Never sent which hotel to go to. Very panicky on day. The rooms were lovely but staff could be friendlier. On the Saturday morning the pool and breakfast bar were closed. No one bothered to inform the guest. Then at 10.45am when we were collecting our belongings from the room the cleaner decided to tell us to leave and unlocked my childrens riom with her master keycard. She had no right to enter univited. I told her we had until 11am and she agreed so why enter peoples rooms. Very unprovessional.

Struggles with Hotel Roulette

The hotel roulette failed to send us an email. Make sure that you call midweek as the offices aren't open on the weekend. The online check-in link didn't work but copying it into Google did somehow reveal my hotel.

The room's inside look a little dated but well appointed with good amenities. Bathrooms good balcony was large and overlook at the pool could have done with furniture on the balcony. We Hotel El Paso which doesn't have direct park entrance but getting to explore the other Hotels was fun.

The process of the roulette is always messy, I never receive the name of the hotel the day before as it’s supposed to be and when it’s during a weekend nobody is there to pick the phone.
The caraibe hotel was the one we’ve got and it is not the best for sure. Decoration in the room is super cheap and a bit awkward. No direct access to the parks

We booked a room advertised on hotels.com as having 4 x single beds. When we checked in we just had 2 x small double beds, which wasn’t ideal with 2 teenage children. The hotel said that they don’t offer this room configuration, so I don’t know if the problem was with hotels.com or the hotel. Pool was nice

I had high hopes for this place, but there is no way it is a 4 star. Very dated. Our shower was falling apart and the pool was clearly dirty with murky water. The food seemed low quality with watered down juice at breakfast and it is generally very overcrowded. There is also a queue for absolutely everything. Not great. I definitely would not go back.

“Roulette” does not work

Booked the roulette, no one could tell me what hotel I was assigned, which meant having to ask the taxi driver to drive around when I landed.

Hotel El Paso in the end, the corridors were noisy, they piped music in which was annoying. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was very noisy, there is no fitness room in the hotel, the playground is closed. the walk to the park is very long, especially with small children. we didn't enjoy the room- the sink had blockage, the cleaning was only everyday after we called and asked why they didn't came.

Very disappointing stay

Our stay at hotel El Paso at PortAventura was very disappointing.
We've been in the hotel a few years ago and I can honestly say that the hotel has gone downhill in many aspects, We will not come back.
1. Food- We've booked half board. but found out they limit your time in the restaurant to 40 minutes. After 30 minutes they start yelling in the restaurant \"10 more minutes to go\", and after 40 minutes- everybody needs to leave. This is unacceptable after you pay the high price for their meals. We had two little girls and to try to feed them and eat yourself in 40 minutes, which includes choosing food from the buffet, waiting in line for the buffet- is just not possible. Moreover, the food was not good. very repetitive, small selection, not healthy and not what we expected.
2. The room was dated and not suitable for the 4 people we booked. They gave us two double beds. This was not convenient for 2 little girls. We tried to switch rooms and although the hotel was not full- we weren't allowed to do so.
3. The big perk of staying at the hotel in the past was the express pass you could buy for a discounted price for the whole stay. they cancelled it and now you get a very small discount and it's daily, we couldn't buy it for the price they demanded.
4. There is no entertainment in the hotel. The only thing they do is a mini disco for the kids which is nice. but not enough. The parks close early and there is nothing to do after or before the mini disco. such a shame because th

Hotel Portaventura hotel was designated during the roulette.
It’s a ok hotel but the equipments and services are not at the level of a 4 stars: swimming pool very small with no equipment, jacuzzi out of order with a very dirty water in

El hotel esta muy bien. Tiene acceso directo al parque. Parking tambien en el hotel. Nuestra habitacion tenia terraza y neverita aunque daba a un lado. Tiene unas piscinas a lo largo de la propriedad. Nosotros no las usamos porque el tiempo no acompaño pero para dias de calor tienen que estar muy bien. Cenamos en el restaurante italiano del hotel tambien una noche y cenamos muy bien, muy buena atencion y la comida estaba rica.

