Front desk staff was very friendly and tried to fix issues. That said:

Waterpark was closed except 1 small pool and hot tub. Hot tub was luke warm at best and jets wouldn't turn on.

We booked 2 rooms, one smelled like stale smoke and the other had an overwhelming vomit smell. We asked for new rooms which were better but still extremely old and run down. Toilet was falling off the wall and barely flushed. Sliding door on bathroom wouldn't lock or stay shut. Rooms were FILTHY. TV didn't have actual channels (some sort of Tivo app), beds were so hard/firm we tried to lay on pillows to sleep, huge dents and holes in walls, carpet ripped up in multiple places, etc etc.

Continental breakfast is also a joke unless you would like corn flakes and a banana. Coffee was good though.

Positives: Jessi in Boss' pizza restaurant was AWESOME and the meal was outstanding. Arcade was super fun with an excellent mix of games and everything worked.

This property needs a major overhaul.

Receptionist did not know basic questions and false about what was down/not working for example the pool area. Receptionist also was not very well versed when talking about the the facilities breakfast. Instead of just being positive she said, “ look it is not that all it is cracked up to be.” Was very concerned when our room we booked we couldn’t get into but it wasn’t even ready once they got in. Also WiFi a basic amenity in 2026 did not work and tv didn’t also. Never been to a hotel where the tv didn’t work.

Room had soiled walls, rusted light fixtures, missing towel hook, broken mirror on closet door, soiled areas on sofa, vents were rusted & old, tripping hazard out in hallway due to a drain cover that appeared to be homemade & sticking up a good 1/2” from the floor, lobby furniture was worn out.

Room wasn’t super clean but was okay. We didn’t have hot water. One of the beds was suuuper wobbly and not centered on the bed stand. Tried to straighten it and it just wouldn’t. Random pieces of metal sticking out of the bed frame. Toilet paper holder was missing. Our room door wouldn’t shut or open properly. Asked about the gym- was told all batteries in the machines were dead so none of them worked. Saw a couple of mice in the rooms. Told staff apparently it’s an Ongoing issue. When we approached staff about the other issues they said there was nothing they could do cuz it was a sold out weekend. But they were aware.

My room had missing lightbulbs. No TV. Remote was missing and cables unhooked. Evening staff told me tough luck. No maintenance and he had zero desire to fix it. Vomit in front of the loby doors. Same staff left it there for you to step over it. Worst stay I have ever had!!

The only good thing about our stay was that the bed was comfortable and my daughter liked the arcade. Their \"continental breakfast\" consisted of waffles, cereal, yogurt, and on one of the 2 days we stayed, there were muffins as well. There was no phone in the room, however, when we used our cell phone to call the front desk to request light bulbs, we were immediately placed on hold anyway. The pool was too crowded to swim in, because anyone can pay to swim in it, instead of just being reserved for hotel guests. And, the pool is only open until 9. The bathroom door in our room didn’t lock, and there was no switch for the exhaust fan. The diverter for the shower was hooked up wrong, so the hot water was cold and cold was hot. There was trash on the floor in the hallways. They appear to have spent all of the money on the pool, and minimal on the actual hotel. Disappointing to say the least.

Not a great experience, though staff was great to work with problem solving. The room we got didn't have a pull-out sofa bed as advertised, and there were 6 of us! We asked for a roll away, none was found, but no one told us.We had to purchase a blow up mattress for sleeping. We had to ask for bedding twice, they were out the first time. Upon check-in, we notified the front desk we only had 4 towels and needed more. When we asked again, we were told they were out of towels, and none were available. We had to ask later that night for towels as 4 is not enough for 6 people. We were told to use pool towels, which we had to wait for. The advertisements did not list the waterpark hours (not open sunday evening and during the week of our spring break). Though it was on the rotating screens in the hotel, we were already checked-in and stayed a night before noticing the screens when they closed the waterpark sunday evening. In addition,the room was not cleaned well - a soda can left on the floor spilled and stained the curtains, candy was left in dresser drawers, multiple stains on the floor, toys from previous visitor found in random spots around the room. The biggest issue - the bathroom door. It wouldn't shut!! It was off the track, the frame was so badly broken, there wasn't a way to get it back on the track to working order. We notified the front desk right away requesting a maintenance person look at it, but because we weren't in the room when he knocked, nothing was looked at.

