The location of this hotel to the PortAventura theme park was brilliant only a short walk up the hill!
The shower was nice and powerful.
Unfortunately this is where the good stops.
The bed was hard and not very comfortable, the hotel itself is incredibly noisy one of the worst I have stayed in! There is no soundproofing whatsoever and the occupants were not curious.

Lets start of positive, great location for theme park, water park and Ferrari land.

The rooms and hotel absolutely shocking!
Rated a 4* hotel, i would like to understand how? Who gave them the stars? When will this be reviewed?

Checked in, given keys to the armadillo building. Walked into room and was absolutely mortified! Room had been 'cleaned' however ash under glass tops, stains on furniture, miss match furniture, chips out of furniture, wardrobe had half the paint missing, bath tap rusted, unable to put nob up for shower use, door handle of bathroom was faulty. Overall just felt absolutely disgusting!

Went straight down to reception to find a que of people complaining about all kinds of things. Literally witnessed over 10 people complaining!

Was offered to stay in another room by the manager, whilst having a distraught child who believed her holiday had ended we felt we had no other option but to agree or loose our money according to management. Manager gave us ticket's for water park as an apology. The day we came to use the tickets the water park would not allow us in with them!! Hotel had messed up yet again!! Felt like we wanted to be out the hotel as much as possible as it just felt dirty.

Staff was okay - if you want bedding changed you need to take your own bedding off or they will just 'fix' it. Breakfast is exactly the same every day - very boring and repetitive.

We enjoyed our three day stay. The hotel hosted evening activities for kids which was a plus. The unlimited access to Port Aventura was also nice since you can step out of premises to eat at your hotel or in town (25 min walk) by the beach. Overall, great place and experience that I would repeat.

Room was dirty with debris on the floor pillows mark with fresh blood stains and sheets to.Mark next to toilet on the wall licking from the toilet to basin Derry with some type of cream.complaining at reception show the pictures responded the cleaner wil com but don’t know when After the cleaner cam just changed the bed sheets not clean the bathroom and the floor came back from the park at around 10pm dident had power to complain again.In the morning have to go to breakfast early wake up at 7 open the hot water of cors was cold waiting 15 minutes still cold went to reception complain about it replaying you have to wait 15 minutes went back to the room after 20 more minutes water start getting hot disappointing

Just old hotel what you need to dust off. Strange system with dinner drinks: staff doesnt explaine to you that coca-cola from automachine is not included and after if you take drinks - they are like seagles come to you and ask you to pay. Very low-level english. Old bathrooms. Nothing special.

A good stop for Port Aventura: Top tips included

The hotel is ok, swimming pool is fun, reception area clean and organised and the theme park is amazing so the tickets were what made this stay. A few things to note:
The breakfast times were really not right they will give you a 45 min window in which you will spend the first 10 min going in and the last 10 being reminded you need to leave. This was really not explained on arrival and the first day we arrived at half past (thinking we just had to arrive within the timeframe chosen on the app) and immediately being reminded we needed to leave… the park is a good 15 -20 min walk to the park gate. the walking inside the park is insane so be prepared, this hotel does not include early morning entry (those that are inside the park do) and last, our room was ok there were a few cobwebs in the ceiling crevices which meant my children refused to sleep in the top of the bunk bed and we were eaten by mosquitoes (obviously the spiders were not working hard enough ;)) so take repellent. Also, disappointingly our room was about half the size of the room in the main building that some friends had booked directly with port aventura (same class and price, but they had a bigger cleaner room with a reception and sofa) request these in advance if possible. This is a trip for the kids and they loved it so that’s all we really cared for. The hotel has things to improve but as a theme park hotel it did the job.

All the benefits of all inclusive but not a 4 star

All inclusive option is really not worth, the lunch is basically the snack bar with some extras between 1 and 3. But its limited. Its alive with Mosquitos, with us all been bitten and loads of other people having been bitten. Was there for 10 days sheets never changed. Towels changed daily. Breakfast and dinner run at set times, and you can. Pick the times on the app. But because you only have 40 mins for breakfast and 1 hour for dinner its a rush and the food options are ok if your there for 2 or 3 days if longer dont bother.

