This place was so so beautiful! All staff but 1 was wonderful! Very nice and clean! Walkable to the beach, shopping, dining and my mums house! Thought it started free breakfast we did not get! Otherwise I would highly highly recommend and I would for sure stay again the 2 bedroom, 2 bath with private pool was amazing! The staff that did help us was absolutely the best!

This property is stunning and so well designed. It’s quaint and classy. The food in the restaurant is delicious, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the common area is well set up. I had the junior suite with a private pool and it was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay. The only downside is that it’s on a long dirt road off the main road and I didn’t feel comfortable walking down it (single female). I think if I was with another person I wouldn’t have felt that way. However you can order a tuktuk no problem and they will take you almost anywhere for 300 shn. Also the one morning when I was meeting a driver for some diving the security guard walked me along the road and was very nice about it. I absolutely loved my stay here and would highly recommend it.

Simply the best.

A perfectly delightful spot with NOTHING to criticise. Charming place, delightful Italian owner Antonio, lovely pool for proper swimming. Excellent staff - we would single out Karole for being helpful, friendly, funny and generally wonderful. Frank was also great. Ok it’s not right ON the beach but it’s not far and they will provide a tuktuk to take you there if you want. We didn’t because we’d already been there and we just wanted to relax around the pool. Nothing to fault and it would be my first choice for the place to stay if we went to this part of Kenya again.

Great staff make it a great stay

First impressions were not great as it looked grubby but once you see the whole picture you can see it is the aged look they are after. It is a very nice, safe and quiet location. They can arrange tuk-tuks or cars to take you anywhere.
The room was spacious and cleaned well on a daily basis. A nice breakfast was on offer.
Ann on reception was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. All other staff were excellent and so friendly. Some of the rooms have a private splash pool. Lovely main pool as well. Recommended

Lovely property and very relaxing stay. With the peace of being a 2 minute walk away from the busy Main Street of Diani beach, this property is both very convenient for explorers and the loungers. The property is super clean and the room service is very prompt. Karol, frank, Vicky, Ann & Erick were all very accommodating and did everything they can to make our stay comfortable. The food is absolutely delicious and fresh so even if you aren’t staying there call for reservations- one of the best throughout the strip. Only thing I will say is, I hope the owner upkeeps the rooms just not the aesthetic of the overall property. There can be a little tweaks made for the upkeep and sustainability of the individual rooms but other than that amazing.

The Villa Luxury Suites Hotel was a wonderful little getaway in Diani. Just a 10 minute walk to Carrefour/Java, with many shops/restaurants in walking distance. If you opt for breakfast included, you get a well-balanced 3-course meal (fruits, savory, and sweets). Dinner was amazing, we had the garlic-lemon seafood platter and loved it. It was a healthy portion that left us both super full.

Staff were really attentive and accommodating to our last minute requests for laundry service. They also helped us sort out some transportation when needed. The room was kept very clean, with good AC and good water pressure. Especially loved the hotel's use of eco-friendly soaps and solar powered water heaters. Garden and pool area nice and quiet, perfect for reading.

Only complaint we had was that the bed was a bit creaky. Definitely felt like it might give in under our weight at times. There were also a few ants around, mostly black ants that don't bite. This, however, was understandable as we were on the ground floor.

Overall, great place that we would definitely come back to.

A hidden Gem! I wonderful place within Diani Beach. The property, ambiance, atmosphere are outstanding for its location. A beautiful and peaceful place. Attention to detail throughout! The staff \"Top of the Line and extremely friendly\" insuring everything is to your liking- every staff member from security at point of entry on! The breakfasts were wonderful. Served and presented professionally, providing a wonderful start to each day! We returned for a unexpected second stay we loved it so much. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner: Antonio. What a wonderful man. He is well loved by the staff and cares greatly about the property and your stay! This place is a must stay in my opinion. It does not have direct beach access, but the hotel assists you in transportation to the beach daily if needed. Thank you! I hope to be back soon!

The Zen Garden of hotels in Kenya

We stayed only one night on our way back to Nairobi but the tranquil garden setting, our room, the facilities and friendly service were second to none during our two week Kenyan coast trip. Lovely hotel pool, but the private pool that came with the suite was what made it for us. Close to restaurants and the beach also. This will be the only place we’ll ever stay in Diani going forward.

