Amazing staff at this hotel. During my stay I ended up in a tough situation involving a taxi driver and my mom's phone going missing. The management here helped me communicate, coordinated a three-way call, and helped step by step until we got it sorted.
What stood out most was how human they were. They did not treat it like "not our problem." They treated it like a person needed help. If you are considering this hotel, know that you will be looked after by good people.

Great location, but messed up my booking

Initially, the hotel said they didn't have my booking, and told me I was in a wrong hotel, sent me elsewhere. I came back with my booking details, and insisted them to check again, as the address was correct and all was paid for. They then realised that they stuffed up my booking, gave my room to someone else with a similar first name, and gave me another room eventually. Staff smoked in the lobby. Breakfast was adequate but same everyday.

The hotel have such a small bathrooms which is not convenient at all and they have only one room with balcony in the whole hotel however it doesn't really shpws like that when checking for information about the hotel. The breakfast sometimes was nearly finished even though it was a buffet breakfast, the staff seemed not to bothered about that. There was same kind of breakfast every day during my stay. The rooms are so small, only 2 people can fit into a room which is shown as a 3 people room so there isn't a clear description of rhe rooms. Be mindful of that. In one of my room, i couldn't even open or close the door of the toilet because of the extra single bed in such a small room. On the night you cannot even sleep because of the noises from outside. It's non smoking arear where they usually put the breakfast and everyone is smoking so therefore no safety of the food and non pf the staff is stopping people to smoke where the food is. The staff is highly unprofessional and they don't even have the idea of how customers should be treated. The shuttle itself is overcharged when i booked a Mercedes with the facilities on it for airport but i got a dirty and normal van so be mindful booking shuttle.

There wasn’t curtains whole room was full of light in the middle of night , no pillows for second bed , water was leaking from radiators, there was soo much noice and couldn’t close the windows due to fault , stay was horrible

We started here twice in 1 week.First stay our first room was very small (our booked room not ready),moved to another room for the second night….could barely even open the door to get into the bathroom due to bed blocking door. Could not cool the room down…heat pump would only allow heat.We returned for a third night a little later in the week and the room we got that night was much better.Only downfall was again could not cool the room down…only heat from heat pump.Rooms a little rundown but price was excellent.Good for a place to sleep.

Every hotel I stayed in in Turkey was fantastic, except this one. The young man at the front desk upon checkin was clearly not trained in customer service, or perhaps didn't care to be. I was put in a hotel room without a working bathroom, and told there were no other rooms in the hotel. I don't know if that was true or not as it didn't seem very full. I was offered use of the hotel lobby bathroom instead of the one I paid for in my room. It was late, so I did. No discount or adjustment was offered, no room change, and when I complained about it later they said it was too late because I already stayed in the room. Even a small discount for the inconvenience would have been satisfactory, but the hotel staff thought this was appropriate customer service.

Brilliant locaton within a minute's walk to istiqlal street and all great centre locations.

To start with the good bits or the only one good bit was the location which is in the heart of Taksim. Breakfast was AWFUL. I complained to this night shift guy who arranges for breakfast before he finishes his shift for the bread that is never available (from that day onward my airconditioner started tripping and the reset switch was in the office, so you can guess complaining is going to make it worse). The lift is very small and can literally fit no more than 2 people and a small luggage bag. During our stay, the lift was found broken everyday. Though did get fixed in few hours but I had my fair share of climbing stairs up to the fourth floor many times during 5 days of stay.

The family room we stayed in was small. Stuffed with a double bed and two single beds and thus no more space to walk around much. The split air-conditioning unit was good on the first day. But it also broke down few times during the stay and it will trip and except two guys from management, it will not be attended immediately. I even had a blackout in one of the nights and ofcourse airconditioning did not come back on till the morning. I am talking about 30 degree in month of August in Istanbul.

We were staying at this hotel for 8 days (3 sisters) we booked the regular triple room, all things was perfectly done,the room was perfect for what we paid, the staff are like family, from mr. Sukri to all the guys and the 2 ladies, always smiling and helpful. If i will again so to istanbul i will sure come back to this hotel. 👍😁

Small but with a soul

We stayed at this hotel just for one night.The hotel is very close to famous Taxim square.The location is perfect.I want to say that this hotel is not suitable for families with kids for a long stay.It is perfect for a solo traveller or young couples.Rooms are very small,really small.Our room was very clean and had everything you need in a hotel room.Very comfortable bed to be honest.You cant reach the hotel by car so keep that in mind if you have extra luggage.You have to walk on a pavement alley for about 50 m.There is a very big paid parking next to the hotel if you are with car.Very simple breakfast.Polite staff.Everything in the room is brand new,probably it is a newly opened hotel or renovated.If u are a budget traveller,young student exploring Istanbul or young couple you may consider this hotel as an option.