Check in was a pleasure staff were pleasent. changed room on day 2 as sewer smell got too bad but this was all dealt with swiftly. The bathrooms are spacious didn’t give 5 stars as they do need a refurb in this area. Outside facilities nice but not cleaned as saw 2 days running someone’s rubbish and cereals had been spilt oh and there’s always a nappy isn’t there! Blame guests firstly! There’s places to refill water bottles and a machine providing hot water fyi if not all inclusive it’s good to know! You can store luggage at end of trip for a fee its a wet safe option. Your key card accumulates points at portaventura on purchases worth knowing and must be presented before payment, rooms are cleaned daily and there is always pleasent staff about if you need anything

The property is well situated for the theme park and it is also easy to walk to the beach. Parking was no trouble too. It feels like there are too many visitors staying in the hotel for the number of staff and the facilities offered and both at the theme park and in the hotel, the few staff are completely overwhelmed and not trained in crowd management. It was a holiday of queuing and queuing and queuing surrounded by hot tired people in shabby surroundings. Certainly not 4 stars in my opinion and never to be repeated

Everything was perfect except the fact that on the check in and check out days there were only 1-2 people manning the reception. This has resulted in 30-40mins wait on check in and check out days. Also, people were just cutting the queue for simple questions or problems about their room but staff didn’t seem to be too bothered which made the wait even longer. Nonetheless, really good food, extremely friendly staff and really good proximity to the park. Can’t go wrong with that! Also you get free park entry on all days you are day - even on your check out day!!

Maybe not the best time to go...

What was good: parking, space in the room, staff (especially the cleaning staff and those over the reception), the park, the pool, great breakfast.
Not so great: we had to change rooms since the sink was broken, and it was great that we changed but I would have expected an apology for that and maybe some help with the moving. Most restaurants were closed and the options were few - and then the restaurant staff would keep asking you to leave after an hour.

As others have said, rooms really miss having a small fridge meaning you have to keep buying really expensive water unless you walk the 1km to Salou.

Lacked any sort of personal touch for a 4 star hotel.

Rooms were really humid and all our clothing was “wet” after short time

They should redo their interior from cheap wood to hard wood not to get doors that can’t close properly etc

Ooooh beer draft wasn’t cleaned so serviced dirty beers !!!! Clean your taps after covid !!!! Beers get fermented

The location is ideal for the theme park.
The facilities are very good.
The setings and layout of the hotel is fantstic.
The food is good, very good in parts, poor in others.
The rooms disapoint.
The walls are so thin you can hear everything next door.
The pillows are hard.
The floors were dirty.
And we were covered in bites at the end of our holiday, which we suspect was bed bugs, as this has been noted in reviews previously.
Its a great shame because with more effort from the hotel, staff and cleaners, it could be so much more.
This hotel, as other on the site are worth the money if just the theme parks are your thing as your hotel room card is your pass into the park.
If the theme park is not your thing, I would choose other better priced and better quality hotels in Salou.
Although it sounds harsh in parts, because there is a lot of things they get right, it's just some basic stuff they miss out on which better managed would bring this hotel up a notch.

Overall the property was good, the check in was good and they spoke in English which was good. Had kids activity such as face painting. The rooms were good and beds were very comfortable. We choose half board, the breakfast had many options to choose for, even for vegetarian. The diner however was good for people who eat meat but not for vegetarian. The theme was Asian night with only 5 vegetarian hot main out of 20 they offered. These 5 were all entere but no main meal. When I asked the chef which ones were vegetarian, they said to look at the card, and the card was very non-informative such as saying spring roll, but nothing about what’s inside. The chefs were not friendly and did not offer to cook veg fried rice or noodles. Most other hotels I have been the chefs always look after veg people even if there is nothing in buffet diner, they make it to my choice. However the other staff were ok.

However if you are checkin after break and not all inclusive or half board it is hard to buy food in the morning as they have set times for certain bars.

Great place for a fews days at the amusement park and water park. The hotel is well designed for loads of people. For as many kids as there were, it was dead silent at night. Get to breakfast early for no wait time. The hotel is close enough to the park so that you can come back to the room for a break before going back out-it felt like we got two days at the park in one. They just text you your room number and your pass to the park works as your key-v nice. The pool is ok, but I don’t think anybody goes there for the pool anyway. It was likely my kid’s best day of her life.

All inclusive June 2019.
Good points: Food was excellent at the hotel buffet and an excellent selection of snacks and ice creams at the 2 poolside bars. Facilities were great and really close to the parks. Meal vouchers can be used in the parks at specific restaurants for lunch on all inclusive (you get a lot of food which is great value). Lots of character meet and greets in the hotel. Towel rental available at reception. You can purchase tickets for the parks at reception rather than queuing at the box office at the park.

