The room was clean and recently remodeled, so good. But the TV didn't work, the towel rack fell down, the door card reader mostly didn't work. The heater/AC read-out didn't work, so fun trying to guess how to set the heat. The bed matrass was extremely thin, I could go on. Also no one to complain too and when I did did find someone, nothing happened. So, not recommended.

I have stayed in some questionable properties before and I can honestly say this was the worse property I have ever stayed at. It is a large property probably 130 or so rooms most of the property is being used for full time residences and everything on the back 2/3 of the property looks like a homeless encampment. Broken down car's, trash and garbage everywhere. We were traveling with a small dog and circled the property looking for somewhere for her to go to the bathroom. Every piece of grassy area was completely covered in dog feces to the point my dog refused to go onto the grassy area's. We had to walk off propery to a lawn at another hotel where she immediately went on the grass and went. There were people out wandering around the property at all times. DO NOT COME TO THIS PROPERTY YOU WILL REGRET IT. A message to Expiedia you do not want to be associated with this property. Send someone to check it out and you will see.

The room had no heat when we first arrived, but warmed up fairly quick. I’m not sure why they left the room unheated when it is pretty chilly outside.
The beds are comfortable and the shower was warm. They could use a few more towels.

Absolutely disgusting! Room #129 Cockroaches coming out from behind the baseboards and smaller one's on the walls. What looked to be dried blood in random spots on the walls. Toilet seat was broke off. Black hairs all over the bed and pillows that were flatter than a frogs ass. Some type of stains on both the bed sheet and comforter. Writing on the back of bathroom door that said \"murder inn\"
There's clearly no point in going back to the front desk and complaining due to having a \"no refund\" policy and it being nothing but one big trap house around the whole back end of the building. I ended up sleeping in my car I definitely wasn't going to request another room to get the same disturbing results.

The interstate noise was there but I slept well enough. The rooms are cheap and worth it if you take my meaning. The motel is quite decayed, and populated with sad cases you might expect. I only saw three roaches in my room. But, nobody bothered me in the two nights.

Had my wife laughed at when going to the office by herself for asking for simple things like towels and then waited for over a day for my door lock to be repaired cause my autistic son likes to run outside and we had to ask multiple times just for it to not happen and to be locked out due to a incident with a separate person who is not related and got kicked out for them being in our room

Unfortunately I have to rate this hotel very poor. DON'T stay here no matter how nice the room appears. The motel rents to long term tenants of which do not care for the property. DOZENS, I mean dozens of dog feces all around the grass area of the property. (I have pics). Tenants dont control there dogs and a large one got out of a room and attacked another dog on a l3ash and knocked over the lady and dragged her. Cockroaches in the room, dirty towel. Really one of my worst stays EVER and i travel alot and in some pretty rough areas. Really disappointed in Expedia.and Motel 6 for allowing a trap like this on their websites. Staff seemed nice enough but owner/manager obviously dont care. If you are going to rent to long term tenants then dont rent to travels.

I stayed there for 3 weeks, my booking day was up and I was unaware. They banged on my door at 11pm demanding I open the door and go downstairs to pay, mind you I had been in my room all day and night. I requested to have them use my card on file or to take care of it in the morning and she refused. Worst customer service! Plus them charging my card for 134$ twice with no explanation, waiting 3 days to get it credited back to my account.

Where do we start? At check-in I was surrounded by a couple of meth heads in the teeny tiny front desk area. I felt as though I had to keep looking over my shoulder as I unloaded my vehicle to go to my room. There were multiple rodent traps surrounding the property. The exterior of the property was very rundown and a very bad look for this chain. And apparently they offer month-to-month rentals, which was disheartening to learn because the people who occupied those rooms were shady characters to say the least! The room was nicely updated, but the shower itself was a joke! It smelled of a sweaty locker room and the shower head was mounted to the outer rim of the shower stall? This was a first to see? And it was a shotty job at that! Will never stay here again! Disgusting!

For starters our door knob wouldnt even stay on! Crackheads everywhere, the hotel doesnt even offer or HAVE little shampoos and conditioners on the property, my kids got to witness their first dead person (overdose in the hotel), nobody cleaned our room, or even got our trash from in front of our door. Not to mention for all the above stuff mentioned the price was outrageous! Over $130 a night! Only good thing was they are pet friendly.

The place was absolutely disgusting with stains all over the bed, disgusting toilet and shower, many cigarette/burn holes in all the blankets, many sketchy people around which made us uncomfortable. Car Not Burglarized: Faith in Humanity Restored!

