Internet and cable TV were not working during the stay, although asking front desk for help, no attempts to fix or make anything different.
Room had no dark curtains so it was very bright at dawn. Toilette was leaking so it was noisy.
In the plus side, breakfast was really good

When we arrived we were informed that our room was not available so we were sent to another property they have. There was nobody working the desk only the security guard at both properties. Same thing when we arrived at the second property. We had to pay an UBER to get there. I stayed at the second property several years ago and was surprised at how sad it had become. The towels were old, stained and with holes. The chefs however for the breakfast were really good. Five stars for both of them. The location is great. But I will not be staying at these properties again. Seriously the towels looked like the one I use to dry off the dog. If you stay here bring your own towels.

The hotel's location is fantastic—safe, walkable, and close to a Metro station with several dining options nearby. However, the building itself had numerous issues. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, the elevator was broken for most of my stay, and the room had only one very worn-out towel. There was no room service during my 3-night stay, the kitchenette lacked utensils, and the in-room safe was locked. While the area is great, the hotel itself needs significant improvements.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable and spacious; the bed was also comfortable. Breakfast was cooked and served immediately, which I enjoyed very much. However, some maintenance is needed; for example, the sink leaked, and the paint was chipping off the walls. The noise isolation wasn't very good; I could hear doors slamming quite often. But the location can't be beat. Polanco is amazing, and I was within walking distance of many places of interest and surrounded by nature, which I love. It was a good experience, but don't expect pristine quality.

Clean rooms, East check-in. The only downside is that it's right next to a major highway so it's a little loud. Bring earplugs if noise bothers you. But otherwise it's a really excellent stay! I will likely book again if I need a hotel in cdmx

Property is not in the condition that they show in the photos. The bedroom has a lot of humidity. They don’t have anyone at the front desk until 12 pm. The person that serves the breakfast was not available right away. I had to chase her to get food and you have to be asking for stuff. I told them that I was not satisfy and I left and they don’t want to refund the 4 nights that I had paid.

The apart/hotel did not have a stocked kitchen (e.g pots, pans, utensils), it supplied us only with 2 sets of plates, bowls, 2 knives and 2 forks. No towels were in the room when we arrived, nor was there any toilet paper. The blinds were filthy. The mattress was hard. The water ran out for showers and restroom several times while we were there. No AC.

Location however, was great. Walking distance to Chapultepec and to restaurants. We stayed out in the city the majority of the day so we werent stuck in the hotel

We would have left the hotel but stayed because our first apart/hotel canceled on us day of arrival. This was our only choice for a 2 bedroom.

This is a great stay for business purposes! Breakfast is buffet type and very tasty. Location is awesome and located in one of the safest neighborhoods in Mexico City. Very comfortable and clean. I always stay here 5-6 times per year because of this.

Room was cold in temperature, particularly at night. We needed two electric heaters to warm it up adequately. Also, the hot water had to be run for up to 15 minutes before it reached out room (on the 2nd floor). These factors made for a cold stay.

The bed was comfy. Shower had good pressure. Breakfast is free and was great. Location is perfect, close to good restaurants, museums. The sofa in the living room needs to be updated but it's fine. TV and wifi works well. Our only inconvenience was that they were painting a room in our floor and the smell was strong but when we talked to the manager, she kindly changed us to better room in a different floor.

VERY DISAPPOINTING LACKING BASIC AMMENITIES

Unbelievable the many BAD things for the price and nice location!! Strong MOLD smell in room 302 (later learned that all rooms that face that direction have the same problem). NO TV or any note explaining the reason. No Internet signal in the room. Towels hard like a rock. Was moved to another room just b/c I pressed the front desk not offered in the first place. All staff is very nice but ended up more exhausted by all the disappointments in the hotel than all the walking in the City. DON'T STAY HERE!!

Pretty bad:
No AC.
Hardly any convenient outlets (had to plug laptop into bathroom socket)
Toilet in weird space, feels like your head would hit the wall.
Toilet paper in weird spot, bottom left towards the ground.
Shower drain had a loose cover and hole that you can twist your ankle in.
Hot and cold water from the shower had the strangest proportion it didn't make any sense.
Half the shower door missing so water is going to splash on the wall/towels or the oddly placed toilet paper roll. The walls paint was coming off due to the past splash.
The towel holder near the mirror looked like it was glued on and was about to fall off.
The plug in phone didn't work.
Bed and sheets did not look clean or washed. I felt itchy after sleeping on it for a night.
No real desk to work off of.
The chair for the drawer top desk was too tight to really fit comfortably.
Lighting is pretty odd.

Employees there barely spoke English even the front desk lady (which is fine but come on). No signs so it's hard to find, semi gated so you couldn't really tell it's a hotel unless an old guy hobbles over? At least write the name on the gate or something.

Not per se good value for your money

Room is very basic. No TV in sitting area. Guard was asleep when returning, so had to scream to get door opened. Tried to look for a \"budget solution\" in Polanco. Will not return and pick another option. Maybe still moe hotel like.