Bad Points: Staff need cheering up they look miserable. At peak times the buffet restaurant can be extremely busy. Large groups of school children on trips at this time of year, running around like herds of elephants who've been injected with Red Bull. Not enough towels in rooms for amount of guests in that room (had to complain to reception). 1 day toilet roll wasn't replenished. Not sure the floor had seen a mop all week. Bins weren't emptied. Large queue's at 1 of the bars when the entertainment is on. Very strict rules at the Swimming pool (No hats, sunglasses, t-shirts to be worn in the pool). The swimming pools were absolute freezing at all times of the day regardless of the high temperatures. Large Queues at reception in the mornings.

Overall we did enjoy our holiday but I think this hotel is more of a 3* than the advertised 4*. We liked staying on resort but if we go at this time of year again we will look at the other hotels.

Way too long in que for desk. To ask questions waiting time could be 20min +.
No times giving on food for breakfast times.
You get a text to say go to your room but if you don’t know the hotel you be looking all day unless you stand back in the que for another 20min +. This should be all put in the text message

Hotel is great with only a 5 minute walk to the parks.
Downside is the queues for drinks in the evening.
Queues for the restaurant was big at certain times and staff were very forgetful with the drink order at your table, it was a lottery as to whether you got it or not.
Evening entertainment (yes for kids) however it was very loud and poor.
Coach loads of Spanish children staying the night were left to run riot throughout the night and very noisy in the corridors.
Cleaners do not take dirty cups or glasses and are left for you to take back to the bar area.

Perfect for a theme park visit with kids.

The hotel itself is not exactly what one would expect from a 4 star hotel: towels and linen are a bit old, too noisy (lots of children playing everywhere), crowded canteens with self-service, however it is located within a very short walk of the theme park and perfectly suits the purpos of a trip with children. Adults may be disappointed by the bar closing before midnight and no snack available after 11pm, but the beachside town of Salou with its nightlife is within a 5 minute drive. The children were quite happy. Another convenient option: the theme park tickets included in the package actually give you the right to use the park on the checkin day - until midnight and all the day on checkout. Also: there is a very nice pool for younger kids in the hotel with a pirates' ship they enjoyed.

Perfect Hotel on every level.

I can honestly say my time at El Paso was fantastic.
As per many reviews for this hotel, I was a little concerned having read other comments, but I can whole heartedly say my experience was nothing short of excellent.
The location is unbelievably, with access to Portaventura, Caribe (the water park) and Ferrari Land literally 2 to 3 minutes walk along a pedestrianised route....Such a superb locations.
The hotel had every facility I could have needed for the purpose of my visit. There was no fridge in the room or tea bags etc,... but this didn't deter from my experience as we went All Inclusive and had access to anything we needed constantly, such as fabulous free ice creams from the bar or fresh snacks all day long.
Check in was seamless for me. There were 5 people manning the desk, and they quickly dispatched the 2 couple infront of us and courteously dealt with me and my family. They advised the room wouldn't be ready until 3pm, but stated we could still enjoy the hotel and its facilities immediately and to place our bags in the secure luggage room. They said I would get a text to my mobile at around 3pm to let me know the room number I would be in & gave me the key cards that would be assigned to it when ready. I actually got a text at 2:15pm with my room number on. I went straight there and found the room to be clean & welcoming. I then collected my cases from the luggage room and checked in.
The place was flawless for me, & we will definitely return.

Close to Potaventura park

Hotel close to Potaventura Park but not close to anything else, 8 to 10 Euros taxi into Salou. Rooms basic but air con smells very mouldy. Only BBC World News on TV so not great for time out in room. We got a a pink (what you would imagine was like an all inclusive) wrist band but we were room only and that's what we had paid for so no idea why we had to wear one. Key cards for room worked as your park entries to park and Ferrari Land. Pool big and clean but Lifeguards are bit strict - cannot even wear sunglasses unless they have strap on them!!!