Hotel room spacious. Very clean and modern. Tv only had a couple of english channels but didnt really plan to watch tv. Tickets included for both arriving day and departure day til close. Smooth check in and no need to check out. No complaints at all. However did not try buffet for breakfast so cant comment on food.

The hotel is well located for those who want to enjoy Portaventura, however de cleanness of the bathroom was not that good, therefore they cleaned. The textile material from bed and bath was not that good, so far we were paying for 4 stars which I would assume 600gr on bath towels as well as 300 thread on bad sheets.

The close proximity to the park is the reason we stayed here and its a really big complex rather than a hotel which is pretty interesting in comparison to our stay earlier in the week at a Hotel Best by the beach. Honestly, I don't think I'd stay here again for the price I paid, it wasn't up to scratch. Our room had no balcony but we were surrounded side to side and below with couples sat out enjoying the evening sun, while we peered out of our window. There was not even a mini fridge in the room for us to store water to drink overnight or in the morning. Breakfast was also more expensive than our other hotel but not worth the money, we would've gone into town but wanted to save the long walk in the opposite direction. I suppose you pay for the location more than anything but I'm glad we decided to only stay here in the days we wanted to definetly go into the park.
It felt like they fill the rest of the hotel with the normal bookings and just save the undesirables for the roulette bookings. If you really want to stay at a park hotel, just book normally and not this way.

The roulette offer is a big let down, very confusing and not clear, we thought we were booking portaventura hotel and were placed in hotel gold river so from the start very disappointed! I do not feel this hotel is suited for English, it’s for Spanish and french! Very few staff spoke English, no entertainment at all other than a Dora impersonator, very strict rules for the pool with no floats, toys etc allowed, my 12 and 16 yr old very bored. The rooms are very basic, meant to be 4 star??, kitchen area with absolutely nothing in it other than a fridge, no cutlery etc, very cramped and old fashioned decor, in need of repairs in many areas, family of 4 squeezed into small room with very little space for clothes etc, food choices very limited and does not suit English palette either and expensive if buying yourself! Same music played in communal areas for a week, i will not ever book to stay here again! Salou itself is a beautiful place but this hotel is a major disappointment!!

The property is ok for access to the park but apart from that I won’t choose to stay here again. The staff speak little English and the hotel is def geared for Spanish and french, not British. The room is very basic, room has a kitchen and fridge but nothing else, our bathroom was in need of repair along with the floor which was water damaged and lifting! The beds were very uncomfortable and most mornings we woke with a sore back. The decor, although meant to be Wild West themed, was old and outdated. The food was not for British people and dinner in the buffet was awful choice again nothing for a picky child. The pool was very basic and the children are not allowed to do anything to make it fun, no floats, no balls, told off for jumping in! One bar open and very limited choices in beer and spirits! And for one week solid we listened to the same country and western music playing over and over and over and over (you get the picture) outside our room window, I never want to listen to kenny Rodgers ever again!!!!

Booked hotel roulette, unfortunately portaventura failed to email us which hotel we were in. We were in hotel gold River, unfortunately this is not on a bus route or near any shops. There is a kitchen in the room but no plates etc, when I asked reception they were very unhelpful and said maybe I could ask at the bar, who were very helpful and supplied me with plates, cups etc. We then walked through the park to get the bus to the supermarket and when we went to walk back through the park with our food shopping they wouldn't let us in the park with our food !!! Fortunately we tried a different entrance round the corner and they let us in. Overall we enjoyed the park, but we wouldn't go back to Gold River.

The hotel itself was lovely but the organization if the roulette wasva disgrace, the tell you they'll email you the night before that never happened so when we landed in salou we had no idea which hotel we were staying at and neither did they, we rang them and was told two separate hotels, we then spent 2 hours in total trying to check in vti both only to be told we're staying in the other hotel and Visa versa. eventually they allowed us to check-in but as I said the hotel itself was lovely but the system needs a serious look at

However the rooms only have 2 double beds so for us it wasn’t good as we needed 3 separate beds whether doubles or singles. The hotel had no other options.

Lots of onsite parking, direct access to the parks, 10 minute walk to Salou centre where there is a loads of places to eat/drink.