Do not stay in this hotel!!!, we were almost victims of a \"virtual kidnaping\". We were in out room and everything looked fine, at 11pm the guard of the hotel knocked in the door and said that I had an urgent call in the lobby (the room was booked under my name), my husband went down stairs and took the call, a guy was saying he was the hotel manager and wanted to warn us about a group of armed people, and they want us to stay in our room, then said he needed more info about us, (we are Mexicans living in USA, so we know something about this type of calls) so my husband suspected and hand off the phone. We were very scared, at that moment you do not know what to think, if the kidnapers are outside waiting for you to go out and take you or if they will come to your room, mainly we were scared of staying in the hotel because for us, they were the ones providing our info to them, they had my name, address, phone number even email, we call the police and went to other hotel (expensive) but at least we felt safer, horrible experience, you feel exposed and you are far from home. Sad that this happens in our country, but is my responsibility to warn you, if you go to Mexico, stay in a good hotel, even if you have to pay more and do not take any call.

Great location, not so good stay.

Location was great, safe and easy to get to. The room was clean but had nightly visitors (spiders). The bed was hard, very hard and some of my makeup and small perfume went missing not sure how. This chain own other properties in which I usually stay that are far better than this one, but they were booked during this trip. I can honestly say I will not be staying here again sorry.

For this part of Mexico City - Excellent Value!

Staff were very nice. it was delightful to have basically an apartment vs just a hotel room. Some of the things were a bit run down (like malfunctioning curtain for example, or a burn mark on the kitchen counter) but everything was very clean, and the staff was delightful and most helpful You would be hard-pressed to find better value in this section of Mexico City.

La ubicación es muy buena y la vista muy linda; pero les falta supervisión y mantenimiento. La nomenclatura de las llaves no corresponde con las de las habitaciones; en las sábanas encontramos pelos, el agua del lavabo no se iba, la puerta corrediza estaba suelta lo que para un niño puede ser muy peligroso, no había bote ni refrigerador en la cocina. Pienso que son cosas que se pueden corregir con un poco de esfuerzo y levantar mucho el nivel del hotel.

Es evidente que a las habitaciones les hace falta mantenimiento. Hay problemas de humedad y hongo en las paredes, puertas dañadas, accesorios del baño rotos, persianas que no funcionan, etc. Ademas de que al llegar a nuestra habitacion el piso del baño estaba completamente mojado y aunque nuestra reservación era para tres personas y estabamos en una suite de dos recamaras, solo teníamos una toalla en el baño.
El tema del estacionameinto tampoco es ideal, al momento de nuestra reservacion la pagina mostraba que se la propiedad contaba con estacionamiento, e incluso se ofrecía como una ventaja sobre otros alojamientos en la zona, solo para llegar y que nos dijeran que los lugares eran limitados y como otros huespedes habian llegado antes, ya no había espacio para nosotros .
El resto de servicios y atenciones (ubicación, recepción, desayuno) sin problemas.

Absolutamente inaceptable una habitación en las condiciones en que nos entregaron.
Primero nos dieron un primer piso que olía muy mal y pedimos cambiar, pero el cambio estuvo peor por que cuando llegando a media noche a descansar las sábanas tenian pelos de todo tipo y fue lo mas asqueroso que me ha pasado en un hotel y obviamente tuvimos que bajar a que nos dieran sabanas nuevas y fundas para las almohadas por que ellos nisiquiera pfrecieron hacerlo y ademas el estado de la habitación con paredes en estado real de mal mantenimiento. No se como portales de turismo pueden ofrecer un hospedaje de esta categoria.. vergonzoso!!

El cuarto ya está en muy malas condiciones, se ve que no le han hecho mantenimiento desde hace mucho tiempo. Hay muchísimo ruido ya que al parecer está cerca de un bar. La TV no funciona. La regadera tiene una gotera y suena toda la noche. El colchón parece una tabla. Las almohadas están en pésimas condiciones. Incluso nos tocó matar hormigas en la cama. Todo mal. En verdad muy mala experiencia

Las únicas dos cosas buenas de ese lugar, es la ubicación y la presión del agua calientita.
Las camas incómodas, el lugar está descuidado y la limpieza le falta mucho. El elevador se descompone todo el tiempo y rechina todo, se oye todo de las habitaciones de a lado o arriba.

Si lo que quieres es estar ubicado y no te importa la comodidad entonces es el lugar.

Habitaciones con un aspecto realmente deplorable, los pisos rotos, con hoyos literalmente, paredes con manchas de otros colores de pintura, humedad y olor a moho por toda la habitación. Regadera con fuga de agua. Sillones sucios, muebles golpeados y despintados. Cortinas que no funcionan bien, manchadas y viejas. Todo en un estado de completo olvido. No dan mantenimiento, no lo cuidan y dejan que se venga abajo tanto las habitaciones como el hotel en general. No pudimos quedarnos, nos fuimos a otro. Que sepan que las fotos que ponen son de hace años atrás y no coinciden con el estado en el que está el hotel hoy.
La zona es lo único rescatable porque esta en una calle tranquila de Polanco.

El personal muy atento pero no limpiaron el cuarto no pusieron toallas suficientes ni papel de baño tuvimos que pedir pero por un número externo al del cuarto por que nunca contestaron
