While the room appears to be recently upgraded, it lacked all the basic amenities that one would expect in a hotel room. There was only 1 bar of soap and no shower products. The sheets were also stained. You can call the room a \"Studio 6 Suite\" but the rest of the place was still a grungy Motel 6.

I had the same room as i had a month ago, the lock was broken on the door the dead bolt once you lock it, it doesn't like to unlock. There was some pencil marking in the bathroom and the bathroom door is filthy. The check in process was a lot smoother.

The renovation definitely was needed and I’ve stayed here several times. The room that I was put in this time was 229 and everything has been redone and enjoyed my stay. It wasn’t noisy this time neither which I appreciated. Very close to lots of food places and stores as well. Man at the front desk was polite. Only thing that would make your stay more comfortable. If you are going to stay multiple days, I suggest that you bring a comfortable blanket to put on top of the bedding that is in there. There’s nothing wrong with the bedding that is in there. It is just the normal typical kind of Motel bedding so if you are going to stay a few days, like I said, the only thing you would need are your own Blankey and pillows.

The highest mark I will give for this experience was the man at the front desk-super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the tv remote did not work at all, when we finally figured out how to turn the TV on with the buttons,(hard to find) we only had one channel. When we tried to dial the front desk, we found it was disconnected so after connecting it and dialing zero, it just made a beeping sound. I had to use my cell phone. They had left the window open 5 inches and this was night time and the curtains were completely closed so had we not checked we would not have known. There were many construction vehicles right outside our windows with men talking. Unfortunately, we won’t be back.

I checked in somewhat late, around 10PM. When I get there, the guy at the front asked me (a female) if I was traveling alone. Then asked if I was having any guests like a husband or boyfriend. I was on the phone with my boyfriend and front desk guy noticed and asked me if I was on the phone. When I finally got the room keys and got to my room, I couldn't lock the door because the hinge was broken. I immediately went back to the front and was met outside by front desk guy. He was watching me on the cameras apparently? He frantically asked me what was wrong. I told him room won't lock and I'm not staying there. He said he would get me another room. Go back to the front, he puts me in a different room and tries to carry my stuff into the room. I said no thank you, I'd feel safer going alone. I get to the room and it locks, but I noticed I only got one room key instead of 2 and there was a gap between the air conditioning unit and the wall. There were trafficking warnings on the soap packaging and warnings to lock your door on the hotel door.

Trying to check out of this place was a complete nightmare. The female assistant manger watch me take my belongings out of the room on the big screen camera system in the office at 8 am. I received a call at 8:30 am asking if I was checking out because I still had my food there. Hello it's not check out time why are you entering my rented room before 11 am check out time. So I visited the office at 11am check out time and she was not in the office. So I called using the lobby phone and no answer. I sat in front of the lobby in my car waiting for another guest to need service and another gentleman came. He rang the line for front desk and he got an answer. So I waited some more and she finished helping him. I let her know I was checking out and I need a receipt for my stay. She said she could not provide a receipt and the I needed to call the reservation company I booked it through. She began to become very shaky and nerve as I remained calm. I asked for a receipt for the deposit since that's was not through the reservation company and she could not provide that either. She began to become very rude and unprofessional. Told me to get out and flipped me off after I got back in the car. I guess a roach crawled in her coffee that morning, so she was not happy. I called the reservation company and they refunded me back my extra night and call the female assistant manager and she emailed me a copy of my receipt for the entire stay. Plus it showed the refund for the deposit.

I would not recommend this place to law abiding citizens. First, I got over charged for the room. Then came constant smell of marijuana and drugs smell in the hallways. Next there was roaches and aggressive dog like German shepherds and pitbulls in the parking lot with the guest. There is not breed restrictions here. They also allow cats. Guest and the staff don't clean up after the pets. Guest drive very fast in the parking lot while smoke drugs. The staff is very unprofessional including management. The male manager prey on weak and vulnerable women here., even though he is married. So if you are trying to get away from those type of men you better be able to recognize it. He is also very controlling and racist. He will racially profile you. The unhoused people roam around the parking lot looking for cigarettes and drugs. This place is not safe for children. People stay at this place for long term and aren't required to check out after 30 days of stay. They're considered tenant's.

