It’s a cute property nestled in the heart of Mendoza. Very clean, very tranquil and convenient to all of the attractions. Majority of the staff are friendly and considerate.

But I noticed a stark difference in treatment from Spanish looking clients and none Spanish looking clients.

One example: one morning we go to breakfast, there is no one there. It’s just two of us, we sit at a table set for four. The staff comes out and ask us to move to a table set for two. We politely move. Right after we move, another couple comes down and sits exactly where we were sitting and the staff says nothing to them. They only look at them.

The staff can see us looking at the them and the couple but they let the couple eat there in peace. As they smile and laugh at the front desk.

As a person who has experienced prejudice and racism in my own country all of my life, I wasn’t expecting to see it here in Mendoza.

The morning that we arrived after a few days of travel, they booked us into a room opposite a wall with construction. Our first sleep in days was interrupted by loud hammering right next to our heads. There were other rooms available, and the hammering was only audible near ours. I don't know why they did that.

Front desk staff were excellent, especially the young man who checked us in. My only issue was that the outlet next to the bathroom mirror didn’t work, which made using the hairdryer a little challenging, it was a minor inconvenience as we were only there for one night.

Nice hotel, central location and very friendly staff. I was about to check in early and wait in the reception after an overnight bus ride. My room was clean and comfortable, there is a safe in the room. Breakfast was nice buffet style with rolls and cakes. Good location for tours to pick up and drop off.

The hotel had a wonderful little Court yard to sit in. The breakfast was good. Happy to have had fresh fruit salad in the mornings. Plenty of baking offered. Would have been nice to have some meat and cheese. Fresh orange juice and yogurt shakes we also nice. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We stayed in one of the older rooms. It was right in space. A bit tired. But clean and a very comfortable bed.

This is a good budget hotel for anyone that doesn’t need or want a lot of amenities. We didn’t like the locked front entrance, even for guests leaving (seems like a security hazard), and the WiFi was not up to par compared to nearby hotels. No elevators meant we lugged our suitcases up three levels, which isn’t a big deal but still seems a little weird. The rooms were clean but outdated. In the end we left after one night and went to another hotel 2 blocks away. Just wasn’t for us.

This was a great hotel and I would definitely stay again if I am in Mendoza.
The rooms are nice, there’s a communal garden and terrace. Breakfast was basic but fine. The staff are lovely and very helpful.
The location is ideal, just a couple of blocks from the square

The staff at the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was nice but very very hot when we arrived. My only complaint is that the have a 10 am check time and it was very expensive to extend to 1230.

Extremely noisy place, close to a noisy street. They put table and chairs beside the window rooms and people keep talking (and smoking) late at nite or early in the morning without the right to sleep quietly. Cleanliness is not too good and the housekeeper messed in our open suitcases every single day. We still do not know if something is missing. Breakfast is very poor, just \"bread\", \"yogurt\" and bad warm coffee (not hot) . No fruits, eggs or anything healthy. Everything GLUTEN. They provided rice cookies as a gluten free option

The place is very clean and very close to the main strip of restaurants. The staff spoke English very well and were extremely helpful when we locked our keys in the car. He called a locksmith for us and within an hour we had them back.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay here. The staff were multi lingual and excellent help. The room was large and comfortable with good air conditioning and a decent enough time shower. Small areas of the bathroom could do with some a little touch up here and there to make it a near perfect stay. It’s located centrally within walking distance of everything you’d want/need.

Small, clean hotel in the centre of Mendoza.

We stayed in a double room over Christmas. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, safe and centrally located in Mendoza. The breakfast was also quite pleasant (coffee, juice, pastries). The hotel was busy during breakfast time, but through the rest of the day was quite quiet. There is a nice courtyard and patio for everyone to use, however we found most guests did not hang out in these spaces. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Close to the tourist section of town and not far from the central bus station. Easy access to tours and resteraunts. Hotel was adequate. But I felt it was a good value for the low price. As others have stated it is not what you think of as a \"boutique\" hotel.

We were two couples staying in two rooms for a three night stay in Mendoza. This is a small hotel near the center of town. The people behind the front desk and the cleaning personnel are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was not too small, but the bed was a little bit saggy. The shower was very clean and the water was appropriately hot. Breakfast, provided with the room cost, was very simple, coffee, orange juice and pastries. Restaurants, bars and shopping are easily reached on foot from the hotel. Car rental facilities are also a short walk away. It is a very satisfactory hotel with limited features but the staff are excelent. We would certainly come back.

