Good option in polanco. The staff were friendly. Decent breakfast. The walls are thin so if you have loud neighbors you will hear them . The staff had a mix up with our transfer from airport but they recognized their mistake and corrected the situation. Cannot be happier.

Overall great experience. Very clean- bedding, towels, hotel suite.
They are installing air-conditioning in all rooms so good for warmer future stays.
Breakfast limited and no variation.. so for long stay like mine... Utilized the many restaurants in close proximity.
Staff were pleasant and helpful when needed. Bathrooms, like I said are clean, but outdated. Gym is small but has everything you need. Laundry in room... super convenient Amazing location to parks and restaurants.

Great location in Polanco, walking distance to museaums, plenty of restaurants and shops. A very safe neighborhood. It has parking if you decide to drive (i would not recommend driving, traffic in CDMX could be a nightmare). Breakfast is included. Staff is very nice and helpful. The price is reasonable for the location. I would stay again next time. Book in advance!

The only problem for me was the internet was not reliable within my entire 4 nights stay.

Very well located in Polanco, lot's of restaurants, but the property is extremely loud, you can hear people in rooms above walking peeing and even fighting. One day I woke up to a guest fight due to noise complaints. King bed was made of two mattresses and you could tell the difference between both. I was on business and didn't get a single night of quality sleep
