This hotel is located on the edge of Mexico City and Naucalpan de Juarez. It is set on one of the main roads in the Mexican capital, the Periférico ring road.
Guests will find the nearest restaurants just 5 minutes from the hotel and it is a 15-minute walk from bars, the centre of Naucalpan and the Toreo metro station. It lies just 15 minutes from the Centro de Convenciones Banamex and the Comite Olimpico Mexicano, 20 minutes from the shopping area of Polanco, 25 minutes from Plaza Satelite and only 45 minutes from Mexico City International Airport.
This themed hotel has a great tradition and reputation within the tourism industry in Mexico. It comprises a total of 175 comfortable rooms and all the necessary services to provide guests with the comfort they require.

HORRIBLE!!! My room was directly over a nightclub the played music so loud it shook my windows until 5am!!!!!
I had zero sleep! Staff was rude! and unhelpful. My key didn't work 50% of the time so I had to walk back down almost every time I went to my room to get them to reprogram my key! They would only leave half of a toilet paper roll with no reserve so we ran out of toilet paper every day! DO NOT ReCOMMEND!

Unfortunately you get what you pay for. No air conditioning just a fan. The second night we stayed the TV didn’t work and the staff, Abigail, said they would have to look into it the next day. This was 9:00 pm. No one to help at 9pm. Ridiculous! I would recommend this hotel if you are just sleeping and leaving the next day.

Pague 5 noches y solo pudimos quedarnos la primera noche ya que no teniamos opcion. La mañana siguiente tuvimos que movernos a otro hotel en el centro. Es decir perdimos el dinero. El hotel esta muy lejos del Aeropuerto y del centro de la ciudad. Algunas personas locales nos indicaron que la zona es peligrosa . Nuestra habitacion no tenia agua caliente, la electricidad solo habia en la mitad de la habitacion, los toma corrientes no servian, la puerta del baño sin cerradura. Las sabanas estaban sucias y percudidas como si no se cambiaran en meses.

One nite Was very cold, and i call the staff and ask how to turn the heater. The answer Was that it doesn't work. Then at nite I asked for a glass of hot water for tea. I tole the staff at the cafetería. I would go tommy Room drop OFF my things and come back for the water. He said no just wait is almost ready. Because the elevator has to be actívated with a magnétic card, when i reached for the card the glass of hot water fell all over my clothes leaving me with burns in my hand and stomach. Al of this could have been avoided if the elevator worked normaly and the magnétic card used to Open the Room door instead of elevator. Then to Open the door of the Room they give you a regular ole fashion key. The lock Was detective. The first time I had to call the cleaning staff to open door for me . Until the y showed me how to manuver the key. Over all it Was not a Pleasant experiencia.

Room was dirty, I understand they're remodeling hotel, but there was trash in trash cans, they were working on same floor, so there was a lot of noise. It just felt dirty. The staff was ok, No one was at desk when I got there, no internet in rooms, only in lobby, which is an inconvenience, if you don't want to leave the room. TV was horrible, only a couple of channels and blurry! when I asked about that, they blamed it on a tower or something. Room service was good, fast. More than likely won't stay there again.

THere is nothing wrong with this hotel. It was built in the same style as most major US chains. The rooms are big, there is a good restaurant, the staff is friendly and helpful. It has most of the amenities of a hotel costing much more. It is reachable by minibus from the Paseo Reforma at Auditorio. But you should know it is not in downtown Mexico CIty. It is a bit dated but I found it to be a great value and a plesant stay.
