The hotel was lovely. The staff were all excellent. The breakfast every morning was great and very convenient. They had coffee, tea and water available around the clock in the lobby which was a great convenience. The hotel is located in a wonderful part of town. The rooms are large and have lots of amenities. I would recommend the hotel to families.

Although we had some plumbing issue on our first night, it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and professional service. The only thing was the TV—there were only 2 channels in English. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Property needs upkeep of carpets. VIP status not recognized, water leakage in the bathroom reported and they asked what time it was convenient to come. I told them next day at 1pm and they didn’t come. At night the bathroom was flooded. They offered to fix it then but was late in the evening and wanted to rest. Fixed the next day after confirming they were coming.

AWESOME Hotel! Kind of hidden and at first unnoticeable. However once you pass the main door entrance it’s a welcoming space and all it’s within reach and fast access. Definitely recommended. Not your huge conglomerate, but a smaller nicer place to relax and rest.

Not Customer Focused

The room that I booked (top floor) was not honored. In addition, the check-in of 3:00 pm was also not honored (we waited 45 minutes for the room to become available). Unfortunately, management did nothing to accommodate us - and to my knowledge they never responded to Hotels.com either (from the complaint I issued to you).

I would encourage anybody looking at this property to do your homework - the location is next to a very busy, noisy roadway. Disappointing stay for sure and the lack of customer service needs to be addressed.

Excellent suites hotel

Lovely hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Good atmosphere in common areas. Friendly staff. Good gym and spa. We loved the rooftop pool. Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice evening meal too.
Rooms are great, loads of space and very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. Overall finish and quality was very high. Room was cleaned every day and beds made.
Location is ok but not near a metro station and a little tucked away but we managed fine with Ubers.

This is an amazing alternative for families that need to be close to the Polanco area. The suites are well equipped, have cool decor, modern furniture and bathrooms, and have plenty of space. The included breakfast was very good. Great value!

We got a room next to which there was construction going on and we couldn’t get sleep in the afternoon because of it after a long tiring flight .
We decided to check out in the evening without spend the night .
Not sure if you can do something. We’ve stayed here before and had no complaints. Hopefully next time if they decide to do something about this experience .

Nice hotel and fair price

The hotel is OK and very comfortable.. Little noisy location, but that's expected with the city.
I'm giving this review very few stars because I'm still in a dispute regarding a refund for a night I didn't stay, and still don't agree with the policy due to a family emergency.. I've filed charge back and will maybe change my review pending if the hotel tells the truth.
