The property is in a great location, close to a shopping mall and several restaurants in the Polanco area. It’s comfortable for two to three people, featuring a modern look and well-maintained spaces. The kitchen is convenient, though the cookware could be improved.

We enjoyed our stay and loved our big terrace. The company was quick to provide an extra fan when I requested. Safe and walkable neighborhood and easy to get to Antara and Palacio del Hierro. So many food options around. We want to also acknowledge our hardworking security person, Luis, always opened the gates for us with a smile and warmth, and memorized our names right away! Always diligent in his work and helpful. Amazing experience all around for us.

The actual ULIV brand lacks in other areas and properties, with respect to prompt reservations and personal treatment for regular customers. Mexico 🇲🇽 is always top notch service, but ULIV tries to cut corners and sacrifices in the name of practicality. It’s tailored to other cultures not for Mexicans or Mexico

Had a good stay here, communication with property managers was also great. When we needed something they’re response was quick. Walls are thin so noise does filter through a bit, shower water takes a few minutes to heat up but overall had a good stay. Close proximity to shopping centres and restaurants in Polanco.

Great location for our needs. Thank you to the property management for providing much needed ear plugs because eve thought quiet time is aftre 10 pm you can hear bathroom activities and small talf from the neighboring units. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Me encantó el lugar. El área está muy segura y todo limpio. El guardia de seguridad se portó muy amable. No tuvimos ningún problema con nuestra habitación #104. Mi única sugerencia sería tener un espejo largo, ayudaría mucho al tiempo de vestirse uno. También estaría bien tener por lo menos un rollo de papel extra de por sí se necesita, tuvimos que bajar a pedirlo al lobby. Nos encantaron las terrazas!
I loved everything about the place. Super nice area, clean, and safe. Security guard was very nice and helpful. My only suggestion would be to have a long mirror to help when deciding what to wear. Also, having an extra roll of toilet paper so it is not needed to go to down to the lobby to ask for more. Other than that everything was perfect and we loved the terraces!

Everything was great. I don’t know if I’m being self centered but I did ask for an upgrade and I ended up getting a smaller room than I booked my room had a table rather than the built in bench. I called ahead of time but that still wasn’t enough. The pace was pretty empty surprisingly during June.
Other than that it was great. The security guards are so sweet and take pride in the service they give.

So overall, the property is in a nice location which should be expected based on the price and area. The apartment itself there are no bells and whistles the chairs and the dining table were ripped and do need to be replaced. The throw blanket on top of the bed was stained. There is no functioning AC, I understand that that is the norm in some apartments, not all. I would like to have the preference to control my own temperature due to medical issues. The amount of towels provided are one per person, and there was no TV in the bedroom. Overall, if it’s just for staying and you’re not concerned with anything that is stated, then it’s recommended. One good thing is our check-in was not till three and the security in the front was willing to take care of our small luggage till check-in , which allowed us to do some sightseeing

Laura… the property manager… very very kind a wonderful human being…..detailed precise. The unit was the cleanest most architecturally compact unit with full utensils and nice large fridge. This location is perfect to all restaurants, shopping malls, including high end Rolex ferrigamo, Gucci types as well as normal stuff. I used Uber everywhere however taxis and buses are easy to get at. I am a foodie as is my wife 10/10 all locations no bs simply wonderful albeit at world prices. Chapultepec park is a one Mile walk. The price to stay at this prime location was very fair. I would stay there again ANY time and hope I can again soon. See photos attached
