Wonderful Boutique Hotel in a Prime Location

We had a fantastic stay at Alteza Polanco! The hotel is beautifully maintained, quiet, and located in one of Mexico City’s most upscale neighborhoods. It was the perfect base for exploring Polanco and nearby attractions.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and well cared for.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning, and the overall service exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for a peaceful, boutique-style experience in CDMX with excellent service and location, Alteza Polanco is a great choice.

Very spacious rooms! Very good breakfast! Great TV channels and no issues with internet or staff! Recommend only that you use Uber to get there and from the hotel otherwise a very nice place to stay and safe!

Excellent option for visiting Cd. de Mex.

The location Polanco is an excellent point for visiting the city with many transportation options. The area also includes many shopping options (retail, groceries, street markets, etc). The property is in excellent condition, rooms are spacious, and staff is super helpful and friendly. This is definitely an excellent value.

It was all about kindness and respect, once you show up, people are kind, they help you with all you need to know, no bell man to guide you to your room but wasn’t necessary, it was easy to find the room.
Rooms are bigger than I expected clean and have many supplies, having delivery was so easy as we arrived late at night but have 30 minutes delivery all around the area

This this so dar from a hotel, it is so far from pictures shown, it is pretty basic and they charge for 4 stars hotel, no amenities at all, breakfast only and they charged me also they charged for a bottle of water in the room, amazing!! I stayed one night and I moved to another hotel, i felt robbed. Good advice stay away from this “hotel” or you will regret.

Very nice place to stay in Polanco area.

This hotel was extremely clean and well-appointed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location with plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was really nice (great coffee!), with lovely outdoor seating. The only negative for me was the thin walls - we could hear everything happening in the halls and adjoining rooms.

So glad I tried this place in beautiful Polanco.

A very amazing and hidden gem in a very secluded Polanco street.
Quiet and comfy, with an attentive and quick personnel.
The wi-fi worked perfectly and the shower was on point.
Pillows, not to big not too flat, perfect.
Alas, by US standards, beds are twin, not queen, but we 4 slept with no problems at all.
In the S. corner, a Chopo Lab for the Covid tests, 3 taco stands in Homero and Periferico. In the N. corner, an amazing Cafe \"Tierra Garat\", then a VIPS cafe/restaurant, a Banco Santander, then the Riesis and DLeo restaurants, then the Soumaya and Jumex Museums along with the Aquarium and the Antara Mall, all these, no more than 6 blocks away. Also, the incredible strolling by \"hot\" Homero and Masaryk Avenues. I will stay in this place again with my eyes shut !

Loved the little balcony off our room. It was nice to have a continental breakfast included although the coffee was bitter & way too strong. Maybe real cream or milk, not powdered would have helped. The floor was very dirty:dusty. The staff was very nice, held our stuff for a few hours and gave us free water. Great location for what we needed to do.

Claustrophobic rooms

The room has little light. There are no windows, it is a glass that overlooks an interior patio, and below you can see the parking lot. It is claustrophobic. The breakfast is sent to the room and consists of: Cup of coffee, a slice of bread, some slices of melon and a glass of \"not fresh-orange juice\". The gym is a small room with only three cardio machines and 6 pairs of weights. The staff is friendly, but I don't think I would go back due to the rooms.

The clean simplicity of the room. Quiet yet huge windows to let lots of light in. Joggable and close to several parks. Safe super close to nondescript military base. Rad terrace on roof! Walkable to every meal and a big mall if needed. Try breakfast a few blocks over at a place called “peace and love” the Apolosmoothie was AWESOME!
