La habitación a pesar de ser amplia, contaba con múltiples defectos estéticos y de limpieza, los pisos-paredes tenían muchas manchas/ escurridas que afectan la experiencia en su hotel. El personal es muy atento y amable para recibirte o resolver dudas. El desayuno incluido me parece bastante bueno y los cheffs muy amables. El gym es pequeño y muy básico pero cumple su función. Considero que el punto mas preocupante y que deberían atender es la limpieza y mantenimiento de muebles deteriorados.

The place is under renovations and everything is in the hallways. The paint on the walls is coming of or dirty. The shower door looks like is going to fall and water comes out leaving a pool of water in the bathroom. The place is well situated and quiet for Polanco near Masaryk. But until they finish the renovations I won't choose that place.

The ladies at the front desk and Juanita at breakfast were phenomenal—their customer service truly goes above and beyond. We stayed in a suite-style room, which worked great, especially with the microwave and mini fridge (there was also a mini stove, though we didn’t use it).

We were in Mexico City to run errands at the embassy, and the location was perfect—very walkable, with plenty of restaurant options nearby. It’s also the area where I felt the safest.

Highly recommended! Check-out is at noon, but they kindly stored our small bags until 3 pm, when we were picked up for departure.

HORRIBLE SUBSTANDARD DUMP. Two bedrooms were not connected. One bath towel and one hand towel per room, no soap, no drinking glass, a small TV in one of 2 bedrooms that didn’t even work, cheap tattered furniture, dirty floor, no wall decorations and he “kitchen” had NO cups, glasses, or utensils! We refused to stay in such shameful conditions so they sent us to their other “better” hotel. Same horror, but at least the 2 bedrooms were connected. We left and forfeited over $500 in non-refundable payment. STAY AWAY!

The hotel was perfect for my needs, especially since I had to visit the embassy. The area feels very safe and the staff were truly outstanding—definitely the highlight of my stay.

My main disappointment was the breakfast situation. The chef didn’t come in (at least one day), and management didn’t offer any alternative. Breakfast was scheduled for 7:00am, and by the time I left at 8:30am, no solution had been provided.

My room on the first floor had windows facing the hotel’s common living area, where the lights stayed bright at night, and the room didn’t have blackout curtains. It was also quite loud, though earplugs and an eye mask made it manageable.

Overall, the staff were wonderful, and I would have given a full 5-star review if the breakfast issue had been handled better.

The room was extremely old. You could easily hear your neighbors. The towels very old and they were almost gray. The facility needs updating. The plus side is the staff and the location. The lady who prepared breakfast was amazing.
After asking them to move us to a better room, we were moved to a room that they changed its floor and it smelled of the glues for the floor. We kept the windows open but it didn’t help. The room was being renovated and it had nothing. They brought us a lamp and a chair.
Also the wifi was very slow.

Our stay was horrible to another level. This property does not have air conditioning (they dont tell you until you are there).
The inly ootion is to open the windows (87+ degrees) once you open the windows hundreds of mosquitoes get invited to your room to eat you alive. It is impossible to sleep with the heat and mosquito bites all night not stop. There is no one to give answers. The hotel is not pretty, lat of cleanliness, they just give two very bad towels. Do not try it

I have stayed here many times over the last several years. This time was totally different. Previous stays, the rooms were very clean, staff very friendly. This time the rooms were not very clean, only 2 towels and one had several holes in it. I was booked for 3 nights, after the first night they knocked on my door at 4pm asking why I hadn't checked out. Told them I was there for 3 nights not one, they proceeded to ask me for my reservation confirmation. After that they finally cleaned the room at 5pm. The front desk staff are not friendly, not once did they acknowledge me anytime I walked by them. Nobody there to help with luggage anymore. The only person who was friendly was Juana who is a lovely lady making breakfast on the patio. The location is fabulous but the hotel has gone downhill over the last year.

Room 504 with no A/C (Temperature at the time of entry 110°F, no jokes). We asked for a fan and they gave us an industrial one. So we had to decide between the scorching heat or the terrible noise. In resume; one of the most terrible nights I had in my life.
I don’t know if all the rooms had no A/C , but now it’s the hottest month in Mexico City and if you are planning to spend a stay in this place, you have been warned.
Also the room needs an urgent replacement of floor. There are some missing tiles in the floor which are dangerous at night if you don’t turn on the lights.

The property was beautiful and the breakfast was excellent. You have to sleep with the windows open and it was so loud! There was people making loud noise until 3am and they started again at 7am, so even with white noise, I barely slept. Unless you can sleep through anything, I’d stay away.