We had bed bugs, woke up with bites everywhere. It’s in the middle of March and 32 degrees so these are not from mosquitoes. We stopped by the restaurant, terrible service and food was cold. The pool area was so overpacked the kids couldn’t even swim not to mention all the drunk adults. Homeless people lingering by the door, by the parking lot made us feel uneasy. The bathroom door didn’t shut all the way nor did it have a lock. Along with a half glass shower door that you cannot move. Water poured all over the bathroom floor, had to keep my clothes on the counter. Made it uncomfortable worrying one of my kids will just walk in. They banged on our door at 10:30am when check out is listed on the back of the door for 12pm. Didn’t even give us a second to answer before barging in. They were very rude check out is 11am!!!!! Remember this was 10:30am when they were bothering us. I felt unsafe and now I’m worried I’m taking bed bug home. We will not be returning. I thought this would be a great place to take the kids for a weekend, they don’t even want to return and refused to go swim the second day.

Staff was really nice but unfortunately that doesn’t make up for the fact that the place was filthy and we think our room may have had mold on the ceiling. We checked out a day early because our little one developed a cough in the night and go figure a day out of there and he was all better. Loved that trash from someone else’s late night pizza was sitting outside our room from the time that we checked in to the time we left late the next day.

The first room had a briken water hwatee and we asked 3 times about it. The firdt time we were told to wait, bc everyone was using the hot water. Uhh ok? 2nd time they said maint would come look and we left. When we got back 10 hrs later, it was still broken. Megan (FANTASTIC BTW!) hooked us up with a diff room. The maint guy then went to the room ad said it was working. Too bad, im already moving bro. The waterpark was ok but there are SO MANY people. I think on busy days the public entrances should be limited. Overall, not bad. Megan, girl, you made our stay 10x better and you deserve a RAISE!

Our room was clean but out in the area of the pool & sitting was dirty. The restaurant there was way under staffed & the manager in the restaurant was doing absolutely nothing while the 2 people that were working was trying to keep up with orders & cooking. My friend cleaned up tables for them. They couod definitely use some better help & a different manager in the restaurant! Besides that the kids had fun swimming.

We loved that we had a microwave and a refrigerator in our hotel room. The showers were kind of small and so water went everywhere in the bathroom. They were really busy and probably didn’t have time, but the hallway and common areas needed vacuumed really bad. My kids loved the waterpark part. One of the pools was significantly warmer than the others. I wish they all would’ve been slightly warmer like that one. The kids loved the waterslides. The staff were friendly and got us extra blankets when our youngest got sick all over the bed. We will be back again.

When I went to my room, it hadn’t been cleaned. They wanted to refund money. I told them it was after midnight and we needed a room. They were able to get us two separate rooms instead with the second one for free. I thought the furniture and carpet were very outdated. Carpet throughout hotel had multiple stains. Couch in our room showed multiple stains. Door in room says check out is noon but housekeeping started bagging on our doors starting at 10am. And walked right in.

The ONLY reason to stay here is if you want the pool. So many things wrong/ broken… so little room.
Our slider door to the bathroom was stuck 1/2 way and maintenance couldn’t fix it, lightbulb burned out, tv didn’t work, breakfast VERY meager offerings and then ran out of cereal, spoons and napkins. Heard many people trying to get help with their issues. Ramada needs to take a look at this property to keep its reputation.

Pool area was nice. Staff was fantastic. Room condition was deplorable. Booked a room for 6 people, 3 months in advance, and it had a king sized bed and a couch. Not a pull out couch, just a couch. Ummm what? The staff did find us another room, that had a queen bed and a pull out couch, we had to sleep with 3 people per bed. It was not comfortable, none of us slept decent, I wouldn’t put myself through that hell again. The bathtub drain didn’t hold water, and the tv wouldn’t turn on. Might go back to use the pool area, but will not stay here again.

Dated, we mainly stayed for the waterpark. I tried to workout during my stay. Both treadmills-broken. One set of 25lb barbells only…and the other equipment wouldn’t turn on. What a joke. Shower water never got more than lukewarm. Staff was badmouthing a customer right in front of me. Breakfast the next morning had no half n half for coffee, poor excuse for a breakfast.