Having the park tickets included was great value for money and can't recommend it enough to people. the parks are fantastic although don't do what we did and go on bank holiday as this can be very busy.

El Paso - great hotel / poor service

Great hotel however let down by the poor service. They first failed to send the email the day before the booking to confirm which hotel we were staying in and I had to ring on the day to find out. After waiting in line for over 30 minutes we were told that ob of the two rooms wasn’t ready and they would send a text to leg us know when if was. The text arric r over 2; hours later!! When we finally got in the rooms, we’d been allocated two rooms in the same building as far as possible away from each other. I know rooms next door to each other can’t be guaranteed but this was a joke. Finally the rooms weren’t properly cleaned. I found an old sock and used band aid on the floor and there were hairs in the bath. Shame the poorer quality of service let the hotel down

Weather in late September was awesome between 28-30 degrees,10-15 minute walk into Salou from hotel El Paso. El Paso could do with a renovation as a little dated but still really nice. Pool was brilliant and quite when we visited as Spanish and English schools were back. I would consider paying the extra for all inclusive next time as the beer funds dissipated quickly. You also get to eat food around the park if your all inclusive too which would have come in handy

Key thing to remember...'Roulette' means allocate on arrival so you have to find your way to a not greatly labelled guest relations in the Port Aventura park. Once this is sorted everything was very good. Please note the pools operate a no lilo, no balls/play things policy. Parks are very busy so try and either get in early or wait til late when the queues die down. For theme parks (and a weak pound Vs the Euro) prices not too bad..certainly cheaper than Disney

The hotel was very good, although it would have been cheaper if we hadn't chosen the roulette and had gone directly to the specific hotel. We were placed in El Paso and were noticed about this a few hours before arriving, after having asked the hotel directly.

We didn't spend much time in the hotel because we stayed in the park as much as we could. We didn't make any use of the pool nor the restaurant.

The room was very good, although we wished it had a mini-fridge to store our drinks and we missed having room service.

easy to get to by foot or there is a shuttle to and from the park. I just wish they could tell you which hotel they are giving you when you make the booking the roulette seems to suggest that you are given a hotel assigned to you on arrival. We absolutely enjoyed the park and the check-in was at 3 PM we could leave our luggage and collect our theme park passes to enjoy the park from 10 o'clock in the morning. There are decent facilities such as toilets to freshen up on the reception floor which is handy. Can't fault this hotel as the staff and facilities are very good

Porta Adventura in September.

Spent three days with my 13 year old son who is roller coaster mad and wanted to experience Port Adventura.

Hotel is excellent. Well looked after. Friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner buffet decent enough.

We visited at the end of September and there were hardly any queues.

All in all a great experience.

We booked roulette and stayed at Hotel Caribe. During the longer opening hours in the Summer it would definitely be better to stay in one of the hotels that give you direct access to the park.

Soundproofing not great in room so recommend earplugs.

This is a great hotel if you are planning to spend most of your time at the park as we did. We stayed half board, and there was a good selection for the buffets. Pools were good too.

I loved Portaventua theme park, but would be reluctant to return due to the queues for the rides. The queue times were a lot longer than stated on the boards because of the fast pass riders. Maybe fast passes should be given as a perk for staying at the hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Caribe booked with expedia on the roulette system.
Hotel was fab the pool are was wonderful doft white sand.
We were booked in with half board and the food at all times was varied and hot.
We stayed around pool in day as it was very hot and after our evening meal we went into the park.
Great mix and we all enjoyed the experience. Definately would return.

