The location was amazing. The apartment was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very nice. I traveled with my parents who are older and my mom thought the traffic was noisy, but it didn’t bother me the ease of getting around the city from this location makes up for it. This was an apartment size room. Great location, surround by restaurants and good atmosphere. The room had everything you would need, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, table, living room and bedroom. Shower was great. Only complaint was that window doors were not sealed and all the outside noise came thru. No pool, just a patio area. Planning a Mexico City trip, I highly recommend it.

The staff was exceedingly helpful. We had a late departure and our bags were stored safely after the noon checkout until we headed to the airport at night. The suite was spacious and street noise was kept to a very tolerable minimum. Guests must bring coffee filters for drip coffee but happily Nepresso is supplied.

Very spacious apartment - lots of kitchen ware - worked great for us to have hot breakfast every morning. Location was ideal - easy walk to museums, restaurants, grocery. I would have given it a 5 star except that our room suffered from a lousy loveseat. Sitting on our bed at the end of the day was more comfortable than sitting on that sofa. Don’t let this dissuade you from booking here. It was a terrific stay and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Also - don’t expect much english spoken anywhere in Mexico City.

Room, garden, location very nice. Some staff could have been more helpful. We could not recommend the first floor, need to be higher up. Noise level was very high even with us on first floor. We had to ask people to be quiet after midnight. Should be in the rules. The doorbell & phone were loud in our room on first floor. We were refused to be given even a yogurt or fruit for our journey as we missed breakfast, even though they state they provide pastries daily.

Excellent location. The room was very comfortable; kitchenette and overall furniture's condition was practically new. Personnel was very friendly (as Mexican people are in general). Excellent location; walkable to popular and excellent restaurants. The same with shopping options. Definitely I´m planning to stay there again the next time I'm in Mexico City.

The only \"opportunity area\" I would mention would be the complimentary morning coffee and breakfast station (coffee, tea, sweet Mexican bread; yogurt and fruit: either they served it too early and most was taken at that time and/or portions were scarce, because if you were down at 9 a.m., you didn't catch much. On weekends, as well, they only serve packed cookies.

Fun family and friends getaway

This is our second time staying at this beautiful property. It is located in Polanco with easy, walkable access to excellent restaurants and two convenience stores right across the street. The Metro station is a short walk away, as well. The two bedroom condo was perfect for our family of four, and our friends rented the same style unit for their family. The front door attendants were always friendly and prompt. The breakfast area is cozy and comfortable. The condo has a kitchen, which we didn't really use this time, but it is well-equipped if you wanted to cook. We love it here and plan to return to this property next time we are in Mexico City.

This apartment style hotel is great and is in an awesome part of town! It’s very quiet and there is hardly any noise at night which is great because the city is so noisy. The receptionist and guard are super helpful and keep you feeling very secure. The cleaning team was great and helped when needed! It’s located close to so many restaurants and the giant park is also walking distance. We would definitely recommend for a stay. There is no lobby bar or restaurants in the place so if you want the “resort” vibe this is not that. It’s boutique and private nestled in Polanco. Also, CDMX IS AMAZING!!!! Salud! There’s a “pending” charge on my credit card—supposedly held for damages or incidentals, which they promised would be refunded. However,
it’s been over 20 days and the charge is still there. If they forgot to release it, that’s one thing. But when I called to ask about it, they slammed the phone down on me. No apology, no explanation—just flat-out rude. Absolutely unacceptable. I’ll never go back, and I’ll make sure others know exactly how they treat their customers.

This place is luxurious, with a toaster/convection oven, cookingware/dinnerware, and TWO suites each with a bathroom, closet, and electronic safe. There was laundry and a little gym with an elliptical, treadmill, and weights. The beds were super comfy. The king bed was way wider than our king at home!!

The breakfast is pretty minimal -- bananas, bread, OJ, and coffee. Good thing that coffee shops/bakeries are a short walk away, as well as taquerias (including Taqueria Orinoco), a tasty seafood restaurant (Entremar — try the red-and-green fish), and even a Walmart down the street!

Polanco is great, albeit a little pricy. It has a lot of trees and parks, and you can walk to the world-famous Anthropology Museum and the Zoo in Chapultepec park. We never felt unsafe, there were always people walking around at all hours. The apartment building also had a friendly security guard. They were nice enough to stow our luggage in a locked room after we checked out at noon.

Note that, because Polanco is a shopping mecca, traffic in or out can be bad. It took us an hour to get to the airport by Uber, whereas, whereas it could be half an hour without traffic (like in the middle of the night). Just remember to account for that when traveling.

One downside with living here is that the walls are fairly thin — you can hear people walking, taking a shower, or moving luggage, at any time of the day. The birds also get up pretty early. Remember to bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise.

Our stay at The Grand Polanco was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the hotel’s warm hospitality, and unbeatable location. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Polanco, Mexico City, this is it!

One of the best things about The Grand Polanco is its prime location in one of the city’s most upscale and vibrant neighborhoods. You do get some noise from the neighborhood but being from Chicago this did not bother us. This place is truly a walker’s paradise—we barely needed transportation because everything was just steps away. Avenida Presidente Masaryk, often called the “Rodeo Drive of Mexico,” is just around the corner, offering high-end shopping.

Food lovers will be in heaven! The area is packed with top-rated restaurants and cafés, making it easy to indulge in everything from authentic Mexican cuisine to international flavors. I highly recommend grabbing breakfast at Eno, a charming café with great coffee and delicious chilaquiles. For dinner, the world-famous Pujol is a must-visit for an unforgettable fine-dining experience. If you’re in the mood for something casual, Contramar serves some of the best seafood in the city.

Speaking of coffee, Polanco’s café culture is fantastic. Whether you’re looking for a cozy spot to work or just a great cup of coffee, there are plenty of stylish cafes, grab some flowers for your room while out on a walk for the perfect touch! Enjoy

We loved the hotel. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. Walmart is a block away, so we bought food for breakfast and at night. They had a Nespresso machine and a milk frothier plus quite a few small kitchen appliances, so you could cook your meals if you wanted.
The only thing is that it’s a bit noisy in the mornings till about 10 AM because there are a few businesses around. It sounded like businesses were getting ready to open and getting merchandise. Also they don’t have that many good TV channels to watch. It would have been nice to have movie channels in English. Other than that the facility is very nice.
