I booked room 16 on the top floor, the room was clean, but there was no hot water to shower for 5 days, the toilet did flush, full of human waste. I am fluent in spanish, the maintenance boy knew nothing how to fix it, (it was the water pump). The cleaning lady let me shower once in a dirty room. This place is not maintained. I messaged the hostess multiple times with whatsapp, they used an automated robot response and did absolutely nothing. 6 days unable to shower. They stole my money and disgraced Polanco Mexico.

The location is great but the room is not soundproofed at all, I could even hear the next door occupants sighing ------ like they were standing next to my bed and sighing! Por estrategia fue el lugar mas cercano que encontre pero sin duda no volveria a hospedarme en este lugar, reserve una habitacion con baño privado y aun asi era demasiado pequeño el cuarto y algo muy desagradable fue que al lavarme las manos percibi un olor tipo a drenaje y supuse que era el dasague y para mi sorpresa lo que apestaba era el jabon de manos, nunca me hubiera imaginado que un jabon tuviera ese aroma y al bañarme el agua de estancaba en la regadera, en lo personal no fue una experiencia agradable.

El baño se inunda por que la cortina de plástico de la regadera está muy corta, olor a caño, tuvimos que dejar correr el agua un rato para bajar el olor, pero todo huele a humedad. La cama rechina parece que en una vuelta se cae, entra mucha luz, mucho ruido, no sirve el volumen de la tele, no tiene suficientes trastes por ejemplo solo un vaso para 2 personas, no tiene toalla de manos. No nos gustó, muy caro para lo que es.

Está en Polanco, la plaza Antara está cruzando la calle, en ella podrás encontrar un cine, food court (area de alimentos) y muchas tiendas de ropa.
El edificio es algo antiguo y se nota en algunos detalles, la habitación en la que me hospedé era cómoda, había agua caliente (presión media) télévision con Izzi, servicio de internet.
