It’s a nice hotel but the route via car to the hotel really doesn’t give a good vibe. The town is probably going through a rough time, a lot of police presence on Sunday - not sure if there was something going on. That alarmed me. But going through the centre really helped me settle down and enjoy the hotel. Else I was having a second thought on the location. Overall a very pleasant experience in the hotel.

Useful to be able to leave bags when arrived early. Great location in the centre of town. A good breakfast was available from 7am which was great given need to leave early ish for flight home. Thanks for booking taxi. Charge in late sept was 21 euros from hotel to departures. A tiny point, in room 302 the wall near coffee machine needs a look…looks like something has splashed up it rather liberally!

Nice little stay

Positives:
Clean, modern, tidy, great location, nice staff, well priced.
We made a mess of a perfume bottle that broke and staff were lovely and helpful in the cleanup no issues. Good air conditioning but may need a service as we found we did get stuffy and such from it. Blackout curtains and fittings helped to reduce the noise from the busy square the hotel was situated in.

Negatives:
You get two shots of espresso in paper cups !and two tiny bottles of water for whatever the duration of your stay may be.
I have never heard of a hotel not providing tea or coffee.
The room was made up everyday but there were no fresh glasses provided which was strange. There is no kettle or utensils in the room or available if you ask.
These are minor things that didn't affect our stay but are important to note, I imagine they help keep costs down but 20 pods of coffee in the local supermarket that fit the machine were €3 odd....

On the whole a very positive visit.

2 night stay. Very central to everything I want to see. Nice welcome by man and females in reception. Lovely room overlooking church. Roomy walk in shower. Everything modern and in good condition. Didn't find any dust etc, but wasn't searching for it. Only downside was the individual shower gel bottles. Prefer big refillable ones for the environment. Good breakfast. Excellent coffee. Good juice. Fresh cakes etc. Would recommend

Great stay in the center of town.
Beware of self-check in, if arriving outside of their staffed hours.
Clean basic hotel and room.
Do not try to get to the exact address with a car, since streets are very narrow, and probably not suitable; but park at a nearby parking garage, and walk there. Supermarket and a nice square with many stores (almost like a mall) around the corner, as well as other squares with historic landmarks.
Would definitely stay there again.

Oh no!

Aircon makes a lot of noise even when it is turned off. Asked for help. Could not fix it. Location is though great and price is fair. Breakfast is served in something like a night club and is a bit boringe. So get you breakfast at a cafe instead.

Very nice clean and modern hotel perfectly located in the centre of the lovely old city of Reus. The staff were very nice and helpful, we arrived very early and before we could ask, we were asked if we would like to leave our bags so that we could out and explore the city. We had a lovely clean room overlooking the church. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout. No breakfast available, but lots of cafes surrounding the hotel. Excellent vale for money.n

Reasonable hotel but poor breakfast

The hotel itself was ok, comfortable enough, but not as good as it appeared on the Hotels.com website. The breakfasts were very poor value and are served offsite so I'd recommend finding somewhere else to eat. They also start at 8.00am not 7.30am as stated on the website. On the upside, the hotel is located in the centre of the city and the parking is about 100m away.

Located in the heart of the old city. 100m to the main square.

Some rooms have an internal view (facing a wall) unlike the room in the picture. Hotels.com should allow us to pick room with/without view and get breakfast included. (breakfast €8 - cheese, cold meats, croissants, bread, cereal, hot drinks, juice and fruit)
Nice bed, plenty of power sockets, big tv

bathroom big, clean, modern. hair dryer, soap, shampoo and shower gel included.
A/C was good. Breakfast finishes at 10 sharp. No reception staff 12:00 - 15:00. Can leave bags and get bar/restaurant staff to give you access.
The fridge has water and juice.
The rooftop bar did not seem to be open.

Super modern, comfortable hotel with excellent and attentive service right in the centre of town and across the street from the Cathedral. Bathroom was large and had a very comfortable and hot shower. You will need to park your car about four blocks away, but the parking is only four euros per day. When arriving, ask for the name of the parking garage, and navigate to that, as you can't drive to the front door of the hotel. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be recommending the hotel to others.

Great location in center of Reus looking directly onto the old cathedral square, and yet having excellent sound proofing so that you can sleep over the noise of the nighttime revelers below. The room was clean and the staff was professional. We were surprised, however, that they absolutely do not allow check in any earlier than 3pm, regardless of whether rooms are available or not. Guests should also be aware that \"breakfast served until 10am\" means that everything, including your plates, are cleared out at 10am, whether or not you have finished your breakfast. We are frequent international travelers and that has never happened to us anywhere - not even in our native Switzerland.

Clean, modern facility in the centre of Reus, incredibly convenient and fun location. Only 2 complaints: Bathroom had a mildew smell and Bed was advertised as a king but was 2 small beds put beside each other. Otherwise a great hotel and amazing value given the convenient area.

There's a bar called 'El Call'

Everything great. Apart from room 206 and El Call. If you get a room like 206, looking out onto the square - and it's a pleasing aspect you will *initially* savour - El Call - more to the point - the smoking patrons of El Call, are going to be under your window. And that's not nice after midnight. Cause they are laughing and making the random noises young people make when they have had too much to drink. If you read this review too late, I can tell you the proprietor brings the shutters down about quarter to three and by three fifteen sleep is possible.

AC wasn’t allowed!

