Easy check-in. Building is clean, room is good size and the bed is comfortable. Pretty quiet too. The downstairs gym is pretty big. I liked the water fountains with sparkling water.
The room amenities are limited: no shampoo/conditioner/lotion, just a very basic body wash.
The kitchen is well equipped and allowed to cook meals on the electric stove and reheat in the microwave.
Overall it's an ok place to stay for a few days, but for that price I would have expected hotel standard amenities.

This property was fine overall. It did suffer from checkin woes for other hotel guests who needed to complete checkin - but could not due to the unstaffed reception after 2pm. I am beginning to not be a fan of reception limited hotels.
The hotel was not central, but did offer good access to the park and marina which was right across the street.
Bus access to downtown was very easy.

Unfortunately we had no air conditioning, and the hotel room had one window which opened so we could not generate a breeze. The hotel supplied two gans, though, so we could move the hot air around ok. Our timing aligned with a heat wave, so bad luck.

Perfect for a short stay, very convenient for the offices nearby.
No receptionist ever avaialble when needed but not a problem in my instance.
Cold room, old lumpy pillows. The restaurant/bar wasnt open on a friday evening. Despite the minor negatives, i would stay there again if i needed to work locally again.

Terrible service. Self check in outside reception hours 08.00 - 14.00 Monday. Weekend, no service after 14.00 on Friday. Service of changing towels every 3 days (it looks it is the standard of 3 stars hotel in Switzerland based on the affirmation of the arrogant and useless receptionist named Alvina). We had no balcony to dry our towels and simply asked on Friday for receiving 2 extra towels, our departure being scheduled on Sunday. What we finally did not receive as we did not receive the number or the manager, despite my request from receptionist.
To be definitely banned of your options if you want to take showers as a normal person.
Self check in code was not received as promised upon our arrival despite having provided the requested documents and wifi mentioned on the entrance door was not working until the following day where IT person had to enter into our room to fix it

I will NEVER go back ther, EVER. I was walking on eggs the whole stay. First of all the receptionist I spoke to was very nice, expert, professional, but did not know French at all, which is the language spoken in the city where the hotel is. - bad point! Thankfully I speak English. ThenL when we arrived at the hotel, all fine, pretty, convenient, pleasant etc. BUT, HIDDEN NOTICE we saw all the FEEs charged for: not doing the dishes, for example: 60.00 FRS !!!!! I am outraged, because, in our days and times, this is TOTALLY innappropriate: I have to count on the previous customer to wash MY dishes!!!!!!! So it is touched by total strangers, washed \"who knows how\" by total strangers. The hotel, in other words, totally expected the CUSTOMER to do their job, but still make us pay a pretty normal - high price for the stay. I am sorry, but other hotels do NOT do that. I do not trust such a hotel. I find them just FIXATED on charges (and thir keep the list of charges maliciously not visible). Their attitude is totally irresponsible in periods of global pandemics (Covid, Monkey pox). Never again!!!

1 bedroom apt was spacious, bed comfy, kitchen had what was needed. I would recommend allowing windows to open more than they did as air becomes hot/stuffy quickly.Would stay again. Has an apt feel rather than hotel which was great for us.

A nice, quite large, functional room.

Parking in front of the hotel is very expensive, but it's clean and quiet, the staff are friendly. I overstayed check out by mistake (it's at 10am, a bit too early in my opinion, I thoughtit was at 12) but they waited an hour before knocking and were very polite.

The location is superb, right on the lake.

I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay, location was very convenient for us, and with visitor travel pass and bus stop right outside it was very easy to get around using public transport. Hotel staff were extremely helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

They sent me to a different hotel

When I arrived, I was told that they'd overbooked and my room was not available. They claimed that booking.com hadn't notified them in time, but I'd exchanged email with them and sent me a copy of my passport over a week before arriving.

They sent me to another hotel, which was supposedly actually a better hotel (it was right by the city center), but it was further from where I was actually going. While changing hotels I missed the beginning of the conference I'd come to attend.

