shower chair for my wife prior to arriving. Fortunately they did provide a plastic chair (not the best for my wife) but it was still better than nothing. I recommend this hotel to anyone however I wouldn’t recommend for wheelchair users. I’ll definitely come back but hope they provide actual shower chairs in the future.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Avoid at all costs.

This hotel is in a shocking state. From the moment you walk in, the overwhelming smell of humidity and dampness hits you everywhere — hallways, rooms, common areas. It’s not subtle; it’s constant and unpleasant, and it gives the impression of a building that has been neglected for years.

The room was old, worn out, and clearly lacking any meaningful maintenance. Visible signs of deterioration, tired furniture, and a general feeling of dirtiness made it impossible to feel comfortable or relaxed. This is not “aged charm” — it’s decay.

The restaurant was just as bad. The same stale, musty smell lingered there, which immediately kills any appetite. The food options were extremely limited and completely unappealing, both in presentation and quality. Eating there felt more like a chore than a service.

What truly made the experience unacceptable was the staff. Rude, unprofessional, and confrontational. Any concern or complaint was met with an attitude of “take it or leave it,” as if the hotel was doing the guests a favor by allowing us staying there. There was zero effort to be helpful, accommodating, or even polite.

This property is badly managed, poorly maintained, and staffed by people who seem annoyed by the presence of guests. It does not deserve its name, its price point, or your time. We had not choice but to stay as the payment was non-refundable. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

The room smell so bad even when they changed to another room, still so bad, the pool is in really bad shape, they don’t have ramps to go to the restaurant so my mother in law who has walker, had to take the breakfast at the room, if you ask for some liquor at the bar, the are “out” but almost everything, the staff is not so friendly than any other place, my coffe maker didn’t work and the shower has mold everywhere

Excellent value and nice rooms, restaurant, valet parking, etc. This hotel has been around for so long and it is still pretty good.

Suggestions:

The bathroom door is a sliding closet door that doesn't work. These doors area lack of privacy and is not easy to move. I reported that it was not working, and staff did nothing to fix it.

My two cents:

- Replace doors with standard doors
- Change caulking in the showers for transparents ones and completely clean the mold form in the tiles
- Provide newer towels ( look so worn out)

Overall, very good place to stay.

I had a good experience. I liked the property, good price and how close it was to shop[ing options. I didn't like that the taxi charged me $150 pesos to go Olab Laboratories down the road on Alcatraces. The receptionist helped out other customers who approached the counter, even though there were two customers already waiting in line. I loved the Tlalpeno soap on the room service menu, which I ordered several times, and it was always served different; sometimes it came with bread and butter others it was missing the manchego cheese. There was no consistency. I dd not enjoy the cheeseburger and burrito. They need to work on that. Other than that, I really enjoy my stay.

The property is old but the location is convenient, it is very close (walking distance) to Mundo E where you can find a variety of restaurants, stores, grocery store and entertainment; is at a short driving distance to Plaza Satelite- shopping Mall
The staff super kind and helpful, the room service was not great. The shampoo and conditioner in the room are awful, really bad quality product. Bring yours!
We choose this hotel because the overall value is good.

In the past 12 months, I’ve probably stayed over 30 nights if not more.

Instead of things improving to keep me coming back, things have gotten worse.

Rooms are noisy, I could hear the people next room, and the person showering upstairs.

Towels, are rags.

Room service now includes the 15% percent service, and now takes longer to get, is inconsistent and food is bad.

As an Expedia member, my checkout time is 3 pm. But they ignore it and every single time they come and ask me to checkout, to then later confirm I can stay longer.

House keeping will knock at 7:30 am. But if I put the do not disturb tag, they wont return later to clean.

I’ll take my business somewhere else

The water supply in the sinks was minimal; barely a small amount of water came out when the faucet was turned on; which was very inconvenient even to brush your teeth. We asked for a baby crib, it was a terrible idea, old metal crib very deteriorated, the crib mattress was in very bad condition, the mattress protector was broken y different parts, they didnt supply the right mattress accesories y was a big regular sheet and a very old blanket. At the end the baby hit herself with the metal crib started crying in the middle of the nidht we ended up pushing both beds together and leaving the baby in the corner surrounded by all the pillows. The food was good and the staff was very good.

Good location for connections to downtown Mexico. Huge shopping centres nearby, one safe walking distance.

Water is always failing in this property. And we never get a chance to talk to a manager. Be prepared that if something goes wrong they will offer you no true solution, and they wouldn’t make it up to you either. They don’t own up to their shortcomings

Incredibly outdated facility. Floor boards coming up, bathroom tile black and worn out. As simple as no complimentary soap, lotion, shampoo, etc. there is some in the room but the bottles do not work. You can pump forever and nothing will ever come out. Safety box was also not working. Staff is aware of everything that’s wrong and it isn’t their fault. They do their best with what they have. They also have a Starbucks stand that rarely operates and when it does, they make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. I literally only stay there for the location but really not worth any money.

The rooms are dated. AC and extractor were making noises. The bathroom door was broken and I couldn't close it. The telephone didn't work, I guess because I presented my complaint for the first room I was given. The second room did not make a difference but I was too busy to switch to another hotel. Went I complained about the noise that the extractor was doing I was told by the receptionist. I will send someone to fix it. 20 minutes later I went to the front desk to learn that they didn't have someone to fix the problem.
The only good thing of the place is the restaurant. The rest, unfortunately is terrible. Never stay in this property again. Worst experience in Mexico.

I was recommended this hotel while in town and gave it two chances. Both times, they failed to meet my expectations, mainly because of the reception. I found them to be very unhelpful and almost cold - the customer service was very much lacking. Everyone else in all other departments were very helpful and friendly, though. The rooms are a bit older and dated than can be seen in the photos. Extra care could have been taken to bleach out the mold in the corners of the showers.

The second time I tried staying here and gave them another chance, I ended up checking out early and decided to stay elsewhere, and was glad I did. The customer service I received at a different hotel was ten times better upon reception, and they actually seemed happy to have my business. It's a shame, because I would have liked to have liked to have this as my go-to the next time I'm in town because of its convenience.

Es una buena opción para hospedarse sin embargo las instalaciones están descuidadas.
De esta última estancia, puerta del baño no funcionaba correctamente, una de las camas, pues me todo hab doble estaba poco estable, parecía que se iba a caer y el colchón incomodo, tuve aue cambiar a la otra cama. La ropa de cama muy maltratada, arrugada y rota que desfavorece la imagen de la habitación.