Nothing wrong with the hotel just small room. The staff were pleasant, helpful and professional. It's centrally located in the center so it's location makes walking around town easy. Very little parking if you have a car. (First come first serve). Low cost parking options are available nearby though.

Dicey location in need of a facelift

I'm pretty sure there was a dog pee stain on the wall of my room. Don't be fooled by the pictures or name like me! The room I stayed in was old and incredibly run down. There was zero shower pressure and neither the room or the shared area is comfortable to hang out in. Some fruit (even canned fruit!) at breakfast would be good.
I'd recommend staying elsewhere, even a private room at a hostel would be nicer. The location was a bit dodgy, look for places closer to Villanueva street.

The hotel is more not a 'boutique hotel' but is clean, well-located and good value. Parking is available for a small fee in a parking lot next door. The breakfast is poor, however, with bad coffee and just pastries to eat. They adulterate their juice to save money. I recommend that guests have breakfast elsewhere in one of Mendoza's many cafes. There is a good cafe just one door down from the hotel. The staff are very helpful and can arrange tours, etc.

Great location, just a few blocks from the main Plaza. Not a 5 star hotel, but perfectly adequate for the seasoned So. American traveler. Clean, safe, very nice staff (no English). Most guests were European and some Argentines. I definitely would stay there again.

I wouldn't exactly call this a boutique hotel. Behind the fancy facade the rooms were basic and the bathrooms dated and not what I would expect of a boutique hotel. I paid extra for a superior room which from what I can gather was not actually superior just bigger with more beds in!

On the plus side, however the staff were helpful, friendly and polite and the location was great. The breakfast was ok.

Atendimento dos funcionários foi muito boa, mas o quarto deixou muito a desejar, terceiro andar, uma escada em que somente 1 pessoa passa de cada vez, terceiro andar, não têm elevador, o quarto pequeno, sistema de iluminação que não funcionava (ficava piscando direto), o banheiro péssimo, pequeno, tampa do vaso de plástico trincada e torta, pia baixa, ia no meio da coxa, para ter uma ideia, para escovar os dentes tinha que dobrar os joelhos pois se não fizesse assim não conseguia me abaixar pois para qualquer direção a bunda batia na parede ou na porta, quanto ao chuveiro, o pior que já vi, além de ser uma lona que separava do resto já minúsculo, a ducha levava em torno de 5 min para esquentar, e molhava o banheiro inteiro, então vc não podia levar roupas ou toalhas para dentro do banheiro pois a ducha molhava tudo, mesmo que vc não quisesse lavar o cabelo, saia de lá totalmente molhado. O local do banho é minúsculo também, para se ter uma ideia, não dava para dobra o joelho em pé, para lavar os pés, a experiência foi muito ruim, duvido que o dono um dia dormiu neste quarto para ter essa experiência. Lado bom foi a proximidade com a praça e locais de comida.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, fica entre as Praças Itália, Espanha e Independência, localização nota 10, faz todo o centro a pé.
Achamos o quarto pequeno, não tem frigobar e o banheiro minúsculo, mas era confortável e limpo, como só íamos a noite para dormir, atendeu bem.
Café bem básico e pouca variedade, mas também era bom, atendimento dos funcionários todos muito educados, simpáticos e prestativos, principalmente os recepcionistas. Recomendo o hotel. Obrigada.

O quarto é bastante simples e não possui frigobar, o que pode ser um ponto negativo para quem busca mais conveniência. Por outro lado, os funcionários foram bastante atenciosos e educados.

O café da manhã, no entanto, deixou muito a desejar. Havia apenas três tipos de pães e algumas fatias de presunto, sem nenhuma opção de queijo ou outras proteínas. Ao solicitar queijo, fui informado de que não estava disponível. Também pedi ovos (cozidos ou mexidos), mas disseram que não preparavam. Essa limitação no café da manhã foi decepcionante e não atendeu às expectativas básicas.

Limpeza do quarto ótima, é um quarto pequeno, mas pra gente que mal fica no hotel, insuficiente. O banheiro é bem pequeno. O café da manhã é bom, tem poucas opções, mas é suficiente pra iniciar o dia. Tem os pães tipos de lá, sucos, leite café, um café da manhã simples, mas gostoso. A localização é muito boa, fica próximo da praça principal, então dá pra fazer boa parte a pé. E tem muitas linhas de ônibus e até trem.

HOtel para pasar la noche

el hotel es lindo en general, pero no tiene ascensor, lo que dificulta moverte con las valijas. Por otro lado las habitaciones son pequeñas y los baños no muy cómodos.
