Unfortunately we cut our stay short and left. While the hotel refunded without problem the room we had had intermittent hot water, Aircon that was so loud we couldn’t sleep and an external light that glared in the room. We need to add that the beach is tiny and very little room and the pool had towel placing and missing guest meaning no beds. The staff while polite were not very helpful or attentive.

This is probably one of the most gorgeous beaches on all of Koh Samui, the water is stunning and the boulders are so beautiful. The overall atmosphere is really laid back and quiet.

As for the actual resort, the rooms could use an upgrade and the pool area could use a little bit of work as well but the staff is extremely friendly and the views are unbelievable.

We will definitely return!

Great villa type huts with excellent views. Staff were friendly. Geckos can get into your room and there's not much staff can do to help. Breakfast is limited and completely covered in flies. You need to get transport everywhere because it is on a busy main road with no walkable path so this can get expensive. Nice hotel but probably would stay elsewhere in the future.

Nice infinity pool, friendly staff, good food, would be great to have more towels on hand (often ran out). Convenient and relaxing massage available on poolside level (I would encourage management to put felt on dining chairs legs as restaurant is located directly above and sliding chairs were a bit loud during relaxing massage). Many stairs to beachfront room - My husband and I didn't mind the exercise at all - but good to know for someone older or less agile.

First stop of our trip …perfect place to chill from travelling. Gorgeous looking ‘huts’ within lovely gardens set on an elevated position. So setting was perfect.

We were in main building set above the huts and garden ..the walk through the building and to the back of it was run down so initially disappointed however entered into an incredibly large room with amazing views very happy!

Two pools in lovely setting .. Infinity pool overlooking the bay -beautiful!

Great food in the restaurant, excellent service with a smile very friendly staff 😊

We arrived after 8pm and couldnt rent a scooter from the hotel due to lack of availablity.... so we reserved a scooter for the next morning... was told it would be available \"after breakfast\"... next day - there were still no scooters available- was told to come back in the afternoon... meanwhile as there arent many other shops around - it was a 30-40 min walk to nearest alternate place to rent a scooter.

We booked a villa with a sea view but ended up with a mediocre, very small room that included dirty curtains, a scratched wooden floor, a bathroom that we did not want to take even a shower and a sea view on condition that we stick our nose to the patio door and stretch our neck to the right ???!!!

At the first breakfast, there were ants on the bread and pastry station in the buffet room. We had a coffee and less than an hour later, we left the resort instead of staying 3 more days as planned. We are now waiting for a refund response from the property ... This resort is anything BUT a 4 star.

The hotel and staff are wonderful. The sea view is breathtaking. The pool looked greenish murky. Needs to change filters or add more clorine. The beach is down many stairs. The water was very agitated so we couldn't swim. Too many rocks and waves. The beach is very small but cosy.

The friendly staff made this resort the perfect place to relax. Some of the snorkeling gear needs to be renewed and the busy road is a bit noisy; however being able to snorkel and lounge on the beach under a shady tree made it a great holiday destination.

Reception staff were about as bad is it gets. Just blank looks and stared at you as if they couldn't speak English but they knew exactly what I was saying they just didn't want to help. I've travelled a lot and never experienced that before. Maybe more trianing or supervision required from management.
Bar staff, waitresses and groundsmen were nice and friendly though.

Secluded Cliff accommodation with amazing ocean vi

Cluster of individual villas and some rooms in an elevated position overlooking a dramatic coastline with huge rocks, a small private beach
and lashing waves. 2 lovely swimming pools, one an infinity pool overlooking views of ocean below. Hotel was a bit run down in places probably due to Covid situation and lacked a holiday spirit. Breakfast was basic. There was a lack of service although the small number of waiting staff in the restaurant were friendly snd obliging. Room was clean and tidy. Room service was good. Quite an isolated position on a main road with no immediate restaurants unless you take a taxi or walk on a busy road with no real pavement.

Such an amazing hotel with beautiful views out to see. Definitely worth getting a sea view villa for the breathtaking views. Staff are super friendly, hotel is well located for visiting other areas if you hire a car or scooter. The only thing I would say is that the sea is quite rough so we didn’t feel comfortable swimming here - but plenty of other beaches you can go and visit!

The property was not what we expected, the WiFi and hot water went down and there was no notification. We were left puzzled and when asking the staff what the update was, they were rude and acting as if we were a burden. They also claimed on new year's eve they had no iron facilities for me to iron my shirt, then I hear from another guest at a hotel they got an iron the same day. The staff are poor and their attitude is worse, they claimed to be apologetic but you could tell it was not sincere. At the end of the trip when we were checking out, we raised this with the manager and all we received was a fake apology and after 25 mins of going back and forth we managed to get 20% of the final bill.