The only negative thing I have to say is that we had to wait a while for someone to come and cover the front desk to check us in and give us the key for both rooms I reserved. The furnishings were simple, new, and efficient. The bed (mattresss) was very comfortable. BUT, we did not like the TV and/or the remote. The volume of the programs was low and EVERYTIME WE HIT THE UP VOLUME, THAT VOICE LOUDLY DECLARED THE LOUDNESS LEVEL. And there was no guide on the screen for us to see at a glance what was on that night and on which channels. It was nice that there was a coffee maker in the room even if the coffee was not that good. We also appreciated the nice, clean refrigerator and microwave oven.

Please be honest with yourself it’s a Motel Six. If you don’t go into it thinking they are going to have the same amenities as Four Seasons, you will pleased. The
rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the people whom clean the rooms are very polite and honest… I’ve never had anything messed with and I’ve spent many nights there. If you are lucky enough to stay there on a week day you will get to meet Robin.. and she is wonderful! Plus they are pet friendly!

Worst hotel ever on a traveling for over 30 years
My say was interrupted by getting kicked out by the manager who was having issues that day and probably still is and I haven’t gotten my money back yet. It’s been over 8 days.

Traumatizing Experience. Never Again.
This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I checked in around 5 PM, didn’t touch the bed, and left for an important business event. I came back around midnight and laid down for a few hours. At 4 AM, I woke up screaming in pain. My skin was burning, itching, and stinging like crazy. I have no idea what caused it, but it was terrifying and completely overwhelming.
The room smelled like wet dog from the moment I walked in. I should have listened to my gut. When I tried to get help, the manager was nowhere to be found and offered no support at all.
I left feeling shaken, sick, and completely on my own. I would never come back and I hope others are careful when booking here.

It was a nice room. Great service. The only issue was that we had a small box truck. We were advised to park in a parking lot beside the hotel, while there was plenty of parking on the property for big trucks. After a long hot day driving, that was the last thing i wanted to do. We found safe parking next to the entrance. Why compromise my truck?

Staying here was a worse experience, the warm water was not available during the whole stay and the management didn't care to offer alternatives, specially shower. The front desk staff seemed to be fed up with the owner because and they didn't have any answer or didn't know how they can support the residents.

Never would have stayed here if I hadn’t paid in advance and was past refund time. Check in was very strange. There was a coffee machine in lobby for guests. When I asked what time in the morning coffee would be available he said it wouldn’t be because the coffee machine is broken. He Insisted on copy of my companions ID. When I asked why I was told it was company policy. Explained I thought that unusual as I had stayed at this company’s properties many times and even recently and it never required this. Anyhow he insisted, so Went out to car and had my companion come in. When she also commented on this unusual policy was told it’s incase the police have to identify who is supposed to be in the room and the hotel manager required it. Explained we are a couple old ladies and we’re not expecting an encounter with police. Didn’t want to provide me with copy of receipt for deposit saying that it was refundable. It was an unsettling experience I’ve never had before at a check in. Walking the hall we saw obvious damage to a few doors and jams that had been painted and sawdust remained in those doorways from repairs. Appears the doors had been kicked in at some point. When I mentioned it to local family members they apologized for not telling me to stay anywhere but there as it is where local parolees are often housed and it is known as a troubled place

I went to check out 30 minutes early but no staff in the office I have to look and ask around couldn't find a reception. First of all, the hotel is tucked back from the roadway and was difficult to find. The hotel clerk was friendly and helpful but the hotel itself is very run down. Transients were hanging out in the parking lot and I believe there was some sort of drug addiction recovery housing happening in several of the rooms. The interior of the room was very basic but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Worried about my vehicle being broken into overnight but it didn’t happen. In summary, staff good…hotel bad. It’s worth it to pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

Pleasant stay and a good value
The reasonable rates were the deciding factor in choosing to stay here rather than 14 minutes closer to where we needed to be the next day. Some might find the rooms a bit clinical in their feel, but all we needed was a clean and comfortable room and a good night's rest, and the hotel delivered on all that. We also weren't kept awake by any outside freeway noise. I can't speak to how much noise might otherwise get through the walls and ceiling, since I don't think there was anyone in adjoining rooms (ours was the only car parked at the back side). The large refrigerator was a pleasant detail, as the mini fridges that are more common are a sometimes little too small.
The desk clerk was very friendly and reassured me that my vehicle would be safe overnight, and that he keeps a close eye on the camera feeds that cover the parking lot. We also didn't see any vagrants near the hotel, and it felt relatively safe.