This property denied me to use two rooms together even when I had booked TWO rooms. Then I was locked out in my room, I couldn’t get out!! The phone didn’t work, so I couldn’t call reception to ask them to come and open the door for me. I called from my cell phone and nobody answered, I had to leave a voicemail and sent chats through Expedia NOBODY could help me. By chance through the window I asked another guest to help me out and call reception. I was ready to call the police. Staff only came opened the door said phone wasn’t working and they would try to fix the tv. Obviously they did nothing! The receptionist also got locked in my room when trying to show me there was no issue with the door!! She had to call another employee. In summary, this property is poorly managed, locks don’t work, phone doesn’t work, tv doesn’t work, the room
Locked poorly with many holes on the wall, I definitely would never recommend it to anyone. I requested to talk to a manager and I was always denied that to talk to someone. It was a very disappointing experience, Expedia should have higher standards for their customers and more accurate star ratings for their properties.

The security guard was excellent! One of the front desk staff was very helpful and allowed us to change rooms on our second night. The first room was a little damp smelling, and it looked like some mold might have been painted over. Housekeeping could do a better job just making sure that there is toilet paper and towels in every room each day.

It was a bitter-sweet situation, the location is excellent, and for the price I was not expecting luxury at all, however I thought the place would be clean and functional, well not at all. The linen looked like it had been used for 100 years, I didn't dare to use the towels at all. And the worse thing was that the bathroom plumbing was clogged. The toilet did overflow at one point. I have to say that management did offered to switch my room to another nearby hotel, this was my last night there so I declined, due to the hustle. I was leaving in the morning anyway.
My suggestion to the hotel would be just to fix was is basic, like the plumbing and buy new linen. Invest in some bright color wall paint, and switch the art on the walls for something cheerful, instead of the gore looking faces, they are scary!.

Staff was great, hotel is old, hasn’t been “updated” much, and the stay would had been much better if there was air conditioning. The weather was in the 60’s but the temperature inside the room was extremely high. They provided me with a big fan, which helped, except for the fact that it was very uncomfortable to sleep with the loud noise the fan made. The area is nice and safe, lots of places to eat. The towels were very old and raggedy. My recommendation: bring your own towels, buy some water before you go to your room -no small fridge, no place to get drinks or snack on location-, make sure you can tolerate heat if you stay at this place.

The property is next to a building in construction, so all the windows are closed. But worse than that, is that the AC unit is too small and does not cool down the entire area of the apartment with two bedrooms plus living room. We could not sleep at all because of how suffocating the rooms felt.

Quite disappointed, no A/C, no safe in the room, and when asked if I could change rooms in order to get one with a safe box, I was offered a portable safe box, which thought could be a joke.
The only ceiling light in the room was very low, and couldn’t see well, and the night stand lamp wasn’t working. The toilet seat wouldn’t stay open, and the water on the sink wouldn’t drain. On top, I could hear everything out of my room since I had to leave the window open because there wasn’t any A/C, so couldn’t sleep. Just before leaving, I was surprised to find out they had a breakfast area on the roof top, but quite limited. Only coffe and eggs (no bread). The chef very kindly cooked me a cheese omelette, which was nice.
The only good thing, is that I only stayed for a night and had to leave towards the airport quite early in the morning.

Within walking distance to many restaurants in a safe neighborhood. Beautiful park nearby with museums and castle to visit. The first night the bathroom had a foul odor. As we stayed and used the restrooms the odor went away. Beds were hard and I am used to a softer mattress so a good night sleep was hard to come by. Single air conditioner in living room, so bedrooms didn't stay as cool as you would like. The last couple of nights the outside temp dropped so rooms did cool down due to cool front that came in. Staff was very friendly and easy check-in. Rooftop breakfast was enjoyable but menu was limited to eggs or omelet and coffee with toast. The young lady working breakfast was the sweetest and waited on your every need.
Price was very affordable for what you get here.

Elegant classic hotel in a very quiet part of Polanco with very reasonable prices in comparison to other properties in the area. The staff are exceptionally attentive and super nice. The included full breakfast is an extra bonus that none of the other hotels in this area offer. Our suite included a full kitchen, living room, dining area, and a separate master bedroom with private bath, and was within 2 minutes walking distance to the Polanco campus of UNAM where I was taking clases. This was a long term stay for us and we couldn’t have been happier. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

I stayed in this hotel for 10 days with my little kid. Overall my stay was very good. The first night was a bit challenging due the lack of block curtains in that specific room. This is a small hotel but very clean situated in a very secure location. It’s surrounded by restaurants, banks, stores and transportation is very easy.

I liked everything. The location was great in Polanco. The staff were great! Edwin and Jacky in front desk amazing service. The chef Alejandra a dream come true. She make me felt that I was in a heaven ⭐️ hotel even both Segurity guards Alejandro and the other one make me feel secure and comfortable with my stay. I highly recommend this hotel ah! I almost forgot the decorations; a French style. I love it! Also they have Botero painting in every corner! Fabulous ambiance and service! The subway station few blocks from the property. I like the area and staff. Air condition did not work, needed to go to another property for breakfast. The rooms need some repair and updating.
