Experiencia negativa. Mucho ruido durante la noche, imposible descansar. Además, el personal interrumpe con frecuencia preguntando sobre lavandería o limpieza, lo que resulta molesto.

Un hotel de esta categoría debería garantizar silencio y respeto por la privacidad de los huéspedes. No cumplió con las expectativas.

I will not recommend this hotel to anybody especially to my family members. Water stays in the shower floor making it slippery to the next person. The towels are old and some of them have holes. There was no hand towel in the set of towels. I found hair in my food and when I brought it to the attention of the cook it seems they did not care. The sink stopper is broken

I went to Mexico last week for 3 nights I stayed on this Hotel, for what I was looking for it was good, I wanted something cheap with breakfast included, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okay, the Hotel was really clean and the staff was amazing, the only thing was the location, is in a neighborhood that is not for tourists, and is a lots of traffic, I will definitely go to another Express more close to the tourist city side next time, to avoid the traffic and to walk around. But if you don’t mind that is a really good Hotel, is inside a nice plaza and you get to rest good.

I am very sensitive of the smells and I get asthma attacks with cleaning products. My room was just cleaned and the chemicals were so strong to smell so I requested to get another room and the person at front desk moved me to another room. That room was better cleaned but the smell was less.

This property has a terrible customer service they do not great there guest, the room was dirty hair on floor and bathroom had Bio from previous guest, sheets were not changed. When I spoke to the front desk they were given attitude, they gave me a second room and it was the same room was dirty and not sanitize, really bad service never staying in this hotel.

Perfect place to stay!

Excellent location within a shopping mall. Some of the best places to eat are within walking distance (Sanborn's, Bisquets de Obregon, wings, starbucks, etc.) Hotel very clean, secure, excellent service. Breakfast was super complete! Not just fruit and bread. And very economic.

convenient and reasonable priced

just an overnight trip out of the downtown so we could get to the bus station del norte quick. Good beers and wings at \"Alitas\" next door in the mini mall. Used Uber from the airport, quick and easy.

The hotel is located in a shopping center with starbucks, gym, and some nuce clothing stores. Breakfast is included in the price and it was very good. The room was very clean and zero noise from the street which was a big plus.

The hotel is clean and offers a good complimentary breakfast.

The staff are welcoming, but sometimes not trustworthy. They might tell you one thing if you ask, but then don't deliver when the time comes. This seems to be the trend in this hotel.

The shuttle service is good, if you manage to actually get it. The vehicle may be on service one day, and the next one fully booked.

There is a supermarket and a pharmacy right around the corner. Avoid overpaying in the hotel's vending machine.

Great place, but they make you fill a form for nothing (covid). Breakfast supposed to be for 4 and they gave me for 3 and 30 min later than expected, but overall clean and nice people. Receptionist was wonderful.

Very disorganized with check in- out Still using paper. I extended an extra day through Expedia. I went to the desk, told them and they said everything was okay. That night a gut knocked on the door around 10pm and said I didn't pay. Contacted Expedia. They said the payment went through Things were sorted out the next morning, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place

It was attached to a mall and right across the metro, so it was convenient to get around for cheap.

Being attached to a mall meant there was lots of noise if you got a room that faced the mall. It was hard to sleep until I got a room change.