I stayed overnight for business purposes. I like the location (near the lake, easy access to nearby offices and center of Lausanne). New apart-hotel, with very much nice and comfort rooms (business class with a lake view). The wifi works very well all over the building, the rooms are clean and have everything you might need. Great, proffessional and helpful staff. Recommended

Get the upgraded rooms

Upgrades to the nicer rooms are well worth it. The fitness center is very nice. The location is not convenient for everything, check for yourself. Be aware of the appart-hotel style. It's less service than a hotel, but a kitchen, fitness center, etc.

J'ai été bien accueilli à la réception, car arrivée avant 14heures.
L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel, bien située proche du lac. Le plus, on a droit a un pass pour les transports dans la ville. Je n'ai pas pu profiter du sauna car je suis resté le week-end et il est fermé ces jours là.

Keine Klimaanlage und die Temperatur war sehr hoch im Zimmer.
Glasschiebetüre zum Badezimmer öffnete sich stehts automatisch.
Leider war zu den angegebenen Zeiten niemand vom Hotel vor Ort
Funktionelle Einrichtung und gute Lage zum See/Bus.

Obwohl an einer Hauptstrasse gelegen war es sehr ruhig, Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus und der See zu Fuss erreichbar. Neues schönes Hotel mit Studios, nett eingerichtet, Küche grosszügig ausgestattet, eigene Nespressomaschine, die Matratzen sind eher auf der härteren Seite, für mich kein Problem, meine Schwester hatte Mühe und konnte schlecht schlafen. Die Receptionistin ist super nett. Alles hat hervorragend geklappt.

Correct mais trop cher pour le service inexistant

L'avantage de l'hôtel est, je trouve, qu'il etait bien placé au bord du Léman. En revanche, j'ai trouvé qu'au vu du prix de la nuit (dans la moyenne de nombreux autres hôtels du coin), le fait qu'il n'y ait aucun personnel sur place soit au détriment de l'expérience.

Cela commence par le check-in : il faut leur envoyer par mail une pièce d'identité. Puis une fois sur place, dans la chambre on découvre que le ménage et le changement de serviettes se fera en supplément (de l'ordre de 30 CHF tout de même). Au demeurant je fais en général en sorte à l'hôtel de ne pas demander ceux-ci lors de séjours de 2-3 nuits, mais sur le principe les rendre payant est exagéré.

De plus la décoration comme le confort et ce qui est fourni se fait dans l'optique de maximiser les profits des propriétaires, déja bien lotis par le fait de n'avoir aucun salaire à verser à quiconque : gel douche et savon premier prix, sachets de thé et capsules de café au compte-goutte...

Bref je ne pense pas revenir, je n'aime pas l'approche des propriétaires sur cet hôtel et mon expérience n'a pas été très positive.

Petite contrariété à l'arrivée mais le personnel a très bien corriger ca. Le séjour a été agréable et l'établissement est idéalement situé, un vrai plus. Attention juste si vous venez avec un animal de compagnie, le surcoût n'est pas négligeable.

Check in sehr kompliziert, kein Personal vor Ort. Douche sehr schmutzig, vor allem der Boden. Essbesteck sehr unrein und verschmutzt, das ist eine Sauerei! Bett unrein, verursachte die ganze Nacht Juckreiz und beissen, sehr unbequem. Hygiène allgemein sehr dreckig und schmudelig. Morgenessen bezahlt war aber nicht vorhanden. Insgesamt ein sehr schlechter und unbequemer Aufenthalt, möglichst nie wieder, schade fürs Geld.

Quelque jours avant notre arrivée j’ai essayer de contacter deux fois par téléphone l’établissement, je n’ai jamais eu de réponse.
Par mail j’ai pas eu de réponse à ma question non plus.
Tout est en anglais donc on ne comprend pas.
Le Check-in et le Check-out est très mal expliquer, il n’y a personne à l’accueil encore une fois.
Dans son ensemble la chambre est bien, mais la cuisine n’a pas été nettoyer correctement du tout.
Sinon endroit très calme et sympathique.
