Everything was good!

Everything was good. It’s a little tricky riding a separate elevator to the lobby, then to the room, then to go into the mall below but we got the hang of it. All staff were super friendly and anxious to please us. Buffet was delicious, workout room was good, rooms and bathrooms were great. Glad they had separate bin for recycling plastic.

Bad hotel

The hotel was awful for many reasons.
The room didn’t have air condition.
The WiFi wasn’t working.
The hot water in the shower wasn’t good.
The toliet clogged a few times too.
I had people in the hallway outside of my room making noises.
I had a do not disturb sign on my door and yet the maids still tried to enter my room.

I had stayed at the Marriot Courtyard by the airport several times, so I expected the same quality and amenities. However, the room had ni amenities or toiletries available, and when asking the staff said they did not have any because of the time (too late at night they said). There was no way of boling water for coffee, and no room service. After our event, we tried to order some food, and although there was no food service like in the other location they had a store in front of the reception where we bought a cup of noodles, but they did not have water to make the soup, you had to purchase a bottle and had no plastic cutlery to eat with and refused to even ask the kitchen for one. We had to eat the soup with iur hands and makeshift a spoon from the paper lid. As the hotel is in a remote industrial area only near a big event arena, most of the guests we saw were coming to the same concert, and thus I would expect they offered at least basic tools to eat the products they sell as snacks, if not have room service at least on weekends. Lastly I would expect attentive and nice staff in all shifts, as the girl we encountered at night could jot be bothered to stop her personal cellphone call and was really rude and annoyed at us at any question/request we has.

Convenient hotel

I stayed at Courtyard Vallejo because it was close to my family's home. It was easy to access Uber rides and there were several stores and restaurants. Very pleasant stay. I would stay here when I return.

Good location just North o the City

We stayed for 3 nights mid week. hotel was really clean, personnel was attentive.
Breakfast was really good, we paid through hotels.com but you can also pay on site, cheaper to pay ahead than at the door, not just continental breakfast they had lots of hot options including fresh omelettes and lots of coffee, dont forget to tip.

Rented 3 rooms and stayed here while in Mexico DF, and everything about this hotel is 5 stars. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. The front desk lady, Jaqueline always greeted us in the morning, and made sure we had everything we needed upon returning. I even joked that she must live there and never sleep! Anyway, this is centrally located, and located adjacent to a shopping mall. I will definitely be staying here again.

Receptionist needs lesson on customer service

Nice hotel attached to an amazing mall.

A great hotel. Wonderful staff, very accommodating and the hotel was clean and comfortable. It is attached to a huge mall with great shopping and tons of restaurants. Not sure about the surrounding area as we ubered to all of our destinations. I would gladly stay here again and probably will next month when I have to return.

Deceitful booking

I ended up not staying and forfeiting my reservation due to wrong information. My main two reasons to book on this hotel were security of a renown hotel and having a shuttle from and to the airport. First, the phone number on my reservation was non-working, so I have to call my husband in USA to make the call. Then, when he finally connect the call, they state they didn't have a shuttle and that their information was incorrect in the website. A very discouraging experience with hotels.com
I ended up having to book in another hotel with shuttle to the airport and spending $100.00 oveer the $80 already spent.

Facilities were excellent. Only drawback was they accepted a reservation for a double room then put us in King with a portable bed. Portable bed was best one I've seen and they gave us free breakfast to make up for it. Restaurant was very nice.

Great hotel but...

It was a great experience staying at the hotel. The employees were so nice and helpful especially the valet outside. Christian was the one who answered all our questions regarding where to visit. The only con about the hotel was the breakfast buffet, the food was not that good.

The hotel was not operating when I arrived. I wasn't told in advance. I was told that the city government had found a problem with the permits for the building, which did not belong to the hotel chain. The hotel paid for my stay elsewhere and transportation to the other hotel. They also gave me coupon for a free night. For improvement, the hotel could've told me earlier, they should've made arrangements with the other hotel in advance (I was only given an option), the driver could've been available and we wouldn't have had to wait half an hour for him, and they could've chosen a hotel that was closer and give us several alternatives.