PortAventura Roulette - Gold River Hotel

We were planning on booking the cheapest resort at Portaventura so we figured with hotel roulette, we couldn't do any worse than the cheapest! Everything worked out perfectly! We got an email the day before notifying us that we were staying at Gold River Hotel. The check-in went smoothly and the staff spoke English well. The hotel is themed like a giant City Hall building in the old west. It was really nice! People in Spain stay up late so the lobby and lounge areas were bustling at all hours creating a really warm atmosphere. Our room was blasting heat but we didn't realize May is still winter in Spain, so we had the heat shut off and opened the window. Other than that the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was included - there was a large selection and everything was really good! The hotel grounds connect to other hotels on property so it was really neat to walk around at night. They had characters around the property, pools, cacti, and lots to do! The hotel is also basically IN the park so we only had to walk a couple minute before hitting a roller coaster! We rented a car and had no problem with free parking. The grounds are very secure and safe, you have to pass through a guard to be let in. Highly recommend. Would consider this resort the \"Disney World\" of Spain!

It's 28 Degrees?!?!!?!!!!

First of all I didn't want to write this review but I feel that passionate about our experience.
First of all, when you book on Expedia, they allow you to choose children's age up to 17. This is misleading. The hotels policy is children are classed as children until 12 years old. We were stung with a supliment! Beware of this.
It was 25-28 degrees on our visit and they closed the pool?!?!? No where to cool off on resort. This isn't stated anywhere on the booking! Ridiculous! Our two boys took a dip as we took the responsibility on ourselves and a security guard carrying a gun shouted rudely at them!! They were petrified..they only had their legs dipped in. Hotel management at the Gold River should be ashamed! Their Guest service was poor, told us to go to the beach?! Great if you have car! No ease to reach a beach!! Would have to cross a motorway without crossing to do this!!

The hotel location regards the theme park is amazing. Very short wAlk and your on the rides.
The hotel offers little to no nightime entertainment.

Not only did this not happen, but I was told to phone them directly (to a Spanish number) after 10am on the day we were travelling. Huge inconvenience and not without cost.

Clean Hotel, but should be a 3 star. Long queues at reception in the morning. long trek to the rooms. No kettle in the rooms. TV did not work - no signal. Wifi was very slow. Good points; nice pool with plenty of space and sunbeds. Very handy for the theme park with regular shuttles from the hotel. Close to Salou -just a ten minute walk.
Bad points: food and drink is very expensive and felt ripped off e.g £2 for a small bottle of water and £3 for one scoop of ice cream in a small tub. Breakfast was included but v poor quality and not very nice. Family room was very small and dingy, although we spent very little time in the room. Staff at this hotel are not very friendly/welcoming and the q and lack of organisation at checkin is not good

Our hotel roulette was Portaventura Hotel River Gold. This was a really lovely hotel. Great room. The buffet breakfast was included which was amazing. Everything was great except for the air conditioning which hardly worked.

The pictures on the website for Gold River have 2 indoor swimming pools, one for juniors and one for adults. However, in reality there is no such indoor swimming pool at all.
The website shows that the hotel would have tea/coffee making facilities but none existed. When asked for kettle in room, we were asked to pay deposit of £20.00 to get kettle and then to buy tea or coffee saches from the bar (each one cup teabag or one coffee sache for £1.70, 1/2 cup of milk for £1.50. costing us £8.90 for just getting ingredients to make one tea and one coffee.
The air-conditioner in the room is not working and we had to spend 3 nights like in a prison or in the hell.
Any time you wish to report problem to the reception, you have to wait for 45-50 minutes as there is always a queue of people standing in front of us and the reception talking to them in very leisure style in different local languages other than English.
There is no time clock in any room or at the reception and as this weekend the clock went back, there was lot of confusion to find out the correct time.
I will never recommend this hotel as it is in no way called a four star hotel. Very disappointing for the whole family.

Great value

We had a two night stay on a visit to PortAventura in late September. Visiting out of the main season we got a great deal. This hotel was only ten minutes walk from the theme park and there was also a free shuttle bus. The all inclusive was excellent. The food choice was good with nice variety and even included a generous food allowance in the theme park. The hotel grounds were lovely with a huge pool. Only downsides were the uncomfortable beds and lack of noise proofing in the rooms. For the price we paid it was excellent value with the food and 3 days' theme park entry thrown in.
The theme park is excellent too. Queues were mostly under 10 mins on the Friday but really ramped up on the weekend with the most popular rides well over 1 hour. Out of season midweek is therefore highly recommended.

One night stop.