With so much fabulousness where does one even start? Why at the very beginning of course. So we arrived in Mombasa to chaotic hoards of drivers all vying to give us a ride to our accommodations but the handsome gentleman driving for the Villa stood out sharply above the rest with a sign proclaiming my name. I love the layout of the hotel and the pool

Our room was basically just next to the pool and we literally just walked out of our room and jumped into the pool within 5 steps. It's just like a private to me (when there is no other guests around). The pool is super nice! deep and long, go for swimming and kids playing. Bring floaties!!!

The host are staff are very friendly and helpful. They arranged all our transportation, meals and everything.

We had breakfasts and lunch at the hotel restaurant! It was good! nothing to complain about.

The hotel is basically close to everything, all other nice restaurants, beach etc. Short drive to everywhere from the hotel.

My stay in The Villa Luxury Suites Hotel was perfect, except for one little incident where the air conditioning just switched off itself in the middle of the night. But I think it switched back on after 30 mins. Maybe power issue.

The place and location are very nice but the misunderstandings and bit of disorganization of the staff made us loose almost 3 hours of time the day of departure and an extra charge of 70 usd for a trip we weren’t able to do. It’s unfortunate the owner chose to charge us instead of apologizing for the missed trip. We wish the hotel grows a more professional attitude and avoids unpleasant and costly surprises to its clients.

This hotel was sooo stunning! The decor and layout was unreal, and the pool area was a dream to bathe and soak in! Safe to say, the pictures don’t do it justice at all!

Breakfast was great and very satisfying (the pancakes were delicious). All other meals were about average for Diani, satisfactory but not delicious.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall, we absolutely loved staying there and would highly recommend!

Top end accommodation for Diani Beach. Stylish with character. Great staff and owner. All very nice, helpful and hospitable. Tasty Breakfast. Nice pool. Only wish is that it was on beachfront but walk or Tuk-tuk is easy. Would be glad to stay there again.

REMARKABLE!!! Located in a quiet area near Diani beach. The hotel itself is beautiful, exquisitely decorated and very comfortable. It's staff goes above and beyond to accommodate you make you feel at home. They are friendly and pleasent. The food in the restaurant is above standards that you do not want to leave the hotel. Meeting Antonio, the owner was the best part of my experience. He goes out of his way to make sure that you are treated with the outmost luxury. I will return! Amazing staff and beautiful accommodation

Me and my two friends originally booked to stay here for three nights but ended up extending for another two due to the beautiful settings and wonderful service. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We are definitely intending to return and will be recommending the villa to all our friends and family!

Amazing hotel to feel relaxed

This boutique hotel is sth you will never forget. Amazing design and decorations, very clean with a good swimming pool. We enjoyed every moment of staying there. Many thanks to Antonio and his team to bring such high service standards to Kenya. Will definitely recommend our friends to visit it or at least come over for lunch or dinner because the chef is doing incredible dishes.

Wonderful design of this villa and fantastic pool. The food is not what one could expect from this kind of hotels. The location is secluded and the way to the beach full of aggressive baboons that force you to order a cab every time you want to leave/come back to the property.
Please check carefully which kind of room you will get. Only suites upstairs are a good deal in my opinion.

All of the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing and luxurious stay. They anticipated our every need and were always keen to help or guide us. We were greeted with fresh juice and hot towels. They were very accommodating allowing us to check out 5 hours late at no extra charge. The hotel itself is stunning with chic, relaxed decor. The main pool, pool bar, restaurant, rooftop terrace and private plunge pools are beautifully set and well cared for. We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing or enjoyable stay. Huge thanks to the wonderful staff.

We ordered the hotel with breakfast included but when we should check out the charged us for the breakfast.

The hotel could not see that we ordered with breakfast but we could show them our reservations with breakfast.

They became very rude and refused us to leave before we paid.

Not worth it

It is far away from the beach and they are all nice when everything goes well. When there is challenges they becomes very rude and not what you expect when you pay more than 200 usd for one night.

The food is okay compared to Kenya but very expensive compare to what you get.

The nearby beach is not very nice and cannot be used for bathing. The other public beaches are okay but a lot of people who will approached you again and again.

Next time I will find a resort at the beach with international service level.

Great vacation spot in Diani

Spent my second vacation in a year here and am as happy as always! The service is great, the rooms are wonderful, staff us super friendly and helpful. The only downside is the hotel not being located on the beach but a short tuktuk ride and you're there in no time.

We stayed here with our two young kids for 9 days in February. One of the best experience of our long list of faraway travels! Everything was perfect. A most relaxing little hotel with a great balance of luxury vs simplicity.
