Comfortable place but needs deeper cleaning and some work. The shower had mold on the tile grout and the shower head was leaking. Bed was comfortable and clean. In room safe did not work either. The “breakfast” is subpar. Don’t even bother looking for it. The place is situated in a safe and walkable area. A few blocks away from cafes and restaurants.

This is a great building with a well- thought out apartment. Very clean. The filtered tap water was a welcomed plus. Great shower head (that's important when you travel a lot). Yvonne and the rest of the staff were very helpful, especially since we had extra needs because of illness. The one downside has nothing to do with the Ciceron 612 itself: there are no businesses nearby, no coffee shops, Oxxo,etc. Also, if you have mobility issues, the front steps can be a challenge.

Nice property, but important to know a long walk from transit options. The King sized bedroom shower ran constantly for five days during our stay. Low flow toilet frequently clogged even without paper. Staff couldn't be nicer or more accommodating. Doormen, front desk and housekeeping, all friendly and helpful. Property has everything you need for a short stay. We were okay, but light sleepers may take issue with the open architecture and accousics. Sound does travel.

Location, location, location. Close to all and far away from the city noise. Mexico City is well known for traffic and not in a good way. Ciceron 612 gives you the opportunity to be close to lots of attractions and fine dining and go back and relax in a quiet neighborhood.

Quiero manifestar mi inconformidad con el check-in y con la experiencia general en el hotel. Por el precio que pagué, lo mínimo que esperaba era contar con un lugar de estacionamiento. Sin embargo, al llegar se me informó que no había disponibilidad, aun cuando pude ver varios espacios vacíos al entrar. Esta situación me dejó una sensación de desorganización y poca consideración hacia los huéspedes.

Lugar bonito / la recepcionista te ta en todo momento lo malo es que nunca te dicen que no puedes pagar en efectivo y aparte te cobran el 16 % de IVA , lleve a mi cachorro y me cobraron 100 dólares extra, lo malo es que te hacen el cambio a 20 pesos o más y también te cobran IVA
Te prometen desayuno pero en mi caso me dijeron que me incluía desayuno pero que no había quien me lo sirviera y “ una disculpa “ fue su respuesta !! Así como 5 disculpas más por eso no recomiendo se sopesen en ese lugar que tiene vicios ocultos en los cobros

En limpieza se evaluó bajo por un tema en la ropa de cama. Pero el guardia nos apoyó de muy buena manera para pasar cómodamente la primera noche, y al siguiente día la Encargada se presentó a pedir disculpas y nos llevó un detalle. A pesar de que el lugar es nuevo, agradable y tanto la administradora así como el personal de servicio son amables, su directora comercial y la de operaciones carecen de sensibilidad y orientación al cliente.
Debido a un error en sus instalaciones, ya que la puerta de vidrio de la entrada principal no cuenta con la señalización mínima exigida por las normas mexicanas, me choqué contra esta generándome daño físico (sangrado y hematomas) y perjuicios en mi agenda de viaje.
Normalmente mantienen la puerta abierta y era imposible identificar si estaba cerrada porque había más personas en el área.
Aunque llamaron a un médico para atenderme no hicieron mayor seguimiento y su médico no envío nunca el certifcado de la consulta. Este apartahotel tampoco tenía un botiquín de primeros auxilios.
Las directoras se negaron a compensar la afectación en mi agenda de viaje desconociendo que el accidente fue ua consecuencias de que están infringiendo las normas básicas de señalización.
Me dijeron que me quejara con Hotels.com quien fue el comercio con el que pagué mi reserva…