Otele görsellere ve yorumlara bakarak yer ayırttık. Fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi değil, çok daha dar ve bakımsız odalar var. Temizlik konusunda da vasat altı denebilir, ölmüş böcekler hala duvarlarda ve yerlerde. Çöp de temizlenmemişti, bizden önceki misafirlerin çöpleri olduğu gibi duruyordu. Odanın genel durumu da son derece bakımsızdı. Konumu çok iyi ancak diğer konularda başarılı bulmadık.

Ich war noch nie in meinem Leben in so ein verdrecktes Hotel. Ich habe Economy Zimmern für meine Familie reserviert und zu meinem Schrecken sahen die Zimmer wie in einem Knast aus. Ich habe dann auf ein größeres Zimmer "upgraden" müssen denn in der kleinen Zelle habe ich mich gestickt gefühlt. Der Typ an der Rezeption hat 100 Euro dafür verlangt. So eine Unverschämtheit. Zudem gibt es dort Schimmel an jeder Ecke.
Die Betten waren so verdreckt man mag sich nicht aufs Bett setzen. Ich und meine Familie wurden von Milben dort gebissen. Das Frühstück ist so ekelhaft wie das Hotel selbst.
Ich kann das Hotel niemandem empfehlen. Tut euch das nicht an.

Værelset er så lille at adgang til wc er slet ikke muligt uden at flytte sengen. Wc alt for lille at du kan slet ikke sidde lige så du sidder skævt på potten og bruseren er lige op over wc. Du kan ikke påklæde dig eller afklæde dig derinde.

O hotel serve apenas para passar uma noite, para quem está em trânsito, sem mais nenhum recurso. Os lençóis não foram trocados com a entrega do quarto. As toalhas estavam sujas. Não tinha papel no banheiro. As cortinas presas com fita adesiva. No café os produtos eram reutilizados. Só salva o atendimento, muito educandos.

Gutes Hotel außer die Reingungskrafte

Das Hotel ist super Zentral und von außen sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind ein wenig Eng, aber da man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist passt auch das. Der Service war sehr gut, außer das Reinigungspersonal. Bei uns wurde während dem ganzen Aufenthalt nicht geputzt. Klopapier, Handtücher mussten wir selbst nachfullen.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel me convenait absolument.Petit déjeuner plutôt copieux. Propreté correcte.Personnel jeune. Inconvénients: Chambres à 3 lits(double 1) de 9m2 environ. La porte de la salle de bain avait une ouverture de 46cm environ. Pas de vue de fenêtre, heureusement aération.

Die Lage war wie beschrieben genial.
Doch der Zustand des Zimmer war katastrophal.
Die Toilettentür war durch ein versperrt, man musste sich durch ein kleines Spalt zwingen.
Das Toilettenfenster war kaputt, Mann konnte durch das Nebengebäude hineinschauen.
Die Klimaanlage war defekt.

Il est en plein centre ville et proche de sishane une station de metro ce qui facilite l'accès à l'hotel. Cependant les chambres sont très petites et dans la notre il y avait un bruit de moteur toute la nuit qui nous a souvent réveiller c'était très dérangeant surtout que le personnel n'y a rien fait.

2 Yetiskin+ 2 Çocuk için 2 oda rezervasyon yaptık. Odaları değişik katlarda verdiler. İstemedik. Sonra çatı altıdaki odalar bize verildi. Odalar çok küçük ve dardı. Hem çok sıcak, sesli ve asansör çıkmıyordu çatı kata. Üstelik merdivenden inerken kafanızı tabanduvara vuruyorsunuz dikkat etmez seniz. Hotels.com sayfasında rezervasyon ve ödemeyi yaptığım halde girişte paranın bir miktarı yatırıldıdığını söylediler ve benden ekstradan 317 Lira aldılar. O acele içinde kredi kart ile ödedim. Bu güne kadar ne hotels.com paramı iade etti ne de otel! Belediyeye şikayetde bulunacam ve 1-2 ay sonra yine istanbulda olacağız oyele uğrarız.

Good location

The first room they gave me, bathroom is too small and the shower head was broken, because it is on 1st floor, so can hear noises from downstairs. The second day I asked to change the room, and it was much better, the bathroom is bigger and clean. Hotel location is very good, just few minutes walk to Galata tower and metro station.
