Very disappointed with this stay. The front desk was clearly understaffed. Around 8pm on a weekday, the check-in line was long. When I came back the other day to pick up my luggage for the airport, the line was even worse. There was only one staff member handling everything (8:30pm on a weekday) I gave her the ticket and waited over 15 minutes just to get my luggage, and it literally took 10 seconds for her to hand it to me. I was rushing to the airport, so this was extremely stressful and unnecessary.
The location is also very hard to find - Uber drivers had trouble locating it.
The room was big, which was nice, but the facilities are old and outdated. The bedroom floor had a huge depression in it, which felt uncomfortable and not well maintained.

Ten things wrong with the room before we checked in you think somebody would look at it before the customer arrives.The list is very long, simple things like a phone, working shower, working safe +++. Mexico City is known to have traffic issues but the location of this place makes it next to impossible even by the most experienced taxi driver.

I enjoyed my two nights at this hotel. The bedding was good quality and clean, allowing for a relaxing rest. Although it is close to the bustling area, the windows are well soundproofed and I slept well. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in this area for business or leisure.

It is in a safe neighbourhood and they have 24/7 security. You get a huge room with kitchen, Nespresso, fridge, microwave, dining table, two tv's, etc. TV's were nice because they gave you English channels, Youtube, or boardcast your phone to it. Traffic in the area is terrible though. There is not much to do in this area.

The front desk staff was not very helpful and were always on their cell phone. We came back to the hotel early one evening because I injured myself while we were out and cut my knee and went to the front desk to ask for them to call a local pharmacy to get a consult and prescription for my wound but there was no phone service according to the front desk and they would not call on their local cell phone to get us information. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They have no idea what is going on. The reatauratnt is sepertate from room service, bathtub is clogged and has no plug, just rust. The massage therapy they say they have they do not. There is one massage therapist whowas good but she had to walk me to the lobby to pay. Plus my reservations were always changing. Said breakfast invluded but wnen i asked they said they have no idea go ask the restaurant. People were not friendly or helpful terrrble stay. This is not a hotel with a spa its some sort of military compound. This is not a wellness center. None of the services advertised on the website were available. Very poor guest services.