If you like camping at a homeless shelter, you’ll love this Motel6. The swarms of police cars in the parking lot made me feel safer than if they weren’t there at all. The semi trucks rumbling the overpass on I-35 all night provided a gritty nostalgia for old apocalyptic films of my youth. One of the drug dealers nearby commented to me at check out, “This place is a real sh*thole.” This may have been a missed opportunity that I do not buy or do drugs. Enjoy your stay in paradise!

Place is so run down and the parking lot and people staying there are not safe to be around. The guy checking me in was on the fone with his banking (disputing a charge or something) and didn’t speak great English. I had to ask what side of the property is the safest to park on, that’s how rough it was. Then while checking out, another gentleman said “man, this place is a dump” .. so I wasn’t the only one thinking this. Pool was tarped off and closed. After seeing there clientele, I understand why. But all that being said if it was about half the price I paid, I would have said I understand, but it wasn’t even a cheap hotel, for being so nasty, dirty, and dangerous it should cost way less to stay there.

This location needs to be tore down. The rungs on the railing are broke off. There are big chunks of cement broken off the stairs and the second floor walk way arounf the building. The grounds are very dirty with trash all over. I would rather sleep on the groind instead of those beds.

NEVER STAY IN THIS DUMP

The room smelled terrible, no amount of air freshener can help with it. The bathroom door had what appeared to have a bullet hole that had half way been repaired. The door had been kicked in at some point the deadbolt was loose. There was something on the wall that was I'm assuming was blood or god knows what. The curtain had been destroyed by a cat. I booked a queen bed and it was a full and the bed was not comfortable at all. The environment was something out of an episode of 48hrs and we didn't even stay the night and drove 2 hrs home. I refused to get assaulted, robbed or shot to stay there. The entire property is run down and looks awful. The paint is pealing off the doors and the property is very run down. We left and checked out and after supper and the owner refused to refund out money and there was no other rooms.

Absolutely disgusting! First of all I slept or didn't sleep with cockroachs crawling all over everything al night. Seen probably 40-50! Single shower barely big enough for one person it was not clean! Hade used bar of soap still on ledge. Toilet was super rusty not clean at all. Urine around toilet. Sink was moldy not clean at all. Water spots on mirror. Hole in drywall above the sink. Tables were not wiped off floor was discussing. I don't think anything was clean before our check in. Bed was made that was about it

Friendly clerk, gave me coffee. No coffee in lobby or rooms. No refrigerator in room, small microwave with little power. No hair dryer or shampoo. Holes in curtain and blanket. Very loud due to interstate and parking lot. No bedbugs, linens looked and smelled clean. Laminate flooring coming apart. Heating system worked very well. Not enough outlets, none close to bed so that you can charge as you use your phone. Room small. No table, just one chair.

The bed was made but the cleanliness of walls, doors, bathroom fixtures left alot to be desired. There was only bar soap and a minimum of towels. We were only about 2 hrs from home so decided jus to wait til we got home. There was no hair dryer, coffee maker, mini fridge, or even a drawer in any of the furniture! I saw a small bug run across the floor in the bathroom The interstate was rather loud from our room. The absolute worst part was as we were leaving, looking around the room to make sure we got all of our belongings, my husband noticed something on the shelf above the towel holder. It turned out to be syringes, someone had stashed there. I notified the woman at the front desk. She was not happy about it, yet didn’t seem surprised by it. So no, we will not be returning to that location ever! I do NOT reccomend this motel to anyone.

Within 5 minutes of being in the room we found roaches in the beds and on the nightstand. Parking lot area had some \"self employed\" pharmacists that were loud and not anything against him but there was a young autistic man yelling in the parking lot outside the rooms. Apparently he lives around the hotel and comes by nightly to check on the front desk lady, which is very kind of him and we would never hold it against him for just being himself. Hotel listing said it had a pool and that it was open but immediately after I got the confirmation email they sent me another saying that their pool was closed due to covid restrictions. Kinda seemed like some slick false advertising. Lastly, before we found the roaches, I plugged in my cell phone cord and the wall socket sparked, sure that's a fire hazard. I would definitely NOT recommend anyone stay at this hotel, especially people with children, elderly, asthma or other breathing problems or any self respecting clean person for that matter.

Where do I begin with this horrible place. Yhe 1st room we got when me & husband entred the room was trashed toliet was full of poop. Shower was nasty and dirty. I couldn't sleep I was constantly looking for bed bugs and roaches I was constantly itching all night long. They refuse to give us a refund in cash said we had go to go through hotels.com which was false. It took my husband calling cooperate to get our money back they offered a free stay I definitely refused. I will sleep in my car before I ever stay there again. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!
