My room faced the major street. It was extremely noisy of all vehicles including motorcycles, commercial vehicles, sirens and cars. The bedding had cigarette burns, hair in bathroom sink and small specks of dry toothpaste on sink. The floor near baseboard dirty all around the room. The center floor space was clean. One of the bedsheets had hair. The reception room and common area looked clean.

The receptionist was rude and was giving us a hard time to check in. When we tried asking questions she was rude and there wasn’t anyone else in the lobby waiting to be checked in for her to be so short with us. The beds are uncomfortable. The rooms don’t seem like they’re clean. Our main blanket had a hole like someone had burned out their cigarette on it. The shower didn’t seem clean. The floors were dirty and sticky. We got two rooms and I would never have my family stay there ever again.

No air conditioning!! Open windows did provide adequate air flow and the noise at night was not worth having them open.
The did provide a fan that at least was a little help. But the heat was very uncomfortable.

A bit remote from tourist attractions and the city center but Metro Misterios and Metrobus stations are just a few blocks away. It was clean and comfortable and decent value for the price. Free Wi-Fi but slow. Reasonably priced restaurant and a VIPs across the street. Laundry and supermarket within two blocks. Free parking. It is located on the Calzada de Guadalupe and is perhaps a mile or more from Basilica de Guadalupe. I was there during the Feast of the Assumption and many pilgrims walked along the calzada, including hundreds of \"Miztec Zumba\" dancers in full pre-hispanic regalia. The Hotel is 3 or from metro stops from the Basilica and 3 or for from the Plaza de Tres Culturas/Tlatelolco.

I called the front desk and they told me since it was late, no house keeper was there. I threw a towel over it and avoided that couch like the plague. The floors were wooden but they were broken with my piece of the wood cracked and sticking up out of the floor. The toilet paper was like a crepe paper. They only provided one towel and no wash cloths.
The beds were also very hard. There was no temperature control, but the windows did open and clothes.
Overall, it is just in serious needs of upgrading to get a fresher, cleaner look. I checked out after that one and went to another hotel. This place will never see me again!

It’s a nice hotel, downtown Mexico City, close to pretty much everything you’d need. It’s no Hilton or Marriot, but I have stayed in much worse. Overall, I can’t complain, it’s a pretty decent place.

Good price, but the beds are very hard and the hotel is VERY VERY NOISY!!! Our family had 4 rooms booked. 3 on the 4th floor, and one on the first floor. The noise situation was the same for both floors. There's constant loud talking and laughing that can be heard even with your door and window closed. Not to mention the disgusting moans coming from the next door rooms ALL NIGHT AND INTO THE MORNING. You can hear this in the hallway and into the rooms. We did not sleep at all. Look elsewhere if you want to rest. The noise makes it impossible to sleep.

Hotel was very very clean from lobby to rooms to its surrounding of its property. Food facility seemed always seemed close and when open only for drinks in my time of stay. Opens at 9 but still closed at 9:15 so i eat across street.
Too much noise in my room, might have been that my only window was facing a tunnell to where i can see 4 walls and below is the parking structure and can see all the cars when i look down and the cars being driven or engine turned on or people talking it echoes thru that tunnel.

I booked this hotel last second and because reviews were not to bad about conditions. This place had 3 hardcore porn tv channels for free. Beds hard and uncomfortable and I slept on to of covers with clothes on. Everything was dated and as in other reviews you could hear a lot of noises from other rooms.

After coming here I realized this is not a four star hotel. The pictures are nothing like was posted on expedia. The area was depressing . There was no one in the restaurant and the hallways and lobby were very cold. I ended up checking out after the first night.

During my short stay I found this hotel to have amazing staff! They were warm and inviting, very courteous and accommodating. They asssisted with setting up transportation, 24 hour room service, every inquiry or need was addressed immediately 🙂 They provide bottled water daily, and you had ability to purchase more from the hotel at very good price. The location is great just far enough away from downtown to make things more affordable and peaceful. It is walking distance from a lot of local vendors and across the street from a mini mall with movie theater, places to eat, and shops.

The hotel is a quick trip on the Metro from the airport and about 3km from Basilica de Guadalupe. There is a market and dining options close by. The rooms are spare, but are large and modern. Hotel noise can be heard so not recommended for light sleepers.

Knowing only a minimal amount of Spanish, it was a bit difficult to communicate extensively with the staff, but they tried very hard to make it possible for there to be a mutual understanding. The rooms were spacey, my only complaint is that the walls were very thin so we could hear everything in the surrounding rooms. Housekeeping did a very good job and they were very trustworthy. We left money and cards out(because we didn't know when they would be coming around) and everything was left in it's place. The location was pretty good with a grocery store right down the road, and a small shopping mall across the street. It was only like 15-20 minutes from the airport and about the same, maybe a little bit longer, from the Mexico City Arena. I had a really nice stay there and I would say that it was definitely worth the stay. The price was very good and the food in the restaurant was amazing, as well as the drinks. I just have no really bad things to say about this place.

It has a nice sized room, great location, the in hotel restaurant was not used , however there is a VIPS & Sanbourns right across the street, Sorriannas & a Waldo's in walking distance. The bus was easily accessed to go directly to the Zocalo, the Palacio & the Zoo,then go back to the hotel. We were there for a week & there is construction going on so little noisy by 8:30 am,& the weekend very loud, but one call to the front desk & it was taken care of... would highly recommend it & stay again.

Arrived just after midnight. I had called ahead to tell them I was running late, but they said that even though I called, they could not hold the room past midnight. That didn't seem very nice. They said that I could arrive in Mexico City and decide to get another hotel or something. But I had called twice. I think they should risk a little to earn a customer.
The hotel is new, has professional staff, clean, pretty good area of Mexico City (close to north bus station and airport--10 minutes to either), wide walking path separated from the street that goes for a long ways, so people are walking dogs, running, etc.
Rooms are amazing. King-sized bed in mine. Lots of storage space. Lots of counter space to spread your stuff out. Huge, clean bathrooms. One of the nicest rooms I've stayed in anywhere.

The hotel is new, has professional staff, clean, pretty good area of Mexico City (close to north bus station and airport--10 minutes to either), wide walking path separated from the street that goes for a long ways, so people are walking dogs, running, etc.
Rooms are amazing. King-sized bed in mine. Lots of storage space. Lots of counter space to spread your stuff out. Huge, clean bathrooms. One of the nicest rooms I've stayed in anywhere.

The hotel is situated near Basilica de Guadalupe. Very simple hotel, not too fancy, but inexpensive. There is no air conditioning, bed is kind of hard and pillows too big. If you ask for it they will change the pillows. Room service if very good and people very friendly and helpful.

It was pretty good. Only thing missing was Hvac. Weather was nice and cool, so I slept with the windows opened no biggie. Continental breakfast only includes coffee and orange juice. I did not care to much for it, as i wanted to experience the local eateries.

It's the nicest hotel in the area and also the best location if you're there for the Basilica de Guadalupe. Room was worth more than we paid.

Great Value Close to Basilica of Guadelupe
Staff was very friendly and helpful. We saw the pilgrimages parade by each morning as they walked to the Basilica of Guadalupe. VIPS was across the street and stayed open till 11:00PM.

Great price, great room. Not the best location, we walked around and couldn't find a restaurant or much promising nightlife, maybe we weren't looking in the right places. At least it was close to the airport, and close to the bus station. Only stayed one night then found a place closer to the center of town.

The hotel is really close to the basilica. Also, the staff was really friendly and approachable. The room had low lightning so it was quite dark. Windows didn't get much direct light. The window in room 110 didn't lock.