Well we booked a jacuzzi room at first but after few minutes in the room we decided we cannot stay because too much noise from main road so we asked hotel for another room we choose 106 need upgraded 4000 THB the room is absolutely quiet just upper amazing beach, beautiful cabana all in wood but with all the confort and amazing balcony on the sea! personal are super friendly but 1 negative point they didn't tell me the airport transfert wasn't free of charge I was little bit annoying about that they should mentioned the price prior! another point they should more effort to clean the beach little bit plastic ( but not in the sea!) so I think we ll back here if possible!

Great views and friendly staff. Location is very good, between Chaweng and Lamai. Easy to get around in taxi or tuk Would recommend and stay at again.

Some of the fried food at breakfast buffet upset my stomach, and I would ask to be in one of the modern, renovated rooms.

Beautiful property with large comfy rooms and amazing ocean views. The pool area is very nice with plenty of loungers and a view of the ocean. I found the staff less welcoming and friendly when compared to other Thai hotels. Also the location is not walking distance to any shops or restaurants, however you can take one of the “buses” that loop around the island and get to a 7-eleven for about 50 baht per person.

Das Hotel liegt am schönsten Strand von Koh Samui – einfach traumhaft! Die Bungalows sind mega süß und alles ist so liebevoll gestaltet. Frühstück war super, Pool und Strandbereich richtig schön und gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sooo hilfsbereit und haben uns immer unterstützt, vor allem als es mir einmal gesundheitlich nicht gut ging. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt echt geliebt und würde sofort wiederkommen!

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ist es offen, weitläufig, es gibt aber viele Treppen vorallem zum Strand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Leider liegt das Hotel an einer sehr viel befahrenen Straße. Das Zimmer ist eine Hütte auf Stelzen, dadurch sehr hellhörig und man hört leider sehr laut die vorbeifahrenden Roller und Autos.
Der Privatstrand ist sehr schön, vorallem zum Schnorcheln, vorausgesetzt das Wasser ist nicht zu aufgewühlt.

レストランは日本人の方にとっては普通の外食くらいだと思っていただけると。

Le séjour a été dans l’ensemble pas mal . Sauf qu’il fallait à chaque déplacement prendre un taxi. Il n’y as rien à faire à pied à côté de l'hôtel. L’hôtel vu magnique. Très belle plage.

Etwas abseits gelegen, aber Strand perfekt, nicht überlaufen, Pools schön, Restaurant zum Abendessen sehr gut, Zimmerservice gut. Hatten Zimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon. Hoteleigene Roller für 250 Baht pro Tag inklusive Helme gebucht. Zum Teil auch Essen via Grab liefern lassen. Würden wieder dort buchen.

Arrivé à l'hotel, tout le monde ne parle pas anglais. Pour un hotel 4 etoiles aucune prestation n'est proposée, vous devez vous débrouiller, ils se déchargent de tout. Les chambres ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix proposé. Plusieurs fuites dans les bâtiments, serviettes de toilettes n'ont changé, lit meme pas secouer...... pour ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner et les repas tres bien, personnel aux petits soins. Tres belle piscine. Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet établissement

Sunbed and pool loungers are damaged and poorly maintained should be replaced. In general, the equipment of the hotel should be better maintained. Difficult to communicate with the staff but very nice and always smiling.

Auch wenn die Anlage sehr stark nachverdichtet wurde und damit viel von ihrem charm als grünes Tropenparadies verlohren hat, so bietet die Anlage immer noch einige schöne Blickwinkel aufs Meer und den noch nicht so überlaufenen Strand, wie anderen Ortes.
Wer guten Service zu schätzen kann und in kaufnimmt, daß die nächstgelegenrn Ortschaften etwas schwieriger zu erteichen sind, das ist der Preis der Ruhe, ist hier am richtigen Ort.

Hotel mit Privatstrand & reichhaltigem Frühstück

Das Hotel liegt ruhig am Coral Beach und verfügt über einen Privatstrand. Leider gibt es nur wenige Liegestühle am Strand und diese müssten einmal ausgetauscht werden.
Rund um das Hotel gibt es nicht viel zu entdecken, daher ist es von Vorteil einen Roller zu mieten (kann man direkt im Hotel), um die Insel zu erkunden.
Das Zimmer ist geräumig und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage ist etwas laut und wir haben es leider nicht geschafft, ein angenehmes Klima im Zimmer zu schaffen. Entweder war es zu kalt oder zu schwül.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und die Auswahl sehr gross (westlich & thailändisch). Gestört hat uns, dass Hotelgäste während des Frühstücks am Tisch geraucht haben. Vor allem unverständlich, da es sich um westliche Gäste handelte und dies dort nicht üblich ist.
Die Preise im Restaurant sind für thailändische Verhältnisse etwas höher. Das Essen war gut, aber für unser Empfinden zu sehr an die westliche Bevölkerung angepasst.
Die Poolanlage ist schön und Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch in diesem Hotel gab es die notorischen Liegenbesetzer, die teilweise stundenlang durch Abwesenheit glänzten.
