This room was okay. The online listing does not show photos of the specific room you will be assigned so the listing accuracy is questionable. I did not receive responses to most of my questions through the messaging feature and did not receive check-in instructions until an hour after the check-in time. I did not receive check-out instructions telling me where to leave the keys. The noise level will depend on which room you are assigned and who your neighbors are. Sometimes I heard people talking, coughing, or babies crying. My room was away from the street so I did not hear traffic or city sounds. Sometimes the patio area smelled like sewage when I sat outside and I had to leave because the smell was so strong and foul. The location felt safe and the neighborhood is a good area - you can walk to a city bicycle dock, convenience stores, and restaurants. The room had what I needed for a few nights, however, I do not think it's a great value for the room I was in. It is getting worn out and it is located beside the laundry room so I heard the staff working. A lower price would be appropriate for this room.