From the outside this is a fantastic hotel, it looks great, the pool is really spacious and the location next to the theme park is second to none.It looks expensive and was expensive. Great for photos as the El Paso feel surrounded us! The free tea and coffee making facilities was a real bonus! But all was not as it seemed. Firstly the rooms were not the best, the bedding looked tired and dull although they were clean. The family room was small (good job we only wanted to sleep in it as we were out at the theme park most of the day and night). The breakfast was ok, lots of choice, but just ok. We have stayed in cheaper hotels where the chef makes the pancakes and omelettes in front of you for a personal touch. The pool is great if you want peace and quiet but it is a theme park hotel after all so why not allow the children to play with balls and have inflatables? Or at least a section of the pool where you can do so? It's not an adult hotel only. I understand that the hotel is trying to look exclusive and to justify the high prices but it needs to decide if it is a theme park hotel that caters for children or a get away from it all hotel. And no music around the pool side? Again this would suit some but not others. All in all the use of the theme park is the reason why you would stay here and we made great use of the tickets and had a wonderful time, sadly just not in the hotel.

Perfect location for Parks but disappointing room

This was in the perfect location for the parks, the back entrance backing onto the park entrances but for the price paid and expecting a 4 star hotel, this was very disappointing. The pool was gorgeous but the room we stayed in was awful. We were greeted with a really strong smell of damp - the type that smells of sick which didn't go the whole week we were there. There was no storage in the room for 4 of us except for a small wardrobe and a big wooden side board with the TV on it which smelt worse than the room so wouldn't put anything in there. The 4 of us had to live out of our suitcases for the whole week even though there was hardly room in the room to put the suitcases around the beds pushed up against each other. The room itself was very tired, desperately needing updating, and properly cleaning. There was no way this was worth the extortionate cost and it definitely is not a 4 star hotel. Very disappointing overall.

First time in Hotel El Paso and it was enjoyable. The hotel probably has the best swimming pools of any of the PAW hotels and the breakfast and dinner were great. Minor negatives were that the check-in could have been quicker and there was no fridge in the room. We visited both the theme park and Caribe aquatic Park and both were great.

Hotel El Passo Closed

On arrival we were told the hotel el Passo had closed that day and we were to be moved to Hotel Gold River. We were disappointed as the El Passo came highly recommended by friends. We never used the pools at the Gold River as they didn't look very inviting. However the following nights the food was really good. The hotel looks fantastic set in a western theme and being so close to the park was amazing, it really is set out lovely. We were on the top floor and it was quiet but out of season. The restaurant staff very helpful and polite. There are no shops nearby, we needed paracetamol but there is no where within walking distance. L No tea/coffee making facilities in room which would have been lovely. You get one small conditioner and it's not replaced once empty. Overall I would use the hotel again as it was in the perfect location for the park.

Ive booked two rooms in the hotel. With request of connected rooms. Although we arrived earlier than check out time. There was loooong queue waiting for check in although there were two counters with more than 6 receptionists working on it. I took almost 40 minutes to reach the desk and 15 min in the process. It was funny that i was asked to choose a breakfast slot for the coming two days!!! This was too weird.

Room was very basic, Ac too hot,No minibar. Big shame that linen was too old that it become pale in color!
No soundproofing, you can hear anything around the room!
Room and bathroom had a humidity smell but was clean.
Pool was massive and other activities like face painting and characters greeting kids kept my kids happy all the time.
There are coin operated playstation and PCs too
Loved the shuttle to the portaventura world
Breakfast was too crowed regardless of time control, but variety was acceptable. Unfortunately there was no fresh juices, drinks only.

Great hotel for kids.

We were very pleased with our room. The hotel staff were very friendly. This was a great stay for both adult and children alike we will definitely stay at Hotel El Paso again.
Had fun on the train from PortAventura theme park or walked 5 mins up to park. Can't be faulted.

nice hotel close to parks large pools and grounds.

Entertainment not so good for size of hotel,bring plenty of insect repellent,pools brilliant.Food plentiful and very nice,make sure you keep your empty water bottles to fill up before 23.30 when everything shuts down was told by another guest that you can still get tea coffee or water after this time but when i went to reception to ask about this was told there were vending machines in another block were you will pay 1.80 euros for small bottle bit of a rip off i think.This hotel is lovely and we did enjoy our stay but the hotel management have got to take notice that a lot of guests were not happy with night enterainment, its ok if you have children but there were a lot of couples we talked too and they were not happy about nightly enterainment.So come on management get this issue sorted for all the other guests and this would be a brilliant hotel,also all the hotel staff work very hard to make your stay is memorable.
Also if you are AI and like your beer theres a large plastic beaker you can buy at bar for 2.50 euros and keep it for your stay and just get it topped up at bar better than the small glass you get.

