Do not stay here. What a horrible experience. We had rented three separate \"suites\" at this property. Two of them were fine - but none of them have windows to the outside, there's no airflow. I think the building was previously an office building.
The third unit we rented was the \"two bedroom\" suite. Which was actually two separate rooms, separated by a common area. The common area was exposed to the lobby. Yes, anyone in the lobby could see through windows into the common area, where there was supposed to be a hide-a-bed. Upon arrival there was no hide-a-bed, the front desk agent could have cared less.
I asked for tape and paper to place over the windows for privacy and was denied.
Terrible service, it was an invasion of privacy.
After speaking to three separate people, the windows were covered with translucent sheets. So people could no longer see in/out from the common area. They also brought in a hide-a-bed.
There are long-term tenants also staying in this property. You could hear the next door neighbours showering, and getting ready in the morning.
I do not recommend this hotel. I will not return. If I could give it -5 stars I would.

Simple Comfortable Suites for Families
We enjoyed our stay at Suites Teca Once as it was exactly what we were looking for in Mexico. We are a family of five, and having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was great! Everything was clean, the kitchenette was basic but it served it's purpose. Definitely not a luxury or a 5 star hotel, but for the price and the location, it was perfect for us. Beds were very confortable, water pressure and temperature in the showers was great. No curtains or blackout in the bedrooms, only sandblasted windows which was weird, good for privacy but not for blocking out light. The staff was kind and did their basic duties, they don't go out of their way for you.

The Front desk attendant was not clear about my reservation, the \"Continental breakfast\" was very, very poor, the bread was old and there was no coffee. The toilet had a terrible sound and one of the drawers of the closet, simply felt apart (I fixed it myself). The floor had some cracks and a small hole. TV was very old.

En general bien, la cama bastante cómoda, la habitación limpia y el mobiliario aunque se ve que ya tiene bastante tiempo, es funcional. La parte que no me gustó es que en la habitación que me asignaron entra bastante luz por la noche y se escuchaba bastante el ruido de los autos al pasar.

Es mas parecido a un hostal pero con tu baño propio. Las fotografias son engañosas. La salita, comedor, con refrigerador y estufa la compartes con otros huéspedes arriba tuyo. El aire acondicionado es compartido, el control de tu aire lo tiene tu vecino, me lo apagaban durante la noche, mientras moria de calor ya que no hay ventilacion, mi habitación sin una sola ventana, solo un tragaluz donde entraba toda la luz del pasillo, hasta las 11pm que apagaban las luces exteriores. Pasé las peores noches, sin aire acondicionadoy entrando toda la luz. Sin una sola cortina. No privacidad. Terrible.

Al llegar, era temprano de hecho antes de la hora de check in, eran las 13 hrs .. nos dijeron que la habitacion aun no estaba, pregunte si podia dejar las maletas para poder ir a comer algo y ordene mis malestas para dejarlas . paso la camarista avisando que la habitacion estaba lista pero nadie nos dijo nada, por lo tanto dejamos las maletas y nos fuimos .. no hubo empatia, tampoco servicio, ambas personas sentadas en la recepcion generaban zero ganas de quedarte, como era una noche no me complique pero para ir tan lejos para una proxima vez prefiero pagar un poco mas pero estar donde se entregue un servicio. LA HABITACION MUY BIEN, pero mucho ruido durante la noche, puertas cerraban , abrian, personas caminando , etc

Fuimos a una fiesta y al regreso no había quien abriera en la madrugada duros media hora en la calle esperando a ver quién nos abría, después de que entramos informamos que faltaba parte del grupo para que estuvieran al pendiente de la puerta y les pasó lo mismo tardaron media hora en abrirles y está uno en plena calle con un adulto mayor que usa silla de ruedas

Todo salió muy bien durante mi estancia de una noche, es una opción muy conveniente para mi por precio y ubicación para un viaje rápido. Lo único algo molesto fue el ruido del extractor del baño que no hay opción para no prenderlo, y se escuchaba también ruido de agua en alguna tubería. No me gustó nada, ningún aspexto. Todo mal. Atencion en recepción pésima, ubicación del horel terrible por estar junto a una vía llena de trafico no se puede dormir en la noche. El agua se tiró por 10 minitos hasta que salió la caliente en la regadera, mal muy mal. Y toda la noche se escuchaban ruidos de motores como de bombas de agua y otro diferente. Otros huéspedes platicando a gritos en la recepción a altas horas de la noche, no dejaron dornir. Nunca regresaría a ese lugar.