Leaking shower head, the whole hotel needs a good deep clean.. One water slide broken.

Staff were very friendly and accomadating. When we first got to our room on the 2nd floor my husband noticed water dripping from the ceiling and looked like a leak in the roof possibly. We notified front desk staff right away and they moved us to a different room on the first floor. Room was clean. Main issue was the door to the bathroom was broken. It was a pocket sliding door and it didn't lock and wouldn't stay closed. Rooms could use some updates but wasn't horrible.

Pool was packed both nights we were there. Pool was really warm so kids liked that. Jets in hot tub didn't work and water in the pool wasn't filthy but was little dingy looking like their filter system needs updated.

Kids loved the arcade. We went to it both nights we were there. Had issue with the prize machine the 2nd night but it didn't help that other kids were hitting the machine and it was super packed so I am sure the system was overloaded. Went back in the morning to get prizes and it worked fine. Hotel manager was in there double checking stuff when we went back in the morning.

People don't respect the no smoking as someone was smoking pot in their room and you could smell it all down the hallway.

Resturant was mediocare. Wouldn't go back to again. Wait staff was friendly but food just wasnt all that great. For the price they charge the portion sizes were pretty small for the pasta.

Had seen online pool hours were from 9am-12pm Friday Saturday and Sunday get to the hotel three hours from home at check in at 4pm to be told pool closes at 5 pm. Pool staff stood in a group looking at there phones not paying attention to anything they should have been. Floor in room had pizza crumbs all over it. heat did not work in room. Whirlpool drain stopper did not hold water and faucet was not operating properly.

Had to switch rooms after 1 night because the carpet got wet through the wall from the shower.

WiFi was totally unreliable (terrible especially for being a conference center).

Breakfast was pitiful - worker didn’t show up and there was nobody that knew how to make coffee.

No phones or clocks and there were hardly any outlets in the room.

TV remotes didn’t work properly (power & volume had to be controlled on the tv).

Everything was fairly dirty and not in good repair.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. There was a live mouse in our room. Room 226 to be exact. We were there for an hour with 3 young children and saw something scurry from behind the bed and run behind the refrigerator. Moved the fridge and confirmed it was a mouse. There was also mold behind the fridge, the elevator smelled like urine, and the other hallway smelled like marijuana. Packed back up and left immediately. They did issue a full refund.

The front desk staff was amazing! That is about all I can say that was good. The pool was about a foot short of water, smelled so badly of pee, there was poop in the ship, zero towels. The room, had the last guests garbage left in it. There was no hot water, zero. Cold water and no pool towels, we were microwaving our bathtowels. And unfortunately, our 5 year old ended up with pink eye, and a double ear infection. The whole stay makes me gag.

Horrible experience. The pool area was overwhelming my full with unauthorized kids and adults, yet the staff did nothing to kick people out. Kids were smoking weed in the rooms and public bathrooms. At approximately 9pm there was a shooting near the pool area less than 50 feet from the table my family was sitting at. We had to evacuate the building and ultimately left the property for safety concerns. Worst experience in a hotel.

We agreed to move rooms because the suite we ordered a few weeks before was unavailable. We were put in separate rooms and told one was free. Put a little damper on our family time together. The Internet constantly lost connection. The volume on the remote in rm 170 does not work. We did get a message shortly after arrival asking how the room was. I sent the concerns and never got a response. The shower water control in rm 172 is backwards. Hot is cold and cold is hot. The room temperature control is unstable. It just seemed to not remain on the setting we programmed. We realized it would be a bit noisy, but it was out of control. Constant sounds of children running up and down the hallways late in the evening. Random knocking on our doors. Saturday evening around 9-9:30 about the time I was getting my grandkids to bed we heard a vacuum cleaner. Upon my checkout I wanted to know if I had received my AARP discount. I was told no because there was already a discount on my bill, but they didn't know what it was. She said they could not give two discounts. Neither desk personnel asked if I had a good stay or even thanked me for staying. Took two of my grandkids to the attached restaurant for lunch Saturday. The chicken plate was both pieces looking like they were the smallest available. The macaroni was a very small serving and the boneless wings were apparently lukewarm. We did leave a tip as the waitress was also our cook and bartender taking care of a customer.