Stayed for one night to visit the park. The complex was lovely and very handy for the park as we used the shuttle service. The room was ok , you can hear your neighbours as the walls are very thin. Breakfast was lovely but time slots are given out so we had a choice of 8-8.30 or 10, which were not ideal. Overall a good one night stop.

Nice hotel close to Port Aventura

Hotel was good for the price that we paid. Good location to visit both PortAventura and the Water Park. All the benefits associated with teh hotel were not explained at check-in and you learned things as you went along. Hotel facilities are great but the rooms need a little freshening up and modernizing. PortAventura is excellent better than expected though be prepared for long queues in August if you do not get a Fast Pass ticket.

We booked the Hotel Roulette option and were not contacted the day before by Expedia as told, instead we had to phone Expedia to find out which Hotel we were allocated. We were excited to be told we had been allocated the Hotel PortAventura. Only then on arrival after a long wait to check in we were told at reception that we had been moved to Hotel El Paso. We then had to get ourselves to the next Hotel and check in. We then had a disagreement with the hotel about the price we had to pay that started at check in and ended at 9.00pm, 5 days later, the night before we were travelling home. This was disappointing, frustrating and a worry all holiday.

For these reasons we would not use the Hotel Roulette or book through Expedia again.

Hotel Roulette- placed in El Paso.

We had a good holiday but there were two issues that caused us some concerns and frankly two mornings spent slightly stressed sorting out admin which is not what you want from your holiday. First there was a problem with the whole hotel roulette system, as on the morning of our stay we had still not received an e-mail telling us where which hotel we had been allocated. In the end after calling through to a number of different numbers we were put through to the hotel Portaventura sales team and they allocate us a hotel over the phone. We were placed in hotel El Paso, which was a nice hotel with good facilities. Rooms were a little on the small side but you don't spend much time there so not much of a problem. It was also their all inclusive hotel but was apparently the only hotel with space. Food was of a good standard- if a little repetitive.
Towards then of my stay I checked my credit card bill and found an extra £700 had been added by the hotel which according to them was the true cost of the all inclusive holiday as opposed to the amount I had paid through Expedia. To be fair in the end they did repay the money, but only after anxious morning of me stood at the hotel reception pointing out that I had not asked to be placed in the All Inclusive and it was their decision. Eventually again after calls to Expedia the problem was resolved.
It's a real shame that these two admin issues caused a dampner on what was an otherwise good trip.

Everything about the stay was fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful. The buffet breakfast was continually refreshed with fresh fruit and cooked items. Access to the park was direct which made it particularly convenient at the end of the night as there was no queuing for buses. The pool had lifeguards that were very vigilant but non-obtrusive, excellent responses when required. A free bus operates at night from the hotel to the centre of Salou. The rooms were well maintained and spacious. The fridge was particularly useful for chilling water. Thoroughly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay and theme park access.

Hotel Gold River, Port Aventura. Excellent stay.

We were actually allocated to Hotel Gold River the day before we were due to arrive under the Hotel Roulette scheme. I was very impressed with the Gold River which is done in a Wild West theme and is the newest of the Port Aventura hotels. The accommodation consists of quite a few rooms in the Main Hall building but also lots of smaller blocks of rooms along the Wild West village, all hidden discreetly behind Wild West shop fronts and facades, which is where we were.
The theme park was literally a 2 minute walk away. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and all the front line staff were happy to speak English and were professional & polite. The room was spacious enough for our needs, the air con was adequate & silent, and the room location was quiet. WiFi was good. Food in the buffet hall was perfectly good & reasonably priced when you consider where you are, Eat all you can evening buffet is 25 Euros for Adult and 12.50 Euros for kids up to & including Age 12. Crowds were too not too big in the theme park. Everything was great!
Our hotel room came with a fridge, microwave, & hot ring but be aware that there is absolutely nothing else provided so you can not do this self-catering unless you are local & driving there with your car full of equipment. There is literally no kettle, no glasses, no plates, no cutlery, but don't let this put you off, the hotel and park was excellent. Be aware that the hotel swimming pools are not heated & so are a bit chilly early season.