I still couldn’t believe that the receptionist told me that the whole hotel has one air conditioner so every room had to have the same setting. Air conditioning was not allowed and it was 22 degrees outside which means it was even warmer inside. This is the first time I’ve ever heard of something like this! The only solution was to open the windows which lead to noises. If I knew about this I would’ve definitely chosen a different hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming but just did not solve the problem.

Reus - fab hotel and friendly city.

Amazing hotel - spotlessly claen room. 3 adults in a room and we had plenty of space with a full single bed. Hotel staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful - even printing us a bus timetable. The hotel is situated in the town centre with bars and restaurants right on thr doorstep. Loved Reus too.

Very central hotel

Very nice clean spacious room/ bathroom with balcony. Very pleasant staff and within walking distance of everything. Only downside was noise from a lift which went on until the early hours and was seriously sleep disturbing. There was also a lot of noise from street but there was a very enjoyable festival going on in Reus so this was only to be expected.
Reus is a very pleasant town with a good selection of restaurants and bars and a Gaudi museum and a \"Modernist\" architecture trail all near or within walking distance of hotel.

Central clean modern small hotel

The hotel is very central to Reus. Room had AC was cleaned daily and the Breakfast was fine too. Really can't complain about anything. Being so central, I don't believe the hotel offers parking but we found one underground 5 mins walk away for 4EU a day.

Chic & modern boutique hotel in the heart of Reus

Only positive things to say about this hotel!

> Clean and well presented accommodation
> Stylish modern decor
> Comfortable rooms

As an additional bonus, our room overlooked the plaza and church.

Hotel provided invitations to try some local vermouth in the hotel bar, and free entry to the Gaudi museum.

Hotel also stored our luggage after we'd checked out of our room, so we were able to make the most of our last day in Reus and collect our bags later on as we were leaving for the airport bus.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and will be returning.

Reus weekend break..

Staye here for few days. Excellent hotel. Right in the centre. Close to all the bars and restaurants. Would stay here again. Reus is nice place for a city break.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night whilst travelling from uk to southern Spain.
The only negative issue we had was trying to find it as it is tucked away in centre of city surrounded by one way and no entry roads.
Once we had found it everything was very positive from check in , room cleanliness etc.
Would recommend restaurant attached to hotel for tapas style evening meal, not cheap but excellent food and staff.

Perfect hotel in the centre of everything

Hotel centre reus was modern, clean and in a perfect location. Staff were super friendly. Near to the airport and salou is only a short bus ride away. Only small complaint would be that the terrace bar was very expensive compared with the other bars. I really enjoyed the visit to the gaudi centre which the hotel gave complimentary tickets too. Thank you for a great short break:)

Great Hotel Great Location

The room was minimal, clean and comfortable. Hadn't an amazing view and wasn't in the centre of Reus. The lady at the front desk was very helpful with recommendations on where to eat etc. Would stay there again.

very central location

difficult to find as Salou taxi driver had to ask for directions twice, but in a very good position. taxi to airport was 20 euros, taxi from salou station 25 euros. bus to airport from pablo picasso 2 stop was 8 mins walk, bus no. 50 hourly.

Beautiful wee oasis in the heart of Reus old town.

Situated right in the heart of Reus, this hotel was a brilliant discovery when looking for a last minute break in the sun without the hustle and bustle of commetcial tourism. Immaculate clean rooms with easy access in & out using a swipe card. Late check in was no problem with the automated ATM outside the hotel dispensing your room key in no more than a few minutes. The friendly helpful staff couldn't have done any more for me during my stay. On site restaurant is very accomodating, cooked me a delicious t-bone steak even tho it wasn't even on the menu and the set menu is full of delicious surprises from local Catalan dishes to their own unique twist on traditional classics. This hotel scored 10 out of 10 on all accounts. Highly recommended :)

Disappointing end to a lovely holiday

Booked for one night...Great looking hotel with a very friendly welcome in reception, the room was lovely, overlooking the church. We were initially concerned about the noise from outside as, below our room, were numerous outside tables for the café/bars in the area, but actually we could not hear it once the balcony doors were closed. The problem was that we were directly underneath the rooftop bar which was open until 3am, we definitely heard the noise from this, with what sounded like furniture being scraped across the floor constantly. Also, due to the fact there was no one on reception after 11.30pm there was no one to ask if we could move rooms. Lastly, on check in, we asked if reception could book a taxi to get us to the airport the following morning for our early flight, due to the fact neither myself or my partner speak Spanish we were concerned we may have some troubles doing this ourselves. Unfortunately this was not possible and we were told it was best to call ourselves, 5 to 10 minutes prior to needing to be collected and that the taxi would collect us from outside the hotel. We took the taxi number and tried to do this the following morning, failing miserably due to the fact the taxi company could not understand our request (language), particularly where we were asking to be collected from. At this time the morning reception staff had not started their day so could not assist, leading to a last minute rush to find a bus stop to get us to the airport on time...

Really good property and they have some secure parking if you can get it. Its wel lworth the parking at 11 euros a day for secure.
Lovely room.
Breakfast was a bit like a canteen but the content of the breakfast was good.

Well situated modern hotel

One night stay in Barcelona so picked hotel near Sants station, bus station and underground (7 min walk from train station) as thought we needed transport to Las rambles, but actually within walking distance (with the odd stop en route) and walked back from the Major fountains. Hotel staff were very helpful and room was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
