Bathroom doesnt have HOT water in the sink, only in the shower. When I asked to the cleaner, she told me any room hasnt. It was so very cold the water (winter season and it was around 9C). Didnt work neither the hair dryer!

This place has no air condition. I couldn't sleep at night due to the intensity of the heat at night. I had to soak my body in cold water two or three times at night just to attempt to get a little sleep. But, even doing that wasn't too helpful because the heat was truly overwhelming. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Delicious made to order breakfast every morning (that changed each day and was fast service) and great every day cleaning service. 10/10. When we arrived, we were promptly greeted, and our check-in was flawless. We were informed that they were in the process of cleaning our room (we arrived a bit early), and that they would bring up the towels. The room was small, but cozy. We stayed for 8 days, and we did not have any trouble with pests even though we kept our window open. The room (we chose the most economical option) did not have a view of the street. It doesn't have AC, but they did provide a fan. The fan kept the room cool enough. The breakfast that was included was simple breakfast, but the ladies managing the kitchen did a wonderful job. We had options of eggs, cereal, and a few other options. We did have an issue with our key card not working when we came back from our excursions. It seemed to occur when we noticed that the room had been cleaned. We were not able to use the room safe, but nothing went missing during our stay. Not a 5 star location, but well worth the price for the location.

The hotel has great location, however there is no AC, our room didnt had towels when we checked in and there was no hot water during 2 days. There is practically no staff, just a security guy at night and you can hear what is happening in almost all the rooms because the building is old and everyone keep the windows open.

Even though after our fifth day at the property we advised water was not hot enough after 7:00 pm, nothing happened until 2 days later when they finally called a technician to check the boiler. As a result, the boiler was down during the last two days of our stay (9 nights) while repairs were going on at the boiler.

La verdad es que quedé gratamente sorprendida, había leído en otras reseñas que eran instalaciones viejas y no tan limpias pero por el precio y ubicación decidí arriesgarme pero la verdad es que no es así, o por lo menos a mí no me lo pareció, la habitación es muy amplia, cómoda, limpia y bien conservada, incluso me recordó un hotel que visité en Londres por su estilo victoriano. Y el desayuno incluido también en muy bueno, hay fruta, café y te preparan huevos al gusto, me sentí muy bienvenida y por el precio la verdad es que vale toda la pena del mundo.

Precio demasiado alto para lo que ofrece, aparte de un aspecto descuidado por el paso del tiempo, el baño estaba sucio, las sábanas de la cama también se veía en mal estado, hace un frío terrible y no tienen calefacción, si te ofrecen un calefactor pequeño, pero no es suficiente para el frío que hace en invierno, prácticamente te están cobrando la ubicación, que si es una excelente zona, pero no vale la pena. Por un precio menor preferí hospedarme en el hotel emporio en reforma y de una calidad excelente en servicio y mucho mejor condición en general.