Hôtel très bien placé et avec des prestations excellentes, prendre en pention complète pour éviter toute frustration. Seul point négatif, le personnel n'est pas assez ferme avec les clients qui font preuve d'incivilités comme par exemple du gaspillage de nourriture ou bien des mégots dans le sable autour de la piscine... C'est dommage...

Wir bekamen beim Roulette das El Paso. Schönes Familienhotel, sehr sauber, das Frühstücksbuffet war ok, wie man es in einem Freizeitpark eben erwartet. Der Pool war riesig und man gelangt in ca 5-8 Minuten mit Kindern zu Fuß in den Park. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen sicher wieder.

Experiencia desagradable

La habitación estaba limpia y en buen estado. Las instalaciones no se ven nuevas pero están bien cuidadas.
Sin embargo, la insonorización de las habitaciones es horrible. Además, la gestión del hotel no tiene ningún problema en asignar habitaciones a familias con niños pequeños junto con grandes grupos de adolescentes que vienen continuamente en excursiones de institutos, clubes, etc. con lo que es totalmente imposible descansar prácticamente en toda la noche. A las quejas contestan con amabilidad pero el resultado es el mismo: estancia horrible por no tener la menor intención de asignar de forma adecuada a los huéspedes en sus instalaciones. Se prioriza el beneficio al bienestar de los huéspedes. Obviamente no volveremos y recomendaré lo mismo a cualquiera que me consulte.

Hotel muito bom mas tive contratempos

O hotel é extremamente confortável, espaçoso e muito próximo ao Parque da Ferrari e o PortAventura. Eu estive hospedado na semana da Semana Santa em 2025 e era período de férias na Europa, logo, o hotel estava lotado de crianças e excursões. Eles corriam por todo lado, uma gritaria, uma bagunça, uma falta de educação. Chamei atenção várias vezes e notifiquei à recepção mas nada fizeram. Sabemos que são crianças, que estavam de férias se divertindo, mas a situação estava muito fora do normal, nem aqui no Brasil acontece isso, inclusive as gritarias e barulho foram até quase meia-noite.

Por fim, conseguimos dormir. Quando foi 07h40 da manhã, um barulho de marreta batendo na nossa parede. Levantei e fui até a varanda, era um funcionário do hotel fazendo manutenção na porta. Mais uma vez fui até a recepção reclamar.

O hotel era tão maravilhoso, luxuoso, parecia que iria ser a melhor noite de descanso da viagem, e infelizmente, foi a pior.

Não quero desqualificar o hotel, eu voltaria com certeza, mas me informaria muito antes sobre excursões e temporadas escolares na hospedagem.

Principe fun, organisation et hôtel tops !

Le principe est surprenant mais fonctionne très bien : vous recevez la veille de votre arrivée le nom de l'hôtel où vous êtes affectés pour votre séjour. Pour notre part, l'hôtel El Paso !
Celui ci est propre et la chambre pour 4 était suffisamment grande et équipée pour y passer la nuit. Le gros plus, c'est que vous êtes aux portes du parc et que le parking est gratuit.
Il est nécessaire d'aller s'y présenter avant de rentrer au parc PortAventura le 1er jour. Vous vous y enregistrez (le mieux est de le faire la veille sur internet lorsque vous avez reçu le message d'affectation car cela fait gagner du temps) et ensuite, l'accès à la chambre se fait à partir de 15h avec la carte magnétique remise le matin par le réceptionniste.
L'hôtel bénéficie d'une grande piscine mais nous n'y sommes pas aller car nous avons préféré profiter du parc au maximum 😉
Je recommande donc sans soucis cette formule que je reprendrai sans hésiter pour une prochaine visite au parc !