Brilliant! Theme park is only a 5 minute walk

Only stayed for 4 days with my younger sister who is 14. Everything was just right on our doorstep and there was so much to do through out the day so you will never get bored. We will be deffinately coming back and with the whole family this time. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel. Staff were very helpful.

Fantastic Hotel right next to Port Aventura!

Great hotel, clean, right next to Port Aventura, fully inclusive with great food nearly round the clock. Great pool just the right temperature. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely go to this Hotel again if we wanted to go back to Port Aventura.

Only three negatives; crap bacon for morning fry up, staff are sometimes a bit quick to clear up before you've finished a meal or drink (lost several drinks before finished) and bar closes dead on twelve (not really an issue as mainly families using this hotel).

Fantastic hotel with excellent theme park location

After staying one week in July 2015 with my partner and 10 year old son, we had an amazing stay with El Paso hotel. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the theme park which we used every day, purchasing the express pass to the rides for just 61 euros each for the weeks stay which was a great deal and well worth it if you enjoy the bigger rides. Hotel facilities were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the selection of food on offer. Hotel staff were extremely friendly but the same could not be said about some guests who were often rude in line for food and drinks and often acting as if they have never had a meal before. I would also make it mandatory for everyone to ensure there hands are germ free before setting near the buffet area but of course this can't be prevented. Hotel room was basic but clean and although we did not have a balcony it did not ruin our stay but would opt for this next time. Would recommend and will definitely be back!

Great Location Perfect for families and theme park

Hotel was fully booked so very busy around the pool even with so much to do near by. All in all we had a good experience for our first time here and we would go back again. The rooms could do with updating and the patio area on the ground floor rooms could be made more comfortable. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant and the rooms were cleaned daily. Check in was easy and we were free to use all the facilities while we waited for our rooms.

Stayed 8th-16th July.
First the Hotel:
Found staff on reception spoke adequate English, efficient and friendly. A great help when I had an allergic reaction to the sun and needed to see a doctor. Arranged for bell hops to take me to the medical centre at the Theme Park and bring me back. All the bell hops were friendly and if you have arranged your own transfer back to airport via La plana bus company they will take you to the Hotel Caribe.
I found check in quick bearing in mind the amount of info the staff have to provide because of everything going off on site, but had travelled alone and did see that at other times when there were coach loads of travellers arriving at the same time check in might be a problem.

Good hotel but this is not a 4 star hotel

7 nights, 11 to 18th July, family of 6. Block 5, Guajalote. Arrived at 10:00am. Check-in a nightmare, 5 hours to get a room. Delaying tactics used; give us your phone number and we'll ring when the room is ready. Check-out is 11am. Why could the rooms not be made ready for guests already in the hotel? Courtesy rooms available, accidently found this out at 2:00pm) none offered. Forced to remain in clothes we traveled in until 3:00pm). No help with luggage, had to lug luggage across the hotel to Block 5. (Butlins like: long corridor open to outside). Room fairly comfortable but problem with ants. Reported to hotel, nothing done. Air conditioning not very good, roasting at night.
All-inclusive (except water park). Good food, most staff helpful and courteous and work hard. 2 pool bars; snacks, icecream (carte d'or), coffee, slushies, drinks etc.,) Good system, 1 line, no queue jumping. Good pool. This is not a 4 star hotel. The customer service lets it down. Stay at the Port Aventura Hotel if you want 4 star service. The excuse that we were given was that the hotel was very busy. I paid a lot of money for 4 star not excuses.

Nice hotel let down by customer service

Hotel really nice... Pool area and food very good.... Was a bit disappointed with the theme park...... Not very well organised and the food that was part of the all inclusive deal on the park was quite poor.... My wife left her phone in the room and the hotel are refusing to post it back home to her?????? Says we either need to arrange a courier or fly back to pick it up??? So a bit disappointed after spending a lot of money that they couldn't pop it in a Jiffy bag and drop it in the post.