The breakfast area had very few choices, was slow, and nobody spoke English so it was hard to ask questions. The owner of the restaurant told us he hates breakfast because they use his establishment and was rude. The toilet kept running and had to fix it. Our TV wouldn't connect, so unable to use. There were holes all over the carpet. The towel holders are broken and our bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way. It was very hard to breathe in the pool area, because there was no ventilation. The front desk staff was amazing!!! The lifeguards were awesome!!!

The room was clean but the phone that was in the room was busted, so we had to use our own to call the front desk to bring extra towels to the room. Which was a waste of time because we had to go to the front desk to get own towels because they refused to walk them to our room. Guess there is no such thing as room service anymore. Also could not use Netflix on their tv as it is outdated.
The pools were as clean as they could be since there were multiple events going on that weekend but the hot tub was disgusting! Was only a couple in there and the water was cloudy and oily.

Absolutely no hot water in room 405. Staff was notified, nothing was done. States they would try to take some money off of our bill--it didn't happen.Rooms are pretty neglected. Sheets had stains. Tiles coming up on the floor in the bathroom. Black stains (maybe mold) on the ceiling above refrigerator area.

I had to use my blow dryer to help heat my room because my unit wouldn't blow enough hot air to heat the room. The room had corrosion and rust on all the metal. The hot tub was like warm and didn't have any jets. The pools had 2 of the 3 heated, so 1 was way too cold to swim in leaving half of one for over 40 people at a time to swim in. It was extremely over crowded to the point it was unsafe. The restaurant did not make the order right and took 45minutes to make the food. The entire stay was horrible and I could of booked it cheaper the day of rather than 3 months earlier!

The staff was lacking support, the hot water didn’t work. Our tv wouldn’t work, after pulling out the entertainment center we found that nothing was even plugged in besides the tv power cord. We will definitely not be returning.

1 room heater wasnt working-maintenance came and changed battery still didnt work, key card quit workng in the other room. Remote didnt turn on or off the tv toilets were loose- when sitting down it falls forward when getting up it falls backwards, breakfast wasnt ideal either. There wasnt any kind of eggs,bacon,toast. There was just waffels, ceral and some yogurt.

Overall very disappointing. They switched rooms on me. My key stopped working 3 times. The restaurant was deserted. My bathroom door latch was broken. The microwave was broken. Bathroom exhaust wasn’t running. Snow wasn’t shoveled. The television always started on the setup menu. Wi-Fi kicked me off and made me re-accept terms at least twice daily. The shower faucet leaked and the hot water wasn’t ever hot. The exterior door was ajar for 3 days straight.

Thankful for a place for the family to stay. However, many issues which would prevent us from ever returning or recommending to others.

Water park - Closed during the week
Pool - Cold
Hot tub - Luke warm
Showers - Cold water and no curtain or door to close area off to prevent water from coming out.
Private bathroom - small areas of mold and rust on ceiling.
Arcade - Few machines not working and multiple times card taking money without allowing us to play game.
Main (public) bathrooms - couple sinks not working
Breakfast - very limited supply
Fitness center - treadmills not fully functioning

They did not have two room reservations upon arrival. Just one. Thank God they were able to accommodate. Water slides and hot tub not working. The staff was very friendly and they were awesome.

Room need hot water, staff should not tell guest upon checking that running the water for 10 minutes before showering might get the hot water faster. And this happens a lot on Saturdays.

I booked this hotel for my son’s birthday party. We arrived at the hotel around 5pm. We went to the room to change to go to the pool area. I went into the bathroom and the door was so hard to open. I had to have my son and his friends to help open it from the outside. Then we went to the pool area to enjoy our evening. There was an incident at the pool area with some kids. Parents were yelling and cursing at each other. The lifeguard on duty had no control of the situation. So, we left the area to avoid the situation. I went to the weight room to get a little workout in. Unfortunately, most of the equipment didn’t work properly. I would say this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had staying at a hotel.

They did not have a king bed room that we reserved. So we had to have the 2 queen beds. Not happy with that. The building seemed dirty and worn. The bathroom did not feel very clean.

The entire hotel smelled bad. The in room shower only had a half wall and no door. The water park was closed during the week and only open for 3 hours on Sunday. Would never recommend anybody stay here unless absolutely necessary.