Reserva a través de hoteles.com con 4 adultos y 4 niños (2 familias) en 2 habitaciones. Primera sorpresa no hay mensajes para checking on line, lo q nos obliga a facturar con cola al día siguiente y no sabemos el hotel del parque que nos toca. Segunda sorpresa no dejan entrar un coche al parking porque no aparece. Sorpresaaa!! Una habitación asignada en cada hotel. Nos quejamos insistentemente en recepción de Old El paso y nos dice incomprensiblemente QUE NO PUEDEN HACER NADA. y que llame a hoteles.com pese a que solo hay una reserva con dos habitaciones. No le hago caso y llamo a reservas del parque y una chica muy amable llamada Olga nos pudo reasignar a todos juntos en el citado hotel no son antes hacer varias gestiones. Conclusión: el sistema de reservas de hoteles.com hace aguas con este sistema de reserva y más con 2 habitaciones, pero sobretodo falta de interés de la recepción del hotel porque al final fue el propio portaventura el que me arregla el empaste. Y como colofón al llegar a la habitación por la noche después de todo el día en el parqud hay 2 toallas para todos que pedimos en recepción. Oímos la puerta a las 11 de la noche pero a esa hora ya estábamos duchados y durmiendo, así que lejos de ayudar nos molestaron.

On avait chois l hôtel roulette et on a été placé à El passo
Même si c est un hôtel port aventura on a pas accès à 30 minutes avant l ouverture du parc seul les 2 parcs qui on des accès direct on se privilège c est donc fort dommage

Al llegar no tenian nuestra reserva, hasta que conseguimos tener habitación, habia pasado media mañana y entramos en el parque con medio dia perdido.
Estuvimos en el hotel caribe y las instalaciones dejaban que desear, ya se veían viejas, el lavabo de nuestra habitación perdía agua y hacía ruido todo el tiempo, por la mañana no salía el agua caliente hasta que pasaban diez minutos.
La habitación no estaba muy bien, nada más llegar encontramos pelos, que por supuesto no eran nuestros.
Lo único positivo es el personal, muy amables y educados todo el tiempo, tanto en el hotel como en el parque.

C’est une honte ! J’ai fait plusieurs demande sur hôtels.com sans aucunes réponse de l’hôtel ! Il faudrait peut être préciser le nom de l’hôtel on l’on séjourne dans un premier temps car hôtel roulette ne veut rien dire ! Et la cerise sur le gâteau ! Il faudrait peut être préciser ( d’où ma question à hôtels. Com) qu’il faut arriver le matin sur le parking de l’hôtel ! ( quand on sait le nom…) et aller chercher les places pour rentrer dans port aventura le samedi !! Cela nous a coûter un surcoût de 288€ de places! Et 14€ de parking…. Encore une fois c’est une honte !!
Arrivée à l’hôtel la chambre avec odeur d’humidité infernale … nous avons été relogé …..bruit ambiant des 5h du matin avec les vas et vient des camions bennes…

Parks toll, Aufenthalt/Services schlecht.

Aaaalso.
Als erstes habe ich nicht wie angekündigt eine Email bekommen mit dem Namen des Hotels in dem ich unterbrach werden sollte, also bin ich zur Haupinformation. Die konnten meine Buchung nicht finden, habe dann die Hotels.com Hotline angerufen und so 30 Minuten später war es geklärt und ich konnte zum passenden Hotel.
Meine Keyboards bekommen die nicht funktioniert haben, bin zurück zum Frontdesk und habe neue bekommen. Die Zimmer sind spärlich eingerichtet und seit den 90er nicht mehr überarbeitet worden.
Dann in den Park, auch dort funktionierte meine Karte nicht, wieder zur Information und haben irgendwas gemacht was sich nicht funktioniert hat.
Zweiter Tag, nächster Versuch wieder wurden meine Karten nicht erkannt. Wieder zur Information die haben dran rum probiert und meinten alles sei in Ordnung.
Im Endeffekt haben sie es nicht geschafft mir in meinen zwei Tagen funktionierende Keyboards auszustellen. Ich konnte keine der Rabatte auf Express Pässe / Foto Pässe / Store Rabatte einlösen die man als Hotelgast eigentlich hat. Ich musste für alles voll bezahlen und es kam nur schulterzucken und Entschuldigungen oder sogar antworten dass es leider öfter vorkommen soll. Die Parks sind wirklich toll, aber ich werde dort nicht wieder im Resort bleiben sondern wenn ein Hotel in der Nähe suchen.