Great value hotel beside theme park

Great location right next to entrance of park. Free train to get you right to the entrance and free shuttle to Salou town each day. All inclusive is the way to go...food is good variety and tasty. Coupons for food in the park daily if you don't want to return to hotel during day. Unlimited access to park and express access to rides. Great shows in park. Downside...Water n tea only available to drink after 11.30pm and it's not that cold water. Gap of drinks n food 11am to 12noon. Clean but air con is only low though comfortable enough to sleep

We stayed as a couple for one night. Although we arrived late for check-in, and although there was one line designated solely for check-in and another for all other enquiries, people were still being served at check-in for other issues. When we arrived we were waiting around 15minutes for them to serve one customer. So much that one of us decided to join the \"other enquiries\" queue, and by the time we were actually seen and checked in, the other people being served at the check-in desk were only just finishing.

Although the staff were helpful, we didn't feel they were as friendly to us as spanish speakers (where they would just have full-blown conversations).

Otherwise the hotel was nice, good pool, eating facilities were average for an all-inclusive. Cool designs, and a good place for families.

Short break for the water park and rollercoasters

I travelled with my two teenage children for a visit to the theme parks. The hotel is close to the entrances to the parks. Staff throughout are incredibly helpful. We were all inclusive- although it is mass catering (catering for the masses?) there was a good variety and much of it was freshly cooked.

Overall we had a great short break but we did have two issues- the first was arriving at 2.00am to find that we weren't expected, despite having a confirmed reservation! Andreas, the night staff member, was great and finally found us a room but it took 90 minutes. The second was linked to our upgrade from a standard room to a superior room. The hotel website says that the superior rooms \"have a maximum occupancy of 4 people, are decorated in true Mexican style and surrounded by lush greenery; each has a terrace where you can enjoy pleasant views\", but ours only had space for 3, and had no terrace. We'd paid extra for this so I was surprised to be told that all the rooms are the same, it's just the content that's different. I am writing to Expedia to ask for a refund

Overall though we do recommend this hotel for its proximity to the parks, the value for money food and the staff

Not a four Star Hotel! Terrible customer service

To start our \"lovely\" trip we get dropped off at the wrong hotel and get told by the hotel staff that it is a 15 minute walk \"that way\" at 3am it was dark and we did not have a clue where we were. it took 50 mins to walk the hotel...

Night One - The bed broke so we requested that it was fixed

Day Two- The safe locked all of our belongings inside and would not open, we requested that it was opened as it had all of our money inside we were told to wait in the room. 1 hour later a repairman turns up doesn't fix it and we get told to wait in the room. (Wasting our holiday!!!) another hour passes by now we have had two different repair men in our room and it still isn't fixed. Eventually it gets fixed after about 3 hours of our holiday wasted!!!!!!

Night Four - There were no sheets on my bed and then the bed broke so we requested that it was fixed and asked for new sheets. The maid came in at 1 am and tried to re make all of the beds in the room clearly a language barrier but who tries to remake a bed when somebody is sleeping in it!!! then two more maids come in the room and turn the lights on waking up my friend, and they start shouting at each other in Spanish. I was furious and told them to just get out which they eventually understood. I understand that this was more than likely a language issue but at 1am that is juts not acceptable.

The hotel and park experience is recommended, the only negative is having arranged airport transfer with bus plana their appears to be some restriction on buses to get to the hotel, therefore although they accept bookings with hotel El Paso they then drop you off at the costa caribe that although a 5 minute walk away, with suitcases and in inclement weather it is not the best start or finish to your holiday.

Great hotel very close to park

Just back from a 5 night stay second visit to the hotel which is very convenient for the park. We had three in our room and the put you up bed squeeked very badly but after a quick visit from maintenance this was sorted. All in all good value all inclusive as we also got one meal at the park each day if we wanted to eat there included in our wristbands.

Hotel El Paso-Nice hotel,with friendly atmosphere

The room was a bit dated and could've done with a fresh coat of paint and wouldn't recommend a room on 2nd floor of Chapulin (gets very noisy late at night). Food was enjoyable although El Coyote staff need further training for a-la-carte. Overall though very pleasant stay.

Great family hotel

We were very impressed with the whole set-up here. We are a family of 5 with 3 kids between 10 and 17, and we looked for something that would satisfy us all for a week with minimum hassle for Mum and Dad (it's our holiday too!). We weren't disappointed! All food, drink and entertainment is taken care of, leaving us to simply enjoy a fantastic week. Tip: as many others have said, make sure you buy the 'fast passes' at the hotel, they are a MUST for the park as it is very busy there and they get you straight to the front of the queue for most of the rides. We loved it!
